It's a point. What's going on, everybody? I want to welcome you back to the Black Sheep Leadership Podcast. I'm your host, Athena Renee. How to move when you improve. We're going to be breaking down what really happens when you level up and how to handle it without losing yourself. Alright, y'all. I'm so excited about this one because if you resonate with being a black sheep, you probably already saw some of the things that we're going to be talking about today. But I'm going to be giving you the antidote on how you need to move. Right? Because when you improve as a black sheep, you already know you offend a lot of people for no reason. Alright. So grab pen and papers because you already know you're going to get those three action steps that you can execute immediately to make sure you're rolling with the right people. Okay? But before we do all of that, let's do this vibe check. Because if you're easily offended, sensitive, entitled, still waiting on somebody to come save you, andor allergic to accountability, this is not your safe space. So go ahead and tap out now. But if you're ready to think different and move different, because you know you're about to level up from any seat, let's lock in and load up. Let's go. Listen, y'all, let's talk about something that a lot of times people don't like to admit, right? And that is your rise, your leveling up. It's going to create enemies. And if you a black sheep for real, you like, why would you be upset about me leveling up? What did I do? Why? I come from the bottom. I'm a black sheep. How can you be mad about a black sheep raising up and leveling up? But you must understand your wise is not because you did something wrong. It's because your growth exposes what they didn't do. Your growth exposes what others refuse to become. See, they don't hate you for what you are, they hate you for what they are not. Because at the end of the day, you gotta understand, as a black sheep, a lot of times we be around people that got way more support than us, way more support, way more uh people that's cheering them on, helping them out. They come from better environments, right? And so you're like, what's the big deal with them hating on us? What you must understand is a lot of times people that have a lot of help, first and foremost, it becomes a comfort zone, it really becomes a mental prison. Why? Because if you always have had people supporting you, and there's nothing wrong with that, number one, it's a beautiful thing if you don't allow it to become your prison, right? Because a lot of times people allow hand claps and the support of others to become their mental prison. What do I mean by that? We got a world full of people that needs to be validated, and everything they do is all around validation. Why do you think that you, as a black sheep, have been so real and authentic and supportive to these people? And guess what? When it comes to you, they don't support what you're doing, they half-ass invite you to events, right? They do all of these things that continue that will continue to alienate you if you don't have the right perspective about it. You know why? Number one, they scared you're gonna steal the show. See, a lot of times, people as a black sheep, you don't even realize it because you're not measuring it like that. You just happy to see your people doing their thing, right? And you just waiting on your chance to leave. You got your own mindset going on, right? You know you're different, you know. Obviously, everybody's at different phases of their life as a black sheep, but a lot of times as a black sheep, you have already identified that you're different, you just think different, you might be different from your family, different from the hood you grew up in, right? Just different, and so you just can't fathom it, you just can't understand it. It's like stupid to you. Like, why? I'm a black sheep, I'm from the bottom of the basement. Why would you be hating on me? Right, but you must understand that people, when they see that you've started to level up, even if you become a little bit disciplined, they get pissed off because now you are a living testimony, you are living proof, you are a living testimonial that it can be done, and they not doing nothing. And guess what? What really burns them up is they know for a fact that they had all the help, they know for a fact that they had all the support, but they didn't do nothing with it, so the only thing they can do is look at you and start to become envious, okay? And here's the thing you must understand as a black sheep. This is a part of the cost to rise. This is a part of the price tag, this is a part of paying the cost to be the boss, it's a part of it. Okay, this is why at the they say that the top is lonely, right? But the thing about it is it's plenty of room at the top, however, a lot of people can't breathe on those levels. Why? Because it's too much pressure. That's why a lot of times when you when you hear people talking about folks climbing the mountains and they get to the summit, a lot of people can't handle the summit. Why? Because the air is so thin, it's so much pressure up there. So, how do the other people make it? Because they train, they prepare themselves to go. And some people so caught up and they think that validation is all the