🎙️ The Real Identity of You Pt. 1

Who told you who you are?

Most people spend their lives carrying identities they never consciously chose—labels inherited from family, society, circumstances, failures, successes, and the opinions of others. But what happens when you begin questioning the very foundation of who you've become?

In this thought-provoking first installment, Lexus T. challenges listeners to explore the difference between the identity they've accepted and the identity they were created for. Through reflection, self-awareness and spiritual insight, this episode invites you to examine what's truly yours, what's been placed upon you, and what may need to be left behind in order to become who you're meant to be.

Sometimes finding yourself isn't about becoming someone new... it's about uncovering who you've been all along.

SPEAKER_00

Hello, my lovely RDDC familyans. I am here, and this is your girl, Lexus T. And I want to put some of this beautiful music for a little bit low-key on the back, which is something I'm going to be rolling out soon, so you can get that energy you need. But if you haven't and you're brand new here, you've been on the journey, thank you for your love and support. Your countless downloads, um, hundreds and thousands of downloads, and every one of them means something because we're hoping that it takes something with you, it gets you to where you want to go and it keeps you moving. And if you want to feel free to share that, let me turn the volume up a little bit. Hey, I am here for it. So I want to ask you a question, and I'm trying to adjust everything right now as I'm behind the scenes. Uh, I don't know if the music's gonna come through on this recording or not, and I'm not trying to per se, but I'm enjoying it right now. But this came to my mind, there's many, many conversations I'm missing with you still, and I apologize for that. And once again, all those who are coming in, I'm Lexus T, the one, okay, the host and movement of Real Double Dose Channel and Beyond. We have the Still Here Initiative Heard Before Heaven for those who want to find out more about to stay in life and not check out of it. God rest my sister's soul, Noelia, and different ones out here who are struggling right now. We are a hub of many things, not a podcast, but a broadcast of things we're doing. And don't get me wrong, we started off as a little potty podcast, but I want to welcome you all to being here. And what this is is food for the thought, energy for the soul, God penetrated for those who know what this message stewards in you. You are gonna go through countless episodes, countless videos, countless things that you encounter every single day, but it has a need to stop where it belongs with you. There's one video, one conversation, something that only resonates with you, beloved. And even though my journey has, I believe, I mean God is in control of everything, has stifled some things, not wanting to seen on camera, or you know, that feeling. A lot of people get that, you know, just that feeling of just wanting to be the oracle inside of me, what God uses messages through. I wanted to do that, but now we're broadening and expanding, and I've restricted some things for a long time. But there's no time like today, right now, especially after coming through the horrific and horrendous months stay in the hospital and nine surgeries. It's it's it's a journey. And you sometimes, even though you've been through hell and back, you've been through adrenaline and back things that people don't even comprehend. Sometimes you have well, most times you have to push through that and realize, hey, this was shaken, not stirred. And if I'm here again, which I am, and God said, Hey, you still got things to do, I'm gonna push it and stop letting my own limitations hold me back. But I want to share this message with you because it came to thought to do so right now. And that is, who have you believed yourself to be, right? The identity. That's not the title, but this is called the identity within you, uh, the things that come through, the things that belong to you, the things that are for you and with you. So I'm gonna alter this right now so I can get my full attention here and not have everything in my face. And if you hear me clicking, it's because I'm trying to click to where I have to go. I wrote some bullet point notes for it, and I'm trying to make sure I can get all these things for you. I don't want anything left behind for at least right now, if I'm trying to. So, what is your identity? Who is your identity? Right? The identity of you, part one. Because I'm gonna keep coming on here. And yes, I do have the identity reconstruction with your girl, and I call it reconstruction and resurrection, really. Uh, of that's open on real doubledose channel.com forward slash work with Lexus if you're interested in that. But uh before that happens and our doors really, really open all the way through, I'm gonna be having identity, right? Identity, spilling the tea on all that, the downloads, the awesomeness, a whole gathering. And as I mentioned before, it's I mean, at this point with the economy, let's be real, is less than going off for getting two pizzas and some sodas uh with your friends. Okay, let's just put it that way. I I I've seen it that way. Um, or just around there, but it's worth the time, the camaraderie, the joining, the growth, the experience. And when that rolls out, it will be on the website at real doubledosechannel.com, as well as the page I just mentioned, which is my other direct page. But I want to ask this and getting you straight into it is who have you believed yourself to be? Is that belief yours? Or was it