You could’ve been showing up every single day, every moment where you believed you were pushing through, but it’s not until you begin showing up INTO the spotlight, that you finally actually become seen. How can sheep follow a shepherd that only shows up while they're sleeping to feed them and fence their area for the day around them? How can your sheep hear your voice if you do not speak? There’s levels to showing up, seen or unseen, but actually pushing yourself out there in order to take that spotlight. 

If Christ never said, “Follow me”, how many souls could He have missed from saving, not only there, but even now in the world from a huge misinterpretation of people justifying their ignorance as to not give Him the reverent position where He deserves to be. This is why actually making your offer stands out. If you show up at a farmer’s market with all your vegetables, fruits, candles, whatever it may be, but you never even put a price tag on it, how many people will you miss? Even if you set up a garage sale and don’t put up signs, imagine the difference it would make. This is why we have to go stronger in showing up to begin #ShowingUpInTheSpotlight…

Okay, so beloved, whether you're on RDDC, you're on Alexa Fact and RDDC, whatever it might be, this is your girl, Lexus T. I just wanted to leave a public service to your self-announcement. And I want to say the reason why a lot of us, you, whoever might be watching this, hearing this, the reason why we can't get authority the way that we believe we can, the reason why we don't get the authority, the recognition, the acceptance, the conversations, the moving around, trying to look at a movie or a TV channel and saying, oh, I wish that was me, or I should have been this, I should have been treated like this, they should have seen me. And I'm like, well, you know, here's the thing. Did we position ourselves to get what we need from that? Did we somehow magically come outside of that bubble of speaking to ourselves and saying, hey, here I am? And some of you have, right? I'm not saying that you haven't. Some of you have and been like, hmm, I didn't get what I was supposed to get. They didn't see me show up. See, but did you just show up or did you literally show up? Not show out, even a little some of that sometimes, but show up. Did you walk in a room and say, hello, my name is, for example, I'm trying to think of something neutral. Okay, this is Thomas. My name is Thomas. Uh yeah, and I'm here and I do A, B, C, D, and you know, and X, Y, Z, and I do this and that. But did you make yourself a product and a pitch? Or did you make sure that the pitching in it itself is that you know who you were, and the product itself is the environment that you create when you're around it? See, when you show up to a room, it's not about just saying, hey, I'm such and such, look at me, or hey, I have this, come look and see. It's about letting them understand what that is. So people may ask, for example, what Lex effect, well, what is a transformation, or what is a dream builder, or what is this and that? What is the authority? So let me give you an example for me. I'm gonna say it straight to you. Hey, the authority spotlight broadcast experience of what we have is simply what it is. It's the authority of the broadcast and the spotlight that you get with the experience. You get the foundational formulas, you get a chance to know how to talk to people, get yourself on a level of where you should be with people, you get to have exposure, you get a chance to be put out there after thousands, even millions of outlets, depending on what option you have. You get a chance to be all that there is because sometimes when you're the highlight of everything else, sometimes all the other, I'm not saying people are clouds, but it could be dimmed down by all the cloudage. See, some people who know they have micro things to offer roar it like they're the lion pride. And when you see them, they're nothing but a cute little mouse. And it doesn't seem as a bad thing, but they know how to roar with just the littleness that they feel, you know, they see their little sizes, their worth with their size, right? From micro, from whatever they do or smaller. And some people who are big enough out there figure, oh, I'm okay where I'm at, I'm fine, I'm comfortable, no wanna take any more risks. But ultimately, the risk they took already is the fact that they're saying that they don't want to grow anymore. Other avenues, other ideas, other things. See, you don't have to just grow in the expansion of where you are. You can also outbranch that if you're financially sound or getting to a point to where you say, hey, I want to invest in some real estate. I want to invest in this the smart way, the person that's not gonna misguide you because they're looking out for themselves, right? Or I want to have an invention, or I've always wanted to do this. I want to open up a little food cart, or maybe I can talk to a vendor and see if I can help them out with a few hundred bucks a month. They can put my food on display and make a profit off of it and just see if the idea works. It's a great recipe. Or I've been wanting to do cakes, I've been wanting to do a nail, all of this other stuff. There's so many people doing it. But the point is you have to look at it too. It doesn't matter how many people are doing it. The point is if you feel like you're meant to do it and you know how to execute it, then do it. There's nothing stopping you from doing it. And whether five people show up, no people show up, or a million people show up, you still have something great to offer. And there is a clientele out there for