Hi everyone, I'm Gilly, founder of Gilly's Organics and the host of Everyday Rock Stars. Today we have such a rock star in the infrared sauna world. Her name is Connie Zack. She's the co-founder of Sunlighten. If you have been interested in learning about infrared saunas, you are going to love today's episode. We are going to dive in and introduce you. Welcome, Connie Zach.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you so much. I'm so excited to be here. This is like I have been planning my entire day around our interview. So I'm really excited.

SPEAKER_00

I love that. I am so grateful to meet you. I can't wait to learn more about you. I want to tell you that I'm obsessed with my solo. My family calls it mom's in her cocoon. I love that. The best, most relaxing place. So I need to have our viewers understand why I'm obsessed and why you decided this was your life mission 20-something years ago. Bring us back to the story about your brother and then tell us what infrared is.

SPEAKER_01

Okay. So the story about my brother is he was really, really sick, chronically ill for many, many years. Nothing worked until his dentist in St. Louis diagnosed him with heavy metal toxicity as a result of the mercury in his mouth leaking, the mercury that was in his fillings leaking into his body. And he said, I think you have mercury poisoning. And it is what's causing this chronic fatigue and vertigo and inflammation all over your body. Our family vacations were gone. I mean, we couldn't do anything because he was so, so sick. He had to quit his job. He quit, he quit everything. So when his dentist recognized this mercury poisoning, mercury toxicity in his body, he said, I've been reading some research, and there is a wavelength of energy called infrared that if you get enough into your body, it could potentially detoxify the body and remove the mercury safely without surgery or without anything. You just put it in your home and go in there and use it, and um, you know, and you'll start to feel better. And that's exactly what happened. And that's exactly what my brother did. And I was also in St. Louis at the time working for Procter and Gamble on the pharmaceutical side. And I saw the transformation of my brother. I was also dating this amazing man who is now my business partner and husband. And so we watched this transformation together. And we had always wanted to do something that fulfilled our soul, you know, we wanted to do something that left this world a better place because we did it. We wanted to make a difference. And we were constantly coming up with ways. And then when we saw this transformation with my brother, we're like, what if this is right here in front of us and this is what we need to do, is because nobody knows anything about it, and we need to bring this to everyone. And so that's what happened. And it was um, I'm oversimplifying it because we could have a whole podcast just on just on the beginning. Right, right, exactly.

SPEAKER_00

But that's the yeah. Sorry.

SPEAKER_01

No, that's that's the beginning, you know, is it's a mission. Um, I mean, it's a personal mission that really is connected to our purpose, you know, which is to bring light, hope, and happiness to people everywhere. And, you know, our our our goal is to make sure that people feel better as a result of what we do every day. Um, they can are allowed to do more of what they love to do, and they live the fullest life possible as a result of our work.

SPEAKER_00

Well, mission accomplished, Connie. I just want to say You're so sweet.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you.

SPEAKER_00

First of all, I love that this dentist was like what today we'd call a biologic dentist. Yes. Back in his in his time, ahead of his time. I love that your brother was open to this not everyday, you know, commonplace technology. And I love that you and your now husband and co-founder, which we'll talk about, is you were able to see this mission and and run with it. So so kudos to all of you. Incredible. Um, what's infrared? How is it different than regular saunas? Give us the tell someone who doesn't really understand any of it, like the near, the far, the red light, all of it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I'm gonna try and make it like super, super simple. And I I think that one of the greatest ways to make it simple is to talk about how it feels. So, first, what what is it? Infrared is in the infrared spectrum. It's a spectrum, it's a multidimensional spectrum within the sun's light spectrum. So it is safe and natural and necessary for all living things. And it comes from from directly from the sun. The majority of the sun's wavelength is in the infrared spectrum. There's no UV rays, it's just four different wavelengths that are that are, you know, invisible light and visible light, which we'll talk about in a second. As far as how it feels, because I hope everybody can relate to this because I just had it today. And I was thinking about this podcast, and I was like, this is I hopefully people can relate to when you're inside. So I was in my house, like running around, getting everything done. And um all of a sudden I take the dog out, you know, before I start my day, and the sun is out, and it feels so radiant and warm and healing. Not even the warmth, because it didn't necessarily feel that warm. It was that feeling of this blanket, this just wonderful feeling that you could feel in yourselves. You can feel it all over. That is infrared. That is the feeling of infrared, and that's how it makes your body feel is just this wonderful, feel-good energy that you could almost, almost feel like it penetrating your body the minute that you see the sun. And um, that comes from the infrared spectrum. So let me break it down into some really simple benefits that are associated with each part. And I am oversimplifying it. So for anybody who wants more information, you can reach out for me directly and I'll go as deep as possible. I mean, I can come back and just talk about far infrared for an hour, you know? So there's four wavelengths of light that comes from the sun's light spectrum. Two of them are felt in your body by heat, and then two by light. So, first we're gonna talk at the heat. So, phar infrared is the longest wavelength that's absorbed into your cells. It heats up your core temperature and it starts off this biochemical cascade of so many benefits, it impacts every single system. I'm gonna simplify it and say phar infrared is known for you're helping make a healthy heart and helping you detox. Okay, again, oversimplifying it. That's that's its hero rule. Mid-infrared is a shorter wavelength, and that heat, you the way you feel it, it's a little bit more intense. So that wavelength is great for reducing inflammation and helping your muscles recover faster. It's excellent for muscle recovery. Okay, now we're gonna move over to the light part. So reality is, I'll give you a little bit of science geek and then I'll try not to do it again. But near infrared.

