I'm not a license attorney tax expert, I do this for educational and informational purposes only. The reason why I'm bringing this up is because we don't talk about really men's mental health a lot. Men go through mental health issues, and yet y'all want to tell them they're angry or man up, right? I gotta cry. Fuck the bullshit, I gotta cry. But that's not manly in people's eyes, so especially with a woman, it's a form of weakness. I do look at it that way, but I have to let it out. But growing up, I'm I was suicidal, had a lot of suicidal thoughts. I still have those things, okay? I still deal with those demons. And when you're in it, when you're interacting with people, you I feel like you deserve another demons because that's that energy that's coming to you. But those demons don't bother me when I know why I'm waking up. Like, what's the goals? What's the point for today? What am I marking off the list? I don't even feel suicidal because I know why I'm waking up. Now, when I don't have goals, I'm back there. Okay? I don't I don't know why I'm waking up, what's the reason? Oh my god. If I go to Mexico, then you don't get a check for being depressed. They don't put you on medicine. They tell you ass go to work. All these other countries, we're spoiled in America. You get a check for being depressed and hearing voices. My voices tell me to get my ass up and go get that motherfucking bag. But I just want y'all to know what is your purpose and your point. Now, I'm starting off, my point was to dodge child support and to get out the feds. Okay, I mean everybody has to have a point. So that was my point, and it just led to one rabbit hole to another rabbit hole to another rabbit hole. I learned about the true constitution, starting with the articles. I learned about nationality. I learned the this is one rabbit hole to another, all of child support and the feds, right? I learned that all courts are tax courts, everything is taxes. Um, I learned about admirality and maritime, that blew my mind the most. So that's the law I studied to get out my situation and with the federal government was I learned tax law, admirality, and maritime law. And the reason why this is important, you gotta stay in the law library. I want y'all to know the law library is free for most places. But like little cities, they're garbage. Just gonna throw that out there. Like I had to do a hunger strike, and just to get a digital law library, they didn't bring in, I had to I had to go through a lot of measures because I was in a small town called uh St. Genevieve in Missouri. Y'all can look it up as a federal holdover. I went on a 14-day hunger strike, hunger strike. I really went through shit to get to where I'm at, but a lot of people don't understand that because if there's no risk and no time you didn't put in the work, you'll never reap the reward. Everything is energy. Confusion is the devil to me. So when you're confused and you don't know your purpose, so when you have a point, the the purpose becomes more clear. Your your your vision becomes more clear because now you have direction. If I have goals, if I have a reason, I have directions. A lot of people just come in in this because they think the government owes them something and the government doesn't owe you shit. You are the government. Govern means to control meant means mind. Everything is an act of fiction. Everything is an act of fiction. If you want to go really deeper, I don't want to get deep deep with y'all because a lot of y'all are not ready, but the world is your projection. What you see and believe is your projection. Your beliefs, because we can change our beliefs, right? I don't believe in God, I know God. There's a difference. Some people are still believing, and some still people, and no offense to anything that you believe in, because if it helps you, use it. Because if your God's not working for you, I'll tell you use a different one, anyways. God just means powerhead, and there's different gods. Sunday can be your God, Monday can be a god, Tuesday can be your God, money can be your God, pussy can be your god, dick can be your god, head can be your god. Ain't nothing wrong with head being your god. But these can all be gods in your life. What is your vice? That's your God. God just means power. Nobody gets mad when I call him Godfather or Godmother, but you get mad when I call my brother God. You get mad when I call my sister goddess. You know, it just means power, okay? She is the one who creates the vessel. You're considered a vessel. I like how the Bible uses it because they say you're a vessel for Christ. So I'm just saying, so if somebody was just like, My name's a business dad. I almost shared the call, but I like to keep our private one-on-ones confidential. But I got a shit ton of them, like for years. I got more than Patrick Devine, I guarantee it. Like, I've been doing this shit for years, damn near 10 years doing the consoles. I might release them, drop it like a mixtape. In the Matrix system, they have you believing that you need permission to exist. They have you believing, listen, check