Welcome back to the Rooted Within podcast. My name is Megie, founder and CEO of Whole Family Health. This is where ancient wisdom and modern science come together. A return to wholeness, led by the wisdom that has always lived within you. Hello, you guys, and welcome to our episode. Now, this one's gonna be a little touchy because we're gonna talk about money and we're gonna talk about charging for your spiritual gifts. Now, after I've been doing this for many, many, many years, I still have friends and family and people that will be like, hey, can you intuitively look in and want to have a session with me for free? And I know if you guys are using your spiritual gifts, your God-given gifts, whether that's intuition or communication or communicating with people that have transitioned on, or you have a knack for growing wealth, like whatever your spiritual gift is, you can decode patterns, like there are thousands of spiritual gifts, and we have a whole other episode talking about what is a spiritual gift? What do you mean, all this other stuff? We each have a specific spiritual gift that we can use in this lifetime and that we have likely been using for many lifetimes. And my whole premise of this episode is to showcase to you guys why you should always be charging when you are using that spiritual gift. Okay. If you are a student in one of our programs, whether you've taken the emotional mastery program, or you have done some healing sessions with me where I'm teaching you how to be a healer, or you have, you know, trained your intuition and you are starting an intuitive business, or you're using your trained intuition for a career, whether you're embedding it into your home organizing career, or you're embedding it into your financial advisory career. You are using these spiritual gifts and it sets you apart, first and foremost, is what we're gonna go through and makes it bulletproof that you will never have to compete with anyone else that is in your same niche. We're gonna talk about that. And then we're also gonna talk about why it is imperative that you charge for using your spiritual gift. Now, a lot of people that get into this, they are thinking, you know, this is source information, this is God information on how the world literally works, right? You are understanding, you are learning about reflections, you are learning about self-love, you are learning about how to use your intuition, which everyone on this planet quite literally has access to. There's not one person on this planet that does not have quote unquote psychic abilities that could not predict the future by reading energy waves. Every single person has this innate in them. So why would we charge for that, right? There are a lot of spiritual gurus out there that have a lot of resistance towards charging for information that should be available for everyone. So we're gonna get into this very touchy subject. If you are one of our students here that has their own business starting up and you are charging for it, this is going to help you get rooted into your pricing and into why you should be charging the rates that you should be charging. Even if you're not one of our students, you know, growing your spiritual gifts. If you have any type of business, this is going to help you get rooted into your rates and really backing them up. Okay. One of the biggest things that we help people with in our business cohorts, where we mentor businesses, is that people are charging rates and they're increasing their rates, which you absolutely positively should be doing every three to six months. But there's a formula that you need to follow in order to steadily increase your rates every three to six months, which we talk heavily about inside of our programs. But when you are increasing your rates, your energy needs to be behind it. Your energy field, the electromagnetic field that surrounds your body, needs to support the rate increase. And no, that doesn't just mean that, oh, I can't wait for my rates to increase. I think everyone's gonna pay for them. It's gonna be so much fun to have extra money. That's not what I'm talking about when I say that you are rooted to your rates. If you're having any thoughts at all surrounding, oh, I don't know if people are going to make this big of a pay jump. I don't know if I'm gonna have and hold the same clientele that I had before when I increase my rates. I don't know if I deserve this rate, right? I don't know if I'm worth this rate. If you're having any of those thoughts, that means that you are not rooted to the price increase. And what happens when you are not rooted to your price increase is that people will not follow through and book a session with you, book a meeting with you. They will not buy your offers if they feel like you are loosey-goosey on what you are worth. Again, this isn't oftentimes consciously in their awareness. It is something that just feels off within their subconscious and an energy to them where they go, I don't really know if I want to buy from this person, I don't know if they're legit, I don't know if the transformation that they're going to make, the information I receive is gonna really transform my life. I'm not sure, I'm not sure, I'm not sure. They're gonna just feel unsettled on you and your offer. So even if they're not consciously like, ooh, I don't think they know their worth, ooh, I don't think that they're rooted to their pricing, even if they're not saying those words consciously, there will be an energy to them where they truly feel like something is off within the offer and that it's not going to be worth their time, energy, and investment to take this next step with you. So there's this entire protocol, this entire formula we follow that we give out here, again, in our business cohorts and the different mentorships that we have available, where we walk you through what your rates should be based on where your energy currently is