The local Real Estate market has begun seeing a dramatic rise in inventory levels, up 25% over last year. Anthony Meisner and I dive into the details to provide you greater insight into where the market is headed. We are certainly seeing differing behavior of buyers and sellers in different price points, as the impact of higher interest rates for a longer period of time begins to cause a drag on market flow. At the same time, our overall months supply of inventory in the Greater Denver metro area, or how many months it would take to clear out all current listings, is only 2 months, demonstrating continued strength for sellers. It's all about the price point and location however, as there are wildly swinging trends depending upon where and what price you look.