you. There's a client, there's billions of people out in the world, and I guarantee at least five billion of those have money to work with. Even if your product is five dollars or five million, there is something in between. There's something always. God doesn't create an imbalance. There's always something. If there's people who have $10 million clients, there's people who have $20 million. If there's people who have thousand dollar clients, there's people who have $100 clients. If people spend a dollar, the dollar store, turn to $1.25 now, but they're still rolling. You know why they're not shutting down? Because they realize, hey, we feed a need that people have. So jumping back to the authority. Okay, so I'm still on the block here, right? I'm giving you my say. Okay, so what does Lex Effect Dream Builder? Well, Lex Effect Dream Builder, I can say it. Now, before I would be like, well, you know, Lex Effect, you know, boom, boom, boom. For me, it was more like a, I know these things. Why am I being questioned? You know, I know what I can do, you know, but I can't expect someone to trust me out of the blue, but I can expect for them to feel the energy I'm giving in order to take a chance on it. The dream builder, what is it for companies, conversations I've had with, I'm gonna, I'm not gonna say it right now, but I'll mention it later, maybe some of my private conversations, um, just for discrepancy purposes, but large, one of one, well, I think one or two of the largest banks out here in the world, very famous. Um, two of the most high cell, well, well, one of the most known, or two of the most known cell phone companies out here. There's been other systems, other calls. I mean, businesses galore, people who have golf courses, people who are making their car shops, car companies. It doesn't matter. Uh, I've had people who just want to make Italian cooking, uh, people who want to do hair braiding, people who want to do you know, professional nails, professional house cleaning. It doesn't matter. Like, what makes your bucket of soap any less than someone else who has a carpet cleaner? And if you can't afford one, rent one out for a few hours and see if you can do the dividends there. Have a quality service that you do. Maybe offer some, you know, home or muffins. Go to a store and say, hey, not only do I clean your house, but I have some blueberry muffins or whatever you're not allergic to. If you could just select them, that's what comes along with it. Or leave a little handwritten note. It was a pleasure cleaning your home. It was wonderful. Here's a little thing of aromatherapy, aromatherapy candle you can get from the dollar store. That should probably smell good. Put some little essential oils if they're not allergic to them. I'm just saying common sense disclaimer here. Or, you know, whatever it might be. Hey, I got them dogs sitting for you. I got some treats that are supposed to be helping with your dog's digestive system. If you feel free, here's some ingredients about them, whatever else. It just ups the level of what you say you're passionate about or what you say you do. The authority is coming into the room saying, hey, I can deliver on these things, I can do them, and actually knowing how to do them. But that's where I that's where I'm at. That's where our team is at. The authority, spotlight, broadcast experience, that's what you're gonna get. You're gonna get the authority, the broadcast, and the spotlight of the experience. The dream builder, what do you get? You get a chance to build your dream out from where it is, or you get a chance to create your dream from scratch and have someone completely guiding and walking with you, not holding your hand, walking with you through the steps, talking with you, even if it, I don't know about 10 p.m. I'm just saying if I can't do too much work. But if you text me and I'm away, like, hey, there you go. Uh but at the same time, you know, get that. Hey, and after you're done, have come together, have a kumbaya, go out to lunch. Like become your best friend without any stipulations of gimme, gimme, gimme, upsell you kind of feeling. That is what dream builder builds. It's hey, let me put it in the think box. And we're actually working on something that actually might help with that. I can't wait to roll it out to you all. Where it's almost like that think box, you shake it up and you get, it's like one of the magicians, but this is God, God power, not magic. But you know, you put it in there, you shake it up, you just put A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and you just put it out there and boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, and you tweak it how you want to. It's beyond just a blueprint of saying, I'm doing this, I'm doing that. It's like, hey, I want to have a cat mansion for people. Let's make it happen. Hey, did I help someone's idea right there? Okay. I want to build the biggest, you know, um, and all these other cool influencers, different people who have channels I've seen. Wonderful, cool looking cars. It doesn't have to be a Ferrari or whatever, but it probably makes sense material-wise. But they make these cool cars in other countries, different ones out of material, wood, or whatever. Gorgeous. I mean, even though probably maybe some of them can't be on the street legally for now, but I mean, ultimately, it's probably a thicker substance than some fiberglass we're driving on. Either way, this is what we do. If you want people to see what you are, you have to know who and what you stand for and have the integrity. And if you get knocked down, get back up again. Feel it. It doesn't matter if you're like, oh, I'm