Now, setting that aside, what we're going to talk about today is intuition and how I use it on a daily basis. This is a recurring question that keeps popping up. And it's essentially taking and putting aside my entire business and practice that I have built using my intuition to heal body symptoms, chronic disease, health conditions, mental health disorders, your children's reflections and misbehaviors and issues that they are dealing with, your business problems, wealth not growing. We do all of that inside of my intuitive practice. But setting aside the idea of running a business with your intuition, a lot of you guys are wondering, how am I using my intuition on a daily basis that has nothing to do with work? Okay. A lot of you guys are like, that's a far stretch. I do not know if I want to have an intuitive business or get compensated for being an intuitive. Like, I can't picture myself going there. So hold up, hold up. And you guys are like, how do you use your intuition just for everyday life, right? So Maggie as a mom, Maggie as a wife, as a friend, as a sister, how am I using my intuition every single day just to have an incredible life? Just to have a life that is authentic to me, that is calling me to be on my sole purpose and not allowing me to get off track. Now it is my fundamental belief. Like I feel this to my core. No one can convince me otherwise. It is a hill I will die on that every single person on this planet should have a trained intuition. I literally don't know how you guys are functioning without a trained intuition. I have no idea anymore. I've been doing this for so long, what life looks like without a trained intuition. Actually, I see people all day, clients, students, all of that, and what it actually is. It's a lot of course correcting to get you guys back on track. And handing you guys an intuition, having you guys go out and train your intuition is like giving you guys a compass so you guys know exactly what your next steps are. If you do not have a trained intuition, you are guessing and checking, trial and erroring it every single day, all day. There's an easier way to go about it where you know your next step is going to be meaningful and it's going to get you closer to your goals that you have in this life. Okay. I want you guys to sit right now and go, what's the biggest struggle for me right now? What's the biggest obstacle? Is it that you feel like you don't have enough money to live? You're living paycheck to paycheck and money is slipping through your fingers every single month, despite you having an incredible budget, an Excel spreadsheet, you just can't seem to manage it. There's other things you want to provide for your kids. There's other things that you want to go out and do, but you just do not have the financial resources to do that. Is that your biggest struggle? Is it parenting right now and you have a child that has an issue, an obstacle that they are dealing with, and you do not know the right way to go about it and to tackle it? Is a health condition forefront in your mind right now where you cannot live the life that you want to live because you have this health condition and you have this body symptom that's attached to it, and it's literally sucking the life out of you, and you cannot live the life that you want to live. Okay? Is it a relationship issue? Is it a marriage issue? Is it a friend issue? Problems with your in-laws, problems with your parents, like every single one of your obstacles that are taking away your sleep, keeping you up at night, having your thoughts ruminate over them, ruminate over them, ruminate over them, loop, loop, loop, loop, loop, it can literally be solved with your intuition. It is like having a compass in your back pocket, putting in a destination. I want this money situation solved. I want to find the next best employee that's going to help me scale my business to the next level. I want to solve this issue with my child. Whatever that destination is, having a trained intuition is a compass, it's a GPS to get there in the fastest, quickest, most simplest, easiest way possible. No more detours. Okay. No more detours. Having a trained intuition helps you with every single day life. Like I said, making choices every single day that are going to inch you closer to that goal, to that dream that you guys are holding so close to your heart and going, I just have to get there. I just have to get there. I just have to get there. And then self-sabotaging that you're not there yet, self-sabotaging that you can't seem to figure out the next step for that, shame, guilt, all of these different things. I want to be a better mom. I want to be a better wife. I want to be a better person. I know I can live up to this, but I don't know the direction. I feel directionless. I don't know my next steps. I keep making the wrong steps. I keep putting myself 10 steps backwards instead of putting myself into the right direction. I'm telling you guys, having a trained intuition is the answer and the key to it all. Okay. So I'm going to kind of go through some life examples today. You guys like being nosy. You guys like knowing little pieces of my life and my stories and the things I'm dealing with in real life. And a lot of you guys kind of have this neural pathway built, this narrative built that I only use it for business, right? It's my business, it's my bread and butter, it's how my family makes money, it's my career, which is all true. Those are all true. But it also just taking aside and putting aside my business and my practice and how I help individuals with it every single day. I want to show you the ways that I use my intuition just as mom, friend, sister, wife. And it's going to give you a really good understanding of how maybe you could use your intuition, get a trained intuition to help yourself navigate the different obstacles and struggles that you are dealing with in the quickest, easiest, most simplest route ever. And it was so funny this morning as I was gearing up for this podcast. I always tap into the collective consciousness, right? Like absolutely known for tapping into the consciousness. What are you guys struggling with? What are you guys needing help with? What's the biggest blocks right now? And this analogy came forward that I am meant to share with you guys. It's gonna help you guys kind of understand intuition as a whole. And I was thinking of we're gearing up for summer here, right? And every single summer we have these massive beach days. Like I will just pick my kids up and we'll be at the beach for eight hours, and we will just sit and we will play and we'll be in the water and we just like pack up for a day event at the beach. Okay. And since we've been in Utah, it's just like a different vibe here than in Wisconsin, obviously. But what we have noticed last summer and what kind of was at the forefront of our mind, and we got to know some people, was that there's a lot of like quote unquote side jobs where people will have metal detectors. You guys are like, I did not think the story was going in this direction. It is, okay, buckle up, it is. And they have these metal detectors and they just like scour the beach for jewelry, for wedding