at. And then when you have passed the three to six month mark, you're ready to steadily increase your rates again by a certain percentage point that again we give in the formula. You have to do some of the exercises. You have to become rooted to that price increase in your energy field, or it's gonna throw off your entire business. It's a really, really interesting concept that we talk heavily about heavily to with different business owners when they're kind of looking to increase their price or even begin a business and go, what should my pricing be? It is something that I use my intuition for, for clients, for students, for myself. And again, it's based on all the variables, all the emotional ingredients and the emotions that you're embodying that then create that price. Okay. So we're gonna get into that today a little bit, but essentially, the point that I want to make in this podcast is you should absolutely be charging for your spiritual gifts. Now, a lot of people get hung up on this idea that it's an innate gift, it's something we're natural at. Why should we be charging for it? Everybody should have access to this information. And how I want to kind of start helping you wrap your head around this idea is that, in my opinion, and after helping lots and lots and lots of people train their spiritual gifts, there is a big difference between a spiritual gift that is trained and just a gift that you have that you are naturally good at. Okay, there is a very, very big difference between these two separate gifts. Let me give you an example here. When I, and I've said this a lot on the podcast, when I was little, I was able to see ghosts. I'd be able to communicate with ghosts, I'd be able to communicate with energy, with spirits. I could tell when something was around me. I had this natural gift. My third eye was blown wide open from a very, very young age. And then I went on and I didn't know what I was seeing. I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't know how to turn it off. I didn't know how to turn it on. I didn't know how to communicate fully with them. I didn't know how to make them come on moments that I wanted them to come and go away, on moments that I wanted them to go away. I didn't know how to again communicate fully to understand why they were there, what they were trying to tell me, so on and so forth. I had a very natural gift, but I didn't know how to use it. I didn't know how it fully worked, and I didn't know how to change the variables to get what I needed out of that gift. Okay. It was very confusing for me. And like I've said on the podcast before, I eventually turned it off because it felt very jarring to me. It felt like no one else had this gift. My parents didn't understand it, my friends and family didn't understand it. It became something that I was ashamed of and embarrassed of because I didn't have the understandings around it. I didn't see it as a gift. I didn't understand that other people couldn't do it for a little bit. And then after I realized that, that's when I became embarrassed about it and ashamed about it. And I kind of went through this entire process until I found the mentors that I found and was able to train and understand my gift. Now you could use this analogy in a bunch of different ways, right? If you are a child and you are naturally good at, let's say, playing basketball and you have a really good shot from a very young age, right? And if you went your entire childhood into your teen years, into your adult years, and you didn't train that gift of being naturally good at basketball, could you then go try out for men's basketball, like the WNBA team? No, you couldn't. You would have had to sit and train that gift in order to be on the NBA team. You can't just show up and be like, hey, my parents said I'm naturally good at this. I'm gonna go rock and roll with this. They'd be like, Well, what teams have you been on? What recruitments have you been on? Which colleges have you attended? Like, they would want the list of your training to know that you've really honed in on your craft, right? We would never expect somebody that is just naturally good at something to then go and make it in the big leagues. When we are talking about your spiritual gifts, it is no different, okay? You can be naturally good at having an open third eye, like I was, but have no idea how to use it, but have no idea the variables and how to turn it on and how to turn it off. You can be naturally good at premonition, right? And I had this for a long time too, where I'd be able to pinpoint certain things were going to happen, but I didn't understand the gift. I didn't understand how I was pulling that information. I didn't know if it was right, I didn't know if it was accurate, and I surely couldn't do it on a dime whenever I wanted, until I went and trained that craft. I went and honed in on it, and I spent thousands upon thousands upon thousands, basically what I paid for college and beyond, to be able to train and hone in on my craft. So, all that to say, I know you guys are starting to understand this. If you are somebody that is naturally good at something and you have a spiritual gift, again, whether that's with intuition, whether that is being an empath, whether that's communicating with people that have transitioned on, whether you have a killer communication spiritual gift and you should be on a podium talking to billions and billions of people, whether that's putting your hands on people and healing their body with your physical touch, whatever your spiritual gift is, if you're not going and training it, if you're not having a background in it, if you're not having a mentor in it, if you're not practicing it day in and day out, that is where I say you should not be charging for it. You should not be asking for compensation on something that you haven't gone and trained for. Now, this was what it used to be back in the