"INFORMATION IS EVERYWHERE EXECUTION IS RARE"
What's going on, everybody? I want to welcome you back to the Black Sheep Leadership Podcast. I'm your host, Athena Renee, and this is where the underdogs, the misfits, and the black sheep come to turn their pain into power and build a live by design so that they can leave a legacy behind. Now, if this is your first time tapping in, welcome in, family. I'm so glad you stopped by. And if you're back again, what's up, what's up, family? Because you already know what time it is. Now let's do this quick vibe check. Because if you're easily offended, sensitive, entitled, still waiting on somebody to come save you, or you're allergic to accountability, get your ass up out of here because this ain't even your safe space. Go ahead and tap out now. But if you're ready to think different, move different, and lead to another level, stay locked in because by the end of this episode, you're walking away with something that you can execute immediately. Alright? Now let's get to work today. Today we're talking about are you too soft for the assignment? Because black sheep need thick skin to win. Listen, black sheep, let me tell you something. As a black sheep, you already know this, but I got to read, I got to give it to you again. I got to, I gotta grind it into your foundation. People are going to talk. They're gonna criticize you. They're gonna roast you to a piece of crispy chicken. They're gonna judge you. They're gonna judge you like you stole their inheritance, they're gonna have their opinions about you. And guess what? Some of them don't even know you. But what I need you to understand is if you plan on doing anything besides laying down and dying and rolling over, if you decide to be a stand-up woman or a stand-up man, I need you to understand. You better stop expecting for everybody to understand you. Number one, and number two, you must understand that people are going to come for you. Okay, let's listen, y'all. Because something, just a recent event, actually inspired this particular episode. It inspired it, but at the same time, it fired me up as well. Okay, because as a black sheep, people will spend their whole life, people will people will take 30 to 60 minutes of an opportunity to take a shot at you. Right? People will do any and everything just to try to make you feel bad when they could have used the moment for something bigger. Let's get into it. So, one of the things that caught my attention recently was I caught some of those snippets of the 250 UFC, the thing that uh Donald Trump had. I think he had the fight party for his birthday or whatever, and actually it was set up pretty cool. I, you know, me personally, don't get me wrong, guys. MMA is brutal. MMA is brutal. Oh my gosh. I personally have never cared too much for it, but um, I guess you can get some moves from it because I peek at it a little bit, y'all. I don't have the heart to watch it as much as like OMG. Don't get me wrong, I like the all-out hand-to-hand combat, but guys, ladies, why must we always do these things? But I understand that humans from the inception of humans, we were already like destroying things, right? I I used to really cry, and um, this is crazy. I talk about soft shit now, and I'm saying we're gonna be too soft, but no, I want you guys to under listen to this very for real, though. I remember when I used to hear about world history, because I've always been into world history, and I used to cry when different nations would fight each other. Uh, I remember learning about the potato famine and the bubonic plague, and then remember in Ethiopia, and then Angola, and uh, I remember um in Rwanda when I heard about the 200 babies they crushed it. I listen, I used to cry, and then you see the you remember the commercials with the cleft kids on TV and everything and the clef lip. I mean, I used to, it used to just tear-jerk me to death, okay? And I'm saying that to say, listen, black sheep, I want you to continue to have your compassion for things that you want to eradicate in life for the mission that you are here to live. But what I need you to understand is the fact that you want to level up. I don't care if you say, you know what, I just want to be able to buy one whale, one freshwater whale for some kids in the country that don't have clean water. I just want to do that one thing. There's gonna be somebody coming for you. There's gonna be people that's going to come for you. Whether it's on social media, it doesn't matter. Okay, so I got off track a little bit because I was talking about this UFC. Okay, so when I seen the you know, the UFC and how they do the hand-to-hand just all out combat, it's just so crazy. My thing is, I don't know why you guys want to join the military with all of that riff raff, right? Um, but it really was it looked kind of cool to me, you know. I was just looking at it, and guys, listen, I don't care either way, this is not about some type of political rant. Please understand that the black sheet, we take it no sides. We're gonna look