rings, and then they go off and sell them. And it's kind of these little side gigs for these individuals. We got to know a couple of them really well last summer as we frequent the same beach and they frequent the same beach to find their jewelry and pond money, and they actually make a lot of money, I think, from this. And it was really interesting. Again, we never saw these individuals in Wisconsin. It's a Utah thing, possibly. So, anyways, we always saw these individuals. They would show us what they all collected. They always found all these different things with their very high-tech, high-quality metal detectors. What my intuition was showing me this morning was there's a difference, which we talked a lot about last week, between having an intuition, right? And having an innate knowing or feeling like a high empath and being able to tap into other people's energy, but not having it trained, right? As you guys have heard me talk, every single person has intuition on this planet. You do, your mom does, your dad does, your sisters, your brothers, your children, every single person has the ability to tap into intuition at any given point and time. Now, are there people more connected to their intuition than other people? Yes, absolutely. So, kind of let me just like break this all down for you guys in a simple, simple way. I can hear questions just floating in right now. So, intuition, right? When you are born, children have insane intuitions, okay? And you will see ages one, two, three, four, five, six, upwards, seven of children remembering past lives, having the ability to communicate with spirits in different energies, feel different energies. They're very, very, very open to their third eye, the pineal gland, their intuitions, like I said, timelines. And there has been countless documentaries, countless stories shared about children remembering past lives, like to the point where they can quite literally bring you to their past lives' house. They know where they lived, they knew important people. Like children are so tuned in. Okay. Your children are, and they kind of at age seven, around it's not a cut and dry number, but around age seven, they really start to pull away from their intuition. Why? Because society and the government and the dark forces that run the government hint most of the government, they don't want us to remember our intuition. They don't want us to have a remembrance of our spiritual gifts. They want us busy, they want us fat, they want us drugged up on different pharmaceuticals and that are blocking this, that, and the other thing. They want us compliant. That is the end goal for our government. That is the end goal for dark forces. Okay. So they have cultivated a society where the people are busy running around, not connected to their emotions, not connected to each other, right? We have all these social medias and smartphones, and everybody just has their face in the phone, right? Have you guys been to like restaurants lately? This is one of our family's favorite games. We're outing ourselves right now, but we will not bring in our phones to a restaurant, right? And we will look around at everyone just with their face in their phone and we will see how many people are actually having authentic conversations. Hint, it's not very many people, right? Even people on dates, right? There's like couples on dates and they both are sitting on their phones. It's wild. It's a wild time to be alive. I urge you guys, try to go into a restaurant. Try to leave your house without your phone and have all the phones sitting on the counter. You will live. You will live to see another day. It's actually very, very, very freeing. And something else that I got into motivating myself to be technology less in a way, you know, I have my business, my work, but really getting off social media, you guys will see me rarely post. And if I do, I hop in, I hop out, or I have our team members post for me. But what's really motivating for me was all these billionaires, all these government officials, all these high-end Hollywood people, y'all, they don't have their phones sitting around them 24-7. Okay. There have been really important people like Bill Gates. Okay, he's not important at all, but he makes a lot of money. He runs the world. These different high intelligent people, leaders, quote unquote, in our world, they will purchase a new car and get their radio extracted from it to not distract themselves, to be in tune to their body. They are so much more advanced than us, and we're all like little peasants to them that are distracted and sitting and obsessed with our social medias, and it's addicting and all of this sort of stuff. But the wealthiest of the wealthiest, the elite of the elite, the leaders of our countries, they are not sitting on their phones like we are. They are not addicted to technology. There was another celebrity that I was reading about, because again, motivating myself. And this celebrity, I forget who it was because I honestly don't know celebrity names. People are always like, oh, you know this artist? I'm like, no, I don't know anything. Do you know this movie actor? No, I don't know anything. I haven't watched a movie in a decade. So that's just who we are. And there's nothing wrong if you are the opposite, but I just don't know names. I don't know names and faces, and I have never cared for people that are on a pedestal. Anything trending, my soul is like, run, run, we don't care. But, anyways, I was researching this, and this specific celebrity had obviously a whole group of people that managed and ran the house, right? And so they did not have a phone, they did not have a computer in the house, they did not have Wi-Fi sitting around because that also they know, they know that it's harmful for our health and shutting off different things in our bodies, right? The 5G, the 6G that's going to be rolling out. They run so far from it. They know. And, anyways, he had to actually go and walk up to his house manager and ask for a device. And then the house manager was at a timer, give him the device, and then he'd bring it back. Like that was his protocol at home. So, long story short, they want us in a disconnected state. They want us on our phones. That's why they know how addicting technology is, and they are pushing it, pushing it, pushing it. They're coming at us from the food, like they want us disconnected from our intuition. So bringing it back around, I didn't get too far off on a tangent. Bringing it back around. Age seven is really, and even it's getting sooner, guys. It's getting sooner because we're handing our children iPads at age two, right? We are giving our kids cell phones sooner and sooner and sooner. I mean, almost a decade ago when I was a teacher in my first grade classroom, kids were already getting cell phones in the name of we want to be able to contact our kids. But it's getting sooner and sooner and sooner, and kids are disconnecting from their intuitions, their natural intuitions, sooner and sooner and sooner. But it is this cultivation that society has where it's not talked about. They don't want us to know about our spiritual abilities. They don't want us to know that we can be