this out. I hope y'all can follow me. They have you believing that you need permission to exist and permission to do business and permission to protect your own bloodline. So you do not need permission to exist, you do not need permission to do business, and you do not need permission to protect your own bloodline. When I was talking about this the other day, when you when you hear the words family law, what comes to your mind? Most people think of divorce courts, most people think of state cusky battles coming after your hard-earned assets. But what I need you to rewire in your mind is that family law is private law. So another thing I went over in court, or not court. Well, we're gonna, I'm gonna show you some court. Another thing I I want to go over is I'm gonna show you this some shit. I'm gonna show you how to get in your business. It's crazy. So first and foremost, I want everybody to understand this. I had a bookkeeper, an accountant, an accountant firm that I was working with in Hillsborough County in Sephora, right? And they accepted some mail on my behalf. And that put me under jurisdiction. Even though I didn't live there, they accepted some mail there. I was able to accept some mail there. They tried to put me on, um, took the child support out of Missouri. I got rid of it in Missouri, then Florida tried to pick it up, I got rid of it in Florida. But when I went to fill out for a passport, they were telling me that I had arrears and stuff, right? And I'm like, that's not true. I sent them the court information, everything. They're like, it's not through the courts, it's through the Department of Revenue. So I'm telling you, I filed this stuff with the courts in the Department of Revenue, they reopened the case and try to make me pay like 30,000 arrears, even though I sent them receipts and everything. I filled out some paperwork, took a month and a half, they just missed it again. So we're good to go. But I'm just letting you know this is how they work. You have to have your your your private family structure together with your family for sure. And if the mother don't want to get along, the father don't want to get along, you need to make their names DBAs so you can operate on their behalf. So I want you to see this. Like when we look at it, I'm sharing my screen with y'all. When you look at it right here, it says the they reopened the case, it's closed now, but they had reopened it. Then we go to the events. I want y'all to see we don't, I don't own nothing now. Like, but they were trying to say 30,000. You see the balance due is zero right there to the right. I don't know why it's uh zero right there. And this is this was a family court hearing, real life. Just had I had so I had to get rid of this same case three times. They kept trying to deal with, but I had my family affairs together. When you when you look at the um, they don't show you the actual forms that was filed, but you'll see I tell them restoration, a passport correction of credit record, because they try to put the stuff on my credit report saying that I owed, sent the affidavit, they're not gonna show. They're not showing what was sent. And then the Department of Revenue sent something, a motion for the courts. But the courts, I put dismissal, demand to dismiss, and then they uh withdraw. They made them withdraw. So boom. Simple as that. You just can't let them, you gotta respond right away. But just standing your ground in paperwork, man. When it comes to your family, it's um, so this is why I say a family trust. Let's break it down. United States is a fellow corporation. 20 USC 2006 15A. And we understand that well, I'm gonna say I understand. United States business, if you say you're a US citizen, that means United States business. Okay? Real law. The term United States business means a United States citizen. Does that make sense, everybody? And you understand that under 28 USC, 2002, subsection 15A, United States means federal corporation. And the business is you. Does that make sense, class? We in school today. This is I'm going back to this, so y'all understand. Because this is when I started learning. And then start learning that all debt, there's no such thing as debt. That's not that's an amount that's owed to the United States. So when you claim to be a debtor, you are also an asset of the United States. We want to be an investor. This is why I teach GAAP rules, okay? And then court means any court created by Congress. Now in the GAAP, everything is an account. So I'm gonna teach y'all real law. So y'all worried about codes and statutes, but real law is a county law because everything is an account. I don't care what it is. You open up a court court case, that's that's an account number. Child support, that's an account number. Utility bill, that's an account number. Bank account, that's an account number. Everything's a bank account. Everything is a bank account because your name is a sole proprietor, that's a private business. Because you're welcome to America. Corporate America. Now you are a corporation, you are a persona, you claim to be