Your 20s will stretch you, break you and rebuild you, but no one really prepares you for that
In this raw and honest episode, I’m sharing the real lessons I’ve learned on my way to 30, the ones that didn’t come from books, but from lived experience, hard truths, and moments that have changed me forever
This isn’t the polished version of growth, this is the messy, uncomfortable, life-shifting reality of becoming, of pushing myself over and over to be better and become the woman I know I was put here to be
If you’ve ever felt lost, behind, or like you’re figuring it out the hard way, this episode is for you because I promise you, you are not alone

Welcome to part two of 30 lessons I learned by age 30. Just in case you missed it, part one is on my channel or on Spotify because these are 30 crucial lessons that I wish someone had taught me at age 15, 25, 20. I just wish somebody sat me down and talked me through all these things and helped me understand that life is not that serious. Life is about having fun and yeah, about not taking yourself so seriously. So on my 30th birthday, which was a few weeks ago now, I wrote down all of these lessons. I sat down with a cacao and I journaled them out. And I thought, what better way than to share them with the world than through my podcast? So welcome if you're watching along on YouTube or if you're listening on Spotify, I am so grateful to have you here. Welcome to the Good Girl Rebellion Podcast. I'm your host, Izzy. I'm the founder of Cyclica, and I'm so grateful to have you here for another episode. The Good Girl Rebellion is all about reclaiming your rhythm in mind, body, and spirit. Each week we are unraveling years of conditioning to reclaim our wild, rebellious, and intuitive truth. So if you're ready to reconnect with your power, reclaim your wildest self, and rise as the woman you were never taught to be. You are in the right place. Welcome to The Rebellion. So, part one, if you have missed it, make sure you go back and listen because one to 15 were so juicy. I've got my journal here, as I mentioned. I wrote all of these down on my birthday. So I have my journal here because otherwise I will just get lost and I will ramble and we won't have any form of direction. We will just lose. Complete train of thought. So the poo. Lesson 16. So as I mentioned, 1 to 15. So lesson 16. Until you wake up, this one's juicy. Until you wake up and bring conscious awareness to something, you will always run on your automatic conditioned and inherited paths. For as long as you run your life on autopilot, you will always follow a set out conditional path. But if you can wake up and be conscious and see that you have in each and every moment the choice to choose differently, then you will make aligned decisions and break your conditioning. So what do I mean by this? If you do not bring conscious awareness into each and every moment and you just run on a habitual, unconscious level throughout your life, you will just follow how you've been raised, the conditioning that like runs within the lineage of your family, your environmental conditioning. Unless you bring conscious awareness to each and every moment, you will just run on your unconscious, conditioned path. So until you bring conscious awareness, you will just act in alignment with everything that has come before you. But if you can bring conscious awareness to each and every moment and understand that you have the power in each and every moment to change the direction of your life, you will just run on your autopilot. You will just live life as everybody else before you has always done. And that isn't a way to live. So until you wake up and bring conscious awareness to something, to each and every moment of your life, you'll run on autopilot. So bring conscious awareness to your life. Bring the awareness into each and every moment to know that you have the power to choose differently. You have the power within you to choose a new destiny for yourself. You don't have to do X, Y, and Z because that's what your parents did. You can choose differently. You don't have to do X, Y, and Z because that's just what everybody in your town does. You can choose differently. In each and every moment, you can choose differently. So that is the juicy start to part two. Make sure you bring conscious awareness to your life to be able to choose differently and follow the path that sets your soul on fire, not the one that you were just conditioned and raised to believe is true. Number 17. Your self-concept determines everything. Your self-concept is everything. The world is you pushed out. The world is you mirrored back to you. How you feel about yourself, how you view the world, how you think, how you feel, how you act. Everything you experience is a reflection of you. So if you are sad and lonely and depressed and angry, you will see sadness, anger, depression, loneliness. If you are happy and joyful and radiant and vibrant, you will see happiness, joy, vibrancy, radiance, gratitude. Everything you see is a reflection of you and how you think about yourself and how you feel about yourself. You have something inside your brain called an RAS filter. So the RAS filter filters information based on your beliefs. For