Have you ever wondered why anxiety seems to strike out of nowhere: one minute you’re fine, the next your chest tightens or your heart races for no reason? In this episode, I pull back the curtain on the real process behind anxiety: it never just “shows up.” I’ll reveal how tiny, overlooked energetic imbalances set off a cascade of symptoms days or even weeks before your body finally screams. You’ll discover the biggest myth that keeps you stuck, the one question that predicts your anxiety days in advance, and why your symptoms feel so random when they’re anything but. Listen now to finally decode the step-by-step path anxiety travels and learn what you can do, today, to stop that domino effect before it hijacks your week.
Topics Discussed
- Why physical anxiety symptoms are always the last step, not the first
- How energetic “missing details” become chest pain, stomach aches, and racing thoughts
- The exact timeline anxiety takes to move from energetic imbalance into your body (with real-life examples)
- How your daily thoughts, environment, and even relationships recruit more anxiety-triggering events
- Which emotional and physical tools (hint: not everyone's the same!) can actually disrupt anxiety at its energetic origin
Ready to stop “patching” anxiety and actually understand where it comes from? Listen to this episode and reclaim the power to guide your family (and yourself) back into alignment before symptoms ever hit.

Welcome back to the Rooted Within Podcast. My name is Megie, founder and CEO of Whole Family Health. This is where ancient wisdom and modern science come together. A return to wholeness, led by the wisdom that has always lived within you. Hello, hello. Are we ready for another beautiful episode? I think so. This one's coming up a lot in my one-on-one clients, in my personal life. So we are gonna talk all about anxiety today, specifically. There is not one person on the planet that does not deal with anxiety. In fact, when I clock that every single human on the planet deals with anxiety on a daily basis, I get a 99.3% yes for that, meaning that this episode can pretty much apply to every single person that is tuning in today. So again, if you have loved ones that are dealing with anxiety, maybe shortness of breath, or you feel like you can't catch a full breath, or you are dizzy or lightheaded, or you have nerve issues. It's so funny. Anxiety really truly manifests and physicalizes as different symptoms in people's bodies. Now, seeing clients one-on-one all the time, every day, it's really crazy how the body lets their human know that they're having immense anxiety. And like I said, it could be nausea or your stomach or bloating or gas or temperature, right? Being really hot or having really cold hands and feet or sleep issues. Like there is no shortage of anxiety symptoms. And most of the times people don't even realize that some of these symptoms are rooted in anxiety. They are trying to just band-aid their symptoms and you know take magnesium before bed because of their sleeping issues or whatever, they're trying to do quick solves for a much bigger issue, mostly rooted in anxiety. So we're gonna kind of tackle this today because, like I said, every single person could use this information, and I know that this is going to change your guys' lives. So I too have dealt with anxiety so much in my life. I always want to share personal stories of my life. So, one, you guys know that I am real, I am raw, I am authentic, I have a lot of experience with these topics that I talk about. And for two, it helps you guys understand the energetic layers to it by hearing a personal story. Okay. So it helps your neural pathways, helps the mirror neurons, and then also it helps you relate more to what I have gone through and what I've helped hundreds and hundreds of clients go through as well. So my anxiety started from a very early age. I don't know exactly what age, but I just have always had this intense chest pain. Like it's not pain, but it comes first as a shortness of breath where I feel like I can just not take a full breath. I feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest. That was always the tall tail sign that my anxiety had started. And we're gonna get into this today, but there were a couple of dominoes that always fell after that original first sign of not feeling like I could take a full breath. I would then have this like radiating pain in my back, which makes so much sense all these years later. I'll get into this story, but I had this radiating pain in my left like shoulder blade on my back. And I remember, oh my gosh, had to have been like 20, 21 years old. I'm like, Tyler dig into it. Like, I want you to push and push all your might into the spot on my back because it hurts so bad. I remember just laying on the ground and being like, stand on it, like touch it, like it hurts so bad. I just want you to put immense pressure on that spot in my back. And that would always come after I had shortness of breath for a couple of days. I would get this back pain. Okay. Later on, it would develop into muscle spasms, which I didn't know at the time. So I would have what I thought was heart issues early on in my early 20s. And I would feel like my heartbeat was fluttering. And I went in, I got a bunch of EKGs done, and they were like, your heart looks great. And I'm like, something's happening inside on my left side, right by my heart, something's going on, and it happens occasionally. And they could never find anything, and even said that it was like emotional based at the time, which I was like, no, it's not. Kind of had these like little sassy thoughts, like it is not emotional based, but it really truly always came during stressful times. And this just happened late teens into early adulthood for a number of reasons, right? Any stressful experience, anytime that I was taking too many college credits and putting too much pressure on myself, anytime I would get overwhelmed with different situations or circumstances, I would have these anxiety episodes. And I even remember