Hello, hello, hello, great people of God. Thank you so much for tuning in to Women in Christ Podcast with Annika Miles. And the scripture of focus today would be John chapter 14, verse 1 through 4. Let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me. In my father's house are many mansions. And if it were not so, I would have told you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself. That where I am, there you may be also. And where I go, you know. And the way you know. Oh gracious Heavenly Father, Lord God. We approach your throne of grace, Lord, first to say thank you, God. Thank you for your grace. Thank you for your mercy, Lord God. Thank you for keeping us, Lord God. Father God, Lord God, I ask right now that you rest your Holy Spirit upon me, Lord God, and place the words in my mouth, Lord God, that you desire to speak to your people, Father God. For it's not by my spirit, Spirit, but by your spirit, Heavenly Father. In Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen. Okay, so the scripture of focus, looking at John chapter 14, verse 1 through 4. Let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me. In my father's house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself. That where I am, there you may be also. And where I go, you know. And the way you know. I'm urging you today to stand. It is time to stand. It is time to fight. It is time to stand on the word of God. For the word of God is living and powerful. God is not like man that he should lie, nor the son of man that he should repent. And as he has sent his son Jesus Christ into the world to show us the way, to show us the way that he is the truth and the life. He is the way to eternal salvation. He has come and he has overcome the world. He has overcome the world. He didn't overcome it. Like it's not like they didn't do things to him. They didn't try to make his journey um hard. They made it very hard for what Jesus came to do. They didn't all believe what he said. They questioned the things he said. They questioned his teachings. They questioned a lot of things. They sought out to kill him. Lay hands on him because he was speaking the truth. So I urge you to stand up no matter what your situation is, no matter what it looks like. Stand up and follow the way that Jesus has shown us to follow. Keep his commands. Don't return evil for evil. Don't deny the truth. Don't lie against one another. Don't be jealous of one another. Don't desire what somebody else has. Love one another. Seek God with all of your heart, mind, body, and soul. This is if we see everything that's going on, it is time to get ready and stay ready. It is time to stand up, not lay down and let the enemy overtake us and overtake our children, our household, our marriages, our community, our nation. God has given us his power through the spirit, not by our spirit, but by the Holy Spirit. And by the power he has placed inside of us, we must glorify him. We must bring him glory, not to seek our own glory, not to seek our own praises, because who are we? It's by God, he workeths all things, he does all things. Miracles and signs and wonders are done by him. Casting out demons are done by him. Declaring what is in the atmosphere is done by him. Don't try to take God's glory, but know and use the power that he has given you to bring him glory, to glorify his name. It's time to stand and fight in this in the gap for our world, the nations, the communities, the states, your house, your children. We can't just give them over. We can't just lay down and die. We can't just allow the enemy to overtake us. Jesus came and showed us the way, showed us the way to overcome the world. And we must overcome the world. We can't let what we see cause us to live in fear. We can't let what we see cause us to think and believe God is not real. We cannot let what we see let our children do whatever they want to do because we think we have no power. We have no control. You have power, you have power by the Holy Spirit. If you were not able to do it, God would not have been given it to you to do. It's time to stand in position and remain in position. And it's not to fight in the carnal sense, in the fleshly sense, but it's to fight through prayer, fight through intercession, fight through standing in a gap and pleading the blood of Jesus, crying out to the heavens for God to shake the heavens. We must bring God back into our homes. We must bring God back into our lives. We must bring God back into our marriages. We must bring God into our children. As Jesus lived in the way and showed us by example the way we need to overcome this world, the way we need to live in this world. We can't do things our way and think the devil will not overtake us in our household. We have to do things God's way. And in order to know God's way, you have to ask him for help. You have to invite him in. You have to commend your spirit into his hand. You have to commend everything and give him authority over everything. We oftentimes are trying to do things that we don't even know what we're doing. We don't know what we're doing. But God knows the reason, the purpose, the assignment he has given us. It is time to stand up and fight. To continue to press through, to continue to believe in the word of the living God and to trust, to live by faith, to know that what he said he will do. And as the scripture says again, let your heart be, let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me. In my father's house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself. That where I am, there you may be also, and where I go, you know, and the way you know. He says you know the way. And he says he's coming back to receive you to himself, and that you may know where he is going, and that you know the way to get to where he's going through keeping his commands, to be remaining unspotted from the world, to not pervert the gospel, to not change it to justify our actions, but to follow it, to live in spirit and in truth, to give God the glory. Oh gracious Heavenly Father, Lord God. We come to you, Lord God. First to ask, Lord God, that you help us, Lord God, to receive your word, to receive your message, Lord God. Open our hearts, Heavenly Father. Help us, Lord God, that the enemy doesn't come and steal what you have planted inside of us, Lord God. Help us, Lord God, to stand up and fight, Lord God. Help us, Lord God, to intercede in prayer, Father God. Help us, Lord God, to continue to seek your faith, Father God. Help us, Lord God, to not doubt your ways, oh God. Help us, Lord God, to understand that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and that he is returning for a church without spot or blemish, Father God. Help us, heavenly Father, Lord God, and our weaknesses, Lord God. Help us, Heavenly Father, Lord God, um, and strengthen us, Lord God. But help us to understand that it's not by our spirit, but by your spirit, Lord God, and to glorify you and to honor you and to praise you, Lord God, to bring you back into our homes and our lives, to give you full authority, full charge over everything pertaining to us, Father God. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Lord God. I ask, Lord God, that you rest your spirit upon the hearer of this message, Lord God. I ask, Lord God, that you help them to keep moving forward, Lord God. I pray, Lord God, that you help them, Lord God, to remain in their position of power, Lord God. I pray, Lord God, that you help them, Lord God, to be the frontliners, Lord God, to intercede in prayer, Father God, that the prayers may reach up to the third heaven, Father God.
