This podcast is your safe, spiritual space for awakening.
Welcome to Drops of Dani, where I explore the real journey of women in midlife who are craving healing, personal growth, and a deeper relationship with themselves and God. If you feel a quiet longing inside—a pull toward transformation, self-love, and rediscovering who you truly are—this podcast will speak directly to your soul.
As a woman in my 40s, I know the ache of searching for identity, direction, confidence, and purpose. I’ve lived through the seasons of feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. And I’ve also walked the path of healing, inner discovery, releasing old patterns, and opening the parts of myself I had long forgotten.
In each episode, I share the spiritual tools, mindset shifts, and heart-led practices that helped me move out of the darkness and into a life aligned with God, inner peace, and authentic self-worth.
This podcast is for women who want to:
✨ Reconnect with their true identity
✨ Build deep self-love and confidence
✨ Heal emotional wounds and limiting beliefs
✨ Explore spirituality and divine alignment

Conversation With My Daughter
In this episode I talk about how underestimated exercise is. Most don’t realize the impact it has on their life. Even if fitness is not the goal just choosing frequent movement changes you mentally, emotionally and physically.
Our instinct can be when we're feeling down, low energy, depressed, tired is to stop moving and rest more but what we really need is to move more, our energy needs somewhere to go.
A conversation with my daughter about exercise turned into her finding this out for herself first hand, she was seeing results in different ways that she wasn’t even trying to accomplish.
I also discuss my journey with quitting smoking and how that came about.