my mom taking me to a therapist, probably 16, 17 years old. And I don't remember what was going on. Oh, I had broken up. I had a really big breakup and I was super sad about it. I was having a lot of these anxiety panic attack episodes. And so she took me to this therapist, and the therapist right away was like, Oh, we think we should put you on two pharmaceuticals anxiety medications. And so that's what we did. And I was on these two different anxiety medications, I want to say until my early 20s. Actually, you know what it was? It was when I got pregnant with our oldest at 25. I got off of them to get pregnant, and then I never went back on them. So that was a good seven, eight years that I was on these two different anxiety medications. And I don't really remember if I felt like they moved the needle for me. I think I still had these different chest pains, and they might have numbed me out a little bit more where I wasn't as bothered with things. But it definitely was a rude awakening for me when I had our first almost 10 years ago. And I remember just getting off of those medications, and the world felt so loud to me. Pair it also with a newborn baby that had a colic for eight months straight, our oldest did, and he needed to have one-on-one touch for sleeping and just a slew of things, high needs, high maintenance baby. He was that type of baby, and it took a lot of our time and attention at that time. And so honestly, looking back, he was pulling a lot of our energy, my energy, my nervous system, the baby and mother's nervous system is always intertwined together. But had I been in a way more regulated state, he would not have been the baby that he was. So, all good, all a learning lesson, a soul contract, all of it. And I'm so grateful that I have the tools that I have now to be able to help other people through this because a lot of the colic episodes or quote unquote the diagnosis are due to nervous system dysregulation. So I got off those anxiety medications at 25 when I had our first and then never went back on them. And after that, it really was a slow progression of working on my nervous system dysregulation and being in tune with when these anxiety and panic episodes would resurface. Now, the really interesting thing about anxiety is that the symptom starts off really small. The body is so miraculous that it usually starts off with this little whisper. This little, we're off track, we're sitting in scarcity, we're sitting in lack. And then as we continue on with our life and we don't pay attention to the small subconscious or conscious thoughts that we're in scarcity, it kind of escalates and the blowup gets bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger until the body feels like it needs to scream at you in order to get your attention. So the symptoms will get bigger and louder as you continue to ignore the whispers. That is how every single body symptom works, and anxiety is no different. So, what I hear a lot from clients and people that come in with anxiety is they feel like there is no rhyme or reason to it. They feel like there's no pattern to it. All of a sudden they just have body symptoms one day and there was no whisper, there was no leading up to it. It was just bam, we have all these debilitating anxiety symptoms. Whether that again is you can't breathe, or you're having vertigo, or you are having nerve pain, or you are having panic attacks, and it just feels like it goes zero to 60, right? I hear this all the time. Well, what we can do with intuition, which is really, really miraculous, is we can reverse engineer it. We can backwards track to see what was going on the days or weeks leading up to those very loud, jarring body symptoms, and we can see what was going on when the whispers were happening. There is always, always, always body whispers before the body screams. I don't care who you are, how long you've been dealing with anxiety, if it's been for two decades, three decades, four decades, a week, a couple months, just one year. I don't care how long you've been dealing with it. The body has a system. And once you understand the system, once you understand the language, it becomes really easy to interpret what the body is trying to communicate to you. Reverse engineer it, and you can help yourself not get to that point where this body is screaming at you with debilitating symptoms and very loud jarring symptoms where you feel like you can't function in the world if you're at that point. So, again, kind of we've talked about this in other episodes. If you are a brand new listener here, I'll give you a little crash course. Otherwise, we have a lot of other episodes we can link up with how the body system works. But essentially, you have an energetic light body and you have a physical body. Anxiety will always stem from you feeling like you are missing details on either a situation, a circumstance, an event, or an interaction with someone. It is you going, man, I don't have all the details to feel safe in this moment. And your mind is going to sit and spin, trying to think of all the missing details that you have in order to feel safe with this situation, circumstance, or event. Okay. The underlying reason for anxiety is always going to be missing details. That is the body's communication for first originating with anxiety. So we have these energetic light bodies, we have these physical bodies. The minute that your body feels like it doesn't have the full scope, the full picture of what is going on, and like I said, it can be in any situation, any circumstance, any event, or an interaction with somebody. As soon as you feel like you don't have all the details and you're not okay with that, that you feel unsafe in that, you will start to create anxiety in your energetic body. Okay. If you haven't developed your third eye, you will not be able to see your energetic body. Okay. I have trained my intuition to be able to see literal energy, the energy fields around us, the energetic light body for each individual, and you will start to see anxiety developing in the