at our life principles and we're gonna decide from there because why we understand that there's no perfect human being on the planet earth, so we're not getting to no side things and none of that. Because, quite frankly, if you've read my book, The No Bullcrap Guide for Politics, you'll understand that me personally, guys, I want to strip away the titles because Democrats, Republicans, liberals is nothing but a damn label. We talk about people wearing Louis Vuitton and all of that, but guess what? Those are nothing but labels. Let's strip the labels and see what the people really are about, let's see what they really stand for. And so, if you really want to get into the political piece of it, guys, you can check that um that book out. It's really hot, it's definitely controversial, but I don't care about it because I don't care what a person thinks. Because at the end of the day, people are people, right? I just want to put that out there because when you start talking about different events, and uh if I say Donald Trump or anything and something about America, you know, we got a lot of soft twerks now, and so they're ready to you know be sensitive about it, okay? But what I want to talk about is this event, so I guess it was a fighting event that he had, okay. And I went off on a tangent talking about the soft shit because it just be so sad, and then you see this UFC on the other end, it's like these dudes going hand-to-hand combat. And don't get me wrong, I like to peek at a little bit because hey, I believe in you need to have your couple moves. Y'all, it's a lot of dirt bags out here. Listen, we black sheep, people gonna come for you. And one thing I believe in, hey, listen, I'm in America, so you already know what America about. We like wild, this is the wild, wild west for real. But at the same time, I believe in having some hands, at least having some type of, I don't know, some type of movement, a block. Maybe you can get them with a haymaker one time. I don't know, an uppercut, right? So I'll peek at it and I'll slide. I can't just sit there and watch MMA. That's sickening for me, okay? But they were setting it up and it looked really cool and everything. And then I don't even know who that fighter was. Now I didn't even see it on those clippies. The clippies I saw, which were really good. I saw some clippies from the UFC social media program, and I saw um from the White House as well, maybe a Donald Trump page and Dana White, if I didn't. But I went to a rapper's page, uh, it came in the feed, and there was another clip where I guess at the um if you watched it on Paramount, one of the fighters was like, He now listen, the fighter got up there. This is what sucks about the fighter. But black cheap, this is what I want you to tap into, okay. The fighter got up there and was like, I want to thank God, Jesus, or something. He said, right? He said that because I guess I'm thinking he's grateful for the opportunity. But this mother, this MF is gonna say the second thing he said was, and I don't care, and he said, Yeah, and Donald Trump's the best president, blah blah blah, right? Then he proceeded to say, and I still think Michelle Obama is a man, that's what he said. And this was on this particular rapper page, and I personally did not see that clip, and so I started thinking about it, or whatever. And you know, I've y'all know if you don't know, I'm black, whatever. I like to say African American. A lot of people they got a problem with that, but so what? But um, I saw that or well, or whatever, and like first and foremost, as a black woman, y'all, people always take shots at us. I mean, you got a lot of black folks that take shots, especially the black men, not all of them. You know what I'm saying? I thank y'all so much that continue to support us. This is not this type of episode, but it just I'm just calling it what it is. I'm a black sheep, so you must understand as a black sheep, we get the bullshit from people that look like us first, regardless of what race, and then all the other races that try to bullshit there next. Okay, but my whole message to you as a black sheep is this you got to have thick skin, you got to have thick skin, and this is coming from a black woman, and guess what, y'all? This is not even about no feminist bullshit. Don't get me wrong. I'm a woman that loves to be in her feminine energy. I love masculine men, I don't like all that girly yucky, that weird stuff, right? I'm not into that. I love everybody that's doing good work for the earth and for people, but I'm not into that. Others, you know, I like masculine men, but but you must understand if you are a black sheep and you're gonna be a world changer, I don't care if you want to level up and become a damn team lead at a Burger King or McDonald's, you need thick skin, you need thick skin. You want to lose weight, you real big right now, you want to lose weight, you need thick skin. Why? Because as you start losing weight and you get all the flab, people gonna talk about that because when you're gonna start