Speaker

Hello, and welcome to this episode of the Jillian Greyse Show. On this episode, we are going to chat weight loss. We are going to chat about one of the most popular methods of weight loss. We are going to chat about why weight is a challenge for some people and isn't for others. And I'm going to give you the actual truth behind what can help you to step outside and see what you need in order to get yourself healthy. And that's something that not a lot of people are discussing in our mainstream world right now. We are all about fast, quick results. And we've done this so many times. It's always borderline comical to watch what takes place because nothing that you're breaking up and releasing happens quickly. It's a process. And the reason why it's a process is because it involves you growing in self-love in order to achieve it. So whenever you hear that latest, greatest phase or that big thing that's meant to fix everything in your life, I want to encourage you to always step back and be leery because there's a reason that you ran at the vibration that you did that attracted the circumstances towards you in the first place. And that's what we chat about here. We chat about the core. We don't chat about the surface. We don't chat about the easy fixes. We don't chat about the, oh, I was a victim to this, so then this happened to me. And then how did I ever get out of it? And I don't know how to get out of it, and this is just my issue, and I'm going to live my life with this title. We don't promote that behavior because that behavior is not going to get you to a point where you are in control, where you're in power, where you are the creator of your own frequency, and when you can ultimately architect your own reality. So I'm always going to give it to you straight, even if that's uncomfortable. And while I know it's extremely popular for people right now to be taking some of the weight loss drugs that are out there, and I have to be careful with what I'm saying and how I'm saying it, because the algorithm really does catch you and decide whether or not it's going to allow the information that you're talking about to hit mainstream. I had that happen on the last couple of podcasts that I did. The topics were a little bit controversial, or at least something that the mainstream narrative does not want people to know, and the algorithm buried them. I had YouTube remove some of the material. It is just an intense environment out there when it comes to being able to help people by giving them information and what information is allowed to be spoken of. So I'm always going to encourage all of you, please help everything we're doing by sharing this podcast because the algorithm is not going to do it alone. It just doesn't like empowerment. It likes the flashy news. It likes things that are going to make people feel fearful. It likes the things that are fluffy, that are just going to make people feel surface good. It doesn't like when you actually want to be better. So please help me out in that. It would be so grateful, appreciated for all of us as we continue to grow and we continue to learn more about ourselves. So we're going to chat about weight loss. And we're going to chat about the quick and easy way that's out there in the mainstream to do it right now. And we're going to chat about why that is a temporary band-aid to what a lot of people are looking at. Now, first we're going to go pure facts. If you are on a weight loss drug right now, the unfortunate percentage rate of when you come off that weight loss drug, being able to maintain what you achieved while you were on it is extremely low. Almost everyone returns back to their normal weight within a year's time. Now that says something about whether or not what you're doing is actually working or if it's band-aiding an issue. And when you have something occurring in your field, so if you have a propensity to something that's going on with your body, it's because you have a vibration within you that's promoting it to grow. And that's very challenging sometimes to understand because we haven't been able to view ourselves as vibrational beings until just recently, when science has supported the fact that we are energy, everything around us, everything that we think, every single way that we move, everything that we do creates an energetic frequency. So since science is proving that we're on this new frontier of understanding our bodies in the multi-level frequencies within them. And having worked with people on frequency long before it was something that science really accepted, just knowing and understanding how it works. For the past two decades, I have helped people understand this time and time again. When you are someone who holds weight or has bad habits around eating or addiction around food, there is an inner current going on within you that's causing that frequency to be alive. You are permanently dependent on it. If you don't find the frequency within you and work on it to be released. Now, this isn't to shame people for choosing to take a medication to help them from a healthy standpoint. That's not the objective here. The objective here is to give you the keys to the longevity of the health that you're searching. And those keys are very much intertwined with the inner work that you do as you are taking that medication, as you are getting your health back on track. The inner and the outer have to match. So in order to really understand that from where it grows from, you have to understand the things that hold weight on individuals. And this has gone on for a long time for me in the practice that I've worked with so many people who have struggled with this. There's always core themes that hold that weight on, that once you can work through, you're able to actually create that pattern of being the healthy version of you on the inside and the outside. So many times you are dealing with being or feeling unconfident in the world, feeling like you need to be almost a padding between you and the world around you, being hurt before in your past. This happens a lot. People who have had traumas in their past, they use or their frequency holds on to weight to create a protective layer around them. They don't feel safe being seen. They need that insulation from the