energetic body. Now, depending where you develop your anxiety, if you are somebody that gets stomach aches, if you are somebody that gets nerve pain, if you are like I was, that I felt like I couldn't take a full breath, each of those different symptoms and the way that anxiety manifests for you tells its own unique story. But nonetheless, it shows up in your energetic light body first. So if I was looking at 20-year-old Maggie and I was looking at her energetic light body, I would have started to see the chest area where I was taking a full breath or trying to take a full breath, I would have seen the frequency of that energetic light body chest area lower down. It would have been really dark. Just like an MRI, that area of my energetic light body would have gone a darker navy blue. Now, if I don't work through that feeling of not being able to take a full breath, having scarcity around not understanding the full details of whatever I was worried or upset about, it will transfer into my physical body and how fast that does that, whether it's one day, two days, seven days, eight days, will depend on how strong that emotion is, depending on how strong and potent and loud the energy is that I feel like I'm missing details. Let me just give you an example. I can hear that you guys need an example. I'll try to pull one from college days. Let's say that I'm in college, I am taking 25 credits, I'm married to Tyler, I've shared this before. He's going an hour, 45 minutes. I'm driving 45 minutes to an hour the opposite way to go to college. Okay. Let's say that I am now in class and it's being announced where my student teaching is going to be to finish up the semester for me to graduate. Okay. And I am sitting there and I'm going, oh my gosh, I wonder where I'm going to get placed. I wonder if I'm going to be placed here an hour away from home. I'm wondering if I'm going to be placed back home where my parents live. I'm wondering if I'm going to be placed closer to where Tyler works and Tyler's going to school. And I have no idea where my student teaching role is going to be placed, which then dictates where Tyler and I are going to live, how fast we have to move and get out of the house, if we're going to do a temporary housing somewhere, if we're going to be able to afford it, since neither of us have jobs and all these other different thoughts that go with, I don't know where I'm getting placed for student teaching. Right there, that is missing details, right? And this is something that would be a little bit louder of a reflection than maybe missing details on a smaller scale for a smaller situation. So this is an example of me feeling like I was missing details that is going to really hurt or affect very big areas of my life: finances, my relationships, my marriage, my day-to-day life and living. There was a lot at this point in time that these details were being hung up on, right? There was a lot of impact that it really mattered where I got this student teaching gig en role and what school I was at and all this other stuff. So let's say that I'm sitting in anticipation of these missing details, right? And I'm like, oh, I just want to know where I'm getting placed, where I'm getting placed, where I'm getting placed. That would show up in my energetic light body the minute that I first had that thought of, oh my gosh, I don't know where my student teaching is going to be located at. Look at all this stuff it can affect. The minute I have that thought, it shows up in my energetic light body. And like I said, at that time, I would be able to do a full body scan of my energetic light body and visibly see that the chest area lowers in frequency and becomes a darker navy blue, just like an MRI. Now, the more I sit and spin on that thought, where am I gonna get placed? Oh my gosh, are we gonna have to pack up the house and move? Oh my gosh, is it gonna be where Tyler is? And now I'm gonna be two hours from my family and friends. Are we gonna have to live separate for a little bit? All of these different thoughts. As soon as I start spinning about that and I start revisiting that thought six times a day, seven times a day, eight times a day. Sometimes when I clock this for clients, it's like 150 times a day, 800 times a day, if you're really fixating on it. The more that I have these thoughts, the louder and more potent it's getting in my energetic light body. Okay. And with intuition, I can even go if I am staying on track with this loud energy, if I keep thinking this many times about this situation, how long until this manifests into my physical body? Right? Whatever happens in our energetic body will always physicalize in your physical body. It just depends on how many days it takes to get there based on how loud that feeling is for you. Okay. Let's say that I'm not really thinking about it that much. I think about it maybe five to six times a day. That could take, you know, 18 to 19 days to get into my physical body. Or maybe I course correct that and I maybe think about it for five to six times for the first couple days and then I let it go and I don't think about it at all. Then that would, you know, work itself out and it might not ever get into my physical body if I kind of move past it by myself. Let's say that I'm really worried about this situation, okay, and I'm thinking about it 150, 160 times a day, and I am really spiraling on this thought. Where am I getting placed? Where am I getting placed? Where am I getting placed? I'm looking at different houses, I'm looking at moving boxes, I'm stressing, I'm venting to all my family and friends, I'm crying to Tyler about it. Let's say that I'm in this really thick situation where the energy is getting louder and louder and louder and louder. This could go into my physical body in a matter of three days, right? It could move into my physical body in three to four days. Okay. It just depends on your personality, it depends on your temperament, it depends on what you are missing details on and how severe it is on the scale versus how micro it is on the