example, I could walk into a room and I could be having the best day of my life. I could think I am the hottest, sexiest, most vibrant version of myself possible. And I will walk into a room and my brain will scan to have that thought and that belief mirrored back to me. So if somebody checks you out, your brain's like, okay, they checked me out, they can see me. Or if you're not comfortable in your outfit, somebody might give you a look and your brain's like, okay, they just double took your outfit, they don't like it. It's these things, like if you think this about yourself, your brain will find the confirmation that that's true. Whereas if you think, okay, I look fucking hot today, like my aura is big and bold and vibrant, and I am going to demand attention when I walk in a room. You walk in the room and your RAS filter will see somebody will look at you and it'll be like, okay, you're doing it. You're demanding attention as you walk in the room. Everything you think is mirrored back to you. Your RAS filter, your self-concept, everything. Your self-concept mirrors everything you think about yourself back to you. If you are happy with yourself and you believe that you are vibrant and beautiful and juicy and full of love and joy and abundance, and your aura is full of this big, bright, vibrant energy, people will be able to see that. A magnetic aura is magnetic for a reason. Like if you have people drawn to you, it's because your self-concept and your self-belief in yourself is big and bold and beautiful and brilliant because everything is a mirror. Everything is a mirror. And if you think badly of yourself, then you will only see negativity mirrored back to you. So number 18. Only you decide what breaks you. I'm pretty sure this is a quote from Throne of Glass at it stuck with me because it's so true. Only you get to decide what breaks you, and only you get to decide when to give up. Only you get to decide when enough is enough. And until you decide enough is enough, until you say, okay, I'm not doing that anymore, you can't fail. You you just can't. Like until you decide it's over, it's not over. Like you can keep going and going and going and going. You can chase your whole life following a dream. And until you decide it's over, it's still going. So I just looked at the camera at 11-11. So until you decide your dream is over, until you decide it's enough, no one can tell you that it's enough. No one can decide that it's enough for you. Nobody can break you other than yourself. Only you decide when it's time to give up. Only you decide when you've had enough. Only you decide when you're broken. Because people can hurt you, people can do nasty things to you, people can damage you, people can disrespect you. But unless you decide that that thing, that behaviour, that situation is going to be the thing that breaks you, nothing can. Only you decide what breaks you. Number 19. You are the calm in the storm. You are the center of the hurricane. This got me through my breakup last year, for sure. Like, if you can maintain a strong center, a strong groundedness in your presence, in your ability, in just who you are, if you can maintain that strong, firm center, no matter what happens outside of you, you know you are always the calm in the storm. You are you know you are always you are always the peace and the presence within you. Everything else that happens to you is just an experience you have to ride. It's a wave you have to ride, it's the storm you have to just let it blow out. Like if you can maintain that calmness and that presence in the center of it all, you will always have yourself and you will never be able to lose yourself to any situation. So master yourself so that you can keep yourself calm and grounded in all times. You will be unshakable in any situation, you are not what happens to you, but how you react to it. If you understand that, if you can understand that shit's gonna happen, things are gonna go wrong in your life, but you are not what happens to you, you are how you respond to it. Similar to you only decide what breaks you, you are not your experiences, you are how you deal with them. So maintain the calm within the center of the storm, maintain that grounded, peaceful presence within you, and nothing will ever break you. Number 20. Learn the unique language of your female body. Honor her and your cycles, and you will unlock your feminine superpower. Your body is so fucking clever. And as women, we are cyclical. We are cyclical beings. If you are a menstruating woman, you are a cyclical being. And understanding that, owning that, and then learning to sit with your body in each one of your seasons and understand how she communicates to you, what she needs, what she experiences in each season of your cycle. You can understand your unique language, you can understand what your body is trying to tell you, you can understand what your body needs, and then you can understand how to honor it, how to show up to support yourself, therefore allowing yourself to flow divinely with each one of your seasons, and allowing yourself to rest when you need to rest, create when you need to create, blossom when you need to blossom, hibernate when you need to hibernate, and