Welcome back to the Rooted Within Podcast. My name is Baby Founder and CAO of Old Family Health. This is where ancient wisdom and modern science come together. A return to wholeness, led by the wisdom that has always lived within you. Welcome back to another episode of the Rooted Within Podcast. You guys, this one's gonna spill out of my guts. This one's gonna spill out of my soul. I hope you guys are ready for this. And we have been talking a lot about healing the body lately and all the incredible, incredible things that we can do within the healing world, right? Energetically, we can go into your body and we can rewire neural pathways. Energetically, we can go into your body and do brain surgery. Energetically, we can move the needle so much with certain body parts that are low frequency, certain body parts that are needing an energetic boost that are not functioning to the degree that they should be functioning at. There is so much we can do energetically, right? It is actually absolutely insane what we can all do energetically to help your body heal. And we've been having so many healing clients lately coming in. We typically have an array of healing clients, but the floodgates have been opened, y'all. The floodgates have been opened and we have been healing people. We're in a healing season right now within our business, and it's incredible. I mean, I love what I do. I love seeing all that we can accomplish within a healing session. I love to be able to stretch what is possible. You guys will hear me say that for the rest of my life. Anything is possible. And every single day, I am creating new healings. I'm creating new energetic surgeries. I am working on your timeline. I am working on PTSD and the scarring in your brain and all these types of things. There are so many incredible things that we can do to help aid in your healing. And the number one thing that I keep hearing over and over and over again from clients is wow, you are so unique and special because you're not only doing energy work, Maggie. You're not only going into my body and being able to pull the unique neural pathway that is causing my sickness and doing all the energy work and all of that stuff, but you are also tying in neuroscience. You are also tying in brain rewiring techniques, you are also tying in this very scientific lens with the spiritual, and that makes you so unique and different, right? Because we have amazing modalities that we can reach out to that can help support our healing. But what a lot of those modalities, and I've talked about this a thousand bajillion times before, but a lot of those modalities fall short when they can't get to the root of the problem, right? When they can't pull your exact neural pathway, when they can't see into the body of exactly what's going downhill and what turned off which system that turned off 14 other systems in your body that are causing your physical symptoms. So it is this beautiful practice that we have in place. And I'm so proud of it. And I'm so proud of the results every single client gets. But one thing that we hear a lot is that healing can be slow, right? After we pull out all of our tricks, we do our energy work, we get into your body, we pinpoint the neural pathway, we give you the exact escalation steps of what to look out for before a flare-up, before X, Y, and Z happens. We can see cancer coming down the body in five years, ten years, we can see all that. But doing the brain rewiring is slow, is methodical, is strategic, and it takes time and energy to continually put yourself first in order to gain a full heal. And there are so many people that want an easy answer. And I get it. I get it, you guys. We are in a society where we get things in a snap of a finger. You want this from Amazon, great, it'll be delivered in seven hours. You want, you know, straight teeth, great, go and grab veneers, and you will never have to worry about it again in your life. We live in a society that cultivates the quick dopamine hits and fast results. And we tend to have that spill out into all areas of life. And I see the frustration in one-on-one clients, in students, in the people I come across in my real life, my friends, my community. I see the frustration of not feeling like you are getting fast, instantaneous results. And I see the quick to go, oh, this isn't working for me. Oh, this isn't working for me. I gave it a week, this isn't working for me. Okay. And I want to talk about that today. I want to talk about why it is imperative to reframe that you want a quick healing. Okay. Sounds bananas, sounds crazy, here Maggie goes with the sustainable change business. Yes, here I go. Because nothing in life is easy. Nothing. You think back to every single monumental moment and accomplishment that you have ever had in life. Was it easy getting there? Was it easy getting your college degree? Was it easy parenting your children up until the age of 10 years old? Or whatever age your kiddo is at right now? Was it easy? Is marriage easy? Nothing in life that is worthwhile and gives fruitful results and love and fills you up is easy. Nothing. In order to have sustainable results, you have to commit to doing the work. You have to go through the valleys to reach the mountain tops. And healing is no different. When you come to a session, okay, or you are just healing in general, it is not an overnight success and change, and you shouldn't want it to be. You shouldn't want it to be. Because when you are looking for a quick change, a quick result, a quick transformation, it does not equal long-term results. It doesn't. When you try this, that, and that modality, and over here, this modality, and this over here, it usually provides relief for what? A month, two months, maybe