You ready? Yep. All right. Let's go. Welcome back to another episode of the Marriage Ignite podcast with Mike and Janelle Friedrich. And we love talking about warfare, spiritual warfare. So we're going to get into it today. So we're going to be talking about why you might be praying for your marriage while speaking against it. So this is an angle that we don't hear a lot of coaches maybe talking about, but this is this is our jam. We love talking about it. And we've been talking about it for a long time. So if this conversation that we're going to have today resonates with you and you know you want to share this with somebody because you feel like somebody needs to hear this, please, please, please share it. Do us a huge favor if you can just give us a five-star, five-star rating. That would be awesome in the comments. We love it. That allows us to get this conversation out to more people. So let's get into this. Let's talk about complaining, uh, which invites a spirit of discontent into our home. So I think the big idea that I think we want to talk about, and maybe I'll hand it off to you, but I think that the biggest thing that we see happen, and by the way, we have to do this in our own marriage. We are by no means immune to this. We're just very, very aware of it. But complaining doesn't just change your attitude. It really does change the atmosphere in your home.

SPEAKER_02

Yes. Oh, this topic is such a big topic because we will wonder sometimes why our marriages are a mess, or why it feels like there's chaos in our home, or why our kids are misbehaving, or why there's a lot of disobedience from the kids, or um the marriage, there's so much disconnection, and there's all this warfare going on. And as Mike and I were talking about this topic on warfare, we're going to talk about a lot of different topics on warfare because literally, I mean, there's so many books out there. I mean, there's so much on warfare. And we could actually be causing warfare in our own marriage and in our own home through our words. Through our words.

SPEAKER_01

Come on, go there.

SPEAKER_02

And our words are really powerful. And so in Genesis, when God, right, He He spoke creation, He spoke paradise out of His mouth. And we are made in His image. So I look at that and go, wow, if He spoke creation, He spoke beauty, He spoke life, He spoke paradise out of His mouth, then that means everything I speak out of my mouth matters. So I'm either speaking paradise and I'm speaking life and I'm speaking light out of my mouth, or I'm speaking death. Right? So you're either with your thoughts, even this is goes to thoughts too. Your thoughts and your words create your world. And so everything that we do, everything that we say matters. And this is something that I didn't see at the beginning of our marriage. I didn't even see this years ago. I was someone who just wore my heart on my sleeve. I just said whatever I wanted to say. Um, I didn't have a filter. Um, I was a very bold person. Um, I had a my first job when I was eight years old. And so I was very independent. Um, and I just was, I was kind of a rough and tough. I loved people, but I was rough and tough. And so I brought that into our marriage and I really thought, oh, well, this is actually really cool. Like I'm just, I'm just, that's this is just who I am. Like this is how I'm wired. This is who I am. And actually, I didn't realize that I was actually destroying our relationship. I was destroying the atmosphere in our home because I talked loud. I talked too much. I just said whatever I wanted to say. I didn't think about what I said before I said it. And I was wondering why our lives felt such a mess.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And why we felt that there was so much chaos. And then I was so irritated with you because you were drinking and I was controlling. And, you know, you guys have heard our story if you've been listening to our podcasts. And it was just this vicious cycle. And so what I would do is I would be over here when I first gave my life to Jesus. I would be over here praying in my prayer closet for Mike and Mike to get sober and Mike to get clean and Mike to give his life to Jesus. And then I would go out to lunch and or I would just complain. I'd go out to lunch with a friend, and it wasn't that I was complaining about you, but I was complaining about you because I was complaining about the situation. Or I was talking to somebody about what was going on in our relationship. And I just things, words would just come out, or I would see you passed out on the couch, and I was just annoyed. I was disgusted. I was overwhelmed. I, I, I, I had all these negative thoughts. Like it was all the time these negative thoughts that were going through my mind, but then they were coming out of my mouth, and I was actually causing more warfare in our life and in our marriage, and it was destroying everything.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I mean, I I mean I remember when we first met, y'all, just to give you a little bit of background, I we cursed a lot. I mean, just S-bomb this, F bomb that. It we it was it was bad, but we just thought it was normal. We just thought everybody talked like that, and that became our norm. And for some of you, maybe that was part of a I'll call it cultural thing. I'm not talking about country cultural, but just part of where you lived and the dynamic you were around. It was just normal to just curse, and that's just kind of how you talk. And we hear that sometimes. Like, well, that's just how I grew up. That's just who I am, that's just part of who I am. That's just, but is that?