insanely high conscious, predict future timelines, predict things before they happen. We can be connected to our bodies, that we have a self-healing, decoding capability within the body. They are keeping this all hush, hush, you guys, in all the ways that I just shared about. So everybody has an intuition. And I've talked about this before, but there has been whole civilizations within our time history where everybody lived their life based off their intuition. Everybody had a trained intuition and they lived according to their intuitively led soul, making intuitively led choices every single day. Very high frequency civilizations. Are we there right now? No, we're not even close. But you guys all have the ability to have an intuition, okay? Every single person does. Again, it goes offline when you are around seven or even sooner in this day and age. So back to the metal detector story. What my intuition was showing me is that okay, we have a couple options here. We have an entire beach, right? And we have treasures underneath the sand that we do not know where they are. And when you have a metal detector, it's kind of like starting to be tapped into your intuition. And it's a tool that you have that we all have access to. We can all go get a metal detector. And it's a tool that we have to be able to find treasure fast, right? It beeps at us, it can alert us when there's metal underneath the sand, and then you can go ahead and dig it up, right? So that is kind of being tuned into your intuition and having an idea that you can go out and train it. Now, when you are not tapped into your intuition, you do not understand that you have this God-given right and ability. You are literally just digging in the sand all over. You're going, this feels like it could be here, right? And we're just like digging, digging, digging blindlessly, not knowing if there is treasure underneath there or not, and aimlessly digging all around the beach to try to find treasure. Now, when you go out and train your intuition, it far supersedes that metal detector. Okay, it's not even on the same scale as far as tools and abilities and precision, all of that. When you go out and train your intuition, you are able to go, oop, it's on this beach. There's 17 different treasures here. These are the different treasures that are here. There's one ring, two necklaces, this, that, and the other thing. It is at this coordinate and this space and time. And I am going directly to it. I'm not going and putting a metal detector all over the beach and waiting for it to beep at me. I just know where it is and I'm going to it. That's kind of the difference, okay? It's understanding if something is there or not. And if it is there, then you go and directly find it. And if it's not there, you know exactly the next step to go and find that treasure. Does that make sense to you guys? My intuition was really like tell them this analogy. Tell them, share this. So when you are not tapped into your intuition at all, and this is probably if you've never heard of intuition before or you think it's a joke, or you think it's not real, you're more in this bucket of you're digging everywhere in life, you're trying to find the it factor, you're trying to find the treasure, but you literally have no direction. You are just digging everywhere, hoping that the treasure is in a certain space and time on that beach. Okay. And if you are listening to this podcast, you're kind of starting to understand how intuition works, how it's scientifically rooted, and all this other stuff. You're kind of starting to have a metal detector. Okay. You're starting to go, ooh, I understand that I can use this device, I can use this tool, which is your intuition. To kind of get a feel for where the treasure might be on this beach. And it's going to alert me when I am around and near that metal, near that treasure. Okay. And again, there's different scales, right? Like you could have a really nice metal detector and it's going to be a little bit more sharp, right? Or and it's going to be a little bit more high tech. And then you could just have like a very basic metal detector. And that's like a very basic level intuition where you're just starting to understand it. Okay. But you also can have this mastery. You also can have this mastery over intuition where you don't really technically need a metal detector. And you can use your mind and your God-given abilities to just go, yes, there is treasure on this beach. Yes, there is this ring, this necklace. This is what it's going to be worse. You can extract all the details and you can find the exact coordinates and the exact space where that treasure is and go dig it up, find it, sell it, move on with your life. So there's just these different stages. And again, we are mostly operating as a society with no metal detector or a very basic metal detector, trying to find these treasures, trying to hit these goals that we have in life. But when you look back, it's directionless, it's aimless. You are searching, searching, searching. Maybe it's over here, maybe it's over here, right? How many of us can apply this to real life situations? Like maybe my happiness is in this career. Maybe if I quit my job and be a stay-at-home mom, maybe then my contentment, my happiness will be here. Maybe after I lose 20 pounds, my happiness is going to be here. You're digging, digging, digging, but you have no concrete direction on what is going to make you happy in life, what is going to make you feel content and fulfilled, right? Same thing goes if you're trying to grow your wealth. You're going, maybe I should work this business. Maybe if I get this promotion, maybe if we downsize our house and we don't have such a big mortgage, maybe this will help me grow my wealth. You're guessing. You're guessing on all these life decisions instead of going, this is how I get there, these are the next steps, this is how much I'm going to grow my wealth from this decision. Precision, precision, precision, precision. You guys see the difference. With a trained intuition, you can get the exact details you need and move on with the goal, move on with life. When you don't have a trained intuition and you are just starting to have an understanding of it, a basic level metal detector, you are going to still spend a lot of time trying to search for that next step. It is, like I said, highly recommended. I would recommend to any single person that wants to live an incredible life that can take shortcuts and detours instead of guessing, guessing, guessing, guessing to get a trained intuition. Like could not recommend it more. And I think every single person that I have ever trained would a hundred percent agree with you. And it's your God-given right. Like I said, there have been entire civilizations that have trained and were so in tune to their intuition and led that intuitively led life, which is the most aligned life that you could possibly live based on how your soul was created, how your body was created, what makes you happy, what makes you content, what makes your health the most optimal. There are all these blueprints. And when you have a trained intuition, like I said, you pull those blueprints, you