Okay, welcome to the Rema Bible study, and I'm Bishop Linwald Williams. I will be here with you today, taking you through some very important subject matter that I think is so relevant to people of today. We're going to be talking about the value of your soul. Now, for many people, they may not even consider what that really is about. Let me just give you a brief intro on that. Man is made up of spirit, soul, and body. Now, your body gives you connectivity to the world around you through your senses. That is how you connect with your world. And your soul is what we call it gives you self-consciousness. So it is your soul that tells you not to go on a high roof and jump off thinking you're a bird, otherwise you will die. So your soul gives you self-consciousness, it gives you the reasoning for preservation. And your spirit is what gives you God consciousness, because your spirit is that part of your being that is unseen and but yet it is powerful. Now, having now appreciated the fact that you are body, soul, and spirit, by virtue of importance, your spirit is the most important. Then of course, your soul, because your soul is the house of your spirit. Your spirit how is dwells, it resides in your soul, and your soul in your body. And that is how the senses connects with everything around you. Now, what is most important is for everyone to appreciate that you are an incredible creation. Yes, you are, absolutely incredible creation. And what that means is that everything you are is inside of you. That is the most important thing for you to remember. Unfortunately, when you were born, and we're going to talk a little bit about that, you were trained, you were taught how to ignore what's inside of you and focus on what is on the outside of you, which is a serious, I would call, is very, very sad, and most important, it rob you of the essence of your essence, who you really are, and what you really are. Now, this is done by the powers that be to keep you from knowing who and what you really are. Let me give you a little bit more insight into what I'm talking about. And I was saying to someone that when you were born, somebody should have come and interviewed, say, your mother, for example, and asks her some very relevant questions. Questions like, how did this creation take place? This creation was going on in her womb for an average nine months, and yet the inception is literally incredible to think that from a little cell you begin to be created, and that is why, if you remember at the beginning, we said that your spirit, soul, and body, and the spirit is the most important. Because until the spirit gets into that cell, creation doesn't begin. And I think every woman knows about it. So when the spirit enters into that cell, which is in your womb, and that happened once per month, creation begins, and yet it is happening in spite of your parents' knowledge. Every day they feel changes and things happening within their womb, but cannot tell what is going on, and they are as surprised and as interested as you and I are to see what they as you what has been created in them for nine months. And of course, here you come along, yeah, and no one takes interest in knowing how did it happen. Of course, the scientists they have been exploring this concept of this uh idea for millennia, and yes, they're getting closer and closer to having more and more understanding of how this happened, but they cannot tell how the spirit comes in and begins this incredible process of creation, how the bones grow in the womb, the brain, the heart, the eyes, and the list goes on. Yet you are perfectly formed and functioning. Therefore, who you really are cannot be after you were born. The real you must be discovered before you were born. Because within that nine months, all aspect of your being, your purpose, your destiny was programmed within you. Now you must ask yourself the question: how was that, how did that happen? Because your mother didn't program you, your father didn't program you, society didn't program you, but yet here you are, programmed, purpose-driven, gifts and talents, and more interesting, more interestingly, you have your own form of ID. In spite of your mother, in spite of your father, you have your own unique ID. Yes. Now, what is most fascinating, and I was speaking to someone, and we were they were talking about um transfusion, and somebody needed a blood transfusion, sorry, a bone bone marrow, but it had to come from someone, preferably within their family. And the doctor had to do a number of tests, yet the person's own son or daughter, could not give or produce the exact match for their mother or their father. They only could produce 50% of the match. A sibling is in a better position to produce the hundred percent match. Now, how incredible. You give birth to that child, but yet that child does not have a hundred percent of what you need, and it shows you how your creation took place, that you are absolutely an individual, and this is what is fascinating. And if you understand that, then you're gonna understand the value of your soul, and that's what we're going to talk about. Because your soul sits at the center of your being, yes, it incorporates both your emotions, your intellect, it is that which gives guidance and convey information to your spirit. It takes from your body your senses, and then you make informed decisions. So let me reiterate your spirit connects you to God. This is important for you to know, and your soul gives you self-consciousness, yet it is also a processing plant because as the stomach is to the body, so your soul is to your spirit. Your mouth takes in the food, your stomach processes it and sends it to all the relevant parts of your body. It's in the same way the soul takes in the information that is given to it, whether information from inside or information from outside, but it takes it in, it processes it, and then it moves it in this case into the spirit realm, and it will either build you up or it will bring you down, depending on what you have been processing. If you eat the wrong things, your stomach is going to tell you about it, and in the same way, if you're if you're taking too much of the wrong thing, your spirit is going to tell you about it. This is essential, therefore, that you understand what value your soul's carrying. Your soul, as I said, is influenced from what it is connected to. In this case, your body, and what your body is connected to, and that it gives you consciousness of the environment around you. So let us get down to the point where you understand how important your soul is. Your soul carries with it the key to your destiny, it carries with it the connection to your spirit and to God. And yet, within that soul is your will. And you know, when you said what's your will, I'm talking about that ability, that dynamics, that power that enables you to make decisions for yourself. In other words, that's where your choice is. And as much as everyone would like to make choices or influences you to make choices, the reality is everything depends on you, what you accept, what you want, and what choices you make. So, in the face of that, you must therefore understand that the soul is the driver for the emotions, the intellect. It helps to animate you, because that's where the spirit of life is. It is that immaterial essence of your being. If you therefore go to the morgue and look at the brain, it is an incredible organ, and you can cut it open, but yet you cannot find any of the things we have just talked about. You cannot find the will, you cannot find your emotions.