day, right? Back in the day, you would go and if you wanted to be something, if you wanted to be compensated for a, I don't know, let's say that you were a welder. I don't know where this is coming from, a welder, and you wanted to have that be your career, you would have to go and do an apprenticeship. And you would have to spend a couple of years learning that trade, learning that craft, understanding the machinery and all the ins and outs, right, in your apprenticeship before you would go and you would be compensated for that job, right? We would have 7,000 to 10,000 hours in mastery before we would be compensated and officially be on the clock. Now I see this happening all over. Obviously, I'm very active, and you guys are actually more active, way more active on social media. I try to stay clear from it or have all my assistants do the work, the team do the work. But you guys are very good at spotting things, bringing it to my attention, asking if it's accurate, asking if it's clear, asking if this person has a trained intuition, if their content is accurate, all this good stuff you guys bring me a lot, and then I'm able to decipher for you. But there are a lot of people out there that are just naturally good at predicting the future or are naturally good at reading the energy or going into the Akashic Records or whatever they are saying and claiming that they can do, but they have no training beyond it. They have no training for their gift. And you guys have heard me say lots of separate times that their accuracy levels are very, very slim, right? They are not as accurate within their gifts. It's more happenstance, it's more here and there that they nail things and then, you know, social media blows up and they're like, oh, they must be so accurate. But when I intuitively look at billion-dollar companies that have psychics and intuitives, because you better believe that billion-dollar companies have psychics, intuitives, and energy readers literally on their team to predict stock market crashes, to predict financial corruption and all this other stuff. Their top of the line, intuitives and psychics are like 40 to 50 to 60% accurate. That is barely accurate, you guys. That is horrible. We have world-class intuitives that we train here at Whole Family Health, and they are 99% accurate. They leave our programs with 99.2, 99.8% accuracy within their skill sets, within their 7 to 10,000 hours of mastery. They leave our hands, they leave our programs with being world-class, intuitive, and whatever else they are training for. So it just becomes so, so interesting when you look at kind of how the rest of the world is doing this. And again, this thought process of if we have a spiritual gift, we should not charge for it, is coming from a very fear-based place. That honestly, like just to put it straight up and to put it all out there, it's a dark force agenda, right? It's people hushing the spiritual gifts that we have and making us feel like they're not real and they are not accurate, that it is something that is too woo-woo or too earthy or too spiritual or not defined by science and la-da-da-da-da. When that is simply not the case, right? Our business here at Whole Family Health has debunked that. We have brought the science into it. And honestly, if you guys go out and dig, you guys will see that my husband was just showing me a whistleblower that was just speaking on this. He was a top military operations man. And he went into the military and took a test to get into the military branch that he was wanting to get into. And they learned that he had high capabilities for energy reading. And so they have in military operations and high-intensity branches, they train intuitives. It is all out there. The government trains intuitives, advanced intuition, ability to read energy, ability to look at different timelines and predict to the future. They are coming out with all of these studies right now to showcase that they have known this for thousands of years. But, but it's a very dark force agenda making you feel like you're crazy or you're super out there if you're tapping into your God-given abilities that God or Source literally gave each and every single one of us. They make you feel like it's hush-hush. They make you feel like no one else can do that. It is very indoctrinated and it is very, very intentional with their dark force agenda to make you feel like you should not use your gifts. And by golly, if you know you have gifts, you should not be compensated for them. It is a very dark force agenda and one that I am just not going to have you guys sit around and consume for a second longer, which is why we are doing this podcast episode on it. So, yes, if you are just having a natural ability to do something, but you don't understand your gifts, you should not be charging for it. If you go and you spend 10,000 hours like the girls and women and men do in inside of our programs, and we test you, I mentor you, I watch your form, I critique you, I showcase how you got it wrong, I understand the energy waves, I can see from a bird's eye view all the different missing elements and the elements you need to add back in in order to get to 100% accuracy. You will start to understand and know your gifts at insane levels. That is why we sit and go, you can have intuition, predict the future, understand timelines with 100% accuracy because we force in a loving way, gentle way, we force you to understand your gifts at all levels so that in any situation, circumstance, or event you can rely on it like a scientific measuring tool. That is exactly how we handle intuition here and handle the spiritual gifts and training you so that you can go out and charge for this. So you can go out and create a business where you can create wealth. You should be creating wealth in this lifetime. You should have obscene amounts of wealth in this lifetime. Because if you have a lot of wealth, you have a lot