training they need, they think support is all the training they need to go to the top. But as a black sheep, because we don't have those things, we go through the fire to get our stuff, and we know what it takes to get there. That's why we can maintain. See, a lot of times the black sheep, you went through so much stuff in your childhood, your teenage years, maybe your 20s, you went through so much stuff you don't understand. That was all a preparation that you need for each level. But see, when you start talking about the other folks that didn't go through a lot of stuff that you went through, they didn't have the training. That's why as soon as something gets hard, or as soon as it seems like somebody is laughing or anything, they stop because they're not accustomed to that lifestyle. And what you must understand is the higher you go, the fewer people hit can breathe at your level. Now, let's get strategic, y'all. Okay, let's talk about how that envy shows up because envy doesn't always show up loud, sometimes it be like little smirks and smiles. See the enemy, the enemy, the smiling enemy is the most dangerous one, and what you must understand is listen to me very carefully, enemies always confess, but they only confess to those who listen. And I'm not talking about listening only with your ear. You gotta pay attention to all the signs, to the body language, learn to read the signals. See, the mask refuse to hide the eyes, it cannot hide the eyes. Look at people's eyes sometimes. This is why I always tell you guys, and I and I and I apologize, I really don't, but I always tell you guys just test people that you're around, tell them a small goal, but it's a little bit out of your comfort zone. Just tell them something small, it could be fictitious and see the type of response you get. That's number one. Test them and see. You need to know who you are around, and you can test them with small advances. Number one, as a black sheep, don't ever tell people everything you got going on. Do not ever tell people every single move that you are making. Okay, so let's talk about these signals. The eyes you can look in the eyes and tell when a person kind of jealous. Here's another one the pause before the congratulations. You ever see that? When you got something, and then your people, you like, y'all, they not excited for you like that. They kind of pause and look like, and then they be like, Oh, congratulations! You can feel the fakeness. Chemistry does not lie. Here's the other thing, guys. Energy, energy transcends uh the internet, the phone. See, certain text messages, you can read a text message and see the energy behind it. It's just a text, but still, you can sense the energy if you know that person, you can join in the spirit. A lot of I keep telling you guys, energy is everything, and a lot of times people will say something to you, and you like, oh wee, that doesn't sound genuine because energy don't lie. Think about the smile that reaches the lips and not the eyes. You, I'm telling you, you know, that's why they say the eyes are the mirror to the soul, and it is. This is why a lot of rappers and a lot of artists they have on black shades. Why? Because they gotta get out on stage even when they don't feel like it. Something tragic could have just happened. They gotta put them, they gotta go out on stage, they gotta put the shades on. Why? People can tell when something is wrong with you, no matter how you try to hide it, and it's all good because you're not putting your feelings and everything out on front street. But what I'm telling you is you can tell when people are genuinely happy for you through their eyes. Think about this, too. When you wear something, have you ever uh had an experience where people will minimize your wins with jokes? They'll make oh look at your little house. Look, oh, look at that little award you won. Oh, look at that. Oh, that's so sweet. They'll try to little you to death. Look at that little thing you're doing. Oh, you won your little award. Oh, I see you with your little house. Oh, that's your little car. Right. Uh, here's another one. People will forget your level up, but they will remember your failures with precision. They will remember your flops with precision. You have a per you may ever met a person where you level up, and the first thing they say is, Oh, because I remember when you was uh doing this and that, you was doing bad. Oh, I remember you was going through it. Everybody go through it, it's just some people don't be around to see it. But let me tell you something. It's good that you have some people around you when you're down, that way when you come up, you can authenticate their realness around you. See, a lot of times it's unfortunate, but when we start to level up as black sheep, a lot of times, black sheep, you end up going away from home and going off to college or whatever you've done. And a lot of the people that you grew up with, you don't see them like that, and then you might run back into them or reconnect with them after you've gone through hell and hot water. Now you on your you riding your wave and you meet them, and let me tell you, you can instantly tell if their spirit is happy for you when you level up, you can instantly tell when you start having the conversations. Because here's