starting from scratch. It doesn't matter if you have to borrow $5, if you have to call someone to say, hey, can I rake your lawn? Can I do this? I need to lift up. Or find out the resourcefulness that you have, not just the resources that you think you need. And hey, reach out to us and ask us, hey, do you have any resources we can use? It doesn't matter if it's a t-shirt, it doesn't matter if it's uh you have a coffee idea. We do have some espresso machines. I'm just saying, you pay for shipping, you leave a video about how you like it and what you're using it for, you'll have a brand new expression machine at your house. Now, we're limited to probably about maybe like 10 of them, but if you're getting this, you think I'm kidding, like that lady who called that broadcast show, and she was saying, hey, they it was an April Fool's thing they did. This is not April Fool's, and she literally got a free car. I don't think they even knew anybody was going to do it. People think things are so too good to be true. But it's like, well, the fact that we're breathing and moving and we're having blood through our veins, and we're here right now and created by such a wonderful force in the universe of God. God who created the universe is like, well, it's already to the point where it's hard to conceptualize already. So why believe in your belief system? Why believe everything is too good to be true? You are good enough to be true. You're here. So my thing is, is when I say that, I'm not gonna pitch it. You don't have to pitch yourself for the authority. And it's not about saying, well, this is this is what I do, this is what I do. Not explaining, I'm not trying to say it that way, but for time purposes, I'm trying to get it out to you. But this is what I do. I change lives, I build dreams, I help you build dreams. This is what I've been doing. This has been my calling personally. Um, this is what I do. I amplify the authority, I let people know. It's not about hyping people up. That's not what we do either. It's about hyping them to believe the hype of what they already are, letting them know, just talking to them, not even a hype, just hey, man, you're extraordinary. You're bombed. You got something to say. I want to hear your story. I know somebody else does out there. So why can't it be you? So I'm just saying the reason why you may feel like you're left behind is because you're not standing out there, not like a peacock, right? Beautiful feathers that they have, but just being, as my mom says, your brother's acting like a peacock, you know. The point is, is coming out there and just being raw, real, and authentic. Well, how do I do that? Start by just getting even a video, going on Zoom like this. Not the best camera in the world, but look, hey, I'm here. How are you doing? Put a little powder on if you feel that way, okay? Uh put a hat on if you feel that way, just to get started. Hey, this is what's going on. Or if it's locally offline, man, when I have these lives or these invites or whatever platform that may be, or the invite, come in, it's just about talking and gathering and getting those things. Maybe we can come into a collaboration, coalition. I don't know what coalition, but you know, like have that conversation where we can start getting each other where we need to be. Or if you're ready for that, you know where to jump, no matter who it may be with. I pray that you choose the right one that's going to treat you right and do you right and give you all the nuggets, not just the crumbs that lead to the empty sauce. Okay. So I just want to say whether you're on our broadcast channels or you're seeing this video right now, whatever it might be, or hearing this audio right now, there's so much more for you to have. You have to become the authority in your life. Strut your stuff the right way. Walk into that store with confidence and know, hey, I'm here. I don't care what happened to me. That's an experience that can help somebody else through and out of. That's someone else that can talk through it. That's a voice out there waiting for you so they can know to live life. That's a person out there knowing, hey, there's something to move on. There's so many of us, yes, but it doesn't mean there's a lack of. We're always going to complement each other if we're moving in the right way and we're centered through the right channel of the understanding of the guiding pathway point. God is ultimately everything. So I'm not going to leave that out of a conversation because the only way to know who you are and truly get to where you need to and understand the authority put in you and having the spotlight already on you for the fact that your breathing is already here. So, beloveds, if you hear this message, if you feel this message, if you resonate with all that it is, be the change, right? Feel the passion that's already burning inside of you. That's why you feel frustrated right now. And embrace the power of the spirit. It's not just a kumbaya, it's something to let you get there to where you have to and find the right connective people to connect those dots together now. Through the eight surgeries and the car flip-offs at 40 miles an hour, jumping out of it. Everything I've been through, these last eight surgeries over the past, well, almost a year post-stop now, you know, or in 2026, or whenever you're hearing this, um, just entering 2026. It's just a point of, man, I could have been gone. I could have been a lot of things. But there's still some reason God was like, look, you ain't done not, Lex. You're not finished with your mission and you got to get on it. But you realize things like this happen. I told you