handed to you by someone who never saw your full potential? This is provoke provocation, provoking this in you. I want you to take this with you. This is the episode inside of yourself that you're going to be broadcasting, broadcasting within the self to God, the Almighty, that is within the self and the I am and the breath of you and you. Who told you that was your identity and why did you accept it? Take this many, many course inside of yourself, right? This is not a hook to anything else. If this is all you take, you never come past the website or anything else. You know, we've been out here for a decade doing our thing, and I haven't, you know, the collection plate has never been collecting except the souls and the spirits that are waiting for the divine entrancement, the divine connection to all that is from the disconnection that continues to thrive every day. So the next question I ask is who do you believe you belong to? Have you placed your belonging in people, titles, or circumstances that were never meant to hold you? What happens to your identity when those things shift or disappear? So write this down if you get a chance to when you're at a place where you can. And the next question I want to ask you is what are you willing to do to push past it? Comfort is the greatest thief of destiny, it really is. So stagnation feels safe, but staying still is still a choice. Get it? Staying still is still a choice. Right? The rough terrain ahead isn't punishment, though, it's the path to the real you. And some people will say, I want to live out loud, I want to be this and express myself in this way, color my hair, wear this, change what I am or who I believed I was, and I feel different, or I feel taller, smaller. I feel like I want this, I feel like I want that. But is it an I thing or a we thing? Because if you're united in God, you're united in Yeshua HaMashik, blessed be the name. I hope I'm saying it even more correctly with my mouth not performing so well right now. The thing is, is it's a it's a collaborative whole. That's like being married or being in a relationship, and you always are, even when you are by yourself, you are in a relationship. It has to be a consensus. If the foot says, I want to walk towards the kitchen, and the other foot says, No, I want to walk towards the bathroom. Unless two can agree, how can they be on the same wavelength? If the hand says, No, I want to scratch the back of my head, and the other hand says, Well, I want to go over here down the hallway to brush my teeth, it's gonna, it's gotta make sense. You're like, oh, go ahead and scratch my head at the same time. Well, maybe not. Maybe you have to sit there and scratch your head to make sure you don't scratch too deep. You know what I mean? You you know what I'm getting at. So that's the question I want you to ask. So, you know, where where is it all? Where is that moment for you? It's not about, oh man, the terrain is so tough. There's so many things going on. I used to think a little bit too, even growing up in the church, growing up in different ways and detaching at my teenage level and understanding more about who I was and my identity as a person or growing into adulthood eventually. It took me outside of the church pews and hearing the pastor preach to know that God was always inside of me on that church pew sitting there. And, you know, it's it's it's a club to me. I mean, hey, no offense to if you got somewhere to go, let me know. I'll come over there. But the club that I grew up in, I say that cult or club, they want to say it's about what you dress, what you eat, it's always, you know, outside in the fellowship hall was more so what college did your kid go to? What's your new job and what's your new car and what's going on with you instead of anything about God? And that's one thing I didn't like and I still don't. Because if it's a place to fellowship about God, you should always come together for that and be family, even outside of that gathering, once or twice a week, whatever it might be. So, to be on here, where does God stand in all of this? So you were identified by God before the world ever got its hands on you, beloveds. The voice that has always spoken to you from within, that's not coincidence. That's covenant, right? That's not coincidence, it's covenant. Your identity was never lost, it was buried under everything you accepted that wasn't true, and that is so true. So the deeper question is is your identity misplaced because you're afraid of where truly knowing yourself might take you? I mean, is it? Are you afraid? Is it misplaced in that being afraid of the fear, false evidence appearing real of where truly knowing yourself might take you? Oh yes, it's deep. Have you confused comfort and who you were with clarity of who you are becoming? We have you know become so accustomed to ignoring ourselves from within and the voice that speaks to us always with the Spirit of God in us. That's where it comes down to. Have you confused comfort and who you were with clarity of who you are becoming? That's so deep. Because you can get confused in the comfort of what you think life has given you to be placed where you are, but the clarity that awaits you and tries to penetrate through that brick wall surface you put up for a defense mechanism or a concrete foundation that always shifts who you are becoming. You could say, I spent my whole life in the restaurant business. Why am I compelled to do painting now? I've spent my whole life cleaning and doing janitarial services. I put my headphones on, I'm okay. What do you mean I'm meant to be a carpenter and create homes for people to live in or the homeless? That's a comfort of