the thing: these are confessions when you get those eyes that's not telling you that they're happy for you, right? When they can forget all the good things you do, but when they want to bring out your failures and flops and they know about with precision, these are confessions, and once you see it, you can unsee it. Recognize it that this will be family, friends, colleagues, co-workers, and partners. But here's the black sheet move. Don't expose it, don't confront them, don't let them know you know. Let them keep performing, let them keep doing it. Let me tell you something, and I've always said it to you guys one of the best things that you have going for you is being underestimated. In the 48 Laws of Power, one of the laws that he stated, I always played it, and I hadn't even read the book, but it was always play dumb, play dumb sometimes, just so you can see how people will really handle you, so you can see the wall of how people really feel about you. Let them perform. You perform in that day, but let them show you the real you or let them show you the real them, let them show you who's behind the mask that they're wearing. And sometimes the only way that you'll see it is when you play like you don't know what's going on. This is why when you peep game, don't let them know you didn't peep them out. Don't go to them talk about oh, I saw you do this and you did that. And listen to me very carefully. I'm talking to you about it, but it's easier said than done. It is. I'm gonna keep it 100 with you because a lot of times it's black sheep, you didn't been through so much, you ain't got time for fluff. That's why we always talk about no fluff, no fear, no filter. Because when you went through hell and back and you still on track, you about to confront and and you about to straighten it out, right? You want realness around you, you're not on that bull crack, you you run in a strict program. But guess what? Sometimes you gotta take a step back and understand that every dog that barks don't deserve a response. You ain't gotta answer everything, you ain't gotta let them know you know already, let them keep performing, and then you see how far they go. I mean, that's one of the powers I always tell you guys to let people underestimate you. Don't tell them you got game like that, let them keep thinking they doing what they're doing, and you don't know what's going on. Only thing you need to do is make adjustments. Always tell you guys in my book, don't even complain about nothing, just make the change and adjustments. Don't say nothing. You know why? They know when they did, they know what they did. People know what they're doing, they know what they're doing, and I'm gonna tell you something too, and we're gonna continue to get into this list. A lot of people, which takes me to number three, never explain, never justify why, because guys, when you start trying to check people and talk to them and get a straightened, and let's see what's going on and get some understanding and all of that. And I want to communicate. Y'all know how they usually say the old school ladies to say, I want to talk to you, woman to woman, and I want to get at you man to man. Listen to me very carefully, never explain and never justify to those who want to use it against you because you doing all of that is nothing more than ammunition that they will use to destroy you. That's all it is. When you start explaining yourself, number one, you put them in the seat of power. Why? Because now they feel like they uh they they uh top-notch to where you're gonna be explaining something to them. I ain't explaining nothing to you when I make my decision. You made yours. Did they explain to you when they made their decision about you? When they moved how they moved with you, when they made the slick remark about you, did they explain it to you? Did they come back and say, Listen, I want to explain this to you. I want you to understand the context so that you're not offended and so you understand they ain't said nothing. You know why? Because they already told you that you're not worthy of no explanation, you're not worthy to be justified. They said what they said, and guess what? You're gonna do what you're gonna do. Because what you must understand is explanation and justification is the language of the weak, and power is maintained by mystery. See, when they accuse you, don't argue, let them have it. They want to talk slick online, let them have it. They want to take cheap shots online, let them have it. And listen, I I want to continue to say this to you. I completely understand, man. Sometimes people say stuff, boy, they just burn you up on the inside. You be ready to come for them like it ain't nothing because you got all the receipts. Let them have it, let them have it. See, your silence is sovereignty because at the end of the day, never give a crap about a person who's giving commentary about something they have never put in on. Let your results do the talking, right? Let your results do the talking. See, silence is sovereignty from a person who gives a crap about exterior validation. Your silence is the answer, and you're gonna let your results back it up, right? See, once you know who you are, this is why I continue to talk about purpose, and we're gonna dabble in it a little bit