six months, if you really had a high energetic matched modality. But then what happens? Symptoms come back, your health conditions come back, your flare-ups come back, right? Because you didn't attack the root of the problem. And it is just like when you are outside and you're in your garden for the summer picking weeds, right? If you don't get down deep into getting the root of the weed, it will continue to spread. It will continue to pop up because you didn't get the root of the problem. And so it takes work, it takes intentionality, it takes levels of commitment to be into healing your health condition, your health symptom, your disease, your sickness in order to change that for good, in order to look back and five years and go, I haven't had a flare-up in five years. Haven't had a flare-up in three years. I've never allowed my body to escalate to such extreme levels anymore. That is the goal. The goal is to have a complete 100% healing in what you are working through, right? You don't want 26% healing, you don't want a 19% healing. Heck, you don't even want a 75% healing. These long-lasting patterns inside of your body, it is going to take time to understand not only what caused it. We talked about this in the last episode, what caused it, what actually happened, what is the neural pathway attached to it, how many years have I been in this cycle that'll give you an idea if this is a small problem, medium problem, or a gigantic problem. And once you understand those details, you're gonna have a climb back period, right? I liken it to you go on a hike, right? You bust butt, you pack everything, you have your waters, you have your whiny kids, you have the sun beaming down on you, right? You get seven miles in to reach the lake that you want to see to reach the top of the mountain. You still have seven miles to climb back, right? And the body does this on purpose, you guys. As somebody that can communicate with the body, the body absolutely has a system in place for your benefit. Okay, so what it kind of looks like when you learn to translate with the body is it is desperate, first of all, desperate to get hold of your attention. It is desperate to communicate to you. So when you find somebody like myself that can communicate, okay, this is the neural pathway that you've been saying, your body goes, Yes, yes, baby, like I have been waiting all of my life to have this communicated. So it starts to ease off in symptoms. It goes, wow, they just heard what I've been trying to say to them, what I've been shouting at them, they just heard it. So I'm gonna ease back on symptoms, okay? But, but, but but but but but it wants to hold you accountable. It's not enough for you to just know the information. It's not enough for you to go, okay, this is the neural pathway that I embody day in and day out since I've been 16. That's not enough. Your body loves that you know it. Your body is rooting for you, cheering for you, so excited that you have heard it finally, but it's not enough to fully take it off the table. It is not enough for 100% heal. You need to, again, put the work in every single day to rewire your neural pathways. And the only way how our neural pathways work, you guys can look into this, you guys can research it. I highly recommend that you do if you are working on healing yourself. Our neural pathways are changed with repetition. Our neural pathways are changed when we take a separate action than we typically do. That's how our neural pathways change. And again, with medical intuition, I can look into the legit neural pathway and see that it's 30% decreased in resources and that it's literally becoming extinguished. And I can see that you're building a new supportive pathway that is going to be the opposite of that other neural pathway that was creating your sickness and disease, right? We can start to get very mathematical about this and watch your healing progress. But like I said, with the awareness of what your neural pathway is, what your body is communicating to you, you still need to go out and do the brain rewiring techniques and be committed to change. So I'm gonna use this analogy for you guys to like fully comprehend this, but it's just like working out, right? If you are going into working out and you are going, okay, I know what workout's gonna be best for me. I know the workout routine that I'm going to do. It's gonna be cardio for this amount of days, weightlifting this amount of days, here's my eating plan, right? You have it all laid out. That's not enough for your body to actually change, right? Your body's going, great, nice plan. Where's the action? How are we actually gonna make this happen? It's not enough to be an awareness of what your plan is without actually implementing it. That is the same for your neural pathways. You have to put time in every single day to rewire your brain. Repetition after repetition after repetition. And then with medical intuition, I can even go, we need to do this 17 times a day. We need to do this four times a day. We need to really attack this. And what's really beautiful is you can go as slow and fast as you want. If you want this out of your energy field, you want this out of your neural pathways, you can attack this every five minutes of the day. I have absolutely done that in my own life, my own personal life. Moved things quickly out of my body, quickly out of my field. But it takes setting an alarm every five minutes to make sure that I am focusing on that. It takes undivided attention from me, Maggie, going, this everything else can wait. Everything else can wait. This is my primary focus right now. And I attack it multiple times a day. Because I want to heal quicker. So again, your body can go as fast or as slow as