scale. There's a lot of different variables to kind of predict when it will come into your physical body. So there's not like one set rule. It's really gonna vary per person. Okay. So let's say that I'm really severely thinking about this, I'm spiraling on it, I'm super worked up. It might take three days, and then in three days, I am having this anxiety in my chest where I feel like I cannot take a deep breath. Okay. And then for me, there was a lot of other dominoes that fell after that, where I would sit for a couple days and I would not be able to take a deep breath, but I would ignore it. And I would just keep trucking through life and I would not sit with myself, I wouldn't meditate, I wouldn't know how to decode it. So I would just be like, well, that sucks that I can't take a deep breath, but I'm going about my life anyways. A few days after that, I would have this pain in the back of my shoulder. And then after that, it would transpire into what I would feel like was my heart was beating in an irregular pattern, which now I know is muscle spasms. Okay. My intercostal muscle on my left side would spasm because I would aggressively be trying to take deep breaths for many days in a row to the point where I would irritate this intercostal muscle. And it would begin spasming. So, as you can see with this example, it starts out as a whisper. It starts off with that first thought that goes into your energetic light body. And then it will eventually transfer to your physical body and you'll get hit with the first symptom. For me, it is always I cannot take a deep breath. Remember though, it doesn't start as an alarming symptom. So when I first had that body symptom of, oh my gosh, I feel like I can't take a deep breath, it was really small. It was micro. It was here and there. It was maybe once every six hours I felt like I couldn't take a deep breath. And then it would kind of spiral where it would get more severe as time went on. And then it was like, oh man, I'm consciously recognizing that every other minute I can't take a deep breath. That kind of would transpire over a period of time. Like I said, it's different with every single person, but it will always start out small and then it will slowly ramp itself up to the point where the symptoms are shoved in your face and it feels like a loud scream. Like I just told you, my symptoms could be I can't take a deep breath once every, you know, six to eight hours. Then it would go to I can't take a deep breath pretty frequently. Then it would go to my back aching. And then it would go to muscle spasms. Do you guys see the domino effects? But at the time without understanding this information, I felt like it went from zero to 60. I didn't understand the slow progression of how anxiety manifested itself. I just one day would wake up and be like, oh my gosh, my heart is beating irregularly. Oh my gosh, my back is aching. But I didn't correlate it to, wow, I'm having immense anxiety right now. And I certainly wouldn't correlate it to it's been a slow progression. I didn't have the understanding. I didn't understand how the body worked and how the system was set up to help us and how it was designed. It just felt like one day I woke up with a backache. One day I woke up with these muscle spasms, which honestly, it took me so long to figure this stuff out, which is why I wanted to create this podcast for you so that you guys could take what I've learned over the last three decades and apply it to your life right away so that you guys can get the full understanding, especially if you are somebody that deals with anxiety. So I want to make it really, really clear. And again, my every single day is working with people that have body symptoms. And every single day, the biggest thing that clients and students say to me is it just came up out of nowhere, right? There's no rhyme or reason to it. There is no pattern to it. It just shows up when it wants to show up, and I can't understand or figure out why. And that is one of the biggest misconceptions with the body, how we're built, and specifically anxiety in general. Well, and this can be applied to any body symptom. One day you don't just wake up with cancer and it pops up out of nowhere. There have been three, four hundred different body symptoms, small whispers along the way until you then grow a tumor, go in, recognize it's cancer, move forward, try to attack it and try to heal. There is always going to be a slow progression towards a body symptom. And what I'm trying to explain to you today is that anxiety is no different. So this is where a lot of people get led astray, right? It's the kind of dissing our bodies or not having a full understanding of how our bodies work that we feel like it's just constantly malfunctioning, right? We feel like, oh, there's no rhyme or reason, it's just broken, it's just, you know, acting out of sorts, it's just ruining my life, it's just creating a lifestyle that's a lacking function and all these other things that can come with anxiety. There have been so many patients that I've had that have had debilitating life anxiety where they are in inpatient, in outpatient, can't figure out how to get out of this vicious loop, and have had really severe symptoms that have dictated their life. Like they have had to stop working, they have had to stop providing for their family, they have had to be bedridden, they have had to really go through the ringer and they are very severe symptoms. And what I always find is that we tend to get really angry at our bodies. We tend to be like, you don't know what you're doing. This is just out of nowhere. And we tend to have a lot of bitterness, anger, and resentment towards our bodies when in all actuality, your body is slowly communicating to you over time. And it has to get to this point for some of us, for some of you listening, that it screams, that it gets really loud, that it gets really in your face because you are so off your soul purpose, because the scarcity thoughts are so loud in your energy field, and you haven't been paying attention