understand your next step in a matter of seconds, and then you get right to it. And that is how you are happy and content and the most fulfilled because you're living exactly like you were designed to. And that's a really good feeling. Okay, so all that aside, I'm gonna give you some tangible examples, real life stories that don't include me having a business and practice within intuition and just how I'm using it as again, a mom, a wife, a sister, and a friend. Okay, so let's get right into it. I'm gonna go through some of the different areas of life. So family life, how am I using my intuition within family life? I use it a lot to help navigate obstacles with my children. So, as you guys know, children having misbehaviors or obstacles, they can either be a reflection of you. If they're under the age of seven, typically they're mirroring your energy, different protocol to help that misbehavior. But if they're over the age of seven, they typically have to begin solving it by themselves because the neural pathways, the emotional embodiments that are creating those obstacles are so strengthened that they need to start doing some brain rewiring, some neuroscience work to kind of help them get out of those different habits that they've created at that time. So kind of two different approaches, but I use it all the time for all the ages of my kids from four all the way up to almost 10. So I am looking at the obstacles and going, oh, they're feeling really left out or they're feeling really lonely. Are they really feeling that way? Or is there another issue at hand? If they are telling me that a friend is saying something or they get to do something that they don't, I'm able to intuitively look in and go, is that really the case? Or are they just creating a narrative in their mind saying everyone else gets to do something? They have all these video games, I don't, everyone else gets to have 10 play dates a week. My daughter told me that last week. Oh, everyone gets 10 play dates a week and we're only having one. And I'm like, yeah, that's not true. Obviously, human brain could have figured that one out, but there's different things that they struggle with that I'm able to intuitively look in at the energy and go, how accurate is that? Did this friend really say that to them? Is this teacher really making them feel this way, or is this something that their body is creating? And I need to kind of help them work through some of these internal limiting beliefs. I use it all the time for our kids, obviously. I use it all the time to heal our kids, right? So if my kids are having any sort of body symptoms from dry skin to a cold sore to a cold, I'm able to use my intuition and pull what is exactly happening within the body and what exactly will help them heal the most. So I'm able to go, you know, will red light therapy help this body symptom heal? 2%? Okay, I'm not gonna waste our time having them sit in front of the red light for 10 minutes a day for five days in a row. That's obviously not going to move the needle. What about saunaging? Oh, saunning's a 98% going to help them heal. Perfect. I'm gonna spend our time and energy doing that. Or pulling different herbs, different supplements, different multivitamins, different food choices. You can set the filter for your intuition to go, what's going to help them heal the most? You better believe I do that all day, every day for them. My husband was just dealing with restless legs, and he's like, I know that there's an emotional imbalance I'm holding. Can you help me? He also has an intuition. We kind of all have a trained intuition at this point, the five of us, but obviously they haven't mastered it to the lengths that I have. So they come in and ask for help. And so he was wondering restless legs, like, why was it reoccurring? What were the different minerals his body was lacking that was leading to the different restless legs was able to help him pull how much iron he had in his body, how much magnesium and the different minerals that I was like, oh, this is like a direct reflection. This is a direct correlation to why you're becoming a match for the restless legs. So I use it for health, I use it for healing, I use it for navigating children's obstacles, children's misbehaviors, because as you know, the human likes to get emotional and they get high strung on certain situations. And what you guys probably will hear me say if you come up to our live events and if you become a student and la di da di da is the problem is never really the problem, right? So, for example, if my daughter is having an issue with a friend, and let's say the friend is leaving her out or the friend is dismissing what she wants to do, right? Most of the time parents would go, Oh, I need to get new friends. This friend isn't appropriate for her. She needs to have kinder friends, and I'm gonna like insert myself into making sure that she has friends that are kind to her and good to her, so she doesn't have to have this uncomfortable moment of feeling left out. I can take my intuition and go, is that really the problem? Is she really feeling left out? Or is it layers and layers and layers deeper? And I'm going, she's having a tough time prioritizing herself. Her self-love is really low. And let's say that she's six, right? And I'm going, oh, she's directly pulling that from me. She's energetically connected to me. I need to work on my self-love. I need to work on role modeling to her that I'm putting myself first and I'm not letting other people walk all over me and I'm having boundaries. Once I role model that, she takes her mirror neurons, she watches that, she starts understanding how when friends ask her to do something, she can go, no, I don't want to do that. I'm gonna try this idea. And she starts prioritizing herself, right? Then the different people around her aren't going, oh, she just follows along with what I do all the time. I don't know if I really like that. And she starts standing up for herself and they start treating her different energetically because of that. So again, it's looking beyond the surface level things that our kids are dealing with, our teens are dealing with, our parents are dealing with, right? Like even talking with different older generations, grandmas, grandpas, you know, 50s, 60s, and 70s year olds. There are a lot of clients that are dealing with relationship issues within their parents, or their parents feeling left out, or their parents feeling like they don't call enough, or their parents feeling like they don't come home enough, or the parents are wanting them to financially support them because this, that, or the other thing happened. It is all the same. It doesn't really matter what the age level is or who the interaction is with. There is always going to be an intuited answer that are layers deeper. And when we are just using our logical human brain, we can't see that. We can't ask the questions of how many layers deeper is this? Is this really a root issue from this emotional imbalance? It gets really complex. And again, in our human state, we just can't solve the issues to its entirety. We stay very surface level. And again, we try to extinguish all these fires with just