Midwest Nice introduces Sconnie Properties and welcomes General Manager Blake Hassler to discuss the businesses realty services.

Sconnie Properties is a real estate and property management team started by Andrew Bergholz and based in Whitefish Bay that helps clients based in the North Shore buy homes, sell homes, and manage their properties. 

The First Weber Sconnie Properties Team provides clients with buy-sell representation brokered and supported by First Weber's market data and marketing tools. 

The  property management and leasing team services clients with (3) signature services (Snowbird Services, Sustained Management Services and 'Sconcierge fully-furnished Services).

Owners are provided with options to generate additional property income and supported by a professional and courteous realty team.

Hello, everybody. I'm Andy Bergholz and thank you for tuning in to the Midwest Nice podcast. Today, I want to talk to you about a business that I started called Sconnie Properties. Sconnie Properties is a real estate and property management business and team based right here in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, and I'm happy to introduce my general manager, Blake Hassler, to the show. Blake co-leads the buy-sell team with me and runs the day-to-day operations on the property management side for Sconnie Properties. At Sconnie Properties, we help people buy homes, sell homes, and manage the properties that they hold on to. Our buy-sell services are brokered through First Weber, which gives our clients access to First Weber's real estate marketing data as well as marketing tools. On top of that, we run our own property management and leasing team. Owners who want rental income or options don't have to take on all that operational work themselves. Blake, welcome to Midwest Nice. If you could tell our listeners a little bit about the services and ways that we manage each property here at Sconnie Properties.

Yeah, so here at Sconnie Properties we understand that no two houses are the same and everybody's situation is different. That's why we offer three ways to manage your property. The first is the Snowbird service, and this is for owners who spend part of the year away from their home. We handle regular walkthroughs, vendor coordination, weather checks, and simple updates so you always know what's happening at your property. The second is our sustained property management. This is your typical full service option for long-term rentals. We handle pricing, marketing, tenant screening, leases, rent collection, maintenance, and renewals. Basically everything that your typical landlord doesn't want to deal with. The third is our Sconcierge service, our option for furnished homes rented on a short or midterm basis. This is for owners who have flexible properties and guests staying weeks or months at a time.