of resources, you have a lot of different ways that you can trickle that wealth out, whether that's starting a nonprofit, whether that is helping have a lot of assistance that then, you know, can serve their family and then their family and their family, and you're spreading the wealth, you're spreading the knowledge, you're spreading the light, you're spreading the high frequency information. You have the ability to exponentially raise the frequency of the planet at much faster rates. That's just it. You have more wealth that directly relates to you raising the frequency of the planet and the consciousness of the planet and creating more light and more vibration in people's bodies than if you didn't have any wealth. And when we understand our spiritual gifts and then we go on and we get compensated for our spiritual gifts, that means that the frequency of the planet is increasing, which is actually what God wants. The biggest intention from source from God on careers and money, right? Because we sit down and we ask him this isn't Maggie here giving you my little human opinion. This is literally a channeled message from God and source. And when you train your intuition and you train your spiritual gifts, you can have one on one, direct, direct conversations with source or God, whatever you. Want to call that placeholder energy for the parent energy for the highest form of intelligence. You can have one-on-one conversations at any time, any place, any moment, and go, what was your intention with money? What was your intention with career? And they will give you the neutralized answer. And it blows people away. But that intention from source or God is to know what you are innately good at, understand your spiritual gifts, train them, understand them on a microscopic level to the point where you're seeing subatomic particles float around. You understand how matter is created, you understand how your physical reality is created, you understand the scientific and energetic laws, you understand what your gifts' capabilities are and what they're not, and the boundaries that they can press and the boundaries they can't touch. You understand that all. And you go out and change the world with that trained gift. And you get compensated for it. And you increase your wealth and you literally spread the light and love to every single person around you. So should you charge for your spiritual gift that you have trained? Yes. Absolutely. You should be charging. And I am guessing, and what I have seen firsthand within our business cohorts and within our practice is that you're not charging enough. You don't truly understand your worth. You don't understand your value. You don't understand the transformations that you provide for people, and you are undercharging. You're undercharging. And when we use our intuition, we can get you exactly the right perfect rate that your customers and clients will respond to. And then, like I had started with, we will show you how to increase, increase, increase why you want to increase. There's always a rhyme or reason, how you can increase without it affecting people's thoughts and opinions of you. And there's just such a great formula that works every single time, but it's a really strategic way to go about it. And here's what I want to get into next is that this idea, I want to kind of get into some backstory to give you some back context, okay, of why it's imperative that you charge, right? Why it's imperative that you don't just go around using your God-given, well-trained gift of intuition or communication or whatever it is, and you're just giving away for free. There's a rhyme and a reason for it. And this is the kind of missing hole or gap you guys have right now within this understanding that we're gonna go ahead and fill in today. Again, if you're a business owner or you're thinking about using your gifts as a business, or you already have an established business and you're wanting to implement some of your spiritual gifts, this is going to be an incredible podcast to listen to quite a few times. Okay. So back in the day when I first started training my gift, like I said, I had always had these gifts and even had some level of conscious awareness around them. But it wasn't until I trained them that I started to take clients, right? At first I was doing it for free. At first, I was giving advice and I was understanding emotional blocks and people and understanding the patterns and decoding, all this sort of stuff, right? I was been naturally very good at this for a long time. People naturally come to me. I would naturally give advice. How many times can we say natural? Let's do it a few more times. So that was just it. I was doing it for free. And then after I became trained from a multitude of programs, different lenses, different angles, again, lots and lots and lots of money later, I was trained. I understood my gifts at levels most people do not. And I started taking on clients, right? Taking on one-on-one clients and getting paid for emotionally decoding for them, getting paid for using my intuition to predict to the future, to pull ingredients, to pull timelines, to tell them why a certain situation happened. Like, why did I have a miscarriage? Well, this is how and why this came about in your life, right? I was able to pull all these different angles and understandings for people. So they walked away with full clarity on why something happened: a health disease, a chronic illness, a death, anything, I would be able to emotionally decode and kind of pull what got them into that situation. And I started charging for it, as I should have, right? Had trained it, understood it, started charging for it. Well, at this time, when I first started charging, I was not charging very much, like maybe a hundred or two hundred dollars, okay, for an hour session with me. And I started to look at it from a very analytical lens as I typically do, because