intensity of life so that they can keep themselves safe from any experiences that might hurt them. So this shows up especially in people who grew up in unpredictable homes, who experienced emotional neglect, who were sexualized too early, who learned that visibility can be danger. And we do this a lot in society to a lot of our females. Sometimes we will take somebody who had something terrible happen to them and we'll ask, okay, what were they wearing? And then we'll blame it on the way they came across visually. And when that happens, you create this internal friction between your own safety and your energetic frequency. So when you do that, you start to create that pattern of energy within you that shifts your frequency and starts to not only look at food differently, but change the way your body processes that food based on the vibration of it. Also, I have found people that hold weight tend to suppress a lot of emotion. The body is holding on to what the voice cannot speak. So those people, a lot of times, they struggle to speak their truth. They've got a lot of repressed anger, they have trouble setting boundaries, they can't say no, and they struggle to ask for what they need. The body then often steps in to sort of be that recovery, to be that way of holding that unexpressed truth within your field still. So the people who really struggle with weight often struggle with having their own voice as well. And this actually stems onto other things too. I do and have worked with many people that have issues with weight that are based on something medical. So sometimes you can have issues with your thyroid and that can cause issues with your weight. Some people are on different medications, whether it's depression, anxiety medications, that slows down your metabolism and that causes problems with your weight. There are other underlying reasons that weight problems do happen to individuals. But when it comes to the thyroid, your thyroid is all about speaking your mind. So when you don't speak your mind, you don't speak your truth, you don't feel heard, that's the frequency that starts to bottleneck in that thyroid area, which then in turn causes this downward cycle to which you then start to struggle with your weight. And it's based on an actual medical issue. But the underlying frequency is you not using your voice, you not speaking up for yourself. Another reason why I see a lot of people when they do struggle with weight is they have trouble with their own emotional landscaping. They want to buffer, they avoid their inner landscape. So they overeat for ways to avoid grief, for loneliness, to avoid boredom, to avoid shame, to avoid unmet needs and addressing them. And they essentially have this emptiness. So food becomes grounding, soothing, numbing, a way to sort of avoid feeling the void because they're keeping themselves busy. Emotionally, that's another strong thing that happens. These patterns within you, I'm making them more known to you because this is not what you're going to hear from people that are quote unquote clinical professionals. They are there to push pharmaceuticals. That's their job. But when you can understand it on a multi-level, you can actually heal, not band-aid something. You can actually step into a place of empowerment. And when you are going on one of these medications and you are finally seeing results that are based on it changing the frequency within you temporarily so that you behave and think of food in different ways that's potentially more healthy for you, that is not you healing and fixing the problem. That's a chemical entering your field that's temporarily taking control of you and directing you on where to go. So learning those skills alongside of also taking that medication is very important. And knowing the landmines that are there that show up emotionally as critical points in your healing process that are holding you back from being able to achieve what you want to physically on your own is extremely important. Knowledge is power. I realize that a lot of people don't want knowledge because with knowledge comes responsibility. But I want to encourage each and every one of you that the only reason that I push so hard to give you knowledge is because you are your own creator in so many ways. And when you can step into that role, the power that you feel like you don't have comes alive within you and your whole world changes. And that's why I call myself a vibrational architect. That's what I do. I teach you how to architect your vibration. So other things to look out for when it comes to the physical, emotional components of weight are a lot of the people that struggle with obesity that I have dealt with, they have a long history of disassociation. They live in their head, they ignore bodily cues, they override hunger in fullness and they disconnect from sensation. They fragment themselves in the body and self are not in a partnership. So the weight becomes a signal flare. It's saying, okay, come back. I need you here. I don't want to carry this alone. And when that starts to really hit for somebody, they start to struggle because they don't understand what's going on, why they're so drawn to overeating, why they feel so hungry all the time. And they keep trying to fill a void that without their attention and without them placing their energy there to heal becomes nearly impossible. And last that I see from people that can really cause an issue with weight and cause it to stay there is, and this is the classic one where I've you've heard so much, so many people say it's genetic, but yet they took one of the common weight loss drugs, and now everybody in the family is not obese anymore and isn't overweight anymore. It's not genetic. Learned behaviors are genetic, and that's an ancestral connection between ancestral traumas and generational patterns. So you didn't learn the right ways of how to care for yourself properly, and it was drilled into your head consistently. You know, in our family, this these are our genes, this is what we look like, and you accepted their truth as your own. So coming to terms with that truth, breaking that dependency on what you were taught when you were younger, and being able to look at those individuals as yes, they did and gave you the best knowledge that