Cherie is not an astrology expert — but she has theories, and she's sharing them anyway. In this episode she gets into the Lion's Gate Portal, why she thinks astrology might literally be simulation code, and how digging into her chart helped her start figuring out who she actually is. It's woo-woo, it's personal, and she's winging it. Come along.

If it is matrix-esque, simulation theory-esque, who knows, right? Our astrology is like a little bit of code. And so everyone is gonna have certain specific characteristics. Oh my god, I can't even believe I'm about to say this, but we're talking about astrology. We're talking about the Lionsgate portal. We're talking about it, okay? Because it's too crazy. It's too crazy, and it's too much fun, okay? It's too much fun. Alright, so welcome to the bubble. My name is Sherry Lee, and I am the host of the bubbly dabble. And today I want to talk about my current hyperfixation, which is astrology, Chinese astrology, and specifically at the moment, the Lionsgate Portal. What is the Lionsgate portal? I don't really know. I do a little. So what I know is that it is on 8-8. And this year in particular, for numerology, it's very exciting. And by exciting, I mean powerful. Everyone, the people who say the things are saying that it's very exciting. I realize that made me sound a little presidential, and that was not my intent. But I'm not an expert. I'm not an astrological expert. I am actually working on getting an astrology expert on. I'm super excited about it. And you know what? Maybe she and I can refer back to this episode and the little things that I know. Because I don't I don't know a lot. I know that I'm a Leo. I know that I have done the whole star chart thing down to the birth, place, time, and zip code, right? And I actually have a couple of fun theories. And it's it's actually funny because I was having a conversation with a friend one time at Frunch, and I said, Oh, I have this theory, and they said, That's not how astrology works. And my perspective genuinely is that we don't know how astrology works. It's magic. Can we not? It's literally all woo-woo make-believe, probably real, maybe real, who knows? But let's not argue over my whimsy versus yours. You know what I mean? I think it is. I think it is really whimsical to believe in astrology. And I remember growing up, and first of all, I didn't fully get it when I grew up. Like, if I'm being really honest, I had no idea who I was then. I had no idea who I was, I had no idea who I was going to be. I was still very much shaped by those who were raising me and by my surroundings. And I don't really know. I don't know if it's a coincidence that they didn't make sense and they make more sense now. I don't know if now, rather than being influenced by my upbringing, I'm being influenced by memes and posts on the internet, which in back in their day was the newspaper. If we think about it, like all of this, it it we've always had these things. Always. They're not new. It's just that more people now have access to them, which I think is pretty incredible. And so as I have released some of my beliefs in the book that I used to subscribe to, I ha find myself just observing other things. I don't know what's true, I don't know what's not. I'm just here to enjoy this ride and to do it well, and let's go. And so for a little while, I have found myself just more intrigued by these things. And when it came up specifically, it was at the beginning of this year. I've always known I was a Leo. I've always I've had the app that says this, and I've said, oh, Leo's so that, right? My secret theory, and I don't know where this came from, but like my secret theory is that our astrology is like code, right? If it is matrix-esque, simulation theory-esque, who knows, right? Our astrology is like a little bit of code, and so everyone is gonna have certain specific characteristics, right? And so, based on the time and the place and the longitude and the latitudes and the things, I'm assuming that's the code that puts you in these categories, and so because of that code, we've discovered that people have these similarities. I don't know, I don't know. That's my first one. My second one is that I believe that there are phases, and I won't know if this is true until 2033. So get back to me. But it started a few years ago. I had a lot of weirdness around my 36th birthday. I had a friend who passed away fairly tragically at 36, and so for whatever reason, well, for that reason, not for whatever reason, for that reason specifically, 36 felt like a full and complete life to me. And that was weird. And so as I started coming into my 36th birthday, it was also when I was starting to shake some of these labels that I had applied to myself for a very long time. And I had started to, I don't know, I think of it a little bit like a paleontologist, like a paleontologist, just like scraping away at who I actually am and like what layers are just attached to me because they fell on me, or whatever. It's all it's all pretty woo-woo, it's all fun and games, or it's very real. I don't know, and I believe both. I don't know, and I think that's okay. I don't have to be an expert. If you're gonna listen to anything that I create or write or put out or my voice, I want you to know I don't have a clue, okay? I'm winging it. There are a couple of things I'm an expert in, right? But I'm never gonna tell you that. That's my goal. I wanna talk to the experts. I wanna ask the questions. That's why we're here, right? There are so many people who are great at so many things, and for me to pick one thing that I loved to explore is just crazy. I'm not a niche. I can't, I couldn't boil it down to a niche, even if I wanted to. I like to go and ask the questions, and so that's what we're gonna be doing. In time. But to follow up that tangent, if that year was the year that I really started digging into my star, my charter, but just figuring out where things were, right? It's actually just facts. It's scientific facts. If you look at a day, you can see from where what it was, right? Does that make sense? It doesn't make sense to me. So then you