SPEAKER_00

As long as we understand it, it's good.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, near infrared is is shorter wavelength than mid. And as you get shorter, you get hotter, like exponentially hotter. So it's so hot that you have to convert it to LEDs. And when um so in order, because in order for you to receive the maximum quantity, which is what sunlight is known for, is the right frequency, the maximum quantity, the maximum absorption, you have to have an LED panel. The thing about near infrared, poor thing, is that it's so powerful, but you can't see it. The light is on the invisible part of the spectrum. I mean, it literally, like as you look at the sunlight, you you you can't see the near infrared. Then what's made so much noise lately is, you know, its next door neighbor in the light spectrum, which is red light, which transcends into the visible part. So if you think about the rainbow, it starts with red, right? Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo violet. And that red light is um shorter than the near infrared, and it doesn't penetrate as deep. So the thing about the wavelengths, about infrared is each one has separate superpowers. And as you as you go in and learn more about each one, the depth of penetration um is defined by the the um intensity or the, let me say it a different way, the longer the wavelength, the more it's gonna penetrate into your body. Okay. So red is the shortest, so it doesn't go as deep and then and then near and then mid and then far goes. I mean, far is absorbed into your water molecules and your mitochondria. I mean, it starts, if you just think of the visual I always have is when that energy starts to get into my body and it starts to get in as soon as you turn it on, your cells start to move around and everything starts to flow. Yes. Get this internal momentum that is so important for your body's health and wellness. Ah, it's so and that's what makes you start to feel great, like you're exercising, but you're not exercising. You're just sitting there.

SPEAKER_00

I do. I get that that feeling. And I'm I'm so, even though I didn't really know or understand fully all the science, I know that in just two months of using my sauna that I'm feeling different. So some of the health benefits would be for me, I'm finding uh decompressing. I feel like my cortisol level is going down when I go in there. I'm more relaxed, and it's helping me sleep better. So, what are some of the other things that that this amazing infrared sauna does for our health?