to the small little whispers along the way, that it feels like it needs to radically and desperately get your attention. And again, that can be through really loud symptoms where it is very life-altering, right? You have to stop working, you have to stop hanging out with friends because maybe you go to the bathroom and it's like nervous diarrhea, and you can't be at social settings without having unpredictable body symptoms. And it can really lead to this dysfunction and this disrespect in the relationship that you have one-on-one with your body. So I see that come out a lot, right? And I want to teach you guys how the system works because that's going to nip that thought right away, which is really gonna help the opening and the opportunity for you to heal from this. It is never happenstance. It is never whenever it wants to show up, it just shows up. There's no rhyme or reason. It is never, ever, ever like that. And as a medical intuitive and diagnostician, I can always to every single client and student that says that, I can take every single body symptom and go, well, it showed up in your body eight days ago. This was the exact situation, this was your thought, this was your subconscious programming, and this is what created that physical symptom. It did not happen right away. We just missed all the warning signs the last eight days, and it had to get really loud in order to grab your attention. It blows every single client away every single time, but there is always a rhyme or reason for it. There is always a pattern, there is always a slow progression to that loud jarring symptom. And it always started off as a whisper first in a very, very slow and gentle communication that had to get loud then, like I said, to get your attention. So, how do we begin working through this? For one, you will hear me say this so often, but we have to be in more awareness of our conscious thoughts. We have to be in touch with our feelings, with our daily thoughts, with daily situations and circumstances that are going on around us and how they are making us feel. Most of us are living such busy, busy, busy, chaotic lives that we are not tuning into ourselves. We have an hour drive, or we have some downtime without the kids, or the kids are going to bed and we're constantly distracting ourselves with our phone or with a book or with something that can occupy our brain instead of allowing it to have this kind of bored time per se, where you can do a review of the day. You can do a review of what's going on, what's bothering you, where your thoughts are, what your conditioning is saying. We don't have a lot of these down times scheduled into our day to even hear what our brain is processing. That's the first and foremost number one issue is we don't have enough time to be connected to ourselves and to understand what's going on. So we have to bring about that time where we can get into conscious awareness. And the second thing is with a trained intuition, which we have a lot of programs here on how you can train your intuition, but it is the ultimate hack for anxiety because when you can backwards track and go, okay, this is the day it first originated, right? Whether, like I said, it was eight days ago or 10 days ago, what was happening 10 days ago? You go back in your phones, you go back in your text threads, you go back into your work day, and you go, oh, I was missing details on this work event, or I was missing details on this miscommunication with my partner. And it led me to feel scarcity. It led me to feel disappointed, it led me to feel nervous, and it led me to feel scared, like whatever the underlying feelings of that were, it helps you go back to that moment in time of where it all originated. And then, like I said, you have it started in your energetic light body. And if you hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, it will make its way into your physical. And the other thing that I want to touch on too is that within that time frame, let's say it is, you know, 10 days, within that time frame, you have that emotional imbalance sitting in your energetic light body, and it's transferring over to your physical body, which means it's in your energy field, which means if you've been around for a while, you know that you create every single thing in your reality. So you will be recruiting in more situations, more events, more circumstances, and more interactions with people that are mirroring that emotional imbalance. So, going back to my original example, let's say that I was missing those details of where my student teaching role was going to be fulfilled. And it was causing a lot of scarcity. It was causing a lot of fear and unknown in my energy field. When I have that sitting in my field, I'm going to again recruit in circumstances, situations, and events and interactions to mirror that imbalance. So at that time, this is just for an example, but I could have had my student loan not come through, maybe at that time, if I was living off of student loans and I was waiting for my check to come through so that I could continue living off my student loans, because that's exactly what I did at that time. I was living off student loans for food and shelter and fun and whatever. Maybe that check got delayed because I was sitting in that energy of frantic panic. I'm missing details. So then I'm going to recruit in. This is literally how life works. And with intuition, you can see and trace and map this all out. But something would have happened maybe to the financial aid department, where the main person that's delivering checks and pushing those through and is on the computer with the Excel spreadsheets or however they do it, maybe they became sick with pneumonia and they were out for two weeks and everybody's checks were delayed. I would have recruited in to have that situation happen to me to again mirror that I was already sitting in that state. All right. I was already in that state. So I am recruiting in more of that like energy. Had I not been in that state, maybe I would have gotten the other