After a brief burst of showing activity at the beginning of the year, overall showings are trending lower than the past four years. Inventory has continued to grow higher than any point since 2013, but we are still only at 1/3rd of the levels the market saw back at the 2006 peak levels. This means there should be more options out there in the spring market for buyers, but don't expect prices to move on a macro level much at all.