feeling better about yourself and you're gonna start winning a little bit more revealing things, you're not gonna go crazy with it. Well, some people do, but guess what? People gonna have something to say, especially if you want to share your progress online and inspire somebody else. You gotta have thick skin. Anytime you want to level up in life now, unfortunately, as a black sheep, a lot of the pushback comes from people that look like us or people that's from our neighborhoods, okay? But guess what? You're always going to have the idiots from other nationalities, ethnicities, countries, and whatever they claim to be, that's going to have their stereotypes about you. They're gonna want to take shots at you because of whatever. But guess what? As a black sheep, this is where our superpower comes in at. Why? Because we've always been rejected. And what you gonna do? You're gonna do what you came to do anyway. Why? Because when people talking about you, number one, is proof positive that they didn't piss you off, you didn't piss them off, excuse me, and you making a move, you doing something. Number two, look how look how powerful Michelle Obama's presence is. This fighter, right? And who knows, he's probably from some hilljack um family or whatever, from way back in the day, and they work their way up. I don't care who he is. Listen, guys, because I've hung I've stayed with white people. My first customers were Latinos. Okay, so I can talk my shit from any way. The white people that I crashed out with while I was building my company up had more roaches than two sets of projects. Okay, so I can talk my shit and I can speak my truth here on my podcast. All right, so the dude, I can tell he probably was some hilljack dude, probably like three, four generations behind Hill Jack. So instead of you giving props to your family, your wife, you said thank you, Jesus, but then you went on and took a shot at Barack Obama's wife when they didn't already made history. You should have been putting your family on the map. Let me shout out to my wife, my coach. You don't hear on Paramount TV talking about Michelle Obama is still a man. I think hey, listen, black sheep is not funny, but black sheep, you gotta be able to laugh to keep from crying, but not only that, because you gotta have a sick, you gotta have a sick sense of humor. I'm not talking about at the expense of somebody else, but like can't like Kevin Hart say, laugh at my pain. You gotta get in that mode. See, when you can laugh at a lot of different things, and it comes with the thick skin, it's almost like you know how something gets so cold it's hot, like dry ice. Yeah, you gotta give them that dry face. You might be heated as hell on the inside, but you give them that dry face. But what I need you guys to understand is this people gonna always take shots at you, and somebody might say, Oh, they're not powerful, but you mean to tell me you're gonna dedicate 30 seconds to shop me out? You said something negative, but you're gonna take 30 seconds to shop me out, and then you're gonna shop me out after you said praise Jesus. So not only are you really like you showing your mindset that you're really not grateful for the opportunity and you kind of immature, but on another note, for the people that really do love God, and we know God ain't gonna tell you to get up there and do that, you make it harder for the missionaries that's going out here, too. So you then got up here on stage on that goofy shit, thinking you didn't did something to another black sheep that it made history. What am I saying? Black sheep, black sheep, black sheep. Please understand when you come out being you, when you come out the new you, doing you, people gonna have something to say. That's why that one dude was like, um that one guy was saying, Oh, she he said, Um, he it's a Brazilian guy, right? He had got a Lamborghini, and the reporter was a white girl, and she told him, Well, oh old money don't do all of that, they're not flashy. And he said, Well, I'm not old money, I'm from the projects of Brazil, I'm from the slums. I'm gonna buy the car. And that was my thoughts exactly. Listen, black sheep, do you buy the car, wear the shoes, wear the labels if you want to wear them, get your hair done the way you want to. You want some work? Go get the work. You want teeth, go get the teeth. Fellas, you want a new hairline, a man with whatever man, listen, go do that thing. Why? Because whether you up or down, known or unknown, somebody is going to come for you as the black sheep, because it's in you, not on you. Okay. I mean, this dude had a worldwide platform, millions of people watching, a chance to celebrate his family, his journey, his sacrifice, and instead he decided to take his moment to take a shot at M.O. Now, think about that though. Whether you agree with the politics or not, that's not the point. The point is this she didn't change her family bloodline, she built a legacy, and somebody used their moment thinking about her. That should teach you something, y'all. That