SPEAKER_01

Is that really you?

SPEAKER_00

Is that really how God designed you? And I get it. You you create brain trails in your mind and you just think, well, that's just who I am, take it or leave it. And when you say that, all of a sudden now what happens is now you're giving the enemy a foothold into that you're you're never gonna grow. You're never gonna grow beyond that level of your speaking. And I I heard this one time said, uh, so don't take this so literal. Okay, some of you I might might have some people say something to me like, well, you know, but someone said to me once, and I'm like, you know what, that makes a lot of sense. They said, Your cursing or your vulgarity makes your ignorance audible. And and so, but I, you know, when I say there's a lot of smart people who curse. So just understand what I'm saying. But when we curse, it gives an insight for other people into our lives and who we are. So I started changing them. We we started changing the way that we spoke because I started looking around when we started hanging around different people. When we gave our life to the Lord, our spirit started getting more sensitive. And the words that we spoke just felt dirty coming out of our mouths. When we invited the Holy Spirit to really take possession of our lives. Every time we would even watch a movie where there was a lot of foul language, it just felt icky. And we started hanging around different people. And guess what? Those people, they didn't curse. And so it just was awkward. We didn't want to curse in front of people that we admired, that we looked up to, and we they had the fruit in their life that we wanted. And one of the things that we saw is that okay, they had the fruit, they didn't curse. And not that I wanted to be them, but I wanted the fruit that they had in their life.

SPEAKER_02

Well, and it's not only cursing, this is like every word that comes out of your mouth.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_02

Right? This is every word that comes out of your mouth, and we're either operating in the kingdom of heaven, right? In the kingdom of light, or the kingdom of darkness, the kingdom of hell. There's no in between. We're either operating in either one. And so this isn't to make you feel bad if you curse. We were there. We were there. But it is a place to look at and go, okay, right. But let's go past cursing. Let's actually think about what we are watching, what are we listening to, what movies are we watching, what are we feeling into our hearts and our mind and our eyes. And you know, the Bible talks about the eye gates and the ear gates and what are we feeding into our mind because whatever's in our heart is what's going to come out, right? And so, um, and so it's paying attention to the cursing, but now it's also paying attention to what are the words that are coming out of my mouth? And Philippians 2, 14 says, do everything without grumbling or arguing. And then there's another translation that says it says complaining to do everything without complaining. Did you know that the Israelites, it should have taken them 20 days to get into the promised land, and it took 14,000, around 14,000 days. Because one of the sins That is a long time to be camping in the desert. There were five sins. This is in Corinthians. Um, but there were one of the sins was complaining. They were complaining, they were grumbling. And when I was like processing this with the Lord, and I was like, wow, complaining? Holy moly! And we complain all the time. We complain about getting a bad meal at a restaurant, we complain about a server doing something wrong, we complain about our kids, we complain about our husbands and our wives. We were just, I feel like often most of us, and this used to be you and I, we were just, we just complained and we were pretty positive people. Um, we did do a lot of really bad things with drugs and alcohol and all the things. Um, but then like there was just times in our life and lots of seasons where we were just really super negative. And I'm like, so here I am processing this with the Lord. And I said, So what you're saying, Lord, is it took him 14,000 days? What is that, 40, 40, 40 years or something like that? It's a long time. 40 years, yeah. They what did they just keep going in circles? Like, so they're so so so I want you to take a look at your life. Do you feel like your life is groundhog day? Do you feel like you are just going in circles with your husband? And maybe you take a step forward and then you take steps back, or maybe you were just like, okay, we can never feel like we're ever getting ahead. Well, pay attention to your words.

SPEAKER_00

Can I share one other thing? Yeah. Yeah. So if you look at Matthew 12, uh, verse 36, this is really powerful. And it's it's a very sobering statement that Jesus says. And he's really when you hear it, you're like, whoa. He says, But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. Uh, and in another translation it says idle words.

SPEAKER_02

Idol, I D L E.

