Would you believe a Colorado city is ranked #1 by Realtor.com for the country's hottest housing market in 2025? Which one could it possibly be? And any idea how many showings it is taking the average home in the Denver metro area to receive before it gets an offer? This increase is also being seen in how many days of inventory continues to grow in the market. Yet prices continue to remain strong and in many areas, continues to move gradually upward. There is definitely more choice on the market for buyers, but sellers are able to continue to support their sales prices. We are definitely approaching a neutral market for both sides of the transaction and it will be interesting to see where the scales tip as the year progresses.