when you're making an impact, people think about you. They haven't forgotten you, even the ones that don't like you. Michelle ain't been no president, she ain't been the first lady, it's been almost what 16? Has it been eight? Well, how many years has it been? 12 years, and he's still 38 hot about it. You still thinking about her? Who you trying to make mad? She not working, she traveling the world doing her. People will spend energy trying to pull you down. People will spend valuable time trying to attack people who are on their way making moves. You know why y'all? Because movement, movement makes people upset. Success, it intimidates other people, even though they successful. Remember, I told y'all as a black sheep, you're gonna have people that have more than you. They supposed to be successful. So why you so hateful? Why you bitter? You spent that time for your blessing to say that. This is why criticism actually it often increases what you're doing when you actually working on something. Okay, see, this is why I'm talking to the black sheep today because you need a lion heart, man. You need a wheel of titanium. I was thinking about Elon Musk for the last several days. Y'all know Elon Musk is the recorded first trillionaire. And um, but I was looking at some of the clips from back in 2008, and um they had failed. He had used all his money up, he put all his money in it, y'all. He put all his money in, I think it was 180 million from um PayPal. And uh that third, he was on the third lunch that failed, and he was just at his wit's end, and he was sitting there on the ground watching the pieces, trying to figure things out, and then they did that last fourth lunch, and that thing took off. But it was another video that I saw of him where he did an interview. Y'all, Elon Musk was damn near in tears, y'all, because his heroes, Gene Armstrong, I think that was one of the dudes that went to the moon, and it was another guy. They didn't believe in him, they didn't believe in folks going and him taking people to the moon or you know going out of space. I definitely don't want to go. But um, he was hurt because they had been they had been throwing rocks at him, they had been talking down on the program, they had been talking trash. Today he a trillionaire. See what I'm saying, guys? See what I'm saying, ladies and gentlemen? People gonna always have something to say. Sometimes they be the people that you look up to, sometimes it's gonna be people that you don't even know. They're gonna hate you just for stepping out outside of the box, outside of the herd. Just because you don't fit their mold. They're going to have something to say because they want to pull you down, they want to say negative stuff because they want to make you feel a certain type of way, they want to make you shrink on the inside. That's why you gotta go even bigger and bolder. This is why I'm talking about black sheep. You gotta have the will of titanium because if every negative comment hurts you, if every criticism breaks your heart and opinions offend you, you too soft. You too soft. We can't be soft out here, y'all. You know, that was one of the other reasons why I actually was kind of enjoying it. The clip with the clips that I saw. I was enjoying the clips that I saw of that UFC thing, but it was really the part that I saw was the um them Air Force dudes was flying across. And shouts out to the Air Force, y'all, because they have the toughest training. A lot of y'all, if you don't know, I study the military and the disciplines and some of their tactics a lot. And Air Force has some of the toughest, if it's not the toughest, because you know we were talking about the Delta Rangers at one time as well. Them and them top guys, them them dudes right there. But the Air Force with all that G-Force and all of that, y'all. Oh my gosh. But they said you definitely gotta have balls of steel to be in the Air Force. So listen, I was looking at the event, it was cool, y'all. It was so cool. And listen, y'all, they roasted the last administration. And like I said, people gonna roast you for whatever your difference is. It was funny, you know. But long story short, this year, y'all, they had an eagle come in. It was really cool, it really looked like a good, a nice event. Oh boy, he went in there. That wasn't no class or whatever. Well, all I'm telling you is this if you get, if if you quit because people talking about you, folks gonna talk. Let them let them talk. Let them talk. They not stopping nothing. And I'm gonna tell you something too. What really make a man is when you keep going. When you keep going, because their conscience is gonna convict them anyway. When they see you still going, when they see you still going, they conscience ain't gonna do nothing but convict them. And let me tell you something as a black sheep, when people go out their way to try to destroy you, pull you down. Make you feel small. We've all experienced it. I literally, in the last three months, experienced some horrific things. I'm actually working on