I want to be the best of the best ever. I want to be the most world-renowned healer and intuitive I possibly can be. And I started to look at the life transformations that came from my one-on-one clients when I was at that one to $200 price range per hour. And I started measuring it. Okay. I would have a session with them, I would go and give them homework, tell them to go embody this emotional ingredient, do this physical action step. And I would start to track the energy of whether or not they followed through with it. And I would see that some clients did a small percentage, did. And then other clients would come back for another session and I'd be giving very similar advice. I'd be like, oh, well, we gotta, you know, come back to this and we gotta kind of work on this angle here. And I really started to understand the difference between the clients that put in the physical work and the clients that didn't. Now, as I started to understand the energetic laws even more and how to grow wealth and human behavior and neuroscience every year, every moment. Literally, you guys, I'm learning and expanding my consciousness and my brain every single day of my life. Like one thing about me is I will be learning something new. The Maggie I was yesterday is not the Maggie I am today. And I am constantly evolving and growing. It is my life's work. So when I started to apply new rules, I was starting to increase my rates, as I should have. I was starting to become faster. What used to take me, you know, 10 minutes took me five seconds now. I was getting faster at my gifts that I had trained. I could go to new lengths, I could have communications with the body, I could see the light, energetic body, all these different skill sets and evolutions of my spiritual gifts were coming on faster and stronger. So naturally, I was increasing my rates up to the 300s, up to the 400s, right? And what I noticed was that the higher my rates were, the more in-depth, the more transformations the clients were having. And of course, in true Maggie fashion, I was like, why is this? Why is this? And I started to really understand how money works, how information works, and how transformation works when you have a monetary exchange in place. Okay. So what I noticed was the higher my price tag became for one-on-one session, the more life change my clients were getting. And there's a very, very, very, very specific reason for this. Now I'm gonna stop right here and I'm gonna give you a little example of something I know every single person can relate to so that you guys really get this hit home. Okay, when you guys are in conversation, and I know you can think of a specific person, they come to you for advice, they're usually upset, and it's the same thing over and over again. Whether you have a best friend and they keep attracting in the wrong guys and they keep breaking up with them, and you keep giving them the same advice, right? And they keep coming back to you and you keep going, my gosh, we just talked about this. You're not taking my advice, you're doing whatever you want, you're in the same cycle over and over and over again. Your human self gets really annoyed, right? You're like, I've already dissected this information. How can you not see you're in the same looping pattern and situation every single time, time and again? And also, I am giving you really solid advice and you're not following through on it. So you kind of get to this point where you're like, I don't feel bad for you. Like, I don't want to hear about it. Don't tell me about your breakup again and go find somebody else, right? All of you guys are like, Yes, Mickey, yes, I have that friend, I have that mother-in-law, I have that parent, I have that sibling, whatever. We all have that person in our life. And you sit there, you scratch your head and you go, why don't they take my advice? It's solid advice. Like, I think my advice is really incredible. I think it's really life-changing. And if they only took it, they would be able to have this life change for themselves, right? Well, the reason why they don't take your advice, and this is gonna absolutely blow your mind, you're never gonna sit and wonder this ever again in your life, is that they did not pay for it. They did not have an exchange and go, I'm gonna give you something really valuable to me, which is money. And this isn't the only thing you can exchange, but it is the thing that universally all humans are feeling that money is of value. Again, we can get into another episode later about some of the other ways that we can kind of do these trade-offs, but money is very valuable to every single human. So when they are just getting free advice, they will not value the advice. It is how energetically the exchange goes and physically how the exchange goes with our scientific universal laws of this universe. Now, if you were to pay somebody to give you knowledge, to give you advice, you would have skin in the game and you would take their advice and go, oh my gosh, I just paid for this. I better go out and implement this, or I just wasted my money, right? You have a drive, you have a motivating factor for going out and taking that person's advice and running with it and going, I just spent my life savings on this, I better implement this. That is where the life change happens. And this has tripped so many people up. I mean, early on, like I said, I've had family and friends be like, I want to have a one-on-one session, but I think I should get it for free. And I've had to really put down the boundary of if I give you this one-on-one session for free, you will not value the information and you will do nothing about it. And they have been severe situations, guys. They have been cancer diagnoses in my family and severe situations within my friend groups where I have had to go, it literally is a law, and energetically, I am screwing you over with your growth, with your evolution, with