water, right? With just external solutions instead of going inward and going, where is this really coming from? Because if we don't go inward and we don't find the root, it will keep perpetuating. It will keep happening. The fires will keep popping up and you'll be like trying to tackle one fire and three more will be starting. Then you run over there, start trying to extinguish that fire, and the other one then starts burning and catching on fire. And it's an entire dumpster fire of a life, right? And I know you guys can relate to that, like running over here to this area of life, trying to solve it, and then this area of life starts on fire, and you're like, oh my gosh, my finances, my bank account, we're low again, or we're negative again. Oh God, we have to start focusing over here. Oh my lord, my family's struggling. I gotta go and put my time and attention. And you start to become living this very frantic life of I'm all over the place. I have no sense of direction. I don't even know if my actions that I'm taking are truly putting out any fires. I am depleted, I am burnt out, I have zero energy, and I am just struggling, right? I know so many of you guys can relate to that and I can feel that from you. So again, within my family area of life, I'm able to mother and put my children when they're dealing with these obstacles, we're able to extinguish those root issues, right? We're able to understand what's actually going to move the needle in health, healing, in their friendships, and the different things that are a big deal to them at their different ages that they are in. Even something as simple as signing them up for soccer for four weeks. Is that gonna emotionally drain me as mom? Or is my husband going to be drained? Or going into each child's energy field and being like, will they even want to play it? I know that their human self is saying they want to play it because this friend and this friend is, but will their human self even like it? Will they gravitate towards it or will it be a fight every single day to get their cleats on and get out on the field? Simple things like that, going, is this a great investment? Do we want to do this? Will we like this? Will we regret this? Just simple questions of should we sign each kid up for soccer? Yes or no? Simple things like that. So again, family area of life, right? And I just did this last week when I told them we're only having one play date for the week. I was intuiting they were kind of starting to melt down some of the different days. And I just immediately looked in and I was like, way too much is happening. Like their human self says that they want this play date and this would be really fun. But what their body is actually asking for them is to be in their room playing Legos without any interruptions, without any distractions. So it's again knowing what's actually going to be good for them and using your intuition to be like, what do they truly need right now? Because they don't always know, right? They don't always know, and always their surface level wants and desires, again, you have to be able to sift through them and go, that's not really what they want. They're saying they want that, but that's not truly what their soul wants and needs right now, or even their body needs to be in a regulated state. So I mean, infinite, infinite ways that I use my intuition in our family area of life. Even things and disagreements with my husband, I can be like, does he really feel like that? Or is this dysregulation coming from a work situation? Does he really feel like that? Or is he mirroring back to me an imbalance I'm feeling and he's just playing that part? So there's just infinite ways that I use my intuition within our family area of life that has nothing to do with, you know, my business and my practice here. Wealth. Wealth and growing wealth is something that I truly feel like, unless you have been handed down wealth, right? And your family is full of money and kind of has passed that down, or has passed down a family business, or you get money reoccurring every single month from your family. Wealth is something that you can obviously, many people have grown wealth to obscene numbers and to obscene places, but we talk a lot about this within the different areas of our cohorts and different programs and things. But a couple things will happen if your just human self has created wealth and you know you have become a millionaire by yourself or your business has done really well. A couple of things. One, it won't be sustainable, meaning you could have a 10-year stretch, but your business is not bulletproof and it will crumble, you will become bankrupt, and it will not be a long-term thing. Okay. I was just hearing a story the other day about somebody that got rich really quick in college, started a new idea, and now their idea is just popping up everywhere and it's become the norm, and their business and their wealth is literally crashing. Like they were millionaire status and now they are nowhere near that. And it was like a one-year turnaround where they did not have the business structure in place and just was kind of riding the wave and the high of making a lot of money really quick based on idea without understanding the different pieces that need to be in place in a business in order to have your business weather storms and be able to predict that other things are coming down the pipeline and different things like that. So it'll either be unsustainable or you will sacrifice. This is another really big one. Again, ran into this the other day. You can have the wealth, but you do not have health, you do not have good family relationships. Wealth is really strong, but the other areas of life are greatly imbalanced. So you could be a billionaire, yes, but like you're gonna die young because you're not taking care of yourself at all. And you're so emotionally unstable and you're so dysregulated, and you will have an early end to life because wealth was the most important thing instead of having a balance between all the areas. So you can muscle your way towards wealth, but other areas are going to greatly suffer, and it's not going to be what you want long term, anyways. So a couple different things within wealth. But when you have a trained intuition, every single thing goes through the filter of how do I grow my wealth, right? If you're a business owner, you're trying to play all the parts. You're trying to be the social media marketer, advertising, you're also the virtual assistant. Like when you start a business or even a couple of years into a business, you play all the hats. You don't have time and you don't have any money to hire it all out. So you literally play all the hats, right? And when I go into businesses, again, like part of our business cohorts, there are so many activities people are running around with their heads cut off doing that are not making any money, that are not growing their wealth at all, even are drastically decreasing their wealth. Like their ability to make any money is drastically decreasing by the activities they are choosing to do. So everyday things in my life, again, for growing wealth, it's really crazy, but a lot of the growing wealth