today. But when you know you on your life mission, or you on your assignment, and yeah, we not perfect, and we got life be life in, but it's just a different lane you in, and you get to that point number one where you give a f about exterior validation, you like that. Ain't nothing but cheap stuff, you don't need it. Here's the thing is a black sheep, you were validated when you touch down, you were validated when you were created, and that's all the validation that you need. You don't need anybody else's validation, you don't need validation from somebody from planet earth. Now, listen, if they want to tell you good job, and I and I appreciate what you did, and I I believe in you and good luck and all of those things, thank you. It's all good, but am I living for it? Hell to the knall. Because one thing you must understand as a black sheep, when you start living up, some of the main people you helped out or was rolling with, they gonna get quiet. They get quiet. I know y'all peep it out. You never got a promotion at work, and all of a sudden people got quiet. You know why? Because they never believed in you, but now they see you believed in themselves and they mad. Why they mad? Because they never believed in them own self, they didn't believe that you had it in you. Now you just showed them this is why the most the best revenge is leveling up and showing them your results. See, when you don't don't argue with folks, that's low level, and and don't get me wrong, guys. Sometimes hey, they pull you there, and you like bitch. I'm ready to go back and forth, it's nothing, right? But what you must understand is results is the best clap back and answer that you can ever have. Let's talk about the next one, guys, as far as how to move when you approve, when you improve, because that ego and envy is an MF, and like I told you guys, a lot of your enemies are going to be people that are close to you, and they're gonna come in with smiling faces. They're not gonna come in with knives and talking slick, they're going to come in with smiling faces like they're down for what you're doing, like they. They're proud of you because at the end of the day, you must realize people want to see you doing good, but they don't want to see you doing better than them. This is why when I was with a young lady when she started her organization, I'm at her house, AC broke, it's hot. We over there brainstorming. But guess what? My life purpose is to help people level up, is to help people get on their life purpose and mission. So your hot AC ain't stopping me, right? But guess what? As soon as she got a little bit of leverage, she was inviting everybody to come speak except me. Guess what? And guess why? Because people, number one, are secretly competing with you. Number two, they know it's something about you, and they don't want you to steal the show. They feel like you will steal the show if they give you a little bit. Here's another thing, and then we're going to get into number four. A lot of times, as black sheep, you will help so many people, and then they'll turn around and try to steal your idea, which leads us, which brings us to this next point: the power of untouchable concealment. What am I saying? Move in silence, move in silence. See these best bookers, they can't attack what they don't see. That was one thing I learned, y'all. They can't attack what they don't see. See, think about a bank. Think about a bank. Banks have their most valuable, priceless assets. Banks and museums, where are they? They're locked up in the vault. They're not putting all of their priceless, valuable information and things out there for the public to see. Everybody don't get to see that. For whatever reason, that's their life mission to compete and compare with black sheep. But guess what? They can't attack it when they don't know what you're doing. If they don't know that you're about to have a victory party, they can't do nothing about it, they can't fold a victory. They didn't see what's coming. See, it's just like a card game. And I talked about this in the 33 degrees of misfit mastery. And I was talking about how in the Midwest, um, I'm from a small city outside of Chicago, and one of the main games that people love to play is spades. Okay, and I talked to you, I broke down the top three to four things about spades that you must understand, and you can apply it to life. The one that I want to talk to you about today is never revealing your whole hand. Man, listen, don't never tell nobody your whole hand. That's why I was talking to you earlier about give a person a test, tell them little uh small portions of what you're doing. Hey, I'm trying to feed about a hundred people, you know. Don't ever tell them everything. Hey, I want to make care packages for about 50 people down there. I want to do it on a weekly basis. Uh, you know, see how they respond and react. And guess what, guys? Even if they do give you the right response, never tell them everything you're doing. Why? Because as a black sheep, your wise will create enemies, and you don't know at what given time somebody might decide to switch it up on you. You just don't know. So to play it safe, move in silence. Don't tell people everything you're doing. Man, it's so crazy how I talk to people, and the first soon as they're doing