they can, but they do not have to be your living truth moving forward. Sometimes that's a very important part in re-educating yourself how to feed yourself properly and also how to speak to yourself internally properly. That's an important part because when you're telling yourself this is genetic, you're actually shifting the frequency inside of your cells to hold on to what you're telling them what to do. Your body is very suggestible and you are the controller of it. So understanding that piece is very important. Those are just some of the reasons, and they're the main reasons. So chances are, if you're out there and you've struggled with your weight in the past, you fall under one of those categories, whether it's past abuse categories, whether it's not speaking your mind, whether it's not feeling heard, whether it's creating a buffer between you and the world, whether it's ancestral patterns, there's a 99% chance, as from what I've seen with the people I've worked with for so long, there is a very solid chance that one of those is going to be a major hit for you that's going on within you emotionally and needs to be handled. So this is how you take that sweet spot between taking the medication and taking the mindset and you bring them together to create an actual healing longevity process that will yield the results you want long term. As you are on one of those medications, you gotta do the work. You've got to go within. If you have to speak to somebody who works specifically with weight to help people learn how to eat properly, a nutritionist, not a clinical nutritionist, because the food pyramid is a joke. And I'm not gonna get into that on this podcast, but someone who is like a holistic nutritionist that can be very helpful. There's also nutritionists out there that kind of teach you to be more mind, body, and spirit about the food that you're eating. There's so much information. We are living in the age of information. So you can definitely find that. If there's emotional trauma healing you need to do, look at people who do like family trauma release type ways of working through things emotionally for actual clinical people that can help you. You also can deal with holistic professionals that can help you with that. If you know the emotions that are stuck and you know where they came from, you can do your own research on how you release those patterns from within yourselves. I help people with these things all the time. It is one of my private session main points is helping people get past whatever they dealt with in their past that's created the patterns that they're stuck with now. So there are great people out there to help you through it, but acknowledging it is key. The key is understanding that your behavior for so long was almost in a self-abusive pattern. And you have to overcome the reason for that self-abuse in order to move forward as that new you that you are striving and seeking and longing to be. Because nobody wants to be dependent on any medication, and these aren't the kind of medications you can really be dependent on. And I'm seeing so much in the social media world come out about okay, now we're into, you know, those types of weight loss medications. People are dealing with addictions to the weight loss medication. And it's like, okay, that's exactly what I'm talking about. You were addicted to something that was not positive for you. That was food. So if you band-aid that with something else, you're just gonna take that energy that's still alive within you and you're gonna slide it onto something else. Addiction is addiction, no matter how you look at it. And the best way to know if you're addicted to something is if you control it or if it controls you. And there's a lot of things that can fall under addiction when you start to think about that. And one of the reasons why people are now getting addicted to these medications is because they never handled the reason why they had that longing within them, that emptiness that was going on to begin with. And that emptiness is always going to be healed energetically. When I say energetically, I mean emotionally, I mean a mindset change. You have to change the frequency of what you're calling towards you, the frequency of what you're standing in in order to step into a place of empowerment and control. That's how it goes, folks. Each and every time, there is no exceptions, there's no fast route around it, there's no way to cut corners. Healing is an inside and an outside job. And if you strongly want to avoid becoming one of the very strong statistics that as soon as you walk away from anything that you're currently doing for weight loss from a medical standpoint, it will return, then you have to do the inner work. It's a combination of a multidimensional signal that deals with your biology, your psychology, your energy, your emotion, your ancestry, your unmet needs, your unprocessed experiences, and your spiritual connection or disconnection. It's a very powerful thing to deal with. And all of you, anyone out there who's struggling, I promise you, you are equipped to do so. You're good enough. To do so. You're worth it in stepping into that true power will be one of the most beautiful things you've ever done. But if you're looking for a long-term answer, you're gonna have to step up to the plate first. Okay, I really wanted to take the opportunity to come on and talk about this. This was super important for me because I'm watching so many people struggle. I'm watching so many people misunderstand as well. And I'm seeing it on so many different levels. I have clients that I'm working with that did take some of the weight loss drugs, came off, it came right back. And now all of the emotions that caused in the first place are piling on them. So I'm watching them work through that. I'm watching them finally take the reins and start to direct them. I'm also seeing people who went on these medications and they don't know how to feed themselves properly. They don't know proper nutrition. So they're dealing with major deficiencies now and some bone-related things that are going to be very challenging to reverse because they didn't learn the proper way to care for themselves in an ancestral and in a genetic, what they learned from their parents and what