go through the flow of each of these seasons, honoring each cycle, each season within your cycle, you can unlock your feminine superpowers. Living cyclically and honoring your body is just like it's like unlocking a whole new level. It's like unlocking the next level in a video game. You just understand how everything works, and you're no longer fighting against your body. You're no longer in serious pain just before your period, or you no longer have heavy and uncomfortable and seriously painful periods, or you no longer give all of your creative life force, Shakti, divine energy away in ovulation. You save it for yourself or for your own creation. Understanding the language of your unique female body unlocks your feminine superpower. I that is yet another hill I will die on. Like understanding how your body works and how your body communicates with you and how your body responds and reacts to external elements in each one of your seasons, and then showing up to honour that will unlock your feminine superpowers. It will allow you to be your best possible self because being a cyclical being, being a cyclical woman, being a woman is a fucking blessing. But we've been so raised and so conditioned to think that it's a burden. It's not a burden. Your cycle, your period, your divine ebb and flow of your hormones every month month is your superpower. It's it's such it's just I don't even know how to put it into words. It's got so much power behind it that it's something that is so afraid. People are so afraid of it. People are so afraid of their true ultimate potential of their true power if they allowed themselves to actually be seen and to actually show up as they are for who they are in their whole raw, unfiltered self. I think people are afraid of it, men and women. So learn the language of your divine female body, honor her, show up to honour her, and unlock your feminine superpowers. Step into the next level of your video games. Because why the fuck not? Number 21. It truly does not matter how good you are at something. If you are not happy, you will never find peace. You can show up, you can push through, you can do the things you feel you're supposed to do, you can do the tick-box checklist that you got off Instagram, you can do everything that everyone in your life has told you you should do. You can try and fit yourself in that box. But if you're not happy, if you're not living in alignment with your soul's purpose, and if you're not serving your greatest good, if you're not being the woman you know you were put here to be, and you're not honoring your true self, you will never find happiness. That is something that I have felt right now being home in England. I have done all the things, I've done everything that I thought I should do, I've eaten how I thought I should eat, I've worked out how I thought I should work out, I've worked how I thought I should work, I've looked after myself, how I thought I should look after myself, and yes, it's all good stuff, but I'm not happy here. Like, and that's what it comes down to. So I'm not thriving in any way, shape, or form. Even though it might look on the outside like I'm thriving internally, I'm not. And I know and I have come to peace with the fact that I just don't think I will thrive at this point of my life living in the UK because it's not where I belong. So I'm not living in alignment with my soul's purpose. I'm not living true to myself. Like if I actually listen to my heart and my soul and my intuition, it just whispers leave, leave, leave, leave. You know, you shouldn't be here, you don't belong here, you need to go. It's like there's this expression, you can roll a turd in glitter, but it's always gonna be a turd. That's how my life feels right now. And that's like the same lesson that I'm trying to tell you is that you can roll the turd in glitter, you can make it seem as good, you can be as good, you can be as perfect as you think you're gonna be, but it's always gonna be a turd. You're always, unless you're actually truly happy, you can put on all these masks and you can make yourself deem happy. But if you're not truly happy and following your divine soul's calling, then you're never gonna find peace. You're never gonna find happiness. You can never, the universe will never give you peace in something that's not meant for you. And it won't. And once you understand that, and once you can look back at a situation and know that it wasn't meant for you, you will see how you were never given peace in it. Even when you thought you had peace, even when you thought you had conquered that next step and allowed yourself to find the happiness, even though you knew you weren't truly happy, you feel like you found a next level of happiness and like you're okay. The universe will throw some kind of curveball in there so that it all falls apart. Because it really is true. You cannot find true peace and happiness in something that is not right for you. Number 22. You are solely responsible for your life. Quantum physics confirms this that everything is energy, every single thing in the universe is energy. Therefore, everything you truly focus on, everything you think and focus on becomes manifest. You are solely