Janelle shares a story from her mid-twenties about a senior leader who repeatedly made inappropriate comments, and how that experience stayed with her for years. Danielle adds her own examples — a frightening taxi ride with a drunk colleague and a dismissive comment from a leader in a team meeting — and together they explore why speaking up in the moment is so hard.
