Stop Trying To Cash In Your Social

A nine-digit number has quietly become the stand-in for “who you are” in modern life and that’s exactly what I push back on here. From the hills of Hollywood, I walk through why I believe we’re living in a certificate-based society where paperwork, contracts, and commercial processes shape your options long before your talent or character ever gets considered.

I break down the way I think about the birth certificate, the Social Security number, and state-issued ID as tools that operate inside a public, transactional system. From there, I lay out the mental shift that changes everything: stop merging your living identity with the legal role you use in commerce. And today what we're gonna talk about is you think that you're the social security number. You are not the social security number. Quit thinking it's you. So we're gonna break down how to maneuver and navigate in this certificate-based society. It's a certificate-based society. Just let that click for a second. Just let it just linger on your mind. Certificate-based society. People, the we the people. Y'all believe in certificates. Certificates. Certificates control your life. The paperwork controls your life. So you're living in a certificate-based society. So I'm gonna break down the importance of birth certificates and social security numbers because you're using them as commercial instruments. You gotta understand the contracts of society. And this starts with understanding that this name that you think is you is considered a trade name. And this is why you think you're that social security number. When you're born, they they they automatically give you this birth certificate when you go to the public sector, the public hospital. Alternatives to these things are baby land deeds. Write this down, people. Write this down. Alternatives to the birth certificate. There is alternatives to the birth certificate. So write this down. I said baby land deeds is number one because you come from the land. That's gonna put you under the land jurisdiction. When you're navigating in these certificate-based societies, you're using paperwork, you're using contracts, this puts you under the water jurisdiction. This is maritime and admirality. Gotta pause so that you can just linger and sit on your mind. You know what I'm saying? Admirality and maritime. Go look it up. It changed my life forever when I started um viewing the court systems from this aspect, from this perception, because everybody is studying these codes and statutes, but they're not studying the right law. Understand this, everything is commercial. All crimes are commercial. 24. I want what is it? Let me look this up really quick, man, so y'all can get it. Because I don't want to lie to you. I don't want to lie to the people, but always fact check. I wanna I wanna I want to say 27 CFR 72.11. All crimes are commercial, and that's it. 27 CFR 72.11. All crimes are commercial. These are offenses against the revenue law, okay? Offenses against the revenue law, um, which include commercial crimes. Any of the following types of crimes, federal or state, are against the revenue laws. This includes burglary, counterfeiting, forgery, kidnapping, larceny, robbery, illegal sell, or possession of deadly weapons, prostitution, including soliciting, extortion, swindling, confidence games. Don't even know what that is, and attempting to commit, conspiring to commit or compounding any of the foregoing crimes, addiction to narcotic drugs, and the use of marijuana will be treated as if such were commercial crimes. Contraband cigarettes. And the list keeps going on and on. I'm gonna keep going on and on. I want you all to look that up on your own. 27 CFR 7211. 27 CFR 7211. All crimes are commercial. You have been converted into a commercial entity. The Social Security number is a commercial trust, it is a public trust. It's the Cess De K Vide Trust, which makes you the beneficiary, which is gonna make you liable, accountable, accountability. So when you start learning that you're not the Social Security number, we can now maneuver differently because it's no longer you. Okay? So the implications of being born into a commercial jurisdiction is a birth certificate, a social security number, and a driver's license or ID. These are all commercial contracts. And these are all putting you under um, I say, obligations of servitude and making you accountable for these this beneficiary position. So you need to really look back about taxation before this was implemented. You know, the IRS came in, I want to say 1913, and then the um Social Security number came through with the uh it's the Social Security Act, but it was like um, I want to say, it's the New Deal. The new deal. I want to say new world order, because that's what it really was. It was new world order of its time, and that's what we're going through right now. You're basically being forced into contracts, terms and conditions electronically. You don't know what the terms and conditions are when you're using these documentations from your phone. California has now implemented where you can now use your digital ID from the Apple wallet from all my iPhone people out there. So you don't know what is really attached to these terms and agreements when you're using those doc these the commercial documents. It's own nothing, control everything, first and foremost. You can never own something that you did not create. You can only control what you create. You cannot control something that you did not create. Your mom created this name, so it's considered a given name. It's really not yours. I'm gonna say it again. It's a it's really considered