responsible for your life. So stop blaming X, Y, and Z for the person you are. Own your shadows and be brave enough to face them. Be brave enough to understand that you have solely created the life you are living. You have everything you think, everything you feel, everything you fear and obsess over and desire and resist comes manifest. Whether you want to focus on the fact that you think you're gonna lose your job, or whether you want to focus on the fact that you're gonna get promotion, whichever one you focus on is the one that you will eventually manifest into reality. You everything is energy, every single thing in the universe is energy. Therefore, everything is controllable because what you think becomes manifest. What you think is what becomes your reality. Quantum physics has confirmed that. So once you understand that, it's a lot to get your head around, but once you can understand that, once you can stop playing the victim and know that you are responsible for everything in your life, you yes, are responsible for all the bad things, but you're also responsible for all the good that could potentially happen. Once you know that everything is within your power, it is so empowering to know that you can change everything. You can completely change the direction of your life just because you decide to think differently. And it doesn't have to happen in a year's time or two years' time or six months' time when you get that certain thing or when you do that certain thing. You can change your life in a second. You can decide in each and every moment, like I mentioned in the first lesson, number 16. You can decide in each and every moment to choose differently. You can either go on your habitual conditioned path, or you can choose differently. You can go through what you've always done, like all your habitual neurological pathways, or you can decide to break that, and yes, it's gonna be uncomfortable, and yes, it's gonna be difficult, and yes, it's gonna feel so fucking wrong, but you can choose differently. You can choose differently in each and every moment. You're not a morning person, you can be a morning person. Set your alarm and wake up, get out of bed. Like you can change everything. You don't eat healthy, well, you can decide from the right now you're gonna eat healthy, and then you don't eat anything unhealthy ever again. Like you have the you have the power within you to change everything because you are solely responsible for your life. You are solely responsible for everything. So own that. It's an empowering thing to know that everything is in your control. Good, bad, ugly, beautiful. You can change it, control it, and manifest the life you want because everything is energy. It's a beautiful, beautiful thing. And once you understand that, once you understand how to work with energy and you understand that you can create everything you want as long as you believe you are worthy of it, you can change everything in your life. Number 23. Movement is medicine. It is not punishment. This is something that we have been with something that we just we move, I feel, in the West to punish ourselves, to make us feel like we're. Worthy of eating the way we want to eat, or like it's like punishment to get to the body that we want to get to. But movement is medicine, movement is your expression, it's your creativity, it can be play, it can be beautiful and empowering, and something so divinely sacred. It doesn't have to be a chore. You can move your body in any way that you want, any way that you see fit. Like, I know I've definitely been stuck in this pattern where I have this real kind of love-hate relationship with the gym. And like there's some periods of my life where I really don't want to go to the gym, and I feel like it's a chore, and I just feel like it I have this conditioned belief that I haven't exercised unless I've been to the gym, which I feel like is such a thing in the West, where it's such a big gym culture. I feel like the gym is kind of it slots into everybody's life. And I know, like for me, it slotted very much into my life. And I almost got to the point where if I do a yoga flow or if I maybe go for a walk, like I walk, go on like a long walk outside, like at least three or four times a week. And for some reason, my brain doesn't see that as exercise because it's become such a part of my life that I enjoy it so much, it almost doesn't feel like it can be exercise because I have this belief that exercise has to be a punishment when it doesn't. Movement is medicine. So allow yourself to express yourself in any way you see fit. You don't like the gym, don't go to the gym. You want to go to paddle, go play paddle. You can grab a big group of friends and go for a run. You can go for a hike, you can roll out your mat on the grass and do a yoga flow or a Pilates class in the sunshine. Like you can do candlelit home workouts, you can do whatever you want, wherever you want. There is no rules. This is the thing about life. There is no rules. There is no one size fits all, there's no you have to do this or that, and that's just how it has to be. Express yourself in any way you see fit because if you can find movement that is medicine for your soul, you will come