Welcome And Why Value Matters

Fran

Hello everyone, I'm Fran. Welcome to my channel where we explore business basics and self-improvement to inspire and motivate you. If you're ready to level up, hit subscribe and join the journey. What if you could clearly share the value of your business idea in just a few steps? When your value proposition clearly speaks to your audience, it lands with clear value, confidence and immediate relevance. It's about showing exactly why your offering matters and how it helps. By the end of this session, you'll have a compelling value proposition you can share in any situation, ready to engage and persuade, with permission of course. Hello everyone, I'm Fran, your NLP and business coach. Notice how your attention settles and your breath steadies as you listen at you aligning with a powerful possibility. We create a proposition that is simple and audience-centred and practice delivering it with presence and ease. So get ready to take notes, turn ideas into action, and let's ignite our entrepreneurial potential together. By the end of this session, you will be able to state your value proposition, a simple clear sentence that tells potential clients why your business is the solution they need.

Identify Who You Help

Fran

Identify who you help and why is your first step. The first step in writing your value proposition is to move your focus away from yourself and look directly at your customer. You cannot share value until you clearly understand whose life you are changing and a specific hurdle you're helping them clear. So the outcome is to move from selling a service to providing a solution. So here's some reflection prompts for you. You can meditate on these, journal on them, whatever works for you is the right answer. So if you could help one specific group of people succeed, who would they be? So that could be new mothers, could be freelance designers, local cafe owners. Your second prompt is what is the single biggest frustration or problem that keeps this person awake at night? It could be that they need systems in place, they can't manage their emails, they need their own customers. So what is it that you can solve for them? And once that problem is gone, what is the number one positive result or win they will experience immediately? Here's a simple template for you. The outcome is to move from selling a service to providing a solution. So use these insights to fill in the first two parts of your formula. So I help, and that's who you help achieve, and then that's the result that you're giving them. So I help, who you help, achieve, and then you put in the result. And remember as well that by niching down or targeting a specific audience, it doesn't mean that you're going to lose out on other work, it means that this potentially would become a market segment for you and something that you become known for and you can branch out from there.

Define Your Unique Method

Fran

Define your unique how is your second step. So now you know who you help, you need to explain how you do it. This step identifies your unique method you provide to get your customer from their problem to their result. And by customer I also mean clients, so whatever version you use is right for you. The outcome of this is to provide the proof that your solution works. It fills in the final part of your formula. So here's some reflection prompts for you. What is the specific tool, service or process you use to solve the problem? So that could be one-to-one coaching, it could be automated software, organic skincare. The second reflection prompt is what is the one thing you do differently from everyone else? So it could be that you're faster, it's simpler, you use a specific technique like neurolinguistic programming, which is what I do. So if you had to explain your process to a child, what would you call it? And that's your unique method. So by your unique method. So again, use these reflection prompts to journal, to meditate on, to just think about, and whatever works for you is the right answer.

Build The One-Sentence Proposition

Fran

Put it all together is your third step. So the third and final step is to combine your insights into one powerful sentence. This is where your value proposition becomes a clear tool you can use in any conversation. So the outcome is to have a clear one-sentence statement that you can say with total confidence. This is your anchor for your marketing, your website, and your introductions. Remember this bit also is about your your buy, your your unique method. So here's some reflection prompts for you. When you plug your answers into the formula, does it flow naturally? So I help achieve buy. Are there any complex words or business speak you can remove to make it easier for a stranger to understand? And when you read it out loud, is the benefit to the customer or client the most exciting part of the sentence?

Use It With Confidence

Fran

Awesome work! You've identified who you help, defined your unique method, and put it all together in a clear statement of value. You can take this sentence and let it become your foundation, whether you're updating your website, introducing yourself at a networking event, or simply focusing on daily tasks. You can use this proposition as your compass. So you can tweak and change this because this equally works as an eye help statement or like an introduction statement and a value proposition because you're putting the value in that you offer.