a person. The constitution protects we the people, not the person, you're a person. White, black is a person. It's not nationality. When you start studying human rights, you start understanding that. So, the um the Universal Declaration of Human Rights through the United Nations. Black people don't have a flag, white people don't have a flag, they are not a nation. Being white, being black is not a nationality. But I'm gonna put I'm white before anything. If I'm German, Kenyan, I'm putting white in front of that motherfucker, because white means purity, pretty means God, God's supreme rule in the land. You really want to listen, no offense to my people out here. If you're melanated, do not get upset. We're all melanated, but you want to be the white supremacist, okay? It's okay, white power. Ain't nothing wrong with it, okay? You want to be the white supremacist. That means you're white and you're supreme. And your rights are intact. So power to the people, okay? Ain't nothing wrong with being a white supremacist. I ain't saying being KKK now, cool color kids. Everybody can't be part of the cool color kids. But you want to own land, you want to have control of land, you want to have true control, you want to be white, okay? And then a nationality. So a white Kenyan. White means purity, purity means God, God's supreme ruler in the land. And over the age of 21, the age of majority. Okay? But the right to a nationality. We've seen black German shepherds, we've seen white German shepherds, right? We've seen white French poodles, we've seen black French poodles. So the the difference is they still have a nationality. The nationality is what ties you to, I'm telling you, your state can be your nationality. New York, you're a New Yorker. If you're confused about your nationality, what tribe you came from, whatever. Just choose something. Make your last name the last nationality. I'm a Columanite. Some shit I made up. I put it in a book. That's what they do. Do what they do. When you're in the Romans, do when you're in Rome, do what the Romans do. Except sign that birth certificate and quit identifying as that birth certificate unless you're in a different country. In a different different country, then you're a U.S. citizen. Ain't nothing wrong being a U.S. citizen outside of this land, okay? Or if Ice pulls up, pull that birth certificate out. I have one authenticated right to authenticate it in. If ICE pulls up, quit playing. So, Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The right to a nationality is the fundamental human right that protects the right of every individual to acquire, retain, and change their nationality without arbitrary deprivation. It is widely considered the right to have rights, providing legal recognition and access to essential societal services. You can't get access to essential societal services, being white or black, that's a slave status, okay? That's a slave status. Now, the reason why I do choose Palau, there's treaties with Palau with the U.S., they protect Palaulians, okay? You're gonna have more rights as a Palauan than you than you would be in a person in the U.S. The United States and Republic of Palau are bound by the Compact of Free Association, agreement enacted in 1994 that grants the U.S. exclusive military access to Palau's land, waters, and airspace in exchange for provide defense of significant financial assistance. So they protect you. Do you have your own military? Then you need to be part of something. That's all I'm saying. So they have a trust fund that protects Palaulians. So this is why in the school I tell everybody to become a Pelagian. Actually, I'll put that in the I'm gonna put the links in the chat right now. I know a lot of y'all ain't gonna go search for it later. There, it's in the chat. It's a real government ID. Real foreigner. I want everybody to know that foreign nationals do have special rights. So we can look at the Chicago police handbook. I've seen it work plenty of times in Chicago and Orlando. Some special bulletin. The purpose of the bulletin is an overview of the Vienna Convention and it's a police encounter involving foreign nationals. The Vienna Convention is an international treaty recognized by the United States that establishes minimum standards with respect to the treatment of foreign nationals. A foreign national is any person who's not a United States citizen, including permanent residents and undocumented aliens. What happens when a foreign national from a signatory country to the Vienna Convention is arrested or detained. They have to contact your counselor and mandatory notification. They have special rights. So that's why most of the time they can't even search you or anything. I deal with, you know, I'm part of Harvest Christian University. They're part of the counselors, and they and they respond to these types of calls with the Interpol and International Police. Okay? So I just want to see. You see, diplomatic community, ties with foreign nationals. Unless you're hurting somebody or harming someone, they cannot detain you, they can't search you, none of