something right now. Because as a black sheep, a lot of things, we just walk away from things. We don't want any, you know, like I told you, we don't want no problems. We ain't looking for no problems. But we problem solvers, though. Right? And so I went through something that was just so horrible. And I just had been pondering on it. And I said, you know what? I need to do something about it. If I keep on thinking about that particular thing, I need to take action. And that's what I'm doing. But what I need you to understand is we not balling up like no crybaby, and we we not stopping just because somebody don't like what we're doing. Here's another one black sheet because they don't like how you look. Fuck them people. Look how you listen. If your best self, how do you want and look and feel to be your best self? Tap into that person. Be that person. See, the world is not going to stop being the world. People are gonna always judge you, misunderstand you, they're gonna mock you, they're gonna question what you're doing, they're gonna doubt it. That's normal. The goal is not to stop criticism, the goal is to make sure you don't let criticism stop you. See, listen, I'm not a part of the LGBT, whatever that community, all of those different acronyms and stuff. It's just too much. It's too much. But let me tell you what I always learn from some of the best that do it, like a RuPaul. Is that his name? RuPaul, yeah. Listen, he does it so excellent. And guess what? He himself, he don't even give a damn. Now listen to me very carefully. If RuPaul up there, and he knows he got an Adam Apple, and he up there living his best life doing him, he didn't let nobody stop him. Why are you gonna let somebody else stop you talking about whatever they saying? Why? I'm gonna give you another one I was thinking about. You know, Cardi B just shut down her tour, little miss and my little miss drama tour, whatever it was about. I don't know. But Cardi B allowed a social media influencer slash artist open up for his name is Shamar. Shamar is known, he has like uh, I think it's just an extreme case of scoliosis. And honey, he got online and been working his thing way before Cardi B came along to him. He'd been working his thing, got a song, got a couple songs, had a little dance and everything. Guess what? He opened up for Cardi B. And this man had extreme scoliosis. Guess what? He didn't let nobody stop him. He didn't let do you think that man didn't have all kind of mean things said to him in his comments? Come on, man, the world is cruel. But what you must understand is stop handing out your emotions like a remote control. See, because when you when you show them what piss you off, they're gonna keep pressing them buttons. Most people are giving strangers control over their emotions. Somebody comments, they get upset, somebody disagree, they lose focus, they say something. Oh well, when I used to hang out with this group of white folks, y'all, from Indiana, man, listen, y'all. You know, listen, as a black sheep, guys, you gotta understand my my past, my life journey is definitely one that is not duplicated, and I'm grateful for it. It was a lot of bull crap in there. But um, when I became an adult, just overall, I thank God that I have not been that closed-minded person that's like, oh, I'm gonna hang with all black people, or oh, I'm not gonna hang with those people. You know what? If you good people, I fuck with you. If you're trying to level up and do something in life, I don't care if you from the trailer park or the projects, I don't care if your parents used to smoke crack. If you are trying to level up and do better for yourself, leave something for your kids, or even leave an example for a cousin, a nephew, a niece. If you cool people, I'm cool with you. That's just how I've always rolled. You don't know where your next opportunity, your next blessing will come from. And when you get into this thing where you want to uh put yourself in a corner where you're only dealing with a certain type of people, you just really decrease the exposure and the chances of greatness and magic that you can have happen to you. And I'm talking about magic in the form of human beings. Yeah, there's some assholes out here. I done, y'all, you don't even understand how to have people treat me so horrible. It was so crazy. I was thinking about just some of the things that I've been through with a lot of different races. Let's be clear, right? But that's guess what, guys? Human beings are human beings, and the thing about it is, I'm gonna tell you the best thing you can do a lot of times. Number one, you can just sometimes you gotta pick your battles, first and foremost. But one of the best things you can do, whether they see you or not, is level up. Continue to do you, continue to look good and step on the scene. People can be mean all they want online and say what they gotta say. Oh, they got work done, oh, they ugly, oh, they lips big, they eyes big, they look like this, oh, they look like a man, she looked like this, he looked