financial aid worker that was able to push through them and I wouldn't have gotten the one that was sick in MIA and out for two weeks, causing the delay. That is literally how the world works. Again, if you have a trade intuition, you can see this, you can map it out, you can trace it all out, but that's exactly how situations work. So that's financial, right? I would cause more uncertainty in my life in the area of financial. Maybe I had plans to go out with a girlfriend, go get dinner. I was super excited about it. Maybe I recruit in because I'm sitting in that emotional imbalance of fear and uncertainty and oh my gosh, what's going to happen? I don't trust anything. Maybe I then recruit in this friend going, Well, I'm just not feeling well. I don't know if I'm going to go out tonight. Now I'm sitting there like, am I going out tonight or am not going out tonight? Is she gonna flake on me or is she gonna pull through? Again, I am recruiting in all these situations and circumstances that mirror that I am missing details. Here's just another example that's coming to me right now. By the way, I'm making all this up. I don't know if this really happened. Maybe it did. Maybe this was really a part of my college experience. Maybe I am waiting for Tyler to get off of class. I'm calling him, calling him, calling him, calling him. He's not answering. And when I talk to him, he was sitting with a professor, he was doing extra stuff, but he never communicated to me. So I'm sitting triggered in that uncertainty of like he's not answering his phone. I don't know when he's coming home. I don't know if this friend's going out to dinner with me. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Do you see how that original emotional imbalance sitting in my field of I don't know where I'm gonna get placed for student teaching grows and grows and grows. And then your life starts reflecting those exact imbalances. And those are just three examples, right? Tyler not answering my call, more uncertainty. Financial aid not coming through, more uncertainty. And then the last one, maybe I had dinner plans. I don't know if they're gonna come and be with me. They're kind of flaking, more uncertainty. There will be a pattern, and you will recruit in more of that like energy that you are currently sitting in. And that is how you get to a point where you're like, I don't know, I just feel like I don't know anything in life. I don't know what's going on. I have this lack of control. All these things are popping up, and it all has a theme. It all has a theme to it. And I know as I'm saying this, you guys are starting to piece together some of these moments in your life where you've gotten yourself into these cyclical themes and they're all pointing at the same root emotional imbalance. And tying in the body symptoms, right? Let's say that at this point in time when financial aid did not come through and my check to live off of was delayed, that exacerbated even more my anxiety, right? It became where I couldn't breathe and it upped the ante. It dialed up the notch of my anxiety. And I will continue to have all these other experiences, like Tyler not answering my phone, my friend not coming out to dinner, that is going to continue to fuel my physical body symptoms and my physical anxiety. Okay, a completely different scenario, but just so you guys understand and know, let's say that your anxiety symptom is not the same as mine and it's a racing heart. Okay. If you have that racing heart body symptom going on, you will recruit in more situations that elevate your heart rate. Let's say somebody thinks it's funny to come and scare you if you have a 10-year-old like me and pops out of the woodwork and you're like, oh my gosh, where did you come from? And it elevates your heartbeat, it elevates your heart rate. That is another situation where you will find that that is sitting in your field and you are continuing to recruit in circumstances, situations, interactions, and events to get you to that same point of heightened anxiety. It is just how our world works. It is just how our bodies work, it is just how energy works. And we have so much science now to back up that this is how our bodies work. We have lots of new research coming out on our electromagnetic fields and the energy fields around us, and even old research too. There is so much to back this up. But as you walk away from this podcast today, you are going to start to understand and observe these different themes going on in your life that start to recruit in the same like energy. It's actually going to blow your mind. Like it is actually going to have your jaw on the floor. Okay. To be able to go, wow, this has the same root, and I just recruited in this situation and that had the same root. Oh my gosh, this just happened to me. And it's all having this underlying emotional imbalance root. Oh my gosh, it is just wild. It is crazy that this is all coming down to the wire and it's all coming down to the same theme. So, a couple of things I want you to take away from this episode. The very first thing is that your body is never against you. Your body is your biggest ally. She, or if you are a he wants the very, very best for you at all times. And it will be the very first thing to step up when you are off your soul purpose. And what do I mean by that? When you are in scarcity, when you are missing details, when you are feeling a lack of safety, you are not being your true core high frequency, high conscious self. You are in a very limited human egotistical perspective, and you have a very limited and ego-driven perspective that is lowering your consciousness level, lowering your frequency. Okay. And when you are in a lowered frequency state, you are not able to help those around you in the way that only you know how, with your unique gifts, your unique personality, your temperament, all of that. You are not able to live the life that you were destined to live when you are in a limited low frequency state. Okay. So again, I'm gonna keep going back to my example so you guys