your conscious expansion, because by law, you will not respect this information and you will not take it seriously. It has been really hard over the years because, as you probably can spot, I'm an empath. I love people, I love giving away information. And I'm at a point where my intuition just rocks and rolls. Like I could be giving advice and I will have to rein myself in because my intuition and my human self, they're merged, baby. They are like one and the same. And I don't sometimes have the awareness that I'm giving somebody a session when I'm sitting at the park and just having a conversation with another mom. So fun things for you that you can look forward to. That is the evolution of this. But when we do not pay monetarily, right, with our money and have skin in the game, we will not take the information for face value and we will not have a transformation. Again, going back to my own personal story, the higher my rates got, the bigger the life change were for my clients and students. Okay, so when I got up to the $500 to $600 per hour session with me, I am at a point right now that my clients and students walk away with 98 to 99% out of a 100% life change. They pay that amount and they've likely had to save for it. They're on payment plans for it, and they are respecting the information I am giving them because they have a large amount of skin in the game. They will walk away and do every homework assignment that I assign to them. They will do the energetics, they will do the physical, and they most likely most of my clients come in for one problem. We fix it in one session and it's done. It's typically out of their field. If they come back, it's for another layer or it's for a different problem. It's not something that, like, you know what really ticks me off? Like what really just bursts my bubble is having you come in for a session and us rehashing it out. Like if you come to me for a session, we are nipping it in one foul swoop. I am taking that 60 minutes, we are going hard on it, and I am creating a life change in just one session. Okay. And it is my mission that you never come back to another session with the same exact problem. Because if you do, that means I did not do my job and I did not create a life change in one single session. So, all that to say, you should absolutely be charging when you have trained your spiritual gifts, when you have trained for your ability to do something. And the more you charge, which again, you should always be increasing your pricing, when you charge your clients, your students, your customer is going to have a bigger life change the more that you increase, the more skin that they have in the game. It's really, really, really fascinating. And it is a really big understanding of why every single time you've given out free advice, the person has not taken it seriously. They keep coming back, wondering why they're in the same problem and not taking any of your advice. It's because they do not have any skin in the game. They haven't had any exchange financially for them to be motivated to make a change. Now, they actually have done so many studies on exactly this on giving away something for free and the person not valuing it, and then it crumbling and them being in the exact same spot that they previously were before they were gifted this handout. All right. So they once showed the study, or I was reading this study once, and it was showing or telling us about this neighborhood that was in ruins. Okay. It was trashy. There was a lot of homeless people that lived there, a lot of drugs, a lot of alcohol. Like it was a really dirty neighborhood that was extremely run down and unsafe to be a part of. There, I think it was this TV, if I'm remembering correctly, a TV show that had come in and started to clean up the neighborhood. It was like this project that they were gifting to this neighborhood. They redid buildings, they redid the painting on it, they picked up trash, they had the housing look a lot better, and they came in and completely remodeled this entire neighborhood for free, right? The people that lived there did not have to pay anything for this renovation to come in and take place. It looked pristine, it looked incredible, it looked amazing, and they tracked it. And within three years, that same neighborhood that was gifted all of those beautiful buildings and money and the finances to go ahead and do this and make it a safer neighborhood and all this stuff, the neighborhood had completely gone like 30 steps backwards. It was probably three to four times worse than they had originally started. And that is because they didn't have any skin in the game. Somebody had came in and they had completely replaced everything for free. They didn't have to work for it, they didn't have to do anything to receive this gift. And because of it, they did not take care of it. They didn't take care of the neighborhood, and it went right back to what it originally was. And I'm sure you guys could think of a lot of different examples where, you know, you have people that let's say parents, right? And they have family and they gift their kids a brand new car for their 16th birthday. The kid has to do nothing to deserve this brand new car. And so they're gifted this brand new car. The parents worked really hard on it, but the kids just received it. Does the kid typically take care of that brand new car? No, because they didn't have to pay for it. They're late on their oil changes, they don't care if it scratches or gets dinged up. They aren't really watching it because they don't have any skin in the game. They didn't have to work for it, they don't have to repair it. And because of that, they are very, very lax with what happens to it. It is the same type of mentality that I am talking about with our spiritual gifts and charging for it. Biologically, as humans, when we look at human behavior and human psychology and neuroscience