you want. If you are wanting to heal and you are going, oh, I only have one time a day to put my time and attention into focusing on this, okay, that's great. I'll support you no matter where what you do. If you want to just sit in awareness and not do any neural pathway work, that's totally fine. Your higher self always has a plan for you, and I trust in that plan. But you can go as fast or as slow as you want. But this idea of healing overnight, this idea of taking a 22-year-long pattern and going, oop, just because I know that this is the neural pathway, now I can quickly get out of it. It doesn't work like that. And you shouldn't want it to work like that. Nothing in life that is worth having is easy. If you were to just snap your fingers and have it go away, you wouldn't get the learning lesson. And just like I was saying with the seven-mile hike in, seven-mile hike back, your body is gonna hold you accountable. So if you come to a session or you understand what that neural pathway is that you're repeating over and over and over, and you're like, oh my gosh, I'm in this excited energy. I'm gonna attack this, I'm gonna annihilate this, right? And then the first day goes by and you're doing really great, you're putting a lot of time and energy into it. And then the next couple days life gets at you, right? And it's like, the kid's sick, this is happening, and you lose sight of what you're working on, right? And then you go, well, it just didn't work, right? Like it wasn't fast enough for me. And your body is going, I'm going to hold you accountable. I'm not just gonna shift right away. I'm gonna make sure that you mean it. I'm gonna make sure that you're committed to healing. I'm going to make sure that you got the life lesson. We can't get life lessons in an instant. Sometimes we can. We can have epiphanies, we can have clicks, we can have realizations. Those are life lessons. But to truly rewire our brain to perceive an event differently, life circumstances, situations, interactions, and have a totally new lens on life, it's going to take time. It's going to take you earning the right to be out of that health condition. It's going to take you earning the right and the trust back with your body, going, I really mean it this time. I'm really going to put in time and energy into this every single day. And what I think is so powerful when we do this element of healing is to find the wins along the way, right? So we've got this big win, right? Let's say we come in and we are going, I am having this mental health crisis, right? Maybe I have OCD, I have depression, I have anxiety all stacked up against me. Okay. Very hard for me to get out of bed. Very hard for me to move through life. I'm not working right now. I can't work right now with this type of dysregulated nervous system. This is where I'm at. Okay. And the end goal of this situation, the total 100% healing, is somebody that can get themselves out of bed, holds a stable job, understands how to get their body out of fight or flight, right? By themselves, and can move through life effortlessly. That's the end goal, right? Well, we can look at that and go, okay, well, if I tell this client, the neural pathway that is running this combination of OCD anxiety and depression, it's still not going to be enough for them to make this dramatic leap to I'm 100% healed. And I'm telling you, we do energy work, we do it all, right? It still is going to take a partnership from me and from you to work together to get your body to that full heal. I can do the intuiting, I can do the energy work, I can do all that to get you started, but it's going to take you actually wanting to put in the effort day in and day out to change your neural pathways based on what we discuss. Because again, your body's holding you accountable. It's going, I want to actually see that you create a life change. I want to actually see that long term you change your perspective on life. I want to see you committed to that. And then I will little by little budge and push these symptoms down. Okay. And this is for really long patterned sickness and diseases, right? Decades of this being in your field. I would say anything over seven years, this would apply to. And so when we have these huge goals, right? Like 100% healed is what I told you, the result, right? No anxiety, no depression, no OCD, normal, getting a job, being able to take themselves from a very heightened state down to a zero in a matter of seconds, right? That's the end goal. There is going to be this interim period where you are putting in work and you might still experience some of these symptoms, right? You might still have days where you can't get out of bed. And that doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong. It means that you are on this hike back seven miles and it's not going to be instantaneous. And that is why I teach you, and I really like. Pound this into your beautiful brains that we have to look for how the energy is moving, how the energy is changing. And it looks like little teeny tiny micro changes in the energy that is proving to your human self that is in suffering, that is not okay, that is in pain, that you are moving the needle. It might look like a 1% difference, a 2% difference, a 0.5% difference that day. But every single day, if you were to graph it, you would be on a trending incline. But it's not going to skyrocket up to 100% heal right away. And again, we look for the little breadcrumbs I call them on how you are really healing. How you are moving the needle little by little and proving to your body that you are committed. You are giving it your all. And those breadcrumbs are going to look different per client, right? It could be like, I didn't want to get out of