SPEAKER_01

One of my favorite benefits that specifically connects with far infrared. Sometimes I'll talk in general terms, which includes the entire spectrum. And sometimes I'll talk in in each category because it does make a difference and it does matter. And one of the benefits of far infrared that I love so much because I pay so much attention to all of my um biomarkers and all of all of the things that connect to, you know, that lead that that lets you know that it your body is doing well and is healthy. And one of them is HRV. And HRV, for those of you who don't track it, it stands for heart rate variability, and it's just an excellent way to track the strain on your nervous system. So said another way, especially as women. Oh my goodness, like we live, our nervous system is so strained. And we we we spend way too much time, and this is proven, this is not a Connie Zach stat. This is proven, like, we spend way too much time in the sympathetic state. So that sympathetic state is the state that sets off your adrenaline and your cortisol, which is great if you're in danger. It's excellent. You need it, you absolutely need it. If you live there, if you stay there for too long, you're just your body is not meant to withstand that. That that leads to all sorts of different diseases, inflammation, burnout, bad sleep. I mean, the list goes on and on and on. What's great back to far infrared and like the solo, like that you have, you get in there and instantly that energy is absorbed deeply into your cells, and it starts to take your nervous system and shift it. So if you are stressed out and your cortisol is up and your adrenaline is up, and you lie down and you get into your solo, you can instantly feel your body take a deep breath. You can feel your shoulders drop, you can feel your your breath. Start first of all, you can feel your breath, so that's a good thing. And then you can feel it slow down. And then if you measure that over time, this is what I love, because you can measure these things, is you will notice that your HRV will increase, which shows that it's helping to the the higher it is, the lower the strain. You'll also notice a difference in your resting heart rate, which is good because you don't want to be like, you know, bam, you just don't want to have a little bit of heart rate increase, it's great for exercise and for keeping you healthy, but you don't want to live in that state. So that's one. I can't believe I spent all that time on just one of the benefits, but it's really important.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that alone is what most people are struggling with. The all of the other things, they're not even gravy, they're amazing benefits. Cardiovascular, let's talk about skin since I'm in the skincare world. I mean, there's benefits to infrared for the the skin and the glow.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Yeah, yeah. I call um people at sunlight, and we're all glow getters. We're all trying to get our glow on and you are, you're glowing. And it works. Thank you. It works so well. So I'll talk about far infrared, and I also want to talk about near and red light on the glow factor, because there's a there's a connection between the two. So, far infrared, what makes it so special is I'll go back to that that flow that starts to happen, that increased flow, increased blood flows. So you know when you're you increase your circulation and you can increase the blood flow in your body, you just look and feel healthier. It is a very simple thing. And this is doing that, this is almost tripling your um your flow inside your body as far as your blood, the way it's moving. And then let's talk about another awesome benefit for women. When it's doing that, it starts to get the oxygen working into your brain. So that mind chatter or mental fog, lack of clarity, mental exhaustion, just that feeling of like, oh my gosh, I cannot put one more thing in my brain. It helps to clear all of that up. And then as you sit in there and as everything starts to flow more and more and more, as your core temperature starts to increase and you start to sweat, you're starting to detox, immediately you're starting to detox a lot a lot of your different pathways. And then eventually, with sweat, you'll detox on your skin, you know, skin pathway. And all of those combined together, you're purging yourself. We have a saying at Sunlighten is purify the skin. No, purify the body, purify the body, and the skin will follow.

SPEAKER_00

I love that.

SPEAKER_01

So you start with a clean body, your skin's gonna look great.

SPEAKER_00

Connie, what's the difference between just like hot yoga and sweating and actually getting into the solo or one of the sunlight and walk-ins to get the benefits?

SPEAKER_01

The difference in that is that the infrared energy, it is like a nutrient for your cells. You're essentially supercharging your cells. So it's a different experience. And if you're going for a run or you're doing hot yoga, you're doing things where you are sweating profusely because the air is hot. That's a different experience. It's a different type of transfer. With infrared, you don't have to be excessively, the air doesn't have to be hot because the energy is working directly with your cells. And you're creating a false fever, essentially, if you want to make it really simple. So you're taking your core temperature, let's just say it's 98 degrees for easy math, and we're elevating it, you know, by up to three degrees. And so that elevation now all of a sudden I'm sitting here at 101 degrees. I feel hot, but the air isn't hot. But it's because that infrared, it's talking to your cells and it's supercharging them. It's working with your mitochondria and it's saying, hey, look, I am here to help your body battery be supercharged so that you have more energy when you come out than you did when you went in.

SPEAKER_00

I love it. So all the women that I know in the know that were telling me when I was in the market for Asana, they were like, sunlight and sunlight. And what do you think it is? Yeah, that's that's why I called, and that's how we got connected. So, what do you think it is that stands out and makes you the leader in this industry?