and how we're wired, if we do not provide value to something, if something does not benefit us, if there's not a desire that's being met, a need that's being met, a want that's being met, we do not care. We do not care. If we are not giving something of ourselves in exchange for a job, exchange for an offer, exchange for information, knowledge, transformation. If we are not giving a piece of ourselves to receive that, we will not care about it. We will not have time towards it, we will not have energy towards it, we will not cultivate a transformation because it was free. Because we didn't have to pay anything to get it. So it's really, really interesting when you look at this from a business lens. So if you've been through our programs, our intuition programs, you know we have strict guidelines on who you can give intuitive reads for, when and how with family and friends, and when to stop it, and what's in fair exchange and all of that. But the bottom line that I really wanted to tack on today is that you should absolutely be charging for your spiritual gifts if you're wanting your clients and customers to have a transformation. And again, when we go back to that conversation with Source with God, He wants you to change the world. Your higher self and Source have created you so uniquely. You are so special, you are so different than anyone else on this planet, and you have a very specific mission to attend to in this lifetime. And this is also something that comes up within our programs is while we're training all these different intuitives, so many people are walking through our programs. How am I gonna ever differentiate myself between all these other intuitives? We're all learning the same information, we're all applying the same, you know, universal laws. How am I ever gonna be set apart? Right. This goes even if you're not in the spiritual business, but you are just a business owner that, let's say, provides window cleanings, right? And you're going, there are 12 other window cleaner companies within my city. How am I ever going to differentiate? Right. And then what standard business practices get touted on social media and by all these mentors is lower your rates, right? Be the cheapest one in town or discount yourself, right? And we get into all these different misaligned practices that greatly hurt your electromagnetic field and your energy field and what you attract in and stuff, but you are different inherently by just being you. Your blueprint for this lifetime is radically, radically different than the other people that are around you. The secret sauce is you. It's literally you. It's the way you talk, it's the analogies you give, it's the storytelling from your lifetime that is different than the next person who is a little bit more stoic, a little bit more serious, a little bit more whatever. They are not you. We all are so different. And also our gifts are really different. I tell you, when I go in and train a cohort of intuitives, I Have some intuitives that are really, really, really good at imagination and future predicting and you know accessing the Kajik records. And then I have other intuitives that are insanely gifted at reading children and bodies and blueprints. And some are really great with the human body and reading sickness and disease and ingredients, and we all are different. And the secret sauce is always you. There should never be this idea of having competitors out there. You're not competing with anyone by being your authentic self, by being your radical self, that is how you attract in your specific client load, your specific student load, your specific customer load is by being you. And also, there's other things like you have to fulfill soul contracts. There's certain people that you are destined to help. There are certain people that are waiting for you to open this business or use the spiritual gift or charge for the spiritual gift. They are waiting for you because they are meant to learn from you in this lifetime. Quite literally, your name is on a scroll next to their name. And I don't care what you do, like you're gonna fulfill that soul contract. You're gonna meet them, you're going to be a part of their life. And that is also something to hang your hat on when you are having a business, is that there's a certain amount of people that you are meant to help that are meant to find you. So you better be your authentic real self so they can actually find you. So they can actually be a part of your world. If you're trying to be someone else, if you're trying to have a mask on and be this picture perfect, you know, little version of you, and you're making a lot of non-true self choices because you're conditioned with society, or you're having contagions because you sit all day and scroll on social media and you're not really using your own thoughts, then they can't find you. They can't be a part of your world when you're not being yourself, when you're not utilizing your spiritual gifts. So again, this whole idea of training multiple intuitives and they're all going to be the same. And how am I ever going to find my own unique audience is by being yourself. It truly is. It's by being your most authentic self and having high self-love numbers and embracing exactly who you are, which is also a big part of the formula of being able to increase your pricing and not letting the different contagion thoughts of my customers won't follow me. They will think this is way too much money with what I'm providing them. And what will people think of this? And all sorts of different things. You have to be able to understand the energetic components of this and be confident in who you are and what you bring to the table, because it is so vastly different than anyone else around you. And all it is is that we have to get your human self on board. We have to change your perspective to understanding how unique and special you are. And in order for you