SPEAKER_00

Idol. And going back to your point, we were we were generally, I think, happy people. And sometimes the words they were complaints, but we would disguise them as a joke.

SPEAKER_02

Ooh. Ha, let's go there for a second. Because we could say something like, I am sick and tired of this, this, and this. Well, the enemy, because that word, those are idle words, came out of your mouth, sick and tired, he's gonna make you sick and tired. He will use that idle word because the enemy can't read your thoughts.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

But the moment you speak your words out, yeah, he can take those words and twist it.

SPEAKER_00

We think we're being funny and just playful, yet now we've given the enemy a foothold. And now what happens, especially you're talking about I'm I'm so sick and tired of your blah, blah, you fill in the blank. Now it happens, guess what? Your body has no choice, has no choice but to come into agreement with those words. So now, guess what? You're gonna start feeling tired and you're gonna start getting more sick. That's just it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Your life, your words, and your body are going to start matching up with each other. Uh, James talks about your tongue is a rudder. That little, that little piece of your body, the tongue, uh, is like a bit in the horse's mouth. That little thing can direct a massive animal, one direct one way or the other. And so your tongue is directing where your body's gonna go.

SPEAKER_02

Wow. That is so good. I just want to pause here for a minute because I can sense that maybe some people listening. I mean, we've talked to a lot of people who actually don't believe this. They don't believe that their words are powerful, their thoughts. Like there's actually people out there that don't believe that. And so what just popped in my spirit was I want to challenge you. Um, what if you did a challenge? Okay, let me back up because we're in this season with our kids. We had kids way older in age. Um, what a blessing because we have more wisdom, but they keep us on our toes, they keep us young. But um, we're in this stage with them where we like they are not allowed to complain. We are literally disciplining or on them with every word that comes out of their mouth.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And so it's having us be really super aware too of our words and everything coming out of our mouth. And I mean, little things like um complaining about socks. I mean, we, you know, I mean we and we had one of our sons complain about socks. And I'm thinking, do you know that there's actually millions of people who don't have socks? Like we've got to be so grateful that we have socks, you know. But I mean, again, and we it's a constant correction with our children. It's a constant, we want a house that is filled with praise.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

We're to praise God in all things. We want a house that is full of gratitude. We want a house that is full of love, a house, the atmosphere. So we're on it. And it feels like all day long sometimes. We're like, ah, um, but it's had us be really super aware. And so for those of you that don't maybe believe this, or you're like, I want to challenge you. What if you did a 30-day challenge in your home? You did a 30-day challenge and maybe invite your spouse, invite your children, and you're not allowed to complain. And if you do complain, you're allowed to um uh correct, not necessarily correct, but help each other, like, hey, you know, and have it be playful and fun. But I want to challenge you to do a 30-day I I heard somebody do this.