have some context here. This can be very abstract if you are just tuning in for the first time. If I was at that college age, okay, and I was hyperventilating, like true 20-year-old Maggie would have, about where I was going to be living. I was missing those details. Where is my student teaching role going to be fulfilled? If I'm in that limited, low frequency state of, oh my God, oh my god, oh my God, oh my God, my life is over if I get it here, or I will have so much work to do if I get it here, or it'll be so great if I get it right where I live right now and everything stays the same. When I'm in that limited low frequency state of not trusting myself, that no matter where I get placed, I'm gonna figure it out, I'm gonna be okay, I'm gonna be safe, I'm gonna be, you know, taken care of. When I'm in that low frequency state, I get put into panic. I get put into I don't trust myself. I get put into I'm not okay, I'm not safe. Those are all the ingredients that then get embedded into our electromagnetic field when we are in that limited state. If I'm saying I don't trust myself, I'm not okay, and at this time, let's say that I was working with children and I was picking up hours here and there at the boys and girls club. Am I able to go to the boys and girls club and affect those children in a positive way, like I was meant to? No, right? Because I'm panicked. They feed off my energy. They are now panicked, and they are now not okay because they're pulling my energy, right? And then that goes off to affect their families and their families, and so on and so forth. It goes off to affect all these people because emotions are highly contagious. Let's just say that I'm not even working at Boys and Girls Club, but I'm just learning and I'm going off to class in this limited state of mind, this emotionally imbalanced state of mind. If I'm in fight or flight, I'm in a state of panic. Am I even receiving any information from class? No. There is a literally no information intake when you are in fight or flight. You will not ever commit any type of information to long-term memory when you are in fight or flight. There is no learning to be had. Ever. That's we are in a primal state. We are in a fight or flight response. We are not learning. That is how our bodies are biologically wired. So let's just say that I'm in class, but I'm in this panicked state over where my student teaching is going to be. I'm not learning. I'm not taking in the information. Okay. And that affects my soul purpose. So I'm just giving you a lot of different scenarios so that you can start to understand. And your body is the first person to step up and be like, hey, Maggie, hey, you're not living out your soul purpose right now. You are in a very, very low frequency state. When you are in a low frequency state, you're not living your best life. That's essentially what it comes down to. You are not living the life you deserve. So your body steps up and goes, I'm gonna course correct you, girl. I'm gonna step up and show you that you're not in a high frequency, high conscious state. So in comes the anxiety to show me to slow down, to show me to be an awareness of my thoughts, and to have me process and deal with the insecure, limited perspective that I have been embodying. That's what happens with our body. But we just have not had the proper teachings and the role models and the understandings that this is how our bodies work. So we think our body is out to get us when it's the last thing ever that it would want to do for us or to us. It is always trying to be on our side, it's always trying to help us out, it's always trying to course correct your body's symptoms in whatever way your anxiety manifests in your physical body is always a form of communication. And it will always start out really small in a slow, gentle whisper. And as you ignore, as you ignore, as you ignore, it will up the ante. It will get louder and louder and louder. Not because it hates you, but because it loves you so much that it wants you to live the very best life you possibly could ever live. It is cheerleading for you so hard. It is so sacrificial that it will do whatever it takes to get your attention. That is how our bodies work. I don't care who you are, I don't care how severe your symptoms are, I don't care how long you've been dealing with this. This is the exact protocol your body goes through that then ends up as an anxious state. Okay. So number one, your body's not against you, it's always for you. It always starts out as a small limited thought. Whisper, whisper, whisper until it gets loud. Always and forever. Now, with a trained intuition, like I said, you can backwards track and you can go, oh, it happened 10 days ago, it happened eight days ago, it came into my body three days ago. And it can help you, like a detective, figure out what was the original thought, what was the original limited perspective that I need to go course correct. Because it will, if you sit in that energy long enough, like I shared, will start to recruit in more of that same energy again to mirror to you, to show you that you are in a limited state. But what is really cool is when you have the neuroscience tools, when you have the trained intuition, or you have somebody that you go to with a trained intuition, and they can go, oh, it was this exact scenario, it was this neural pathway. You can literally pinpoint, it's the coolest thing ever. The exact neural pathway that you thought a million bazillion times over again, that was limited and was missing details, and you start to use the neuroscience tools, the brain-based tools to show your body how that's not true, to show your body that you have the details, that you have the safety, that you are fully in control, guess what? You no longer will experience the anxiety symptoms. I know it sounds too good to be true, but we have seen this course corrected probably a million times at this point. Once you hear the body, you hear what it's desperately trying to communicate to you, your body will let go of the symptoms. Your body will