that bed that day, and I stayed in bed for six hours, but on the seventh hour, I got up, I got out, and I actually took a shower. That might be a breadcrumb that you're moving the needle. Or I understood two times today that I was sitting in that neural pathway, didn't do anything about it, right? Didn't do any of the brain rewiring techniques, but I thought about it. I thought about how that cycle I was sitting in today. And that awareness alone is a 0.5% increase, 0.4% increase, a 10% increase, right? With medical intuition, we can look at that precisely and be like, how much did that move the needle? It's going to be little breadcrumbs along the way where you're going, I'm thinking of this differently. I'm reacting differently. I'm seeing the world in a new light. And these are all breadcrumbs that little by little by little add up to monumental shifts. All these little 1% difference, 2% difference, 4% difference are all adding up for a steady trajectory towards health and healing. But it is wild. It is a lot to ask, and we're just going to be like ever so direct in the most loving way. It is a lot to ask our bodies to go from a very heightened, dysregulated, diseased, or a imbalanced position that is in a pattern of more than seven years, to go from that to 100% healed in a week or two weeks or a month, like a year. Some of you guys that have had this in your fields for 20 years, 30 years, 40 years, it's going to take that hike back, that proving of self to body that I am committed long term. I am committed to a total heal. I am committed to the long-lasting results and putting in the effort every single day to changing my reality. So it's just so special to be able to tag team this with you, to be able to show you what the communication is from your body, and then to have you go out and commit and have that commitment energy of going every single day. Every single day I'm going to focus on how this is actually showing up in my life. Every single day I'm going to see how I'm recruiting in the way people talk to me is being mirrored by that neural pathway. The situations I find myself in, right? The circumstances I'm in, the way my kids talk to me, all come back to this neural pathway. And that alone is the greatest gift, you guys. Understanding at such a deep level that your thoughts create your emotions, create your beliefs, create your reality. When you fully understand that you have a magic wand in your hand and you pick your kids up from school, and one's a little sassy pants to you, and you go, Well, I do not like that. I am not having that in my energy field, right? Like I am not having this child talk to me like that. Instead of harping on him and being like, Oh, please don't talk to mommy like that. That's disrespectful. La di da di-da, right? Maybe you even give them a consequence. You just simply say nothing and you change your own energy field. And in two minutes, right, they will interact differently with you. It is mind-blowing. Now I can already hear you guys being like, well, why can't it work that fast with health and sickness? Right? Well, because it's a different amount of years that it's been patterned into your body, right? You know what happens is from a very physiological level, when you have an emotional state embodied for, like I said, over seven years. When you have that in your energy field, you have it in your body, you have the inner beliefs and thoughts and neural pathways strengthened, right? It looks so strengthened. I wish you guys could see the inside of people's brains. It is wired tight, so fixed. When you have that type of thick neural pathway, it is embedded on a cellular level in your DNA, in your body parts. It has stopped and made camp in all of these different areas of your body when you've been having a seven plus year-long pattern. So again, I want to just keep reiterating it's not an overnight result. It is proving to yourself day in and day out, you know what the neural pathway is that is attached to your sickness and disease, and you are using that commitment energy, which by the way does wondrous things to your field and to your reality. Because once you're committed to self, guess who else is committed to you? Everyone around you, right? It impacts every single aspect of your life, and people show you that commitment energy back to you. If they say they're gonna do something, they do it. They're going above and beyond for you because you are to yourself. So it does amazing, amazing things to your energy field, to the way people treat you, to the circumstances you're in, the situations you're in, and to your overall reality when you commit to yourself. But we need to have this climb back, we need to have this hike back to earn the right to live a life that is free, 100% free of the sickness and disease that you are experiencing. Because, like I said, if you don't get the route, you do not put the time and energy into rewiring your brain for good with the exact origin neural pathway, you better believe it will come back. This is for cancer, right? You want to know why people go into remission for cancer and then it crawls back. This is why. And same with energy work. I can do energetic surgeries all day long. I can't because my brain might explode. But I can put hours, hours, 12 plus hours into energy work. Get your body back to a space of complete homeostasis. But your symptoms will come back, your health conditions will come back because you did not get the root of the problem that started it all in the first place. When you do energy work, it's so great, it can help you out, it can boost you. And we use this, right? Like you leave for a session, you better believe that I'm doing energy work all day long and for probably the next month