something, they putting it online. Oh, look what I'm doing. Look what I'm doing. Do you guys know that there have been so many people that have been deleted because they had to post their location on social media? They just had to do it. You just got to tell somebody where you at. I was online earlier today and I seen a young lady post it. Oh, I got a cruise coming up in five days. Who cares? Who cares about your cruise in five days? But guess what? If I was a hater, I know you're gonna be gone in five days. You might not be at home in five days, so maybe we can go around there and do some bull crap because you're gonna be gone. You got it on the thing, you got it on the social media talking about five days, you're gonna be gone. Why are we giving the enemy hints and clues how to destroy what we're building? Why? You know why? Because people still need exterior validation, and as a black sheep, we never got a lot of it anyway. So, this is why it is to your advantage. But like I said, guys, in the card game, never let people know your whole hand. I used to see people talking all the time, and I never was just some major spade player, right? I never was really huge into it because people got too serious about the card game. Number one, number two, I'm not about to sit here all night long and play a card game for three hours. This is gonna get boring to me after about three hands. Three, four hands. I'm good, right? I'm not gonna sit here all night long and keep playing cards with you, and then you got people they talk so much over the table, they want to talk all the trash. Two things, guys. Stop talking about what you haven't did yet. Some people are trying to talk you out of your out of your prize, your possessions, and your uh gifts and talents. They're trying to talk you out of your purpose just by running their mouth because some people their mouth is their prize, their gift of gab is their prize, they just have not honed it and focused it and targeted to something more positive, but that's their natural gift, the gift of gab. So they'll use it to try to talk you out of your stuff. But see, when you solid and you know you've been validated the day you was created, you don't care what they're talking about. You just look at them and shake your head, okay. Every now and then you might give them a little laugh, hee hee, a little laugh. But guess what, guys? Let them do the talking and let your results do the walking. This is how you gotta move as a black sheep. Move in silence and let your results roll in like the thunder after the lightning already struck. Man, that's how you leave them stuck. That's how you leave them stuck. They're gonna be looking like, whoa, we didn't see that coming. Exactly. Exactly. You wasn't supposed to stop announcing your moves with people not that ain't building shit. That's another one, y'all. Why do we announce our stuff to people that's not even building nothing? And don't get me wrong, guys. I don't really care about hoodoo, voodoo, and roots and all of that, but you still don't know the negativity that people will speak out towards you just because you know they know what you're doing. Let them underestimate you, let them mistake your silence for weakness, your patience with passivity. Their misjudgment is your greatest weapon. Because one thing you need to know is this the person that review reveals everything has already lost. The way you want to set yourself up is this you want to set it up so that before anyone thought you you were winning. Here's the thing you want to set it up like this. Let me say it again. Before anybody saw your win, they didn't even know you were playing, they didn't even know you were playing the game. It's like, damn, how they win? We didn't even know they was playing. That's exactly the way I want it set up. Because when people know you playing, when they know what moves you making, people will on purpose get in your way, they will on purpose slow you down. Have you ever told somebody, hey, I'm about to work on a particular assignment, I'll be available in another two hours, and they'll call your phone anyway. Oh, I just wanted to say this one last thing. It's like, didn't I just tell you? Didn't I just tell you I'm about to do this? They'll call you just to get you all focused. Why? Because people that are not going anywhere, people that are not focused, they don't want you to be focused. People that ain't going nowhere want to take you with them so it can be more comfortable. This is why you gotta stop announcing yourself. Next pointer is this learn how to weaponize your pain, turn that envy into feel, turn it into feel. You know, 50 Cent is very controversial, but one thing he said was on one of his songs, he said, I need you to hate so I can use it as energy. See, a lot of people do not understand that right there. That is really what high-level alchemy is. You learn how to take envy and hate and use it for fuel. See, learn how to take the poison that the world put in your cup and use it as energy. Most people take hate personally, they lose sleep, they shrink themselves down for other people's insecurities. But no, as a black sheep, you always have people hating on you and sprinkling a little salt in the game. As a black sheep, treat it as confirmation that you actually live moving