go quite literally, whoo! I'm so glad that I was heard finally. I'm gonna ease off these symptoms because she finally gets it, or he finally gets it. And he or she is making their way towards abundance and steering clear of that lack-limited mindset that they were embodying. So as you move through this week, again, understanding your body is there for you, it is not against you. Understanding that there is an exact protocol of how anxiety comes into the physical. When you are experiencing symptoms, it is not necessarily something that just happened that immediately put anxiety into your body. That was probably a recruitment from something that happened earlier in the week. So earlier in the week, you started with that emotional imbalance in your field, and then you recruited in all week long more situations, more circumstances to show you you had that embodiment in your field. And then that situation happened. Maybe it was, I don't know, going back to my example of Tyler not calling me back, me wondering where he is, what's happening, spiraling, is he in a car accident? Why isn't he reaching me? The unknown, the unknown, the unknown. At that time, I would have been like, that's why I have anxiety, was because Tyler wasn't calling me back. He gave me anxiety, but I didn't realize that it happened so many days beforehand. And that alone him not calling me back was a recruitment in of that like energy. It actually was sitting in my field, you know, eight to ten days ago. And I recruited in Tyler not calling me back because I had that in my field. So recognizing, too, that there is a process to this and there is a solution to this. There is a rhyme or reason, there is a pattern. It just takes acting like a detective, and it really helps to have a trained intuition to be able to backwards track why it's in your body, how it's in your body, and solutions that are, you know, going to work for your body. Because everybody has different solutions. What might take my anxiety off the edge and what will help heal it quicker is going to be different than what takes your anxiety off the edge because we are all bioindividual. And that's something that we can measure here at Whole Family Health is the frequency. Oh, are you a high-energetic match for meditation taking your anxiety down 12%? Nah, that's not really going to be a great solution for you. It's not going to take the edge off. What about bineural beats? Ooh, 98%. That one's going to be a really great tool to have in your toolkit to take anxiety off the edge or to take anxiety down a notch. There's all these different physical tools we can take to help ourselves, but it really does matter to intuitively look in at which tool is going to be the best for your body, which is what we do here at Whole Family Health. We help you see the physical tools that are going to help you. And we also show you the emotional tools you need to not get there in the first place. What I absolutely love about us, like love about us, is we take the physical and the emotional approach together. Far too often, people sway on just one side, either just work on the emotional and don't do anything physical, or just focus on the physical tools and health gadgets that can help you, but don't attack the emotional components that got you there in the first place. We like to take a two-tiered approach and hit it from every single angle. The emotional, your internal landscape is what started the anxiety in the first place. That absolutely needs to be taken care of. You need to be in awareness of your conscious thoughts. You need to understand why you have anxiety in the first place. But also, does it help to attach on a physical component? Absolutely. Will it help you heal faster? Absolutely. Whether that's chiropractor, whether that's massage, whether that's vagal tone exercises, whatever the case may be, it is so helpful to have a physical component as well. It speeds up the healing process exponentially. And what I find is most beneficial is to be able to energetically read which physical tool, health gadget, you know, solution is going to move the needle the most for you. And I'm telling you right now, with all the clients I've ever worked with, no one person is the same. Everybody's body is very different. And the tools that are going to work for you are based on your consciousness level, which is why everybody's tools that are the it factor that move the needle the most for them are so different and like varying between the population. What you hear is like the it factor for your friend and their anxiety probably won't touch yours. And everyone's always like, why it worked for them? Why doesn't it work for me? Because your consciousness level is different. And when your consciousness level is different, you need different tools. So intuitively, we can look in will this help you move the needle? Yes or no? And we try to get you to a 98, 99, 100% match for a physical tool so that you're not wasting your time and energy doing things that are not going to move the needle for your anxiety. Like far too many people are out there purchasing, spending 20, 30, 40k on health gadgets and massages and chiropractor and acupuncture and all these different things. And it's trial and error, right? It's trialing all these different things and hoping for the best. And we end up spending so much money on things that are not moving the needle for us. What I like to do is just go in there energetically looking what is that it thing? And let's not touch anything else. Let's not waste our time or our money touching anything else that is not going to move the needle for us. So that can be really helpful. And it's really great, like I said, to take that approach of emotional and physical is going to get you to the healing. We could talk about this for so long, but I think this was a really good starter episode on what anxiety is, the energetic meaning, which is missing details, how anxiety manifests into our physical body, and how we need physical and emotional approaches to truly get to health and healing.