activities for myself are things that human self would never think of, right? It's going for a bike ride with my four-year-old. And this just happened last week, you guys. I will have to do a whole separate episode on it, but it was the most magical moment of my life. I actually asked that intuitive question. I said, Will going on this bike ride grow my wealth? And it said, Yeah. So again, human self would go, No, I need to sit home, I need to work, I need to get this done, this done, this done, this done. And it's being able to have that trained intuition to going, okay, it said that it's going to grow my wealth. I hop on the bike, my toddler hops on her bike, and we bring baby and we bring some carrots for the horses that are in this pasture that we always go and say hi to. Well, we go and we say hi to these horses. We're hopping off, we're giving them carrots, and we're just like mesmerized by the view of them. And we love visiting these horses. Well, the owners of the horses across the street, she goes, Hey, you guys want to pet them? And I get to chatting with her. And she invites us into our house. She's the rescue, animal rescue nonprofit, and we stay for two hours, and she literally in the middle of it looks at me. She does like equine therapy, art classes, all these stuff for homeschoolers, and she goes, I don't know why this is coming out of my mouth, but I feel like I need to ask you to be on our board. And she is chatting with me and we just hit it off, right? And that is a prime example of intuition leading you to go on a bike ride that leads you to meet this person, that then leads you to open up more for clients and equine therapy and energy work. She does all of that. And I never would have known that from going on these little bike rides and who owns the horses and why there are so many horses on this pasture. And if you guys don't know, I'm on a horse journey right now. I am literally learning. That's my passion hobby that I'm into right now. If you haven't listened to that passion hobby episode, you need to go do it. It's a huge, huge, huge, huge part of being balanced in all areas of life is having a passion and a hobby. No motherhood doesn't count, no work does not count. You need to have a passion hobby. It was a big reason for people and women, especially being imbalanced in their hormones. Anyways, learning about horses and understanding horses and taking horseback riding lessons right now, and all these different things I'm doing is my hobby that I'm learning about right now in life. So it was extra cool. It was so cool to be on this same loop that we bike every single day, meet this person, be welcomed into her house, and she does literal energy work with children and horses. She's asked me to be on her board whether or not I do that. It's a whole nother intuited conversation. But talk about growing your wealth from meeting a new connection that has new clientele that is going to help grow my wealth, my reputation, all of that here with where we reside in Utah. Do you guys see how your human self would never think that way? Right. You would never think, oh, growing and increasing my wealth is going to be going for a bike ride with my four year old. It would be get your stuff done, get this to do list done, push out another podcast, open up another one on one session. Those would all be the logical ideas. But that is where having a trained intuition is detouring you. It's cutting the fluff, it's cutting the different things. That you're guessing and going, oh, I should do this. Oh, it didn't work. Oh, I should do this. It didn't work. It's cutting all that out and going, what's the fastest, easiest, most simplest way to get to where I want to be to increase my wealth? And then it's having that dialogue with yourself by going, oh, going for a bike ride? Sure, let's do it. And then understanding how that just massively shifted your life and how if I had listened to my human self, maybe I wouldn't have met this woman until the end of summer. And I just collapsed a four-month timeline by following my trained intuition, by going, okay, what is going to increase my wealth the most today in this moment? And then listening to that, following through with that, and boom, boom, boom, baby. It is so incredible to see and follow that trained intuition in ways that your human self would never be on board with. So that's a good example of wealth. That's a good example of me using my intuition to increase my wealth. A lot of times, increasing my wealth is sitting at a creek for a couple hours where my kids play in the water and I'm getting all these downloads. And the earth and the water and the rain and the trees are telling me next business moves. Sounds insane. So, so true. I literally will glean insight from Mother Earth with sitting there while my kids are playing and being immersed in nature and hearing the communications for them. And they will give me business ideas. They will give me next intuitive downloads for the next steps in order to increase my wealth. So again, is it what your human self thinks? Absolutely not. But with a trained intuition, you are able to go, okay, I gotta go to this creek, I gotta sit in the rain, and then boom, I got this intuitive download. Holy crap, this is it. Let's run. Understanding that you just got four new one-on-one clients from that time sitting in the rain. Absolutely wild. So that's a different way of thinking about increasing your wealth and how I use my trained intuition to increase our wealth. Also, investments. My husband will come with all these ideas for different places to invest our money. And I will be able to intuitively look at and be like, yeah, this is gonna be good. No, this is not good. This is not gonna increase our wealth. This is a great area to put it over here. So it's using your trained intuition to be able to see timelines and be able to see what's really going to shift the needle when it comes to growing wealth. Okay. So we talked about family area of life. We've talked about wealth physically, right? Within body symptoms, we've talked about, but even things like should I work out today? Is it going to be pushing myself to the most optimal health possible to go for a walk today or to lift weights today? Even simple things like that. There's so much that my intuition understands about my body that I cannot see, that I am not aware of. Maybe my inflammation level is through the roof on that day because I'm feeling stuck. That's the translation for inflammation, by the way. And I'm feeling stuck. So actually, a high-intensity power lifting, you know, pushing the weight lifting is not going to be beneficial for my body. It's going to stress me out more. And my body's like, please just go for a one-to-two mile walk. It's using the intuition to make every single day choices in all these areas of life and going, if I want to have the most optimal health possible, what's going to get me there today in this moment? And sometimes, like I said, you're trying to get a certain body physique or get to a certain weight loss number, and your intuition is going, yeah, to get there, you need to go sit out in the grass. Like that's all you need to do. You need to stretch