start looking at just the similarities that you read a thing and you're like, oh, that is very, that's very much like me. That's pretty strange. And so I've fallen into that. So the year that I turned 36 was right when I first started figuring all of that out. And I had done my time incorrect or something, but it said that my rising was one thing, but it but another one said another. And so I read one, and it was very accurate, it very much felt super accurate. But then I also read the other one because I was like, I'm curious. And that one felt accurate, but in a really different way. So that one felt like to me the person that I was becoming. The first one is like, oh yeah, I've been this person. I've been this person, this is who I was, this is who I am. And then I read the second one and I was like, no, this is actually who I'm becoming. That was who I am. That's who I am, this is where I'm going. And so I started to just see those things. And so my theory is that because that year on my birthday, at my birth time, was the next one. Does that make sense? The rising would have been the second one. That's how it worked out. This was a while ago now. I'm rambling, thank you for listening. So it was Aquarius, so the next one would have been Aquarius. And my theory is that if that is true, I will feel another big shift in 2033 when the next one is going to be where it will be in that time. I don't know. That's my theory. So I I love to read that stuff, and it's encouraging, it makes me feel less alone, it makes me feel seen in some ways. I'm like, oh, I think about these things too, and this is where I want to be going. And you know what else? What's wrong with a little joy? Right? What's wrong with a little joy? So this year, this last year, 18 months ago, my life changed drastically. A thing happened and it made me see a whole lot of perspective in life. And if I'm being honest, nothing has been the same since. I could pinpoint the day, which was one of my best friend's birthdays, and Taylor Swift, who is not my best friend yet. And I have a few best friends, so nobody's getting knocked off, okay? I'm polyamorous, remember? But when I started seeing things about the year of the fire horse and the things that it meant for my Chinese symbols specifically, I just started to feel alive. I started to feel very capable. I started to feel this fire under all of the things that I feel excited about. And over every talent I might have had, or all the little things that I wanted to do. I feel like all I have now seen all of the things that I did and was supposed to do, and how they lead towards what is coming. I feel like I have this really incredible picture. Some of my friends think it's a midlife crisis. I'm not fully convinced they're wrong. For the record. I would like to say there is a good possibility we are documenting my mental break. Gosh, but on the other hand, being right, that could be incredible. That could be incredible, and I think that it will be, honestly. I feel this new energy and this new clarity about the things I want to do, and it just took me time and life experiences to figure it out. And so, what does that bring me to? Wrap it up, girl. That brings me to right now, this Lion's Gate Portal. It's supposed to be a very big deal. Especially, specifically, it's supposed to be a very big deal with people who have similar star charts that as I do. And some other ones as well, right? And I just can't help but feel that it's true. I can't help but just like all of these things feel like they're happening. I feel like I have this follow-through that I never have. I have this belief in myself that I never have. And here is the thing that gets me, okay? It literally could be fake until you make it. It literally could be neuroplasticity in the form of delusion. I don't know. And I want to explore all of these things in time. Genuinely. I can't wait to figure it out. Because I'm just on that journey. And I want to do it out loud because I think that it has made my life better, and I want that for every single human being. So right now, what I'm doing, what they say to do, especially if you're a Leo, because Jupiter is in something or something. Don't come for me, guys, it's part of my charm, okay? Is to dream big. And if we're being honest, that's all I've ever done, it's all I've ever wanted to do. And now I'm doing it with rocket fuel behind me. And it's really exciting. And I'm really glad you're here. If you haven't already, please check out my Patreon. I've got weekly content. I babble a bitle, I babble a bit, I ride a bit, and I sing a bit. For now. There's more coming. But yeah, Leo Energy. Okay, well, I think that's it. I think that's my ramble for the day. I kind of loved this. Thank you for going on this journey with me. I'm really excited about whatever's coming. And with that being said, after this, what I'm dropping in, I'm really excited about. It is one of the things that I'm releasing weekly on my Patreon. This is the OG unfiltered, unedited, just whatever comes to mind. And I'll be sharing that. So stay tuned after this episode, and that will be next. And hopefully, if you like more, I'll see you over on my Patreon. So a little bit what I think I want to do here is just like info dump. Like there's things I just want to talk about, and I want to talk to anyone who will listen. And so I think this is that. And right now, what I want to talk about is what I assume is what I have come to assume is a neurodivergent treat. Trait, so to speak. Holy moly, that's a lot of cap cards. Wow, my goodness. It's like hundreds. It's a copyplace. For reference in case it's just not good. But the idea is that these are gonna be edited only for silence. Only that's it. That's it. Oh, there's like a permanent phantom fireworks here? I didn't know that. Alright, anyway. Um, but I'm driving down the road and I I'm looking at places that I don't think I've been on this section of this road, despite being in this city for nearly 20 years. I haven't been on this road in a while. And it just makes me think like, do other people even think about those things? Because that's what I think