in the right direction. Why? Because people won't hate on what's not great, or people won't hate on what has the potential to be great. See, robbers don't break into an empty bank because nothing is there. So when people start hating on you and you ain't even did nothing yet, they don't know nothing about you, you from the bottom of the basement. Guess what? They are giving you a confirmation that you in the right direction and you the right person. Why? Because it's in you and not on you. See, as a black sheep, we have a problem sometimes saying, I just don't understand why they hating on me for I ain't did nothing, I ain't got nothing. It's not on you, it is in you. Okay, so when people hate, treat it as confirmation that you're moving in the right direction, treat it as a signal, a compass. So when they envy you, they're confessing something to you that they can't reach that level, they can't reach where you at. So they want to try to tear you down, they can't measure it, they can't measure up to what you own. That's why they try to tear you down. And to be honest with you, when people hate on you, it's really a secret salute. But the thing about it is they so aggravated because it was you, they know everything that you didn't have. A lot of times, people know they talked about you so bad, they talk cash money trash about you. Oh, they ain't gonna do nothing, they ain't gonna be nothing, they ain't this, they ugly, they this, they that, they from that side of town. Them people ain't nothing. Then you get people that get mad. Why? Because they remember the words they spoke, and when you let your results do the talking, now they re now they talking, ain't doing nothing but walking the other way because they ashamed. You didn't prove them wrong. And one thing you gotta understand is this your results is like a brand, it's gonna burn into their soul. That's why a lot of artists, a lot of people that have got deleted, they go back to their hometown. Why? Because they know when that person first started off, they know where that person is from. They probably call them more names in a little bit, but when they see that person then leveled up, what they didn't level up. I didn't say all that stuff, and guess what? It hurts a person to say I was wrong, they would rather delete you and continue hating you even more because you proved them wrong. This is why I always tell you guys as you continue to level up, stop looking back. You're not going that way. Stop looking back. People from your hometown, they are the last people that will respect what you got going on. Why? Because they only have a context of who you were back in the day. It don't matter how much you have changed, it don't matter how much love you've shown, it don't care how many levels of leveling up you've made year after year, they don't care. This is why sometimes when you have friends and you do these different level up, and you think you guys are cool and everything, they don't support none of you doing. You buy your house, they don't come by your new house. Even parents, parents do the same thing. Relatives do the same thing. This is not just about friends, relatives do the same thing, they don't support none of you doing. You know why? Because you they was talking all that cash money trash about you, and you didn't flew past everything they said, and they still back there on the last level that you left them on. That's why they don't do it. Your results is burning them in the soul. But what you must understand is listen, don't waste energy hating on folks, study your enemy, study them, right? Don't never let them know, hey, they coming up on something, and uh, you know, uh, like I told you, you sitting there uh trying to straighten them out. No, study they ass, study the patterns, sharpen your focus, even betrayal, y'all, is all information, it's data. It really shows you who deserve access on any level. It's so funny because I had seen something that um a young lady put, and she definitely backstabbed me, and um, I had missed her because we had some fun times, and her mother was really cool, and so uh she actually had contacted me. And when I came to town, I took her and another friend that I had from a while back. I hadn't spoken to her for over 10 years as well. And um, after the fact, I saw where she posted something online. I had supported her business, and she posted online and said, You know, I'm the you know I'm the bomb because I got my own enemy supporting my business. And you know, I know she was talking about me, and um one thing about it, I was going to make a remark about it, but something was like, eh, don't even say anything, don't say nothing about it. You know, let them say whatever they gotta say. I'm gonna tell you something, guys. You know, when you really tap into your purpose, you get to that point where you like, eh, I don't even want to be bothered with saying something. You know, forget clapping back. I'm busy. Life be so good sometimes, you might be heated at the moment, and then you just kind of focus on something else. But let me tell you the confirmation that I got about that particular moment. Two things. Number one, obviously, it lets you know the mindset of a person and the access that they deserve. Number two, it's certain levels of leadership that you