today. Where human self would be like, we're doing this, we're doing this, we're doing this, drill sergeant, I gotta stick to the 75 hard. And your intuition would be like, no, that's actually gonna make you more inflamed, more puffy, more swollen. You are not going to lose weight that way. But again, you can't see all those different layers without a trained intuition. So anything physical, you know, are eggs good for me? That stuff sometimes can change. Eggs used to not be a high energetic match for my body, where recently they became a high energetic match again. This is one I use all the time too. Here's a great example. If I'm feeling bloated, I'm like, did this food source make me bloated? There were so many things I didn't know were impacting my body or giving me a stomach cramp or making me feel gassy or bloated. I didn't know which food I was eating that was a direct correlation to that. There was another one just on our vacation where I got these like G2G bars and they were like relatively healthy, great for our hikes, but I kept getting these like lower stomach cramps, which was like trapped gas. And again, instantly I was like, oh, I was intuiting this is exactly the source that is making me feel yucky right now. If I didn't have that, again, if I was just in my human state, I'd be like, oh, I don't know if that was it. I don't know, it could have been this, could have been that. You don't have any idea what is actually causing different symptoms. But with a trained intuition, you're able to spot and go, oh my gosh, that is like a 98. I'm never eating these bars again. They do not do great within my body. And then even going to the ingredient label and being like, this is the reason. My body doesn't like it. It's this one ingredient. Oh my gosh, my body cannot handle that. And even if you want to go down into a further rabbit hole, why, what's it actually doing, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It is so helpful to be able to understand what is going on. Food poisoning, you can get a direct correlated food that you know set your stomach off. So many different things. So that's kind of the physical area of life. Again, mental, right? So mental area of life, my thought processes. There's so many times, you guys, that my human self feels worked up about something, and I'll be like so angry, so upset, like just triggered. And when I intuitively looked at it, I'm like, I'm not that upset by it. Like it's this thing over here that I'm upset about, but I'm labeling this event as what's making me mad when it's not even close. It's this over here that's happening, and it's this emotion I'm feeling about it. And it has nothing to do with the situation that my human is like, oh, I'm so triggered by this. You think of all the fights you start that are like, oh, this person made me mad, or my husband said this to me, or oh my gosh, my child treats me like this. And then you look in and you're like, I'm not really upset about that. I'm upset about this thing over here. Then you don't have to have all those confrontations, those big blow ups. Like it helps everything when you can see what actually is upsetting me. What is actually triggering me and to what level, right? When we train our intuitions, we get down to the decimal. Oh, I'm a 98% triggered, that's super, super mad. 92%, that's a different number. Oh, I'm only 14% triggered, I'm not even faced by this. You can clock to see where your level of emotional regulation is and what is truly upsetting you. In the opposite, right? There are things that I don't feel upset about that my human is like, oh, not a big deal. And my intuition's like, this is a huge deal. This is a very big deal, and we are not okay. And I'm able to be like, wait, what? I feel fine, but there's a disconnect between my mind and body, and I'm shoving an emotion to the side. And a lot of you guys do that and have learned that from childhood to just like push it to the side, push it to the side. We don't have to deal with that. I'm not mad by that. And your body's going, oh, yes, yes, we are. Connect with me, feel with me. We are upset by that. So, likewise, it's a good reality check of when I am doing that. And then I'm able to go, okay, wait, I am actually upset with this. What are the tools that I can take out from the emotions program, from the different things that we have with my trained intuition to work through this? Cause I am actually mad about this. And I'm trying to push it off. I'm trying to suppress it, which we all know suppressing the emotions are just going to create body symptoms later on, health diseases, health conditions, it's going to create them later on. So I want to attend to these emotions. I don't want to suppress them and have the universe show me in my reality via just triggering moments, experiences, interactions, or a health disease or a health condition or a body symptom. I don't want to have to get to that point. So I'm going to take care of it right now. But again, a lot of us are either swaying one way where we don't know what we're feeling and we think everything's fine, or we know what we're feeling, but we don't know what the problem actually is. We don't know where it's actually stemming from. So intuition is, oh, it's key for that. Because, like I said, there's so many things throughout the day that I misread in my human state. And I have to intuitively look at and be like, okay, that's not actually what's going on. And it saves me a lot of arguments. It saves me a lot of confrontations. It saves me a lot of like words that I regret saying because I'm able to look and assess the situation for what it is, not with what my human state thinks that it is, which is a very limited perspective. So incredible. So, so incredible. And then the last one I'll touch on, this is getting a little lengthy, but the last one I'll touch on is social area of life. So, like my friend circle, right? My reality, my people I hang out with, the people we invite over for dinner, the people that my kids hang out with, I use my intuition all the time, right? I'm going, are they gonna be a good friend to us? You know, we have also an episode on compatibility, but basically there's four different markers for compatibility. And I try to keep in my social circle really, really good friends that meet a lot of different markers that are three out of four. If they're not going to be a high match for me, I'm not likely to invest all my time and energy into them because I'm able to know right away, like, are we gonna be good friends or not? Are we meant to learn from each other? Are we meant to go to this place or are we not? It just cuts the fluff out again at getting to know someone really well and being like, ooh, like we actually don't really get along. Or actually, you know, this isn't really working out for me. I don't really feel good around you, all these other things. It cuts that and goes, are you gonna be a great friend? Yes, perfect. Let's go. Come on over, come over tonight, come over tomorrow. Like, I want to invest my time and energy into being a good friend, into spending my time with you, into my family getting to know you. So I use that a lot within my friend circle. And then