like that. Why you bought a car? Let them talk, black sheep family. You just keep making your moves and decide in your mind, I'm not gonna let nobody stop me. If you get in front of this moving train, you're gonna get your ass ran over. Harriet Tubman didn't let nobody stop her. If Harriet Tubman didn't let nobody stop her, now who you gonna let stop you? I don't care what race you are, but what I need you to understand is this people gonna talk trash about you. Give them something to talk about. That's why I always tell you, black sheep, I want you to do it, big, I want you to do some fancy stuff. I know some of y'all not really into fancy things, but I don't care if you get you a fancy tractor, get you one of them top of the line guys, and ride around big wig on your stuff. Why? Because they thought you weren't gonna never do it. Trust me, it's somebody in your community, is somebody that told you you weren't gonna do nothing. They told you was gonna you weren't gonna do nothing. You from the dirt, you from the country, you from somewhere that they don't do nothing with their lives. Do it, do everything they said you couldn't. And let me tell you something. Don't don't waste a lot of time going back to show off, right? Because you know you really make them hot, and that's when a lot of deleting happens. A lot of people they really get pissed off when you really didn't show them. You know why, guys? Because you make them mad. They really be wanting to see if they got power over you. Because he who angers you control you. Don't ever forget that. That's why they want to see how mad they made you. But here's the other thing, too, black sheep. Think about it when you hold them, when you know how to hold them and you know when to fold them. Learn how to fold them. Learn how to fold they ass real with class. See, sometimes a clap back is warranted, but don't ever clap back in a way they think you're gonna clap back. Don't you gotta hit that uno reverse on them. Don't sit there and do something that make you statistical. Oh, well, we know they're gonna do that anyway. Uh, they gonna be wild. No, see, black sheep, you gotta learn how to have that, you gotta have that southpaw. You gotta have that sucker punch sometime to let them know, remind them, this ain't that. I'm not hurt. Okay, so we're gonna have that thick skin, or what I want you to understand is you learn how to hold them and when to fold them, but when you do fold they ass up, you're gonna tuck their ass in, and they gonna know. They gonna know it was because of what they did towards you. But the biggest clapback is always gonna be the success, it's always gonna be it. And one thing I know about God, y'all, is this the creator always leads somebody to have a proof of your level up, he always leads somebody around. He always leads somebody that witnessed your blow up. They know where you came from, even if they're not in your close circle, they gonna be in one of your friend groups. Trust me and understand, trust me and believe me, y'all. People still watching you. Think about that though, y'all. Michelle Obama has not been in the White House for over 12 years. She don't even hardly do a lot of speech speeches. She don't even she do her thing though. But this man is 2026, and he hopped online and did that. In 26, you that angry, you that pressed. Black sheep. I just want you to be ready, black sheep. I just want you to be ready. I'm going through it too. Black sheep, I'm about to step outside in the next few weeks. I'm gonna be posting some pictures. I know it's gonna be talk, but guess what, black sheep? I'm gonna make sure I get them something to talk about. So let me give you these three black sheep action moves. Number one, stop taking everything personal. Y'all, we can't take stuff personal all the time, man. Not every opinion deserves response, man. Let them do their talking. You stay drinking your water, looking good, stacking that money, and making the plans and executions that's gonna be better for you and your family. Number two, build thicker skin. Ask yourself, would this matter in five years? Most of the time, the answer is no. Do this even matter? Listen, let me tell you something. I got some of the best thick skin when I was working for the rich folks, but not only that, my foreigners. They get you together real quick. A lot of foreigners, but not only that, them black folks from the old day. What all day am I talking about? The people that was born in the 60s, the 50s, really the 20s and the 30s. See, they had it bad, they had it hard. And they ain't gonna let you get away with being all soft and being offended every time somebody says something, every time somebody chomp you off. Oh, yeah, you ugly. Uh yeah, you uh you like a man. Uh no eyeballs real big. So let me tell y'all something. People get mad when they find out you can laugh at a joke. Y'all listen, people crazy. When they find out you can laugh, or you can be like, oh, okay, interesting. When you can give them a cold line like that, why? Because you know they they