a given name, it's not yours. Your mother created it, so she's the one that can truly do what I'm about to drop. I'm about to drop some game now. And then the state comes in as the father. They operate as your father when they come in. Per son means one son. You're gonna be saved through the father and the system that they use. Say it again. Per son means one son. It's a compound word. Per son. They got rid of we the people. When you're a person, you're a corporation, you're a persona. So this is how I'm trying to teach you what they do. You want to be the government, because we are the government. So you want to be the government. So what I teach people to do is turn your name into an LLC. This is now a trade name, and then we trademark it. We common common raw common law copyrighted. Copyright your name. Trademark your name. But your mom can truthfully do this. So I'd like to do it for my mother's name, truthfully. She started a family foundation. So, with this being stated, now I can contract with people instead of being an individual claiming that I'm the individual. I now work for the name. I'm a contractor, I'm an authorized rep, the authorized representative. I'm the authorized manager. Hope that makes sense for everybody. Okay? If I have it under a private family trust, I cannot be sued for it. It does, it's not mine. It belongs to the family. Just like my whole life in essence, and all I assets attached to my name. It belongs to the family. It's under the family's control. So what I'm switching people to do is where the system is here. The commercial system is here. This is the certificate-based society, is here. It's not going anywhere. So I'm teaching you how to navigate within the matrix, but still have one foot outside the matrix. How to remain in the private but still operate in the public sector. Key words, public sector, private sector. Public sector is part of the economy that the government does control. So in the private, we have natural rights. In the public, they're going to implement codes and statutes, something called law. Okay? Um, and then with our private trust, our private family trusts, we're gonna have bylaws established so that the policy enforcers, the police, the policy enforcers have something to enforce because they enforce bylaws of the private families. Hope that makes sense, everybody. The policy enforcers enforce bylaws of the private families. You have to have a corporation, you have to have an LLC. This is what the policy enforcers are protecting. They do not work for we the people, they work for the person, they work for the persona, they work for the corporation. Who do attorneys work for? Don't they work for corporations? Who do the court? What is the court system? Isn't it a corporation? Isn't it big business? So what I'm telling you is attorneys can only represent LLCs and LLPs and PLLCs. Look these things up, I know it's a mouthful. LLCs, PLLCs, and LLPs, limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies, and um professional liability um companies. Every attorney's office has an EIN number and uh and registered with the Secretary of State, so therefore, their authority, their power derives from the state.

Now we're back to our regular scheduled program. With the business, I'm teaching you how to truly operate in the commercial jurisdiction. Make your name an LLC. It's the first route I went. The layer up from that is the family holding company. Then the layer up from that can be an offshore holding company, an offshore trust, or even a 508 C1A Ministry Trust or an unincorporated association. And then I like the non-grain or irrevocable complex discretionary spendthrift trust. Mouthful, right? This is how I'm living. A lot of people come to me all the time, all the time. Don Calum. They're playing games with my social. I'm looking to cash in my social, my social, my social, my social, my social, my social. You can only control what you create, that's not your social. I don't even like to talk to those people with that mindset. It's not yours. The Social Security number is classified as an entity. It is a legal person. It functions within the commercial jurisdictions, but it operates independent of an individual that it's associated with, meaning it does not define you as a person. It is not yours. It is an entity. And you can only be the beneficiary of it. It's proof that you are a slave in the system. It's proof that you need, you don't have your family affairs together, that you need the government to be your family and step in and administer your family affairs. When you identify solely with the Social Security number, this creates confusion. The idea is that you are much more than this number. Your identity encompasses aspects beyond any assigned identification, such as your personal experience, skills, and values. Who are you? Social Security number is an entity. The same way with his name, we keep identifying with his name, but we need to, I need you to know if you were truly private, you would not allow the government to have your name on any documents. You would not have volunteered that information to that public entity. You do not have to be born and get a birth certificate. You can get what I was talking about, I was breaking it down earlier. Baby land deeds, number one. Put you part of the land jurisdiction. Another one everybody should know about is a baptismal certificate. Baptismal certificates can be used to get passports. They can be used to get identification. Check your local, state, and federal laws. Call the passport office. Guarantee they say you can use a baptismal certificate as an identity to get a passport. You do not