I would get you through and walk with you through life. I didn't say I was gonna take you away everything that comes along with life. That's what happens, an experience. It's an experience, just like you go to a store and you go to a get your new purse or go get some nice, you know, boots or shoes, wherever you are, male, female, it doesn't matter. Or when you go to a restaurant, you're going for the ambiance, you check out the menu, yes, but you want to pass by and see the vibes. You want to see the light of the candles, you want to see how it feels parking and going in there, how they treat you when you come in. You want to see the smell of the new bags in the store. You want to go to a beautiful florist and see how the beautiful roses and other, I mean, you see dead carnations and roses withering and daisies all over the place. You're like, ah, no, it's the experience, right? Take the chance on yourself. Unless you can become the authority of your life, unless you can become that person. I'm not saying they do all overnight. Like I say, Rome wasn't built in the day, right? But ultimately, for the person that was dreaming it up, it was. And maybe it meticulously little things came together, put together, but ultimately you can dream it up right now. You can picture your vision right now. If you close your eyes wherever you are in a safe place, not on the road or handling anything or a baby or anyone, but you can close your eyes right now and picture that. Okay. I picture sitting down having a cup of cappuccino, having someone come randomly rub my feet up in the restaurant, uh, outside. You know, just I'm just saying that the visual, right? It was just sitting there having a nice, you know, um virgin piña colada, algo así, lo sabes, right? Like if you're having that just sitting there, man, my Colombiana flare kind of uh Colombiana mexicana. But um melanasian beauty, what can I say? Though, um, but anything, right? You could go picture yourself eating a bowl of you know, sauteed vegetables or whatever it might be, or trying a fruit that you saw from another country on the Discovery Channel or anything. You can see that right now, and it's so vivid. Just say, write it down and make it clear as the Bible says, right? But you have to be able to not think and feel rich, but or excuse me, think and grow rich, as they say, the original book from Napoleon Hill, but think and feel it. Uh, write it down as God said first, make it clear. I mean, I suppose people would ask, but did God write it down? Well, God made it happen. Write it down, make it clear. If not, then you type it up, you can type, type, type. But I do believe the pen and the the pencil or pen and paper have so much more of an effect when we're touching it. Um, not just a vision board. I have my vision board for five years. I had people say, Oh, 10 years. Some of them say someone came to life. Some of those things did happen, but I think they're just too scattered sometimes. They're just too much of a far away, like, oh, or we allow the blockages in our life or the excuses of, oh, and I saw this too. I'm like, man, I could spend $500 on this or getting this and this and that and go grocery shopping, but I can't spend $200 on a software or project that I need for a month. And I'm like, really? You know, through all the stages. And I'm like, I gotta keep my priorities straight. Either I believe I can do it, but I'm overwhelming myself with doing too much, or I just get to the point where I'm self-sabotaging some way, because either you can feel the success, and I'll say it for all of us, either you can feel the authority and the timeline of success happening, and it's just too much for you. To be like, oh, is this really happening? I don't want my dreams to just fall apart and I just completely lose it. Or you just feel like, man, I'm not enough for this, but I'm trying to tell and convince myself that I am. That's the whole thing of it. You have to and understand that for so long I was like, well, maybe, you know, God's calling in me is different. It's it's beyond just being a priesthood or a minister or anything. It's beyond having that. It's it's all of clarity, transformation, authority, having the reset mode. I haven't found any hub that has all of them right there. They have some, but not the depth of it. And I'm like, that's what God wanted me to do. Put the depth, D-E-P-T-H in it, stir it, mix it in. Not just the sugar, but the balance of the lemon. Not just that, but the smoothness, the richness, just everything that comes along with it. I'm like, your sheep will hear your voice. That's also the word. Your sheep will hear your voice. And that's so many things. If people are meant to hear you, they'll hear you. If people are meant to come by and you're doing the best that you can, not over-exerting, not over-explaining, not over-selling and pushing. It doesn't matter what it is, right? Um, if if that's the case or whatever you do, do it very well. If you're working at a restaurant, a business, wherever, do it to your fullest capacity. You don't have to overshoot the moon and try to get a promotion or keep up with consistency that's not going to last because it's not a part of your nature. But what I'm saying is fulfill it right. If you see something on the floor, pick it up. If you see a person needing help, I've seen some of my past coworkers just, oh, I don't want to be bothered. I mean, I get you get tired, but they'd rather just sit there and file their nails and just talk smack about everybody in the office. Some would just rather sit there and just grub all day. Someone, and I'm like, man, the morale and the energy of people, we all have