Some big swings in the data for the local market trends! Anthony Meisner and I cover the local Front Range markets in this episode of "Front Range Facts" and you can see some good and bad in the data. Inventory has jumped up almost 25% over last year, giving buyers more options, but certainly causing sellers some heartburn with longer selling cycles and a need to price the home exactly where the market is. Demand is up, with Pending Listings going up 6.6% this year, which helps explain why prices have risen a little this year, at .5%. But man-o-man, the average days in the MLS rising 44% sure doesn't feel great if you have to keep your home in "showing condition"!