to embrace that amount of wealth that you are deserved in this lifetime, that you are meant to spread far and wide in raising the frequency of the planet, we have to first understand a couple of these components here, which is you got to get trained in your spiritual gifts. You gotta charge for your spiritual gifts, and it has to be an intuitive charging, right? If you're undercharging, like I just shared, people typically do not have bigger life transformations. But again, there's a whole protocol to it. You gotta do it the right way. So you gotta know your spiritual gifts, you gotta train your spiritual gifts, you gotta charge for your spiritual gifts, and you have to have this innate knowing that you are unique and special and that wealth and increasing your wealth year by year, month by month is the high frequency thing to do. Don't listen to all the spiritual gurus out there that are like money isn't important and you don't need money and you shouldn't charge. You should just give love and light to everybody, right? Wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. If you are listening to the end of this episode, we know that is not the high frequency way of thinking. Source, God does not want you to be burnt out. He does not want you to be using your gifts for 12 hours a day for free. Part of the wealth formula and having a lot of wealth is being balanced. It's having the opportunity to work 20 hours a week, 30 hours a week, and the rest of your hours should be balancing in all different areas of life. Like for me, part of increasing my wealth is literally horseback riding. It is quite literally going to the creek and spending four hours doing nothing. That is a piece and a part of my wealth formula. I have pieces of my wealth formula that is channeling for two hours by myself and doing internal research. And it's using my intuition in new ways that I've never learned how to use it before and in ways that I haven't used it before. We get so pigeonholed into these regular societal money-making activities, right? And we get told, oh, you have to do this in order for income-producing activities or to increase your wealth. And a lot of the times what I find is it's just backwards. It's completely backwards. And this is one of the things we do in our business cohorts is I'll go in and be like, yeah, you're working 40 to 50 hours a week, but like 16% of those activities are income producing. They're fluff. They're what social media is telling you to do, and it's not moving the needle at all in your business. We got a course correct here. We got to get back on track. And like I said, it's sometimes thinking outside the box of what source needs you to do, right? And what he needs you to do in order to increase your wealth is most likely out of the box thinking. It's being balanced, it's having a passion and a hobby and doing it often. Like I said, me horseback riding is increasing my wealth at exponential numbers, at exponential speed. So me being at the creek and again being in nature and feeling the frequency of the trees and getting into this really channeled zest mode is a part of me increasing my wealth. And we've got to figure out or condition ourselves or rebuild these neural pathways that Source wants you to be balanced. He wants you to increase your wealth. He wants you to charge for your gifts because that is what helps the collective as a whole. He doesn't want you to be burnt out working 50 to 60 hours on things that literally do not move the needle. He doesn't want you working 50 to 60 hours in general with your spiritual gifts. I've shared this before, but your cap for your spiritual gifts and for your business should always be around 31, 32 hours a week. And then the more balanced you get and you hit different wealth brackets, you should be down to 20 hours a week for actually working your gifts because the rest of your time should be balancing the eight areas of life and working on increasing your knowledge, working on relationships and tools that you can work within your relationship that you can bring forth to your business. It is a whole different game, but he never, ever, ever wants us burnt out, not charging, giving everything away for free. It's not the way that we were designed and biologically wired to work. He wants you to charge, he wants you to know what your gifts are, he wants you to train your gifts and be compensated for them. And also then go out and have this life change in every single person around you. Because again, the way we are wired as a human is if we give, then we get. We gotta have skin in the game in order to value the information. And I get from a very human self how hard this is. Like I said, I've had so many friends and family that are just wanting free sessions. And I have to go to this bird's eye view and be like, you're never actually gonna get the answers you need for this health diagnosis to go away if you don't pay. And if they don't understand the energetics behind it, it can be a tough situation where their human gets upset or gets angry or doesn't quite fully understand it. But that's the bottom line. So, anyways, this was such a fun episode. But this was the way we were going this week. We're talking business, we're talking wealth, we're talking about the positivity in wealth. Cause again, a lot of people don't want to talk about that. It's kind of a hush-hush. Don't talk about subject. And if you know anything about me, is we're gonna rip the band-aid off and we're gonna talk about it. We're gonna talk about it, we're gonna get deep, we're gonna get the actual neutral source-like perspective on it. And what I would just love in closing here, too, is just share this episode far and wide. Share it and suggest it to a friend. Actually, do this, play a little game with your intuition and ask it. And I don't care if you've trained it or not, it'll work because again, remember, we all have intuition. It'll work.