SPEAKER_00

This is actually a really good idea. And I actually you said this, and I'm thinking we need to, we should do this. It'd be fun. You take a big jar, and every time a complaint comes out, you got to put a quarter, you got to put a dollar, or whatever. Your kids that your kids would get go broke pretty fast, probably. Well, you got to put something in there that's like it's a little bit of a sting, and at the end of the month, then I don't know, do something with a money phone or whatever. But the point is just to be aware of it. Uh, we were in the gym, was it yesterday? It was yesterday. We we were bringing out our 12-year-old into the gym, and Janelle and I work out together. And and our 12-year-old, he was working out right next to me, and he, in between sets, he's like, Oh, I'm just so tired. I'm like, hey, buddy, I leaned over. I didn't make it a big deal. I didn't say it out loud, but I said, Hey, bud, guess what? Remember, we're talking about our words. Guess what? Your body is now gonna come into agreement with that. So I'm not telling him to ignore reality, but I'm just telling him, hey, instead of saying I'm tired, say, bring it on. Let's go. Come on. You know, and so, and again, this goes to the bigger issue of like, okay, well, I'm feeling a certain way. I mean, it's just supposed to pretend that everything's fine. No, I'm not saying just pretend what obviously is going on, but be really careful. Choose your so Noah, he we were just got back from Mexico family trip, and he was a kid. He was in the pool all day for I don't know, five days straight. And we didn't do a very good job of putting that the drops in his ears because you know, water gets in there, and then by the end of the trip, the last two days his ears were really hurting, and he just kept saying, My ears hurt, my ears hurt. And I wasn't ignoring the fact that his ears were hurting, but I said, Hey, buddy, instead of saying, My ears are hurting, say, Hey, I'm I'm I'm healing, I'm in the process of healing. And you could say, Oh, this just sounds like just you're just changing words and like what whatever. Uh uh. We're very, very, very intentional about the words that we say in our home. Are we perfect? No, but we catch it, we're very, very sensitive to what the words are that we're speaking. So, of course, we had we started putting drops in there. We're not again ignoring any of this that's going on, but he's saying this because he just wants some comfort from us. So instead of saying, Hey, my ears are hurting, just say, Hey, daddy, I'm I'm I want to hug. I want to hug, or I'm healing. I'm in the process of healing. And I know that's the code word that he just needs me to come around him and just encourage him.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, because we can literally speak bad health over us. Right. I mean, there is so much to this. And we're we may get some comments down below on this, because again, we don't want to ignore what reality is, but there are ways that we can word things that are different so that the enemy doesn't use it, so that there's not warfare. There's ways that we can communicate that is more positive. Um, and we can actually go straight to scripture and find all of the scriptures on healing and say, God, I know you are the ultimate healer. You know, I am feeling something today, and but I know you are the healer. My body is healed. I mean, there is so much to the words that come out of our mouth, and I know it. I know that if you did a 30-day challenge in your home, it would change the atmosphere in your home. Because there are so many scriptures too that talk about praising God in all things. We're to praise him and we're to count it all joy. When there's a trial, we're to count it all joy. It doesn't mean that we are like joyful that we're in a trial. It means that we're looking at that trial and going, wow, what am I learning from that trial? What is the joy? Because my joy is in the Lord. My strength is in the Lord. And so I find joy because I'm in the Lord in this trial. Yes. I'm not in this trial by myself, I'm not in this sickness by myself. I'm not in this marriage by myself. I'm not in this family by myself. I have got him, and he is my joy, he is my strength, he is what I need, and he is the one that will help me.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

And we can begin to speak life over everything.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. Because the reality is, guess what, guys? The words that you speak in your home become the soundtrack in your home. I I remember when we when we moved from Washington years ago, and we had, you know, it was a really, really, yeah, it was a hard time. We had a major, major life transition. And I remember going to pick up some moving boxes at this house. I we were looking it up on Craigslist, and there were three moving boxes. And I knew that my son was going to be coming with me. And I was thinking, oh my gosh, what am I going to say to my son? Because he's going to be like, Dad, what are we doing? And I had to think about this because every every part of me was just kind of broken because it was just, it was a difficult time. And I said, buddy, we're going on an adventure. Little did I know how big of an adventure we were going on, but we were. But the point I'm saying is this is the trial, it's going to produce something great in me. I don't know what that is going to produce yet, but I know I it may not feel like joy right now that you're what you're going through. But at the end of this, there's going to be something that the crushing of the grapes is going to produce a sweet wine. I don't know what that's going to look like.

SPEAKER_02

So let's go back to complaining because that's really good. And you had a you had a moment in there where you could have complained about what was happening and that we had to move, and we had to move to a completely different state or almost to a completely different state. Cause we moved down to Camas, Washington, and then we moved down here to Arizona. Um, and you chose words of life in that moment.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Um, because it's really easy um to complain. And when we nag, when we grumble, when we complain, and I I talk to the women in my wise wife's intensive because they come in and they're so broken and they're hurt and they're in pain and there's been infidelity and there's been a lot of things. And I, and so we really are compassionate because we've been through that. We're really compassionate there, but but we really help them get mature. And I wrote this down down here as I said, I wrote, you can't have a spiritually healthy marriage if you are a spiritually immature woman.

SPEAKER_00

Whoa, say that again.