However, the scientists have researched and understand that there are aspects within the brain that governs these things in the same way as the nostril takes in the oxygen into the lungs, and it is the same nostril that exhales carbon dioxide. You know it impacts you because you get the benefit of it, but who can measure it? Who can see it? You can understand, therefore, that these are interesting factors about the soul. Let's look further into who and what you are, how as your life becomes what it is, your life is what it is because, not because of your birth, our conception rather, not because of your spirit that was placed in you in the womb. Your life is based on what happens to you after birth. This is the first thing. This is why we said that everyone should have interviewed your mother at the beginning when you were born, but nobody did. So here is something that is amazing in its creation, perfectly formed, have everything working, and is now taking on the challenges of life. Who influences that creation, namely that baby? Yes, and you can you can begin to see how the child is treated, because most people's concept of a child is something that one they don't have much understanding of, and two, how do you train this incredible creation? And I can tell you how it is done, and most can identify with it. You're given silly things to occupy your time, and the child psychologists will tell you that they are helping to develop the child's cognitive thinking, the child's reflex, and different other things. And yet, very few ask the question: how does all the other creation develop their offspring? They don't have these things, they don't have animal psychologists running around after the young kid that is born. They develop because what you are and who you are is already in you. Yes, developing. But where we have a problem is that many are influenced by the society outside of them. So at this stage of your life, nobody might have told you that there's more to you than what people would have you to believe. Most people are running on the information supplied to them from the outside, and very few understand the information that is coming from the inside. See, that's where most people's failure is. So if you cannot meet or you do not fit in to certain status quo, then you are you got a problem. You are made to believe you're hopeless, useless, no good, and a failure. Yes, yet, how can this marvelous, wonderful creation that even till this day, the scientist is still wondering how it happened? How can it be a failure? Because it doesn't conform to what general opinion or thinking is, is branded a failure. I'm here to let you know that you're not a failure. Yes. Somebody may not understand who you are, are your purpose, or your destiny, but I'm here to let you know that you got one, you're not a failure, and God who created you and who is living inside of you, especially when you make him your choice. In other words, when you're born again, when you decided that you're going to follow his will. But he's already committed to you because it is him who put the program of life in you, it is him that connects you to your destiny, your purpose, and eternity. So I want you to have. An insight into really who you are? Because many people don't want you to know who you are. Have you ever wondered why most of the world's wealth and riches is in the hands of 10% of the world's population? Is that accidental? Or is that something that has been masterminded by those who see themselves as the elites? Why is it that 90% of people are forever begging, following, axing permission to do this, to do that? Because the key word there is control. The majority of the world is not under their own control. They are under society's control. You're told what it can do, what it can't do. Yes. Let me give you an example. Do you think that the best footballer is the best footballer in the world? No. Do you think that the best athlete is the best athletes in the world? No. Every area of life, there are people that are better than the ones that we hail as the best. But if they do not follow certain standards and principles, they would never be accepted or recognized as for who they are. Because the control of the society said unless we approve of you, you will not be accepted by the majority. So let's see exactly why. Because if you ever wake up to the power of your soul, your life, your society, your family, everything around you will change. Everything. It's like having a car, powerful car, engine, v12 or even something of that nature. But you don't know that. And you're driving around at 20 miles an hour, you're on the motorway at 50 miles an hour, never test the power that you have in that car. It is in the same way that many do not know the power of their soul. So I'm here today to help you understand what that is all about. That's what I'm here to do. And I want you to understand your true self.