cannot unlock. If you cannot be kind to somebody that don't deserve it, that backstab you did you wrong. If you gotta pay hate for hate, you will not unlock the gate of different levels of leadership. And see, she didn't even understand it. I didn't all the way as well, but it was more about love for me. But I didn't understand exactly until God brought me confirmation and said there are certain levels of leadership when you and it's even as this is scriptural as well for the believers, but when you can treat people right, you don't exchange hate for hate when you can love on somebody and show them love that did you dirty, it's another level of leadership that you unlock, and it's not a show, it's not a performance because it's easy to say, oh fuck off, it's easy to call somebody up and say, Oh, I saw what you said online. Who are you talking to? It's easy to post something right back online. I remember another young lady did the same thing, and I wanted so bad to tear her up alive on Facebook. I didn't do it, I didn't do it. I always say it be God doing the godly things through me because I will cut up on your ass like what rats, right? And I didn't do it though, I just didn't have the energy the time. I'm like, I got other stuff going on, but it was God, you know why? Because when it's time to go low, if you're not on a higher level of thinking, you'll put everything aside to go low and pick uh and post a little post up there, you'll put everything aside to comment. Oh, somebody said something. Oh, let me go ahead and say what I gotta say, and I'm gonna stand on it. Now, next thing you know, you going back and forth on Facebook. Now you done threw away two hours that you can never get back. No, shut it down. You're going to higher levels because at the end of the day, let me tell you something. You're going to let your results be the revenge. Because at the end of the day, you don't have time to take all of that stuff personal. Don't take it personal. Like I said, use it, turn it into fuel. Most people they shrink, they lose sleep, you know, they try to make everything better for the person that they was hating on them. Forget them, folks. Forget them, folks. Receive all of that information as data, receive that report as data on who needs to go and who needs to be written out of your life. Okay, now let's go inward because I can talk to you guys about all of these tactics and things that you need to be looking out for. Um that you need to be looking out for when it when it comes to uh dealing with envy. But what I need you guys to understand is none of this work if you're not built from within. I told you earlier it's in you, not on you. This is why, as a black sheep, you've had people hating on you, treating you bad, talking trash, just all type of foul behavior that people have dished your way. Okay, that is because it is something about you, it was born in you, your assignment was attached to you. And here's the thing: everybody has something that they need to do, but the black sheep, more times than not, has a massive assignment attached to them. And the cool thing about it is you may only be assigned to take care of it from your capacity of your state, but you never know within your state or within your city or within your neighborhood who might hear that see and be affected by it and take it on to take it to the next level and take it to another state or take it to another country, and now they have your five-page report that they are using as the basis of their program. Okay, this is why you have to understand that when people start hating on you and envying you as a black sheep, you gotta learn how to move when you're improving because it's not on you, it's in you. You will beat yourself up trying to figure out why they're hating on somebody like you. Okay, but let's go a step further about going inward. Once you understand it's in you, not on you, you need to understand you need to make your mindset a fortress. What's a fortress? A fortress is a place of protection, it's like a brick wall. If you look at some of those old school movies, the time piece back in the 1400s, when people had palaces and stuff like that. A fortress, a fortress is a place of protection. And see, most people leave their gates wide open. You're the gates of your soul, the gates of access to you, your home, your time, your energy. And when you leave your gates open, every opinion gets in, every insult rearranges your identity. Protect your mind, protect your energy. See, a lot of people they play you to the left, tell you you ain't nothing, you will never be nothing. But trust me, when you pull that energy back, they feel it. They don't want you to know it's priceless, but they already told you by coming for you. Because a lot of times, as a black sheep, you're gonna have people that's hating on you that you don't even know why they hate. It's okay. They are confirming that you're that girl and you're that guy, and what you must understand is you are the CEO of your life, hire and fire accordingly. Decide who gets a seat at the table of your thoughts because criticism from someone who has never built nothing means nothing, right? It means nothing. I mean, it's crazy how when you get online and people in the comment section be telling somebody how to run their channel, start