back to it over and over and over again. And that's the whole point. The whole point isn't to punish yourself into being a version of yourself that you want to be. It's about loving yourself and enjoying the process of becoming the woman you want to be. Number 24. Your words are spells. What you speak about yourself, about others, and your environment is what becomes manifest. Your words are spells, so use them carefully because you are always listening. So, how you think about yourself, how you think about other people, how you think about things in life in general, you're kind of the tone of your internal dialogue is everything. It determines whether you have a positive or a negative life. If you are constantly stuck in negativity over and over and over again, looking for things to go wrong, things will start going wrong, things will fall apart. If you think you're it's like if you're running low on money and you're like, oh, I've got no money, I've got no money, please, nothing go wrong. And then you feel something maybe dink in your car and you're like, no, no, no, no, my car can't break down, it can't break down, it can't break down. Your car's gonna break down, let's face it. Like, whatever you don't want to happen is what's gonna happen. If you can focus on, okay, yes, I might not have the level of abundance that I want right now, but I'm so immensely grateful for what I do have. I'm so immensely grateful for the loving friendships I have in my life, even if I don't have the partner that I want, I can be so grateful for the girlfriends that I have. Or if you don't have the dream job, you can be so grateful for the job that you do have that gives you the opportunity to be free and have money and live your life. Like, yes, you might not be where you want to be, but if you can reframe your mind to look at the positive, to think about the positive, to speak positively about yourself, about the world, about the situation you're in, then you will bring more positivity into your life because your words are spells. It's like I believe it was in Japan, they did an experiment on water molecules. And the water molecules that were spoken to with love and compassion and kindness and positivity, they formed these really beautiful snowflakes when the water was frozen. But then the water that was spoken to with negativity, with horrible words, hateful things, nasty words, when it was frozen, it had these horrible patterns and horrible shapes. So you are water, like your body is made up of water. So how you speak to yourself is how you determine your frequency, your vibration, your outlook on life, your life in general. So your words are spells. Every single thing you think, every single thing you speak from your mouth is a spell. So be kind to yourself, be kind to other people, be compassionate and positive because your mind is always listening. Nothing goes unnoticed. Your words are spells, so use them wisely. Number twenty five if I can find it. Traveling will teach you more than any school, university, job or class ever will. Culture, compassion, kindness, resilience, joy, presence, gratitude, etc, etc. The list could go on. Traveling is real. It's real life, it's dealing with real situations, real people, real scenarios, real cultures, real it's dealing with real life. Go and see the world. Go and see it. Because you don't die with all the material things that your really well-paid job is going to get you. You die with your memories. You die with the experiences you had, the love you shared, the love you received, the feeling that the view of this incredible waterfall or this mountain range gave you. Those are the things you die with. Those are all you have. Your experiences, your feelings, your love, your emotions. That's all you leave with. You don't leave with your material things. You leave with the experiences, the joy, the emotions, and the love that you felt. So go out and see the world. Go out and explore. Like, yes, okay, I understand. Some people don't have the urge to travel and explore and go and see the world. So if that is you, then skip past this lesson because this just doesn't. You're not gonna relate. But there's no point chasing the material because the material is irrelevant. The material that we're so conditioned to believe is everything in life is irrelevant. All you have in the end is your memories, your thoughts, and your feelings. So go and see the world. Go and experience everything this world has to offer. Go and feel what it feels like to hike a mountain and stand at the top and know that you have made it, you overcame your mental and physical challenges to get there. Go and befriend strangers and understand that you can feel love that you never even knew was possible from people who you never even knew would have existed if you hadn't pushed yourself out of your comfort zone. Go and understand how it feels to share the space with a wild animal, to be underwater with wild dolphins and sharks and just creatures. Understand, go outside, go out of your comfort zone, go out in the world and connect with the real things in this world because that is all you're gonna die with. Those memories and those feelings and those emotions of lie. So traveling will