on your body to make sure that your system is low enough and operating as best as it can to put some real work into the neural pathway rewiring. So I'm taking your flare-ups down, I'm taking your symptoms down, the loud jarring symptoms that just make you not be able to focus on life. I'm taking it from a level 10 loud to a level two loud. Why am I doing that energetically? So that you have a full month, let's say, to really put time and energy into your neural pathway work to really make a dent on that lifestyle change. So it's a beautiful combination of both. But if that month goes by, if I'm doing it for a month, and you didn't touch the neural pathway work, all of it will come storming back because the root of the problem was not addressed. And again, anybody that goes into remission with any physical body symptoms, I can always clock. I can see, first of all, it's still in their energetic body, which means it is absolutely coming into the physical at X amount of date, but you can watch that, right? Any cancer patients that I have or cancer clients that I have, I can right off the bat go, is this coming back? Did they really attack the root of the problem that got them here in the first place? Most of the time the answer is no. Most of the time they feel like the modalities they use to get cancer out of their body was enough because they're feeling currently better. Or they're getting input from specialists, which is great, going, you're cleared, you're cured, you're in remission, that's amazing. Go live your life. And they've kind of turned off the work of going, what got me here in the first place? And am I still every day working on that root neural pathway that gave me cancer in the first place? And so a lot of the times the people that do come and see me, their cancer does come back unless they're avidly working on it. Unless they are every single day, day in and day out, still focusing on that. It is wild, but it is a very great explanation for why they keep resurfacing and what is going on within that. There's an exact explanation, and this is it. It's because you didn't get what created it in the first place completely out of your field. And there's a lot that goes to it, you guys. It's very complex. For example, memories are resurfaced based on environmental cues. So any of the five senses, right? And you you guys will know this once I explain this. You could taste something. Oh my gosh, here's a funny story for you guys. Okay. You guys judge me. Just judge me a little. When I was 17, I used to go hang out with like country boys and girls. Like I was in town, I was in a city, but I was so attracted, which is like so typical me, to the country life. I was like, oh my gosh, these country boys are so hot. Like, oh, this small town live in. Like, I was into it. I always had like a bazillion friend groups, but one of them that I hung out with frequently, I'd say, was out in the country. I think it was junior year of high school. They got really into monster bombs. You guys know what those are? It is monster energy drinks, which oh, and I think they put vodka in there. I honestly don't know. Some form of liquor, and you'd mix them together. Your girl couldn't walk. Like I wasn't walking straight. Horrible times, horrible memories. But, anyways, all that to say, if I smell somebody drinking monster energy drinks, I will be taken right back to puking out of my dad's Whiteford pickup truck. Like puking my guts out right out of the side window of his pickup truck. Like, take me back right there instantly. That smell. And I think you guys can all just like plow through right now your college drinks that will also take you back, or whatever, you know, childhood memories of like this food or that drink or whatever, that can immediately take you back to that moment in time. That is how memories work. So if you've had a traumatic memory with your health condition, you can have a triggered moment based on any of the five senses. Any five senses that linked up with the exact combo pack, right? So it could be smell and taste put together. And you link up those two senses of that exact smell and taste in the present moment that will ignite and activate the memory from any time in your past with that same experience, those two same senses. So it's really interesting. Environmental cues, you could see a look on someone's face and immediately be thrown and pummeled into the same emotional state that let's say you were as a child when you saw a parent with that face, right? You will be put into emotional states based on memories being activated. And there is a whole protocol that we can walk you through for rewiring memories, seeing memories completely different. If you guys have heard me go down the memory rabbit hole, I have spent a lot of inner research of how the brain actually works with memories, how I can help it with clients that have PTSD and you know memories that are linked to mental health and all that sort of stuff. But memories are not accurate in the first place. They are not accurate. And every single time we activate a memory, we are coloring it a shade more inaccurate. We're coloring it actually based on what temperament you are in the moment you are embodying. So let's say that I am mad right now, right? And let's give an example here. Let's say that my kids are all at home, and all of a sudden, my son says something that reminds me of something my brother did, and I'm like instantly irritated. Instantly irritated. And I'm now in an irritable mood based on that memory being activated. Now it pings this memory popping up of this time in childhood when my brother irritated me, which shout out if you're listening. You did that all the time. Constantly irritated with this