Forget about what other people think about you. That's not your true self. A person's opinion of you is not your true self. Your true self is determined by God and you. That is who your true self is. So what are we looking at? We're looking at identity. You have to know who you are, how and why are you identified as the person you are. And if you look at the fact that you carry four different unique IDs, suggesting that you are absolutely unique as an individual. Nobody else is like you, nobody else carries your ID, you are special. That is the first thing. You have to get that into your spirit. Your purpose. Nobody else can determine your purpose except you. You may choose to be lectured and to be coerced into doing other people's opinion, visions, or dreams. But your true purpose lies within you. And many don't know it because they have never stopped to look inside. Their focus ever since they were born was to, they were trained to look outside. That is where their problem is. Now, the soul outweigh the value of the world. I say that again. Your soul is more expensive, is more valuable than everything that the world consists of. So you may say, Holy there, Bishop, are you telling us that our soul is more precious than gold, more beautiful than diamonds? Yes, and more, and everything else that you can think of. Yes? The maker of your soul determined that your soul is more profitable than everything in the world. In fact, it was Jesus who asked the question: What shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world and yet loses his soul? That is an interesting question, even though it is a rhetorical question. What shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world and yet lose his soul? So, what God is saying to us is that everything on the outside that is considered to be the world is limited. It has an expiry date. Yet your soul is unlimited. There is no expiry date for your soul. It will only be determined by where it spent its long eternity. Temporary gain cannot make up for your soul condition. Have you ever wondered why the billionaires never stop amassing billions, even though they cannot spend what they have got in ten lifetimes? But there is this insatiable desire to have more. Do you think it's the money? No. And this is where I think many are deceived. Some is even delusional in thinking that money, wealth, prosperity, and all of these things makes you happy. No. It satisfies certain emotions and certain desires, but the longing of the soul is for that which will safeguard its eternal existence. That is what it is looking for. And that's why when you are born again, when you give your life to the principles and the teachings of Jesus, you feel complete. That vast emptiness, in spite of your acquisition, is satisfied, is fulfilled. And so for many, whether they have wealth or abundance, is of no real consequence. Because what they need for the longevity and the satisfaction of their soul, they have it through the born-again experience. See, now that's what happened. But now that you're born again, I want you now to go back to what God's original intentions were for you and understand that there is two existence, two worlds where you're concerned. World number one is the world inside you. World number two is the world outside of you. Everything you need is inside of you. Everything. And it's only when you stop to understand this principle can you truly begin to fulfill, you truly begin to live, you truly begin to enjoy life. When you understand that it is inside of you. Yes, everything on the outside are limited, subject to decay, subject to massive changes. And in fact, most of what you see is on the outside, comes from the inside. The buildings you see, it came from the inside of somebody. The cars you drive in came from the inside of someone. Everything you see, it came from somebody's thought process, which is from the inside, and go to the outside. Now the Bible tells us in the book of Romans, chapter 10, and verse 8, it tells us what is the power within us. And it said the word, the word. Everything around you is based on words. Words is what create the plane, words is what create the racket, words is what create institution, words, words, words. Words is what doing everything outside. Words are powerful. It was word that God uses to create the heavens and the earth. Words create the sea, words create the marine life, words create all the animals that you see. Words. And that's why Romans 8 and verse 9, it tells you categorically that what Satan, the word is near to you, it is in your heart, and it is in your mouth. Two places, in your heart and in your mouth. Now this is inside. The focus is to note what you have got on the inside. And to give you a great picture of what the inside looks like, if you can perceive it, we talk about a creature called the caterpillar. Yes. Nothing beautiful, nothing admirable about it, is just a green blob crawling around on the leaves and trees, munching away. Yes. But yet within that less than significant, that you know, something that is has no real attraction to it, is the most beautiful creation. Yes. Now can you imagine from that green blood comes the most beautiful butterfly from something that cannot fly, held down by gravity, to something that is has the power to overcome gravity, to soar to the sky. And the beauty is inconceivable. Yet, where is it found? On the inside of that caterpillar. Well, my brothers and sisters, it is the same thing with you. You may not recognize it, nobody tells you about it. In fact, the world conspired to keep you from knowing what is really on the inside of you. Because when you know what is on the inside of you, you can't be controlled. You will be the attraction of success. Money will come to you, fame will come to you. Whatever you desire will come because it's all on the inside. The power to create is on the inside. Your soul is that driving force. And that is why. If you understand your soul, you are a success. You will see things happen that you don't believe. We're going to stop here. And I may have to do part two of this. Because I think you need to know how to activate the power that is within you to influence what is on the outside of you. So I'm gonna say to you, God bless you. And I just want to pray with you before I leave. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the understanding and for the wisdom. I thank you for the word of knowledge that brings us into that place to appreciate who we are. And that when you created us according to your master plan, is that we should take your image, your likeness, and not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by a renewed mind and soul. Father, I pray that every person listening today will be blessed because of your goodness towards us. We are asking you in Jesus' name, for those who have not yet born again, that Lord they will consider the process and adapt themselves to it so that their soul can fulfill its purpose.