need to use the birth certificate. You do not need to use the social security number. These are things that you're using voluntarily, and this is why the government thinks that you're signing up voluntarily for them to control your life. You signed up for it. Look how stupid they are. They must need the help. It's that simple. It's a transactional account. It's primarily used for administrative and transactional purposes and comes with liabilities attached to its use. By understanding this, you can know the obligations and your responsibilities instead of merely adhering to the limitations imposed by this number. It limits your ability to operate in commerce. You can't open up bank accounts with the social in different countries, but you can with a trust. You can with the trust. You can with trust documents, ministries, people go on missionaries all the time. Churches travel the world all the time. I know everybody has heard of churches traveling to other countries and spreading the gospel and their word. How are they banking? They're able to bank in different countries because they have a ministry trust. You cannot operate outside the United States with the Social Security number. Many people want control of the social, but you can't. I mean, you can control it, but y'all trying to own it. They're trying to reclaim or control this, believing it brings benefits. However, this mindset may lead to a cycle of dependency on the number rather than embracing the idea of controlling your finances and legal circumstances independently on it. This is how you get caught up in court. This is why you have to pay for traffic tickets. Because your name's attached to a social security number that you've been using. You are not the Social Security number. You have there's the legal U, then there's the natural U. They create a legal U with the birth certificate, social security number, and ID. That's what you want to step away from, okay? That's the main thing I want you to step away from. I want you to understand the Sesy K Vitrust is real. The HJR 192 is real. Discharging debt is real. But this is not how the wealthy and the elite operate. The wealthy and elite is not going around discharging debt. They know how to make their name a business, create the family structure correctly, the family office correctly, they know how to file the tax credits, the tax deductibles, they know how to maneuver all this correctly so the system always funds itself. And then they get loans from the system that they created, so they're always in debt, never liable for taxes. There's a system, and you need to get around these people. You need to get around in those circles. It's really that simple. So today I hope that I broke it down for everybody that you are not the Social Security number. Quit thinking that you're the Social Security number. I want you to learn that you are the business. Your whole movement is the business. That's really what I want you to learn. The Social Security number is an account. So I need people to think about that. Because when you feed the wrong identity, you fund the wrong life. When you use the Social Security number in commerce all the time, but you gotta understand it's not the natural person. So if it needs your signature, if it needs your actions, if it needs your consent to move, then it's not you. I'm gonna say that again for the people, because this is what you need to write down. If it needs your signature, you're signing nature. If it needs your signature, if it needs your actions, if it needs your consent to move, then it's not you. It is a commercial instrument, a tracking device for liability. It is a paper shadow. The problem starts when people put it together. They fuse the Sociality number with the ledger. They fuse your life with the ledger. The Social Kitty number is a ledger, the natural man lives. The Social Kidney number operates in commerce, but the natural man lives. When you mix the two, then confusion wins. You have to learn how to separate the two. And when you learn how to separate the two, that's when strategy begins. There's ownership versus control. That's the real game. A lot of people ask the wrong questions. They ask, how do I own it? My social security number. That's where they start off. This is the wrong lane to start. In commerce, ownership brings liability. Ownership brings obligations. Control is the stronger position. And again, ownership can bring liability. Ownership brings obligations, but control is the stronger position. Own nothing, control everything. So the social security number is not something you become, it's something you understand. It's something you manage. It's something that you start confusing with your living identity. You do not Own the social security number. I want people to quit thinking that it's theirs. So you can stop letting it run your whole life. People have years into this community that I'm in chasing this social security number because they believe it's yours. And when you learn this, this is when you're gonna shift. Ownership is noisy, but control its power. I'm gonna say it again. Ownership is noisy, but control its power. Alright, it's time to learn how to move different and stop trying to be this account and start managing your affairs with intention. That's where the real separation starts. So here's the rule: when you accept the benefit, you usually accept the burden. Accept the benefits, you accept the burdens. So when you use a social security number only as an employee identity, then you stay plugged into an employee mindset. This mindset has its limits. It tells you when to work, how to report, and how to remain dependent on