your own channel. Don't get me wrong. Sometimes you need the feedback to be better. But I'm talking about you have people in the comment section that's literally trying to tear people down, literally. Oh, look at it. Oh, we can't do a look at the background, look at her hair. Oh, you lie. I mean, come on, man. This is why I tell you guys as a black sheep, do it. People gonna talk anyway. Do it before you believe it, do it before they believe. It do it before the crowd comes because opinions are like a dime a dozen. Everybody got something, everybody got something to say. You do it, they don't say something. You don't do it, they're gonna have something to say. So guess what? Do it anyway. Do it anyway, and then what you do in the end, let your results be your revenge. Not arguments, not explanations, not emotional rants and reactions. Results, results, let them results burn in their soul. See what you gotta do is when people start playing with you, go ghost on them. Don't say nothing, go ghost on them. They play with your time, you peeked out some two-faced activity, you picked out circus stuff and you ain't going, you picked out clown activity and you ain't going to the circus no more. Go ghost on them, disappear into your work, your calling, your purpose, your path. Start thinking about your prosperity and what you need to be working on. And when you reappear, be unrecognizable. This is another reason why I tell you guys: listen, they was already hating on you. You ain't even did your final level up yet. You haven't even did the huge transformation yet. But guess what? When you do that, they're not gonna really ain't gonna be able to take it. You're gonna be unrecognizable, and the only thing they're gonna be able to do is talk about who you used to be. And while they're still talking about who you used to be, you've already become somebody they can't reach, they can't even reach you no more. You on a whole nother level, you on a whole other page. They were talking about. I remember back in 2002, baby, it's 2028, and you still at the gate waiting to get in. But that's what I call personal power. When you show up and ain't doing nothing but giving them results, you ain't saying nothing, because eventually you reach a point where all that chatter and what people be talking about, it don't even matter, it don't matter. It's not that you don't feel anything, you're not becoming some robot and psychopath, but you're not you're no longer controlled by their responses, you don't need their validation, you're not chasing their approval, you don't react to the noise, you just building, you come you becoming untouchable. You don't give a crap about none of the stuff they own because it's not aligned with your design. It's not that life gets easier, you became stronger. So here are the three black sheep moves. Number one, stop explaining yourself to people that's just committed to misunderstanding you, and that's new and old people. Stop explaining yourself, man. Some people they never liked you anyway, they were just waiting on one one uh one event to go down so they can just jump on a bandwagon and let it be full-fledged. So what? Let them let them let them think what they want to think, let them talk, throw all kinds of angles and blow, all of that. Let them, because I'm telling you, while you're working, and when it's time for you to show up again, if you decide to, trust me, everything that they said about you, everything, trust and believe me. Listen to me very carefully, everything that they said about you, they will never forget. They're not gonna forget it. This is why I want you to speak less, explain nothing, build in silence, strike with precision, forgive them, but we ain't gonna forget nothing. We're not going to forget nothing because at the end of the day, make them stand on their business, make them stand on what they said. Because you must understand, a person who has already conquered himself can't be conquered by nobody else. This is why, as a black sheep, you took all your L's, you went, you laid everything down, you took it and manned up and warm it up the way a boss would. You paid the cost to be the boss, and they can't stop nothing. Number two, identify one person, place, or thing that show you envy, subtle envy. Don't even confront it though, identify that person or environment. Don't confront it though, just adjust the access, just adjust the access. Listen, y'all, as a black sheep, we ain't doing no more talking. We're not doing no more talking unless we doing motivational speaking, or it's something that we need to talk about, or something that we need to speak up about. Over the net, nah, we ain't doing no more talking, we ain't got time for it. Go ahead and adjust their access. They know what they did and they're gonna feel it. Number three, channel all emotional energy into an output. They said something to piss you off, go to the gym, lift some weights, create more, build more, move more. If they're watching, give them something to watch about, give them something worth watching. Because at the end of the day, guys, they can't stop it, they can't stop you. Only way they can stop you is if you allow them to by continue to be around people that have showed you who they are. When they show you who they are, believe them.