kid. And now I just popped up a memory of being irritated in the past of my brother doing something to me that just ticked me off. Okay. Now I'm revisiting that past memory, and because I'm in an irritated state, I am coloring that memory darker and a shade of irritation. So what I originally thought happened that irritated me, now it's 4% tweaked towards I'm more irritated, and that memory was so much harder in that moment. I'm seeing things different. I'm maybe adding words that he never said. Maybe I'm adding action steps that he never did, but now I'm thinking of it in a new light. And now I'm tweaking this memory to be completely different than it really truly was and how it happened in the past. It is wild, but our memories are not accurate. And the more you bring up a memory and you activate it and you think about it and you rewire it, which is why I don't ever recommend talk therapy because you're constantly sitting and talking about the past, constantly rewiring your brain to have this memory pop up over and over and over again. Now you're in the same emotional state that you were back in the past. Now you're recruiting in so many gunk, so much gunk in your real life because of that emotional state now that you're in. Like it is a train wreck. It is absolutely not purposeful. And that is why we try to work through the memories that are linked to your health conditions. And it's not by going back and trying to get back in touch with them, it's completely rewriting them to be something entirely new. Because again, memories are inaccurate. And the more times you access them, the more inaccurate they become, time and time and time again. A lot of the times I'll sit with clients and they'll be like, this happened, and I'll be like, I'm looking in, that didn't happen. Like you made that up. You created that. You added this little twist to the story, but that's not actually what happened. Or I'll be like, Well, this memory that is taking over your life is actually like 6% accurate. This didn't happen. This didn't happen. This didn't happen. And people are always like, What? And I'm like, yeah, we color our memories by every single time that we access them. This is something we talk a lot about in our emotional mastery program. But that is some stuff that happens, that it's a big part of healing, is dealing with the memories that are associated with your health condition and your sickness or disease. And it's understanding that memories are also a form of communication. This also happens to clients. They'll be like driving, doing nothing, and all of a sudden they'll be like, Well, that was an intrusive memory I didn't ask to have pop up right now. I don't want to deal with that. I don't want to think like that. I didn't go in and access it, it just popped into my head, right? And there's a specific way you'll want to deal with that at that time, but it's a communication from your body going, we're in the same emotional state as you were in that space and time that you created that memory. Okay. You're in the same emotional state, which is why you're a high-energetic match to be having that memory pop up right now in the present moment. So it is, oh my gosh, it's so fascinating, you guys. I could geek out over this stuff for hours and days and weeks and months. Just ask my husband. This is the stuff I lay awake at night and I'm researching inside with my intuition and also outside, learning science and all that stuff. But the brain is so moldable, you guys. If you do not have that belief of how moldable our brain is, if you do not have an understanding of neural pathways and how you can change your reality by changing your neural pathways, my gosh, go out and spend a couple hours researching that. Get your body behind it because I have seen it happen. I've helped hundreds and thousands of people heal from this framework, from the spiritual and the science, from the physical and the energetic. It is the coolest thing of my entire life, but it does take time. And that's really what I want to instill in you guys is it's going to take time. It is not a quick overnight quickie solution if you've had a long pattern sitting in your energy field for seven years or longer. Anything under that, like if you've been dealing with something for a year, yeah, we can turn that stuff around real fast, right? We can turn around something like a cold that you're experiencing or like the flu. That's easy because that's something that has been in your energy field, in your body for a short amount of time and then manifested quickly, but then goes out of your body, right? Just this week I was looking and I think I was scanning bodies before bed one night. I tend to do that. I'll do like a quick little family check of everybody's energetic body just to be like, what's coming down the pipeline in the next week? And we have family flying in next week. And so I was like, I'm gonna check to see what we have going on. Hopefully nobody's sick, blah, blah, blah. And I'm going through each kid, and sure enough, my youngest has this sore throat forming in her energetic body. And then I'm thinking back and I'm like, yeah, she did have like a little raspy tone when she said this today and all this type of stuff. And it was just coming into the physical. Like, if I didn't address it, she would have had a sore throat in one to two days. A real raw sore throat. And so she's linked to me. I'm able to go in there and I'm like, oh, I see what she's trying to show me. She was feeling like, and I've totally been feeling this way. This is so funny. Here's another great story for y'all. I've been feeling like I have to, as in motherhood, get. Stern in order to have the kids brush their teeth quickly or whatever. Like, I feel like