systems built for control. That is why the elite move with no emotions attached. It's structure. Learn to move from employee thinking to entrepreneur thinking. We're in a system of capitalism. America's founded on capitalism. You can start a business today and get a loan for it tomorrow within 24 hours and be funded. You dig? So I'm telling you, America is set up to protect the investor, it's set up to protect the person that's investing into the capitalism. America goes against consumers. Okay? Consumer law is not something that really benefits for you. Again, consumer law does not truly benefit you. It's accounting laws that benefit you. How people are thriving now is through bankruptcy law, which is trust law, contracts, admirality, maritime, accounting, accounting law reigns king. Bankruptcy law reigns king. I promise you. Trust law reigns king. I promise. So build with the business identity, contracts, and a private strategy. Then you let the social security number stay in this lane. Let your natural life stay in this lane. The Social Security number now works for one of your businesses. It's now in control of your private family. You can't switch it to a new government. That can be your five, your family foundation. The family is your government. Because private families run the world. People are so confused of why all the presidents are related. Because private families run the world. They're part of that private family. It's time for you to create your own private family because you're protected. Founding fathers didn't create the United States private families did. So quit getting stuck in these theories. Quit getting stuck in people's fancy word. If you don't have a structure, you don't have a business, then you'll never have progress. So you do not need to find yourself in a file, you do not need to find yourself in a bunch of paperwork. You need to stop confusing this paperwork with the living you. Once that clicks, you can then build property. And then you can build assets, then you can build your business, then you can build your private structure. And then the paperwork will be paperwork. Let the natural person be the source. Now you are moving from an employee mindset to an entrepreneur mindset. From an employee mindset to an entrepreneur mindset, and this is the mental shift that you need. This is the real pivot. Employee mindset says, tell me what box to check. Entrepreneur mindset say, show me the structure. If you live through the Social Security number alone, usually stay in an employee mindset. Report in, clock in, settle down, repeat. Report in, clack, clock in, settle down, repeat. Getting mad because you had to shorten your smoke break. And yeah, and your boss is mad because on your work time you're supposed to be working, you keep going in the bathroom and taking shits and touching on yourself, playing on your phone. That's why, that's why you're fucking up. If it wasn't COVID, you barely have a job. AI gonna fuck around and take it over because they don't take shits and play with themselves on the motherfucking phone all day. Quit playing with yourself, that's what's gonna happen in the real world. You're playing with yourself, man. Go clock in, report, settle down, take your shit. Now, entrepreneurs think different. They use business identities, contracts, and systems. They separate the natural person from the commercial role and stop letting one consume the other. This is the shift that I teach you how to make your name a business and stop living as a number and start operating with intentions. What is your business's mission statement? You were trained to become useful to a system, not powerful within one. I'm gonna say that again. You were trained to become useful to a system, not powerful within one. This is why this conversation right here matters. Real progress starts when you understand the difference between the commercial role and the living man or the living woman behind it. From there, you can make cleaner decisions, build business structures, and move with purpose. And learn how to get tax deductibles, tax credits. Learn how to get everything that you invest into this business back or even write it off as a loss. Alright? Own nothing, control everything. Your whole life will become self-perpetual. The finances will become perpetual when you start learning these things. And then when you get the cash flow, I have the lenders for you. And then guess what? Once you get the money, you can use it to get more money. I'm gonna show you how to move this stuff around to get a bigger lender. I'm gonna show you how to move this stuff around and then if it even if it comes out the business, not the personal, not the individual, not the social security number account, when it comes out the business account, when it comes out the trust account, I'm gonna show you how to get these tax credits back. But it started with knowing that I'm not a nine-digit number, knowing that I am the source of the business, knowing that the social security number is commercial, I am not commercial. I learned how to stop merging these two. Start, I made my name separate from the social security number. So I operate with the operating company as my name LLC, and then I make the Social Security number work for that name. Now I know how to control the roles. I am not the role. I hope that makes sense for everybody because the choice is yours. It's time to stay merged with the number or separate and move with attention. You can stay merged with the number or you can separate yourself and move with attention. You can stay in employee mode or you can build like an entrepreneur. Simple, but it's not easy.