the confusion and the confusion of the comfort. So ask that. Is your identity misplaced because you're afraid of where truly knowing yourself might take you? There are so many things. There are so many conversations that we have. And the only separation that we ever can place into things that we feel is not a part of us is where we separate ourselves from God and we separate ourselves from the knowingness of who we are as gods on this earth made from the creator of all things. And I say that very biblically connected. Not the gods who solely create everything and think we're all that in a bag of chips and want to hold statues and worship, knowing that we come from the creator of all things. And the Bible says, Are you not gods? So at the same time, it's not to worship yourself, it's to understand the praise that comes from the creator of all things, the praise of what's in you. God is in us. Those who accept what is from God can have that. And God didn't say your life was going to be easy. He didn't say life was gonna be a skip in the park once you understand that. It's saying, hey, I'll navigate you through and I got you. And whatever happens at the end of that road, I got you. I have you. Don't worry about it. You know, yea, do I walk through the valley of the shadow of death? It doesn't have to be your blast breath, but it's I walk through the shadow of death. You might feel like your career is changing and ending. You might feel like your relationship is ending, you might feel like everything is going down. That's to draw you nearer to where you need to go. Your identity can't be placed in a beloved one or your children or anything else. They're part of the circle and the journey that creates that, the love that you have for them, the connection. But they're not the full circle of what you're created to be. Because if you don't find the identity and re-constructionze it or the resurrection of it waiting, how can you then help someone else go to theirs? How can you help your children or your foster children, your adopted children, the children in the neighborhood, the friend next door, the person going through abuse, the person that sees you and sees you as a mentor without you even knowing their name or their existence? Because believe me, there's someone out there peeping game on you right now that you don't even know who looks up to you. Even a blog post, even something. Some people are just afraid to push a like, a share, or anything else, or their minds just garnish and just drift in the wind. But believe me, your message and your seeds carry because your sheep will hear your voice because God has planted us all as shepherds to those who will steward the message of what is to come. Regardless if the world ends in 10,000 years or it ends tomorrow, we have to be on that because until we hatch and give birth to the identity of what we are and who we are, no matter what we're dealing with, it doesn't matter if you have $2 in your account. And I get it, struggles happen so rough when you're thinking, give me a break. I'm trying to do something, but I'm trying to do good. What do you want me to do? And being still in that moment, not distracted, not trying to cling on or have something cling on to you. It'll give you the clarity that you need. And if that road has a blockage point, it's just for you to go to another path and move your zigzag. Sometimes you don't get a straight line, but you always know that you're on the best path possible when you're moving forward with the identity of knowing the I am and the rootedness of God. And you, it's not gonna look like glitter and sunshines all the time. Just like when you meet someone, it's gonna be exactly what they want you to see. And hopefully it's not deception. But even if you're going with them down the journey, you're like, man, they they sleep funny or they eat weird or whatever it might be. But that love is instilled where you're like, hey, nobody said this path was gonna be perfect from the person I painted when I saw them, or they envisionized me to see them in. But this journey is still beautiful in a matter of the hiccups that come along with it. Not the hurtful hiccups, but life's hiccups that just come along with it. There's no conversation that most people want to hear when a person says, I went in a car, I went to vacation, I came back home, I unpacked my stuff and went back to work. DN. Come on. You're like, okay, well, what's you what are you telling me that for? That okay, that's nice. I'm glad you made it back safe. Okay, gotta go. But when a person says, man, this is what happened before I went on my vacation. The bank called me and told me I had a block on my account. This went down, not a negative form, right? They're telling you the story unfolding. And then I forgot my toothbrush and my sunglasses and my medicine. Then I had to figure out how to get that. And you're thinking, whoa, it kind of gives you an insight into, man, things aren't that easy, right? Or it might be a conversation to where they say, okay, then I got on the plane or I got on the train, I got in a car. We had a flat tire. The train was delayed by two hours, and I met this person sitting there and learned about their story. So when I got a chance to leave that moment, I got to the vacation spot, I got to the area. And when I got to the area, it was my room was booked over, or the room wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. Or when I went to the restaurant, the food was delicious, or it tasted cold. God forbid any food poisoning. I'm just saying it's real. You know, anything could happen. But that story they're telling you of even how they got back and arrived, that's what