SPEAKER_01

Uh, sunlight and is a leader because we are so focused on mastering the science behind all four parts of the infrared spectrum. And it's really important to us to educate on the power of farm infrared, mid-infrared, near and red, and help people understand that each wavelength has its own superpowers and it's best to have them all separately if you can. And what ultimately we've mastered that if I just had one thing, which there's not just one, right? But if I just have one, it is the power in our infrared density. So let me say it in a little different way. We deliver the most amount of infrared into the body at the precise frequencies to transform your cells. You can't get more infrared any other place. And that makes a difference because it's the quantity of infrared that's absorbed into your cells that gives you the transformation and the heart rate variability and the energy and everything we've talked about. That's what matters. Otherwise, if you don't have enough infrared and you have more of the convectional heat, which is fine. There's nothing wrong with traditional convectional heat. It's just not absorbed into your cells, and you're not getting that mitochondrial benefit. You're not getting the heart rate benefit, you're not getting the changes in the endothelial structure into your heart, you're not getting the reduction in your blood pressure. Like all of the clinically proven the exercise and tall, I mean, there's so many that are energy um that infrared are connected to. You need to have the maximum absorption. And we know that because forever ago, when we first started, you know, we were like all coming from pharmaceutical, and so we were like totally like in that brain wave. And so we worked with the University of Missouri, Kansas City to do a clinical trial. And we did a very, very difficult one. I don't recommend it to anybody who's starting a business ever. It was a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized trial. Woof, that was a lot. Just saying all of that, where we took the solo and compared it to a sauna that had infrared heaters that looked just like it, obviously, and that felt just like it because you you had to do that in order for the study to be significant. And the end result was the solo had all the benefits. The solo had did the stat sig reduction in blood pressure. We increased quality of life scores, we removed toxins, and the other one didn't. And so it shows you that the materials that are used to deliver the quality and quantity of infrared matter, they make a difference.

SPEAKER_00

That is so cool. And you can also test your sweat and see what kind of toxins and plastics and heavy metals that have escaped your your skin after being in it. That is really cool, also. Yeah. Absolutely. So, Connie, what do you recommend for how frequently we should go in our sauna and for how long?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, uh, the best thing to do is to start low and slow and then work up. So 15 to 20 minutes, three to four times a week, and then you could work up to doing it every single day for 40 minutes.

SPEAKER_00

Amazing. Um let's talk about um give me one second. You built a company in the wellness space before it was trendy. I kind of did too, about 20 years ago. We both organic skincare and you with saunas. So what what's that like? You are a trendsetter, and what kind of challenges did you face early? And also you're in business with your life partner. So can you give us a little tidbit on that?

SPEAKER_01

Sure, both. And I'd love to hear your thought on that same question. So um, as far as the challenges, I love hearing people's you know, stories. So our I mean, our number one question. Our number one challenge at the very beginning was financial. I mean, it's very starting a business is very expensive, especially starting, not only did we start a business, we started a category that didn't really exist. And people were very confused. People, they, they were thinking we were selling microwaves, and it was, you know, it was it was really daunting. We're trying to reach people that didn't know we're trying to reach them, right? Like we were, we were working with the internet and trying to use keywords on Google, you know, put farm fret in, which was so inexpensive. But the problem is nobody was searching on farm thread. I mean, nobody, right? So I mean, it was just really, you know, and then so then we would buy the word sauna, which obviously people are familiar with. And then the challenge is when they would come, they're like, well, I thought I was coming, you know, to talk about, you know, the the ladle or or the steam or the rocks and building this wooden cabin. So it was addressing that um time and time again. So um those were that the very, very I call in the basement because we started the company in our basement. Um, those were some some very, very serious challenges. And when you start an infrared sauna business, it's really hard to get a loan because it's hard to get money, you know, and and the banks just were they, you know, I mean, they they want to invest in people who have money and or they have an idea that they can, you know, they can really bank on, literally.

SPEAKER_00

Sorry to part pardon that pun, but well, thank you for sticking with it, Connie. Uh because you are bringing this health to more and more and more people. It's like I think people in the past thought it was a luxury, but now I really look at it as a necessity. And I feel like as a wellness person, I'm even late to the game having my own. I feel like I would pop into, you know, in a spa or and get go into the sauna, but now I have my own personal sauna for really quite affordable when you think about what you spend on your, you know, your hot yoga memberships and everything else. Like I love that this is at my fingertips now. And I do, I feel like I feel more relaxed, I feel I sleep better, I feel calmer. Um, the bloats, that whole menopausal feeling. I feel like my cortisol is more balanced and all those other things that we don't see, those heavy metals and those toxins. Um, you know, I thankfully didn't experience what your brother did, but many, many years ago, I had all of the mercury removed from my mouth because I had plenty of that as a child myself. And after that happened, I detoxed for like a month, and I'll spare you what happened. But um, I feel like excited that I get into this now. And any any anything that's in my body, anything that's lingering, I feel like I'm sort of it's going into my my cells and and healing me on on a cellular level, which is so, so cool. So I'm really glad you stuck with it.