they learned from the people around them growing up was not information that was positive. They didn't take the time out to learn it. So they're not eating what's necessary in order to sustain their actual body to be healthy. I'm seeing people become addicted to it, like we just talked about. Because, like anything that controls you, it's an addiction. And if food controlled you before you took the medication, then the medication will control you until you step away from medication, and then food will control you again until you deal with your addiction issues. So I'm seeing this in a multi-level way. And it's always hard to be able to stand aside and watch people go through those struggles, but sometimes within the struggle is how you find out that you actually have a problem. So I view what is going on right now with this over-prescribing and this overobsession with these weight loss drugs. I view that as what happens to someone who's an addict and they finally have gone too far and they look back and go, oh my gosh, you know, I need to go to rehab. So what I'm finding from a lot of people is they take these medications, they lose the weight they wanted, they feel great, they go off of it, and then all of a sudden everything starts to shift again. They feel 10 times worse than they've ever felt. And then they're finally getting real. They're finally saying, I need to take responsibility for this, I need to do it, and here's why. So it's helping to trigger people to step into that power role, which is a beautiful thing. And I again want to encourage all of you. This is not a podcast to shame you in your decisions. This is not a podcast to tell you you're doing something wrong. This is a podcast to give you information that is going to give you the ability to be successful long term. That is always my objective. My objective is never to make someone feel ashamed or bad or like they've done something wrong. It's always to give you the keys to the castle and you can find your inner light. Okay, as always, at the end of every single episode, we do a guided talk down where I give you a transmission of energy that helps to talk your body and your frequency through whatever we chatted about so that you can align with the goals that are in front of us. Today, we are going to do a guided talk down about reclaiming your energy and rebuilding your inner spirit. I encourage you to come back to this as often as possible as part of your healing journey so that you have the opportunity to let all of this settle in as you build the castle that you deserve. Begin by finding a comfortable position. Let your body settle. Let your breath soften. Let your awareness come home. Take a slow inhibit and a long unhurried exhale. Feel your body begin to release from the inside out. As you breathe, imagine your awareness dropping from your mind into your body. Feel your chest. Feel your belly. Feel the weight of your hips, your legs, and your feet. Let yourself arrive. You don't have to fix anything right now. You don't have to perform. You don't have to hold anyone else's emotions. This moment is yours. Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly. Feel the warmth of your touch. Now gently ask yourself what am I truly hungry for? Not food. Not distraction. Not escape. But the deep hunger. The hunger for rest. The hunger for safety. The hunger for expansion. The hunger for connection. The hunger for meaning. The hunger for being seen. The hunger for being held even by yourself. The hunger for letting go of others' truths. Let whatever arises be welcome and listen. You don't need to judge it. You don't need to solve it. You just need to witness it. Your hunger is not a flaw. It's a messenger. Now imagine all the weight you've been carrying. Emotionally, energetically, ancestrally. It begins to loosen. Not fall away instantly. Just soften. See it as a heavy cloak draped over your shoulders. A cloak made of old expectations. Unspoken emotions. Inherited patterns. The pressure to be everything for everyone. The moments you swallowed your truth. The times you abandon yourself to keep the peace. Feel that cloak slide down your back. You don't have to carry what was never yours. Let it fall to the ground and let your body feel the difference. Bring your attention to the center of your chest. Imagine a small ember glowing there. This ember is your life force. It's your intuition, your inner spirit, your original self, the one that's untouched by shame, fear, or conditioning. With every inhale, see that ember grow brighter. With every exhale, feel it expand. Let it fill your chest. Let it warm your belly. Let it rise to your throat, clearing all of the places where your voice has been quieted. Let it move down your legs. Allow it to ground you. Let it move up your spine. Allow it to strengthen you. You are building your energy from the inside out. Not through force. Through embrace. Now ask yourself, where does my energy want to go? Not where you should put it. Not where others expect you to put it. Not where you've been pouring it into out of obligation. But where your spirit naturally leans. Maybe towards creativity. Maybe towards rest. Maybe towards a new chapter. Maybe towards reclaiming your body. Maybe towards telling the truth you've been holding. Maybe towards a life that feels more like you. Don't let the answer rise without forcing it. Your spirit knows the way. Place both hands over your heart. Take one deep breath in and release it slowly. Say silently or out loud it I am returning to myself. I am reclaiming my energy. I am ready to direct my life with intention. Feel the truth of that settle into your body. Feel the alignment, the clarity, the t and the quiet power of being back in your own center. When you're ready, gently wiggle your fingers and toes. Let your awareness return to the room and carry this grounded, centered energy with you. This is the beginning of real transformation. Thank you so much for joining me. This was an extremely important episode that I wanted to make sure I had the opportunity to get out for all of you who are struggling. You're not alone, you're healing, you're growing, and I will be here every step of the journey. Thank you so much for listening to The Jillian Greyse show, and I'll chat with you next week.