SPEAKER_02

You can't have a spiritually healthy marriage, even an emotionally healthy marriage, if you are a spiritually immature or emotionally immature woman. And this is for men and women. This isn't, but I really teach this with my women that um when we speak like that, remember when we complain, we are actually complaining. Your complaints are really against God Himself. Wow, okay. Because let's go here first a minute, because God knew that this was gonna happen to you. Whatever you're going on in your marriage right now, he knew it was gonna happen. So what's happening is when we complain, we're complaining against God Himself. We're actually complaining against the will that he has for our life right now and what he wants us to walk through to become more spiritually mature, mentally mature, emotionally mature, and we're complaining against him. Come on, somebody. Like we're actually complaining against him. God gave you your husband. Even if you guys got married before you gave your life to Jesus, like now, if you guys know Jesus or you know Jesus and maybe your husband doesn't, you know, there, I mean, there's a lot there that we can unpack, and we're not gonna go there right now. But that's who you made the covenant with. And so this is where things will happen in your life to be a test. Things will happen in your life to be a trial, to see how you're gonna respond, to see how you're gonna react. And so this is where when we begin to go, God, okay, so what do we do here? How do we solve this? What I had to do when we first had this revelation, I asked God to bridle my tongue. I asked him to help me bridle my tongue. I asked him to help me. Now remember, when we start asking him for help and we start asking and we start praying for things to be transformed in our marriage, he's gonna start helping, but he's gonna start bringing things into your life to see if you're really gonna walk through it. He's gonna bring you situations that you're gonna want to complain.

SPEAKER_00

Get ready for the test.

SPEAKER_02

Get ready for the test. Um, get be careful what you pray for. You want your marriage to be saved? You're praying for your marriage to be saved. He's gonna bring you some stuff to see if you're actually going to trust him, to see if you're actually going to walk things out with him, to see if you're gonna become emotional and emotionally mature and spiritually mature. He's going to test you in some things. And so this is where we have to pay really, really good attention to what's coming out of our mouth and ask him for help. Ask him to convict you every time you say a bad word or you say something negative or you complain, or you like it, because you will feel it and then you can clean it up right away. Just, oh man, God, I'm so sorry I said that. I repent for saying that. Will you forgive me? And then if you do it to your husband, you can clean it up with your husband. You can ask him for forgiveness right away.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Well, this is goes back to the, I think there's the the thing that maybe a lot of you maybe are wondering is how do I know the difference between processing the pain and complaining?

SPEAKER_02

Or lamenting?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. We call it lamented. I don't think anybody on here that's watching or listening really wants to be a complainer, you know, otherwise you wouldn't be listening. But the but how do you because again, what we're saying earlier, don't don't ignore what's happening. That's not what we're saying. But we want us, all of us, to get to the place of spiritual and emotional maturity that we understand how to process and take what we're what we're feeling to God versus it, a complaint where we're rehearsing the pain without inviting God into it. Back to your story earlier where when we were going through the season of where you wanted me to quit drinking, and you know, you would share whatever you're sharing with your friends. You weren't taking it to your friends, you know, you weren't inviting God into that conversation at all. If you're inviting God into that conversation, you wouldn't have been complaining with your friends because your friends weren't going to do anything about it. So processing it with the Lord means God, I don't understand what you're doing here, but I I trust you and I know that your plan is bigger than I can see right now. And I ask you to help me see my husband like you do, or I ask you to help me see my wife like you do, Lord, because I'm having a hard time doing it. But your eyes are much clearer than mine. And I need you. I need you, Lord.

SPEAKER_02

Well, and it's being really careful who you're talking to. Yeah. If you're talking to a God-fearing coach, counselor, counselor, pastor, God-fearing, very big difference between Christian and God-fearing.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Two do completely different things because they're going to help you be for your team, like Team Friedrich. They're going to be for Team Friedrich. Um, they'll help you redirect you into a into godly wisdom and knowledge and understanding. They're going to be there for you and they're going to help you walk through it. Because what we'll do is we'll pray about, I work with the women all the time about this. They'll pray about their husband and that they want their husband to change and that they want their husband to be sober. And in their prayer closets, they're over here praying, and then they're at out to lunch complaining and wondering why their marriage isn't being saved.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

