Yoga for the Stressed and Obsessed
Yoga for the Stressed and Obsessed is the podcast for people who crave calm but hate slowing down. If traditional yoga feels too quiet, too woo, or too slow — this is for you. Episodes include bum-kicking yoga sessions or straight-talk on topics such as how to break out of autopilot, manage stress, and bring mindfulness into a life that’s always on the go. No fluff. No chanting. Just practical tools to move your body, clear your mind, and stay in control.

Ep 2: Our First Yoga Flow — Learning to Lead Yourself (Movement)
This is a physical practice episode — a short vinyasa flow built around a modified Sun Salutation A. We’ll start standing, explore a few shapes together, move through a flowing sequence, and even take a moment to repeat the flow on your own. We’ll close with a bit of strength and settle into a child’s pose to finish.
But here’s the thing…
If you're used to watching a teacher or following a room full of people, audio-only yoga might feel disorienting at first. That’s on purpose.
When you remove the visual cues, your brain has to work a little harder to stay present. If you find yourself getting lost, that’s part of the practice. Over time, this trains your mind to stop drifting and actually stay with your body.
This is your first taste of what our practices together will feel like—simple but powerful flows that gradually offer more freedom, intensity, and trust in your own inner guidance.
Take a deep breath. Let’s begin.
Please remember to move within your own range and skip or modify anything that doesn’t feel right in your body today. This podcast is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for medical advice or personalized instruction.