I've had to have this different tone to me in order for people to take me seriously. And so she was pulling that, and she was also displaying like just little temperamental behaviors, like she would get mad easily if somebody wasn't listening to her. And that's not her typical personality. Typically, she's very just whimsical and go with the flow, much like myself. Again, she will pull every emotional imbalance that I have and mirror it back to me because she's energetically linked to me. After seven-ish, they start to have their own identity and it's not so easy to shift. But that's another podcast for another day, how parent-child relationships work energetically. Anyways, long story short, I saw she had this sore throat. I saw what I was doing that was causing her to be imbalanced, that she was marrying to me. I saw all the physical pieces of evidence that were showing me this was, you know, real and true, and she was feeling this way, and I was feeling this way. And all I did was I just shifted. I shifted me going, I don't have to have a certain tone to get my kids to go get their teeth before school. I don't have to have any sort of personality or tone of voice in order to get people to take me seriously. All of that shifted how I felt about that, changed the perception of that. And then her sore throat went away and she never got it. Those types of instances that are quickly in your field, such as a cold or something that comes and goes like a cold sore or a kinker sore or a pimple or something like that, those are easy to shift out of because they're not compounded in your energy field. Anything with like one or two years, you know, it's getting more severe as the years go on and compound, but those are easier to shift. All that to say, anything after seven years is gonna take a hike back. It's gonna take time. It's something that also you are doing at a very subconscious level that you don't even know that you're doing at the level that you are. And this is something I think I told you last week in the podcast that I clock, right? You've had this thought, you've had this neural pathway. Today you've ran it 792 times. In the last 24 hour period, it was upwards 1700. So we're not always in awareness because it's so habitual. It's so routined. I give this analogy all the time, but it's like getting in a car, you're not going, oh, I'm gonna put my foot on the brake now and I'm turning the keys to the ignition and blah, blah, blah. You're just doing it. You don't even remember doing it. How many of you guys have driven home from work and you're like, I don't even remember the drive home? Like have no idea where I was mentally, but I don't remember driving home, but I'm here at home. Same thing. You don't know how often you're doing this, so it's going to take time to one have the awareness, to start reverse engineering what you're thinking and challenging yourself to think in a different light based on the neuroscience tools that we provide you will work best for your body. Really fascinating. But it's gonna take time and it should take time. If you have lived in this imbalanced way for X amount of years, it should take time. And I understand the body's stance of being like, no, I'm gonna make sure she really means it. I'm gonna make sure that she really truly is gonna commit this time. I'm not just gonna change on a whim, just like with working out, right? You work out once, and if you're like me, go, where are my arm muscles? Like, I just put all that work in one time. And it's like, you need to have it compounded. You need to show up every single day for six weeks before you see some definition in your arms. And health symptoms are the same way. Your body's gonna make sure you mean it before it physically changes the matter for long-term cycles, long-term patterns that you have in your body. It's actually genius. If we had the ability to just be able to snap our fingers and have like one little different perception shift and then have like stage four cancer gone in a millisecond, we would not be getting anything out of that. We would not be having the life lessons, we would not be able to have it like be able to embody that radical, you know what it is? We wouldn't have the drastic pendulum swing. That's what it is. And let me explain that because you all are like, question mark, what is she saying? We wouldn't be able to see the contrast between sick and healthy, right? If you were healthy your entire life and you were never sick, you wouldn't know what sickness was. You wouldn't have any concept of it. Just like if you were always in a lightness and the world never turned dark, you wouldn't know what dark was. You have to have the contrast of both. And your body is making that very noticeable and instilling that in its framework to get you to health. You can't have health if you don't know what sickness is. You can't have sickness if you don't know what health is. So because you've been in these imbalanced perspectives and these emotions and running it in that neural pathways running rogue, you need to be able to experience the depth of your sickness to start appreciating the glimmers of getting back better and going, wow, I saw a 1% change here. Wow, I saw a 10% change here. Wow, I'm inching my way back towards health. And a lot of you guys, oh my gosh, a lot of you guys are experiencing this obstacle of sickness and disease because you are gonna change the freaking world. You're gonna change the world and the world needs to know you've been through it. None of us hire a fitness trainer that hasn't ever physically molded their own body, right? If you've just had somebody that's been fit their entire life and they've always just been muscular and thin and skinny and