teach you more than any job class lesson ever will. Number 26. This is a controversial opinion, but this is my opinion and my lesson. So birth control is control. Educate yourself properly and ask yourself if it's actually what you want. Yes, birth control gives you control over your fertility and it gives us control as women over our bodies. But birth control is a form of control. It takes you so far away from your natural state of being as a woman that you lose your essence, you lose your edge, and you lose your power. So ask yourself, is it worth it? Because this power is what makes you unstoppable, and it's why we've been silenced. Because this power is powerful. I truly believe that birth control exists to control women. Women for thousands and thousands of years have been seen as their most powerful, their most wise and respected when they were bleeding. So is it any coincidence that now we take birth control which stops us from bleeding? Just educate yourself about what you're putting in your body. I'm not here to tell you what's wrong and what's right. I'm here to just encourage you to ask yourself, are you putting something in your body that you actually want to if you knew the full information about it? Like birth control is a level one carcinogenic up there with alcohol, tobacco. But that's not advertised. People just don't think that's people don't know that. And it's this level of misinformation that makes it so dangerous because it is passed out. It's handed out like sweets to teenagers, I myself included. It was given to me as a teenager just because I was afraid of getting pregnant, and then I had no information about it, and no information given to me. At one point I was on one pill and then the doctor was like, Oh, but you smoke. I was like, Yeah. She was like, Well, you're not allowed to be on that pill if you smoke. I'd been on it for three years and I smoked. I was like, Well, nobody's told me that. It's these this kind of level of misinformation, it's this level of lack of care for the divine female body that makes me so angry. So, birth control is a form of control. And ask yourself, educate yourself, and ask if you want to be controlled in that way. Because I tell you now, as a woman who has been off birth control for 18 months, hormonal birth control for over three years, it's the most empowering thing you can do, taking back full power and reclaiming your divine female body because the ebb and flow of your natural hormones is a beautiful, powerful, incredible thing. So educate yourself and do what's right for you, but ask yourself if it's truly in alignment with the woman that you want to be. Number 27. We are distracted on purpose. It makes us docile, lazy, and unaware of the big picture. Wake up and unplug yourself. The matrix is real, and if you can't see it, it's because you're in it. I'm sorry, but so many people, we are so distracted to the point that we actually just don't ask ourselves if we're happy. Like, we especially like through myself, especially. I grew up, I got a job, I was like, right, I'm gonna climb the corporate ladder, I'm gonna do X, Y, and Z. This is what I'm gonna do, this is who I'm gonna be, I'm gonna be a director, I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna have the big job. And then we went into lockdown and we went into COVID, and I had 12 and a half weeks on furlough, and I was like, shit, life's a slow life, it's a nice life. Like, I'd never stopped to ask myself if I was happy. I'd never stopped to actually check in and see if the dream that I was chasing was actually my dream. It was in COVID that I realized that it wasn't my dream. It was in no way, shape, or form what I wanted to do. But I was so distracted by all the noise of what it was and what it meant to be successful that I never actually asked myself if it was successful for myself. We're distracted on purpose. This is why you're distracted. So that you don't ask yourself if it's what you truly want. It's so that you just continue going without actually having the chance to stop and ask if what you're doing makes you truly happy. So I'm encouraging you, don't be a sheep all. Don't follow all the other people and be a sheep. Break free from your conditioning. Ask yourself what makes you happy. Ask yourself if the life you're pursuing and the life and the dreams that you're chasing are actually yours or if they're just your conditioned belief. Again, bring enough conscious awareness into each and every moment to choose differently. Give yourself the grace and the self-respect to follow your own dreams and to live the life that you know you were put on this earth to live. Because, yes, we are distracted on purpose. Yes, there is a lot of horrible stuff in the world, but you are the light. You being able to ask yourself and follow your dreams and do what truly sets your soul on fire will allow others to see you doing it and give them the confidence they need to do it themselves. Like the people that you're jealous of, for example, usually if you actually look at it and look at the shadows and understand how jealousy works, it's because you're jealous of them because they're living a life that you want to be living. So allow yourself to be bold