SPEAKER_01

Um, thank you. Thank you so much. I do feel that the value to be able to have this in the comfort of your own home, to be able to access on your schedule when it works for you, it to me is just it, it really is a priceless benefit. It is not a luxury. It is, it is something that is necessary for me to be able to do all that I do. And also, you know, in life, there's all these different seasons, right? You know, like right now, I'm in a season of I've got two high school kids, and my senior is gonna be graduating. And so I'm in that, I know I'm in that season and planning his graduation party and play, you know, all that stuff. And as I have evolved, I mean, because we started this before we had children, right? And, you know, all the different seasons, the sunlight and sauna grows with you and it enables you to master each season and then to transition into the next one. I mean, it's just such, it's just like such a great resource and tool that is that the solo is extremely affordable. I love that product. I have a solo, I also have a wooden, you have an impulse, but I have both, you know, um, because I love the solo so much and it's very intense. And for those times where I just want that really blast of intensity, I will get in there and and I love, I just, I just love everything about it. I love it.

SPEAKER_00

My next purchase is also the impulse, but I love the solo for me, but I also want my family to have the benefits. And we have the space downstairs, so I'm putting, I'm getting one. Um, and I'll also give um, I have a I have a sunlight code, I'll give it to you guys at the end. Um so what are some conny non-negotiables aside from your sauna, of course, every day?

SPEAKER_01

Some connie non-negotiables are you talking about like for in for wellness? Yeah, yeah. Um hot water with lemon is a non-negotiable. Moving my body is a non-negotiable. Um, digestion walks, non-negotiable. Positivity, that's it, that is a choice. And it's really, it's so important to me to have the right mindset as you approach your day and understand that you woke up, that's a blessing, right? And so you get the opportunity to choose how the rest of your day goes. There are definitely detours, and it happens to me every single day. Oh my god, I'm on a roller coaster every day. I'm like, okay, we're going that direction. Okay, here we go. Um, but how you approach that and understand that um that pathway that is in front of me that's taking the detour is just gonna teach me so much more, and I'm just gonna learn so much more, and then I'm just gonna reflect on it and I'm gonna apply my lessons and my learnings to the next time that it happens. There's just so many ways to think about things in a getting the opportunity to experience versus the compulsory, I have to go to where I have like all those. I that just drives me bananas. So it's really mindset is really important. It's a non-negotiable. It's hard, you know. I'm making it sound like a little, I make like I'm making it sound easy. It's it's not easy, it's hard. I I feel that your body listens to that.

SPEAKER_00

100%. I just feel like everything you said today was so rock star, but that was the most rock star. Did you guys all catch that? I mean that is everything, and that's what kept the resilience, and that's what grew this business to what it is, and that's why you are you. So thank you. That was really amazing. We ask all of our rock stars a couple of fun questions. And one is what do you think keeps you in rock star mode every day? Could be a mantra, it could be your sauna, it could be a lot of things, but what do you think keeps you every day?

SPEAKER_01

Um, a couple of things. I mean, one, it you you know, definitely definitely I can't I can't have Connie Zach without my sauna. So that definitely for sure. And it's such a hack. It does here's the thing, and I'll I'll answer the rest of your question, but while we're on the topic of that, because the way I use it is probably different than a lot of people, is I some I will use it like for example, this morning I wanted to get up, you know, as the sun was rising and I went for a run, and then I went downstairs, ours is in our basement, and went in there just 10 minutes. And people would think, well, that's not enough time. That's not true. That is not true. 10 minutes of being in your sunlight and sauna is better than not being in there. So that definitely, because here's here's here's the thing, back to the positivity and keeping me in rock star mode, mood, is in order to do that, your mind and your body has to be calm because you can't make great decisions and you can't think effectively and lead effectively from a state of stress. It just doesn't work. And so what are the things that I can do that I know work to get me into that relaxed, calm state so that I start my day calm and peaceful and go from there? Because I know it's not gonna stay that way. Like I, you know, I mean, it never I've never had, I've never had a day where it's just like peaceful and calm all day long. It just doesn't happen. You know, have been in this phone.