blah, blah, blah, blah, had the perfect body their whole life, that you're not gravitating towards that person to help you with yours. You're like, give me the person that has been to hell and back, please. You can spot that and sniff that out a mile away. You can really truly understand who's been through it. You can see that. You can energetically feel that. And people will seek you out based on your life experiences and the hills and the valleys that you have been through. And it is all designed and orchestrated to help you, to help your soul evolve, to help humanity, to help all the people, all the people that you were meant to help by these moments of struggle and your climb back. Your climb back. I can't even tell you the amount of times that I'm brought just to tears by relating at soul levels with people in my life. By being able to go, I've been there, I know how you feel, I know what's gonna help you heal the most right now, and I'm gonna be the support system for you. I would not be able to be that person and give back if I didn't have the moments that brought me to my knees that made me feel like there was no way out. I would not be able to support people in the way that I do today if I didn't have the trials that I went through, if I didn't have the hardships, I would not be able to look people into the depths of their eyes, into the depths of their soul and say, I get it. Right? How many of us have been with people that have said, I get it, and you go, No, you don't. I can tell right now you don't know what I'm talking about, right? I get it. I totally get it. I've been there, I understand. There is something energetically so radically different when you're around somebody who truly gets it, who truly has been at that valley that you're at right now. There is just something different. And I know you guys know what I'm talking about. So, all that to say, let yourself be patient. And also, this is a much different podcast, but you need to be having that level of wanting the disease and the sickness to go away, that desperation clutch of like, I need this out of my life now, right? That is energetically hurting you as well. That's energetically saying, I don't like where I'm at right now. And it's almost putting a timeline, a crunch, that scarcity energy, that desperation energy. And that's not how God works. That's not how bodies work, that's not how the universe works. The minute we go, I better have this, or else that desperation, you better believe that you won't get it for another year or two. It is wild, but it's so true. The people that want to lose weight and will be in that desperation energy, beating themselves up, they push that timeline out so much further just because they're in that energy. Anytime you want something so bad and you will not live a life without it, and you're not content, and you can't be with yourself now in the present, you screw yourself. And that's a whole different podcast, but it's another little good pointer here of being patient, of understanding you've got X amount of years climbing into that hike that got you to that point, and now you have to earn the right and you have to climb back. And yes, neuroscience is an incredible field. Like I go go-go-ga-ga over it, but it's still going to take time to notice your patterns and to make a life change. Just like working out, just like getting a degree for college. It takes time, it takes energy, takes investment. You have to earn the right to be back to a full state of healing. And it's so possible, you guys. So possible. But I will never be the person that ever blows smoke up your ass, being like, you'll do it tonight. You'll be healed in a matter of a week. No, I am always gonna be direct, I'm always gonna be brutally honest with you. I will tell you right away if I see your pattern, this is gonna take time. I am not somebody that's promising you the world that's giving you quick fixes. I run from that stuff. I run from quick fixes, I run from trending habits. I am here for the hard, gritty work that's going to give you sustainable results. That's what I want for you. I'm not looking to get you a band-aid. I'm looking for your entire freaking life to change. I am looking for you to never have to deal with that symptom again. Period. The end. The end. I'm looking for sustainable results. I'm looking for a life change. Not looking to get you 12% of the way. No, I'm looking for a hundred percent of the way. Go big or go home. That's my personality. Sorry, but I am who I am. So as you let this podcast episode sink in, I want you guys to just go. Am I hoping for a quick fix? Am I hoping for something to change overnight that I've dealt with for 50 years? Am I looking for short, quick dopamine hits? Or am I in it for the long haul? Or am I in it to really change my entire life? The people that are here to change their entire life, the people that are really willing to get gritty and pull their sleeves up and do the work, that's the people that receive lifelong change. So, really just sitting and thinking, and like I said, it's contagions. It's contagions from society, it's the way that our world works. So it's no doubt that every single one of us, myself included, are falling into that trap of quick, quick, quick, quick, quick. But I just wanted to give a little reality check, a little kick in the pants today of what it really truly is, and to make sure that it's so abundantly clear for you on how health and healing works and how to have that quick reframe if you find yourself in that energy of wanting it to be quick and fast and easy. With talking to hundreds and thousands of bodies every single day of my life, it's just not how it works. So I hope this episode was helpful. I hope this enlightened you.
