Colorado's Real Estate market in August is showing some interesting trends! Showing activity continues to mirror 2021's activity eerily well, with even less homes to see compared to then. In fact, statewide, new listings of single family homes are down over 22% and townhomes and condos are in the negative high-teens. This serious drop in inventory has actually seen year-over-year townhome/condo prices rise 3.5% and single family homes to rise 4.3% on average!