our stories. We all have that. But for you, that natural-born leader or grown into leader, that person who understands that, hey, Lex, I have a message to share. I have something to do. I have something to give. I know life is unpredictable every moment. We're not promised, but I have something I have to do and I need to get it out of me. That's who I'm speaking to right now. That's who I'll always be speaking to because you're the one who's going to take action. You're the one who's going to move forward. You're the one who, if someone else is waiting for you to be the great hope that God put in their life, apart from God being everything, but it's always centered to be together. But it's always that vessel and that point that God is calling for you to do. So this message is for you individually. It doesn't matter how many people hit this, how many people, because you could see three, four thousand views or a hundred views or something, and it could only hit one person. It doesn't mean that message was meant for everybody, but if it is something that's meant for you and it's in the depth of how you feel, of where you got to go to the connection, jump past the F-E-A-R, false evidence appearing real. It's gonna suck because when I was on that bed at the hospital, I'll leave it with this. I couldn't do anything. I couldn't move. I mean, I look like a shark bite was out of my whole inner leg. I couldn't move. I had catheters, nine bags of antibiotics, oh my goodness. Um surgery after surgery, day by day, eight surgery, the thing one in the room. I was like, man, I can't fulfill anything God told me to. I can't do anything right now. My brain wouldn't work anything, but my Lord, you pull me through this, and I'm not gonna sit here. I'm gonna heal, of course. I'm still on that journey, but I'm not gonna sit there and just woe and woo. And I have to catch myself in moments of complaints or moments of things not working out, or I'm like, you know, just dust it off. Sometimes you have to be put, and I thought before, man, you knew the point of life. You knew on the understanding, you didn't take stuff for granted, or do did I not? But I think it was true. God allowed me more to be more powerful than ever. But I believe too, it was like, hey, you really were getting blindsided. You were getting too overwhelmed, not focused enough, too spreading yourself too thin. And ultimately, this is what happened. I didn't even think I had enough energy to survive that. Matter of fact, during the surgeries, one of the surgeons came up from like the 20, 30 doctors I had at the mail clinic. Um, that's where I go. Um it was uh he had told me I need to hydrate. Actually, I need to hydrate. We all need to hydrate. But he told me I was actually dying during surgery. That's how weak my body was. And you know, he was like, Your body's not strong enough to go through these surgeries. And it was like six, seven hours every day back to back. I can only imagine one time it actually choked up in my system and I almost completely lost consciousness and passed away because it was just so much of my body being woke up, put it back, put it a lot. So even though I'm still working through that, still working through some hiccups of anxiety, um, I won't let it have power over me as much as I can. Uh, but I just say be all that you need to be. Be that to the fullest, fulfill what it is. And whatever that may be, there's always an answer on the other side. Don't just jump from a search or jump from someone's advice who hasn't been through it or knows how to get through it. I mean, there's so many lives I've lived, so many things I've had and helped people with and journeys. And you could too. I mean, if you're a person that helps people align stuff or get things better, like that gentleman who was speaking to me downtown, you know, he wanted to know how to do a book on his cancer straining come, cancer screening coming through town with his wife. Never met him before, but he took 15 minutes on his way to his appointment to talk to me, or just saying hello, actually, and then talked about, oh, it's, you know, A, B, C, D, E, F, G. He took that. Some people will be the sheep that hear you. They'll actually execute on what you say, not rebuttal, not headbutt, but actually listen to what you have to say and apply it. And when people start seeing results when they don't have to even do anything but give their freedom and time, it's amazing. So just imagine how extraordinary that is. I can't wait to expand, dream build. I can't wait for more people on the RDC Spotlight Authority uh experience. I can't wait to give them all that they deserve and more and actually just actually spoil them even more because they took that chance. But apart from myself just sharing my experience on what would I do, what would I say, what I represent, too, not even the whole, not the authorship, not the journeys of the song and the music. It's so much that comes along with me. But you know, being on here saying this is what I do, this is what I do, this is what I do. I'm passionate about what I do. And if you feel that way too, hey, I'm a violinist, uh, I'm a great chef, I'm this, I'm that, good. Stick to it. It's not ego, it's being happy to know your identity is, or at least falling into the calling and going into the calling that can spread more doors open and help more people and amplify your message even better. So, this is your girl, Lexus T. My energy was given to you, and I have to get some things ready for the launch that we're having with the Spotlight Authority, um, even more so and beyond just amplifying it even more for you precious souls out there waiting for it.