about. And sometimes I think that the things I think about are probably like, I don't know, a little weird. So I'm wondering if maybe I'm not weird. I'm wondering if other people think these things do. And so I have always wondered, and I still don't understand the reason why, but like I am so nostalgic. Like, I don't know why I'm so nostalgic. And as I'm driving down the road, I see a place where when my mom first moved to Florida, we went for her to buy her dream car. She wanted a convertible. And so I drive past this place and I literally can imagine it and picture it, and I can picture, you know, her taking the photo, and I I don't know, and I just like, do other people I mean, I do that everywhere I look. Everywhere I look, I feel like if I've actually I'm about to make a left and I'm thinking about another time that I crossed this intersection in the other way. I don't remember where I was going. I don't remember what I was doing, but I just think it's really interesting that like I constantly, I feel like my life is just consistently like flash, flash, flash, flash, flash, like memory, memory, memory. I don't know, is everybody else like that? Am I weird? I'm weird. I'm probably weird, but you know what? That's okay. Because maybe there's like one other person out there. Because sometimes you guys are like, no, that's that's I do that. I feel a little bit better. But I think it's really nice to be nostalgic. Like, I can't decide if it's you know, a cynical person might say that I'm only thinking of the I'm only remembering the good things. Like, maybe that's true, but like, why wouldn't you? What is so bad about like remembering the good things? I like I don't know, and I believe in trauma and I believe in trauma responses and things like that, but like if I'm able to, I don't even think I'm responsible for this, but like I appreciate that like I remember very little sweet details from very many things. I feel like for me that's one of the reasons I like driving around. You know, I was on a road the other day and I was passing this really beautiful fence that's like a few towns over from me, and it's just a long, old school looking wooden fence, but every 10 or 12 feet there's just like beautiful flowers painted on them. And I just look at that and I think like, oh my goodness, like, I don't know, somebody somebody painted that with their hands, and it like I think about the people who painted it or whose idea was it, or the people, I can just imagine the people that are walking by it, and like I don't think other people think about that. People be like, hey, what's up, what are you thinking? And I'm like, nothing, but it's like all of these crazy things while just driving past a fence. But even then, when I was in the car with my friend, I was like, oh, last week I was on this road and I was on the phone with you when that happened. Like, I don't know, my memory is just a very weird thing. And I like it. It's not that I don't remember bad things. This is absolutely rambly. I you know what? If this is the first of many, it's a thing you'll get used to. You'll either love it or you'll hate it. I'm gonna talk about a lot of different things. I'm just gonna babble. That's it. I'm gonna babble. Ooh, a train. That's pretty. Yeah, I the thing is, I uh I was using my phone for my GPS, and then I took it out so that I could record this. And uh well now I don't have GPS, so we're winging it here. Good thing that's another thing that I just want to babble about. Is this a neurodivergent thing as well? But like, I am wildly good at direction. I always have been. I've always been fascinated by it. It's absolutely genetic. My father was a truck driver for most of his life, he is very good with direction. I think I get a lot of my narrow divergence from him if I'm being really honest. I get like one from one side and one from the other side. It's kind of funny. But directions. Found it! Okay, so the thing that's really interesting is that my child is also really good with directions. He has been, he was good with directions before he could speak sentences. Okay, like we used to go visit our friends, and he knew the roads to get there, like before he could say words. But if he knew where we were going, he would make noise when it was time to turn and he would point. It's absolutely crazy. We have lived in the same house for like seven years now, and still sometimes he will remember and talk about the roads that get him to the preschool he went to when we lived in a different house. But he could get there from where we live. It's so strange. And so, yeah, I don't know if that's like a neurodivergent thing. And sometimes I think like maybe he'll be a cartographer. Like, I think that would be really cool. Um, because I just I'm the I'm the same way. I like I'm really good at directions. If I go somewhere one time, I'm like, um, okay, well, I can get home, like, I don't put the GPS in. No, do I make mistakes sometimes? Of course, of course I do. But there are people that I know who have lived pretty much in the same one hour radius for like their entire lives and still use GPS. Like all the time. And I totally understand, like a lot of people use it, many people, including my husband, who I am poking fun at right now. I'm sorry, I love you. Um, that's okay, I'll never listen to that. Um he he does it for the traffic, and I totally understand that. Like, especially where we live, you a two-mile, a two-mile something could be two hours and you might have to go around. So, like, I totally get that. But I just like don't need it. Like, I actually thrive on not needing it. Uh, I almost play a game with myself all the time about it. Uh, I'm currently doing it right now. I think that's it. I think that's gonna be that's the babble of the week. This uh we're we're winging it here. I I want you to know. We're winging it. I don't really know what I'm doing here, and uh but I'm gonna keep doing it because this is fun actually, and I'm really excited about it. So I guess I'll talk to you guys soon. Alright, I'm wishing you guys an amazing week, and I can't wait for whatever I get to bring you next.