They're literally contradicting in the same week, in the same day, even, that in the morning they were praying. At lunch, they're complaining to somebody who knows nothing, who doesn't maybe isn't God fearing, doesn't know how to help them, just goes along with their chatter and complains with them. And we just destroyed the thing that we just prayed for. And so um, we we we might have to do an episode on lamenting because I wrote this down, is actually um Psalms 13 is a great example of lamenting. So a complaint has to do with expressing displeasure in someone or something, where a lament is a prayer to God, releasing an emotion of mourning that is heard beyond human ears. So a complaint comes from a place of pride, where a prayer of lament comes from a place of humility.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, that is so good. And so we might have to do an episode on lamenting because um we want you to be able to talk to people about what's going on. Right. But there's a way that you can be honest about what's going on in your marriage, what's going on in your family, and still have honor. Right. You can still honor your spouse.

SPEAKER_01

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

You can still say, hey, these are the things that I'm seeing and noticing. I need help. I uh you come humbly. I need help. I need coaching. I, you know what I mean? Instead of having everything that comes out of your mouth and all the thoughts in your head are a complaint. They're nagging, they're grumbling.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Well, why don't we, why don't we land this bird here, this plane with this kind of final thought is that not every voice is gonna deserve a seat at the table for you. So going back to who is really speaking into your marriage, use wisdom. Use a lot of wisdom in who you're speaking to so that they stand for your marriage. And you might be thinking, well, my husband, he doesn't have a humility bone in his body. Careful. Careful. All right, that's just not my husband. He'll never, he'll never do this, he'll never be that way. Or you say the same thing about your wife, you know, flip the script. And so again, if we could only understand what's happening in the spiritual realm, if we could only see the words that are coming out of our mouth in the spiritual realm, we would be blown away. Because I'm gonna leave this with you, and this might blow some of your noggins, but the spiritual realm is more real than the natural realm that we're living in right now. You see me on the screen or you're listening to me, and this is real to you, but I want to challenge you. We're gonna find out one day, and you're gonna, you're gonna, you're gonna know what I'm talking about. We're all gonna know. Or maybe you already believe this, but the spiritual realm is more real than the reality that we're living in right now.

SPEAKER_02

And we should be operating in that realm more in the spiritual realm.

SPEAKER_00

In that realm. Yes. That's another conversation. That's another, that's another podcast topic. All right, so let's land this. And now in the show notes, you're gonna see there's really two pathways. If you're listening to this and you're like, hey, I kind of like what they're saying, but I want to know more. We have two pathways. We have courses for the wife and the husband. Janelle has a course called The Unwavering Wife. I've got a course for the husband called The Anchored Husband, where we go deep into creating a foundation of understanding of how do you create a biblical foundation and framework for being a husband and a wife. And then if you're watching those and you're like, you know what? I like working out on my own, but I also want to train her to keep me accountable and I want to walk alongside somebody. We have two different uh intensives. Janelle has one called The Wise Wives, where she and her team will work directly with you as the wife. I have the same thing for the husband called husbands of valor. And there's a video in there that you can watch for both of them. So we can support you in one of two different ways or both, but just know that we want to make sure that you have a pathway forward to really walking alongside someone in your marriage.

SPEAKER_02

So if you find yourself that you are super negative, and you know you know who you are, that every thought that's coming into your mind right now is torment. Everything that you're thinking, everything you're feeling, you're feeling a bitterness, a disgust, an anger towards your spouse. You are annoyed all the time at everything that they do. Um, maybe every word that's coming out of your mouth is negative. Maybe you can't even be around friends or be around people without saying something negative or complaining or grumbling. So if that is you, get help, whether it's through us or through someone else. This is one really big topic that's not talked about enough that could be causing more spiritual warfare in your marriage and be blocking you from the blessings. It could be blocking you from the favor and the blessings of God because you're not speaking the promises of God over your marriage. You're not speaking the promises of God over your spouse and your family. You're speaking ill will and negativity and the kingdom of darkness over your marriage, and it's causing more warfare. And that's why you're feeling more struggle and more upset and more angry than you ever have.

SPEAKER_00

That's right. All right.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Well, so we ended there.

SPEAKER_02

Yep.

SPEAKER_00

Let's do it. All right, we'll see you on the next episode. God bless. And I hope this um, I hope this was a blessing to you.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, thanks so much.

SPEAKER_00

All right, God bless. We'll see you the next time.