SPEAKER_00

You're being intentional every morning, so that's amazing. Yeah. Connie, if you're going to speak in front of like a huge room of of people about your sunlight and and and your journey, what song, what anthem theme song are you coming out to?

SPEAKER_01

I have a couple that come to mind. The first one, I'm gonna say the first thing that came to my mind, and it's not a song that's on the charts, but it is a song that's near and dear to my heart that just landed in my computer the over the weekend. And it's a song that our finance director put into AI, and it is called, and I can send it to you. It's called From a Spark to the Sun.

SPEAKER_00

Cool.

SPEAKER_01

And you see, and it starts off with the story of, you know, Connie had a vision, Aaron said, Let's go. Like it just goes through the entire 25 years, well, not the entire, but it it highlights the fact that we've been doing this 25 years and highlights the leaders in our organization as well as the culture and the passion and the intention that everybody that works to Sunlighten has behind their roles. And it also has a really good um jamming vibe to it. And so it would be really right now, in this moment in time, that's not something I would have said, obviously, three days ago because I didn't have it. But that would be what would be another one then?

SPEAKER_00

What would be another one?

SPEAKER_01

Um, another one would be uh walking on sunshine by Katrina in the Waves. You like that song? Love. That's yes, amazing. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Well, you are sunshine, and you're bringing sunshine to us all because really what is the our sun. It's bringing the sun inside, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you said it perfectly. I bring that sun inside. And by the way, we should mention, because I am immersed right now in this data. Um, there's a um a doctor, his name is Dr. Um Dr. Glenn Jeffery from University of College London. Okay, let me say that again. Dr. Glenn Jeffrey from University of College London has done extensive research comparing near infrared and red light therapy on the body, comparing that to blue light, the lights that we haven't we're exposed to every single day that are above us, the LEDs that are in our in our homes. And he started going down this path because he noticed that in the 90s, when everybody was switching light bulbs from the incandescent lights to the blue lights, there started to be this significant decrease in health and wellness and uh increase in aging and a like major effect on the cells. And so he started doing intense research with red light and near infrared because that emulates the sun's energy, because his thought process was what's changed? Oh, well, people used to have, first of all, people used to be in the sunlight more often. So there's that. And then the incandescent light bulbs also had a tinge of um infrared in them, the way they were made. And then we removed all of those and we've replaced them. Anyway, the summary, I'm not going to get too geeky, but this is important because when you said bring in the sunshine inside, like all I've been thinking about lately is, you know, it's so important for us to get this word out about bringing the sunshine inside because we're we're not exposed to it any other way anymore. Like, you know, you're just not, you just don't like people don't do the walks and and they don't do the activities outside like they used to. And they also don't have any exposure inside anymore. So without, you know, the infrared spectrum, it you're not getting that energy on your cells. And he has proven he did a comparison in animals and flies and mice, and then also did a study on humans with red and near. He felt ethically he couldn't do the study with blue light because he knew it causes so much damage on humans. Wow. But it showed significant um increase in energy as well as decreasing your biological clock, like like helping them live longer, the animals live longer as well as the rate at which they age. It slowed down the rate at which they age with near and fretted and red light, and it allowed the body to control glucose levels. So I just wanted to share that cutting edge data because it really does impact the way we feel. I mean, that's ultimately you can talk science and data and studies all day long, but ultimately when you're in there, it's really how do you feel when you're done? Right? Do you feel better or not?

SPEAKER_00

I do. And if that is not enough, everybody, information to tell you right there, but especially the reversing of your biological age. I mean, I do feel so much better. And I just want to say one other thing before we wrap it up. There's something like this um the sad in the in the winter when you get like seasonal depression. I did not feel that when I would get in my solo, which I think, you know, I wasn't doing my 10,000 steps a day outside like when it was 20 degrees out, but I was getting in my solo, and I feel like that saved my emotional and you know, physical, made me just feel so good and uh relaxed, like I was outside in the sun. So so amazing, Connie. Thank you so much. Um, you you can all go to get.sunlighten.com backslash gilly. I think there's some um amazing discounts going on yes now.