enough to do something that is gonna make people jealous because that just empowers everybody else to do what they want to do. So understand that you're being distracted on purpose. Number 28 is you are a cyclical being. Like the moon, you ebb and flow every cycle and every season. As women, we are so shamed for this. We are so shamed for our divine cyclical nature. We are so shamed for the fact that we aren't the same every day. We are so shamed for the fact that we can't show up 100% and that we're not little men. But you're not a little man, you are a woman, you are a divinely sacred, hormonal, cyclical woman. So allow yourself to understand that you are cyclical. Like the moon ebbs and flows, waxes and wanes every month, so do you. You have a season of growth and a peak and a season of retreat and then a darkness. You have four unique seasons, like nature. Spring, summer, autumn, winter. You have follicular, ovulation, luteol, and bleed, like menstruation. You have four unique seasons just like nature because you are nature. So understanding this is so crucial. You are cyclical. You are like the moon. Men are like the sun. They work on a 24-hour cycle, they rise and fall every day with their testosterone levels. You are like the moon, you rise and fall over a 28-32-day cycle, and you're not the same day to day, week to week. So understanding this and owning this is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself as a woman. Number 29. Everything happens for a reason. And yes, okay, you might not understand that reason right now. It might hurt right now, it might be incredibly painful and sad and heartbreaking, but know that everything happens for a reason. You got your heart broken because somebody out there is better for you. You didn't get that job because there is a better one waiting for you. You didn't you didn't get anything you wanted or anything broke apart, anything fell apart because it's not what you're supposed to have. It's not where you're supposed to go. It's not the life you're supposed to be living. Everything happens for a reason. And everything happens for you, not to you. Like once you understand that, then it's just the greatest gift in life, knowing that, okay, yes, it might hurt right now. But if you can remain the calmness in the eye of the storm, if you can remain that calm center in the hurricane of your life that's kind of currently happening, you will know that you'll look back in six months, a year, three years, ten years, and be like, I'm so grateful that that happened. Because if that hadn't have happened, I wouldn't be where I am today. All these things, if I hadn't have gone to Asia last year and then had my heart broken, I wouldn't have gone to Bali to live out my kind of like summer Bali era of my life. And then I wouldn't have met the people I've met, and then I wouldn't have gone back to Bali, and I wouldn't have met the friends I've met in Australia, and then I wouldn't be going to Australia now to live with one of those friends. Like everything happened for a reason. Everything unraveled exactly as it was supposed to unravel. Yes, there's still things that haven't gone my way, and I'm still waiting to I'm waiting to find out how it's gonna go my way. But I know that everything works out in my favour. Everything is a divine lesson, and every single thing will work itself out in the end. And if it's not worked itself out, then it's not the end. So just remain faithful in everything that happens and know that everything happens for a reason. Number 30. You are a goddess, you're a portal for creation. Do not ever underestimate your power. I think this is something that oh we just forget as women. You are a divine portal to God knows where to bring souls into this world. You are quite literally the gates between worlds. You have a portal in your womb that brings souls into this earth. You are a goddess. You are a divine creation, exactly as you are, especially everything in the world, all the consumerism, all the conditioning that women have to be a certain type of way and have to look a certain type of way, be a certain type of way, dress a kind of way, give X, Y, and Z to be able to be worthy of love. No, you are worthy exactly as you are, you are a divine creation, you are a goddess, you are exactly as you're supposed to be right now in this moment. You are so incredibly powerful. And understanding that and owning that and remembering that power is just one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. Because once you understand this divine power for what it is, no one can ever take that away from you. Nobody can ever jeopardize it or steal it from you because it's yours forever. You are a divine creation, and never ever let yourself forget that. You are a goddess and never underestimate your power. So that is it. They are my 30 lessons by age 30. And oh, it was a lot. That was a lot, it was a lot to reflect on and a lot to ask myself over and over. And it's a lot to remember all of these and to try and remain conscious enough to remember them in each and every moment because there's so much happening to us every day that it's so easy to just go unconscious and forget all the divine things that we know are true.