mouthpiece don't it don't dictate what your life is about. So you can roast me to a crisspy piece of chicken. Guess what? If I'm going back to my room, or if I'm going back to my beautiful home on South Beach and about to sit at the water, you still not stopping that. This is why I always tell y'all, leveling up is key. But build that thicker skin, man. And number three, y'all, focus on the mission. Every minute you spend arguing with critics, coming to haters. Don't even read the comments sometimes, y'all. When you get started on your thing, don't even read the comments. I don't. I'll never forget. I remember I had a really nice ad. I had just got started, y'all. And I've been in the same lane for the last 15 years. I just switched niche markets. It's been the same message, it'll just be different markets, right? And I remember I had some beautiful advertisement. I had a nice lead, a landing page. It was really, really good. It was right before COVID. I was talking to companies about to partner with them, and this lady came on there talking about a scam and all that, and I was pissed off. I wasn't having it because it was just disrespectful to me, and I don't damn scam. I don't have to scam anybody. You know what I'm saying? I don't look for what, right? Because a scammer is a person that has a short vision. You want to try to scam somebody to get something one time. If you build a real business and show them love, people spend money with you multiple times. So why do I want to be a damn cheap skate ass scam? So y'all lit her ass up in them comment section. Then she came back and said, Yeah, I'm gonna tell your group, look at their leader and all this stuff. You know, I was still, I was, you know, still growing or whatever. But hey, like like I said, one thing about me, don't come for me in minds of my people because I'm coming for your neck. I'm not gonna do it all the time, you know what I mean? But at that particular time, I would just still off-hinge. You know what I'm saying? Because I got the fire in me, it'll never go away. But what am I saying, guys? Every dog barking don't deserve, they don't deserve your attention. Don't get me wrong, sometimes you need to address things. Let's be clear here because black sheet, we've been bullied a lot. I know I have corporate and personally. I've definitely been bullied, right? And there was times where I played the bully for a short period of time of my life. I was young and stupid, you know. So I'm not gonna sit here and lie, but it was like reciprocal bullying. It's like the girl bullied me first, and I bullied her second, right? That's really what that was. Other than that, no. And so, um, yeah, family, like, you gotta know that though. And this is why you gotta just stay focused on your mission, man. Like, don't be wasting your time with these critics, these naysayers, these haters, these competing to comparing ass motherfuckers. I'm sorry, y'all, but this particular episode, just in general, because black sheep, I'm telling you, get that thick skin. That's the only way you're gonna win. Let that shit roll off you like water on the duck back. Because if you're waiting for a day when everybody's gonna support you and they're gonna understand you, they're gonna applaud you, you're gonna be waiting for a day that ain't coming. The people who change the world aren't the people who avoid criticism, they eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They're the people who kept moving in spite of what people were saying. So stop being offended by everything. Don't let every opinion shape you, don't let it shake you either. Stop giving strangers authority over your emotions. When people know it can be one word that can get you turned up. Listen, y'all, listen to me very carefully, y'all. When I was hanging out with some of my white folks in Indiana, I didn't finish telling you about it. Listen, y'all, them white folks used to call each other the N-word so much. That's when I learned about Hilljack, right? And them white folks used to sit there. I was sitting there, they wasn't talking to me, they was talking to each other, and I was just like, I couldn't believe it, it was crazy, but they was just going on and on with each other, it was all white people in the group. Then they'll be like, No, you heal jack this, they'll go, listen, they'll go from every word, okay. And it was just it was culture shock for me, but it was crazy. I'm just glad I'm just not super sensitive, and I'm like, oh my gosh, you know, some people are just they just hear one word or whatever and they just go stupid. I listen, it's a word, a word don't define me, but it's crazy how just even with cultures, the word has just become a word that people just use at leisure, and it was crazy. But as a black sheep, I need to understand you gotta be forging the fire, you gotta develop a lion heart, the will of titanium, because the assignment that you got is too big for you to be too soft, okay? Until next time, keep in mind, y'all, information is everywhere, so execution is rare.