little things like, oh, I bring dinner to a lot of people throughout the week. I love cooking for others. I kind of have a little benchmark of whose day can I make really special today? And I intuit and use my trained intuition to kind of see who in my social circle is struggling or what they're struggling with. And I'll use my intuition to be like, does their family like pork? No, perfect. I'm not gonna make that meal. Or would this be more beneficial? Or would this? I use my trained intuition a lot just to kind of take the burden off of them trying to make decisions or what would be best for them. I can just kind of hit and nail it with bringing and swooping in what's going to truly move the needle for them to have a better day or to have a better week or whatever the case may be. I use my intuition a lot for that, or just like, ooh, I feel like this friend's not okay right now. And being able to feel that intuitively and then go out and support them and help them. So I use my intuition all the time. And again, just to reiterate it, it's that you can live a life without intuition. Everybody does, right? Like 95% of the population is guessing, guessing, guessing, guessing. Is this friend good for me? Is this friend good for my kid? Is this relationship gonna last? Do you think of the dating world, which I've never had to experience because I've been married to Tyler forever. We're going on like 15 years. He's all I've ever known. Okay, you guys. You know what's so funny? I actually looked in past lives. I've had issues with dating. And this life, my higher self's like, we're just gonna like give her a little breaky. We're gonna give her a break, have her meet her soulmate right away. Like, she's not gonna have all these issues with romantic relationships. So I truthfully haven't. I've had no issues within my romantic life, which is so funny. And when I looked at that, I was like, oh, it's because I've literally had so many issues in past lives. I'm having a little break here, like I will receive that. So you think of dating though, and if you could go, oh, this person's a four out of four, perfect, I'm gonna invest time into them, or if they're like only a one out of four, meaning that they don't have a lot in common with you, and they're not gonna be a good match for you, you're not gonna waste your time, right? You're not gonna waste your time trying to get to know them, seeing if they're good for you. It just cuts the fluff in so many different areas, right? It cuts the fluff and it gets right to the point. Right to the point and what's going to actually create wealth for you. Okay. It helps you get right to the point with growing wealth. It helps you get right to the point with relieving your body symptoms and your health conditions. It helps you get right to the point on what's really going on with your kids and their different behaviors they're having and different struggles and whether they're having reoccurring UTIs or they're having sleep issues or they're having, you know, temper tantrums. It helps you get right to the point. Helps you get right to the point what's going on in your marriage, what they're actually feeling, what's going on. Here's a good marriage example too. I'll just go, you know, how was Tyler's day? What he's gonna come home like? Is he gonna be really tired? Is he gonna need this? Is he gonna need I'm able to kind of problem solve and prepare myself for what is to come too within that like future prediction part of intuition. It helps you get right to the point with getting to a career and building a business and employing the right people at the right time that are going to be the perfect match for you. Everything to do with health. It helps you in all eight areas. I truly like I started this with, I don't know how you guys are surviving without it, some of you. It is the GPS, it is the compass to my life. Anything that I want in life, I can ask intuitive questions and get right to the answer. Sounds like a crystal ball. It sounds, remember those like black, oh, what are those called? I'm gonna just butcher it. Those black balls that you'd like ask a question, it'd be like, not sure. Not yet. Someone's gonna be like, oh my gosh, you guys have it all on the tip of your tongue. I do not, I don't even have anything sitting right there, but those black balls, right? And it'd be like, yes, and you're like, oh my gosh, I'm gonna marry John from seventh grade. Oh my gosh, right? It is that like that is a trained intuition. It is understanding what's going to move you the closest and in the most easiest way possible. It is so, so imperative to living the life that you were meant to live. It's imperative to have a trained intuition. If you don't, obviously you're you can still have a great life, but you are creating longer timelines for things. So if you were supposed to be a millionaire at 27, maybe you're going to be a millionaire at 47 because it takes your human that long to go, oh, I'm gonna try this career, and then I'm gonna try to learn self-love here, and then I'm gonna do this. It takes you longer, it puts your timeline further out when you are guessing, guessing, guessing, guessing, guessing, when you could invest in a trained intuition that goes, do this at this time for this many weeks, and this will be the outcome. It is literally a mathematical equation. And I know you guys have not heard that intuition can be a scientifically precise measuring tool. And it's a lot of this like earthy woo-woo fluff fluff out there on social media of like, ooh, just feel into your feelings, but it actually can be very precise, very specific. You can get it down to the decimal, you can see energy move, you can see what's going to get you to your goals the quickest and the easiest in the most simplest way. So, all that to say, those were some tangible examples of how I use my intuition every single day. Every single day. All day I am running my life through my intuitive lens to get exactly what I want in life. I'm not guessing, and I try not to have my human self make those decisions when I have a trained, precise measuring tool that I can filter everything out and get exactly what I want. Guess what? You can too. You can have this tool too. You can train your intuition. There isn't one person that I have ever come across that has not been able to get their intuition to the same level as mine or close. Everybody has the ability to do it. You're gonna have different forms of intuitions that are great for you. We talk about that in another episode, different emotional blocks that are holding you back. We go through that. I watch your form, I mentor you through it, but you all can have this intuition. And honestly, you should. You should live your life through this intuition because it is so great to live out your soul purpose and to live your life exactly how you want to. There's no more guessing when you have a trained intuition, and you guys all deserve that. Your families deserve that, your soul deserves that, the people around you deserve that. Life can look so easy when you have a trained intuition. Hands down, highly recommend. Highly, highly, highly recommend. And we have a five-day free intuition program.
