I’m Heather Garcia — published author, podcaster, and Christian public speaker navigating life’s challenges, especially in marriage.

My story isn’t wrapped in a neat bow. My husband and I have been married for 11 years, and our journey hasn’t been easy. From the very beginning, we faced deep struggles in our marriage — the kind that test your faith, your identity, and your hope. But about seven years ago, things began to change. God started doing a deep work in both of us, and we’ve experienced restoration we never thought possible.

I share from a place of real-life experience, not theory. I open the door to conversations many are afraid to have — the raw, messy, and painful parts — because that’s where healing begins. My mission is to help women discover that they are not alone and that with God, restoration is possible.