you want to hear. You come back for that more. I've dealt with it at work before. And what else happened? It's like, it's almost like, you know, you have those who want to be nosy just to get themselves to know more about you in the ways that they don't have a life of their own. And there's some people who genuinely just want to know and care to relate to their story or to have it be the strength. You might be like, Lex, how does that help someone else? Because they're looking at it like, oh man, bad things always happen to me. But when they hear your story, they're thinking this person went through this and they're going through this and they went through that and they still made it through to come tell me the story. So it's a story to a blessing, regardless. It's something that happens along the way, right? Even when we have different things like travel with blessings. It is. You got to travel with that blessing that God gave you and realize the journey doesn't say it's going to be a smooth path and the destination is not pre-redestined to be your mind as a wonderful ambient thing. But what it will show you is that you will have a story curated and an adventure and experience when you get to those things coming forth, just like life. Life is a journey. When our spirit entered the body, it was packing for a ride of a lifetime it didn't even know it was going to have on our human scale acknowledgement, right? So I just want to say, be that. Understand the identity comes within so many things, and maybe in that revelational journey, maybe on that time frame, maybe on that feeling that you meet your soulmate or your best friend, or you give that message. Maybe that person realizing your story is so deep, it could help them even click something off, even have an invention and say, Let me do this so people don't forget their sunglasses and toothbrush and medicine at home when they go. Everything is a spark and a seed of change. So until we get to the reasoning of understanding the identity, you can say, Oh, I love where I'm at. I love where my identity is. Well, you still have to go the journey of understanding. Do you even understand the identity that you claim that you have? Because identity is always about growth. It's always about leveling up. It's not about looking and saying, I want a better car or a better shirt. There's nothing wrong with wanting more or better. But the point is, it's never being satisfied with what you have in the moment of what you have is given, in the moment of what will be given unto you as everything else unfolds. It's not about material things, it's about spiritual, mental, and emotional. It's about leveling up to the things that you have, making sure you take and ingesting. Digesting from the spirit is just as important as you digesting in the body. And as I grow and as I go there, I know I'm not perfect. There's things that may come out of my mouth or attitudes that happen or conversations that I'm not proud of all the time when it comes down to even my inner being. But I do know I know where my identity is. So I can recorrect it all the time with God giving me the correction of it every time. That's the beauty of identity and reconstructing it to not where you do it, but you allow the rooting of the I am of God saying, Hey, beloved, I'm glad that you finally sat here for a moment for me to allow the Holy Spirit, allow the Spirit to enter so I can really take over and give you the blueprint of what I've been waiting for. See, the free will will allow you to have that blockage up. And I can't do anything about it because if it was, it wouldn't be the willingness that you have. It's still the opening of the option to say, well, isn't everything not by coincidence? You still have a choice. If someone tells you to go down there and go have something you're allergic to, you say, I don't want to go. You don't go. It's still a choice, right? If it wasn't, then you'd be forced to go down there, even if you didn't want to. If someone says, Hey, why don't you go over here and you know mow my lawn? I don't, I'm not gonna do that. Or there you go. So either way, there's a balance of free will and the will. The will and free will. So I'm gonna end this off with you, beloved. I hope this message landed with whoever needs to re-hear it again. But answer those questions for yourself. Let us know if you want to keep it private. That's up to you. But I just want to say, think about those things because it is one of my God-given journeys to do is making sure everyone can understand the identity of who they are and whose they belong to. Not to make you believe something that you don't want to believe, but to let you allow yourself to receive something that truly belongs to you. So without further ado, boom. This is your girl. Always likes to see from the Real Double Double channel. All right, coming straight to you from the heart where the talk is real and the vibe of God is live. All right. So be the change, feel the passion, embrace the power of the spirit. Know that it's floating and surrounding you. Know that that passion and that burning in you is there, right? And release those things to be as such so you can be as though. Um, I love you always. Just remember to stay on the flip side, all right? We'll see you on the flip side. Blessings, love, and peace to you always, beloved, and never forget there is a deeper identity that is waiting and calling for you. You just have to make the choice to decide when to do it before it is too late because this life in the flesh does not continue on beyond when we take our last breath. So stay up, stay elevated, stay always true. And I'll see you and talk to you very, very soon.