that, okay? I'm just showing you how to identify them. They have a foreign identification. It's just that simple. It's not a United States identification. Just I'm not gonna get deep with that. I just want y'all to see it. Y'all do y'all's own research. Because, and the reason why this works, okay? You think you're you're you're part of a government, right? You think that. But I just showed you you're part of a corporation. Well, I asked Google, I said, is president a corporate officer? Because everybody believes that the president of the United States corporation is somebody special. Everybody else is just a board member. It says, in fact, they are typically typically one of the highest ranking executive officers responsible for the day-to-day operations, short-term execution, and overall management of the business. In the same way, where did the word chief come from? That came from our ancestors. So when you get a diploma, which means the diploma, let me just show you these words. When you get a diploma, that means you got diplomed. That means deprive a bird of feathers or stripper deprived of honor, status, or wealth. They switched possessions with your ancestors. They took the chief and chiefest titles. All right? Now they're CEOs, chief executive officers. Where did the word chief come from? That came from your people. Just think about that. This ain't nothing new. Okay? This is why your spirit goes along with this, because everything is spiritual, starting off. You're part of their family now. Everything is family law. So when we when we look at this, is why you have to understand trust law. The Social Security number is a trust, it's a Systik by trust. What makes up the trust is private insurance that the government created for its. Property. I'm just gonna I'm gonna go ahead and show y'all these. I want to keep moving on, but it we must see them. We must see it because seeing is believing, and that's what makes it click. The United States, the Social Security Trust pays for the public debt. It's all debits and credits. So when you understand that Sessi K Vide Trust, you understand that you can only be the beneficiary of it. The trustees are always in control of this trust, and the trustees are the government. It's set up for the benefit of the government. The insurance protects their corporation. So when you sign up with their program, you're protecting their corporation with your life and assets. You pledge your labor and all your assets to protect your corporation. You cannot cash in on this because it's not for you, it's for the corporation. So I teach private insurance because you know what you're gonna get. Now, if you want to access things, then that's when you want to create your own private family businesses. Hey, now I want to access the trust. Well, create your car lot, do what they did, get funding, get approved with the banks, start your electricity, uh utility company. You can create all these businesses because these are private families contracting with the government. You're not contracting with them, right? You want to be a citizen instead of uh a contractor. When you go to court, what do you think happens with the government? You say you understand your charge. This is a government contract. So you're a contractor with the government, whether you want to or not. So are you going to be a consumer or you're going to be a business partner? You're going to be able to sell proposition or you're going to partner up with these people. Because that's what America is, corporate America is a free country. You have to become business partners with these people and learn how to maneuver correctly. You have to learn how to create your own governments. When I say governments, what is the government? Jehovah's Witnesses got it down. The Mormons got it down. The Latter-day Saints, whoever, they got it down. Jehovah's Witnesses got it down. The Vatican got it down. Like Justin Bieber said, down, down, down, down, down. Real shit. So they don't ask for permission to exist. So if you're paying taxes, you're not American, you're a U.S. citizen, there's a difference. There is a big difference. Even under their law, they don't hide nothing from you. You can be a national but not a citizen. There's a difference. National means permanent allegiance to your state. So, 8 USC 1408, nationals but not citizens in the United States. The term national means a person owing permanent allegiance to the state because every state has a constitution. Every state is also a private family. It's not fine. Listen, this has to make sense. It's not founding fathers, it's private families. The pause was for you know the effect. I hope that it sank in. This is all man-made. Do we not live on earth? This is not one jurisdiction. Where's the land deed for the state? These are all peace treaties agreements. This is all man-made. You, once you have land and things of that nature, you can create your own jurisdictions. But y'all chasing property, y'all not chasing land. So what made me get land in Nevada, because I that's where my land is. That's the whole point I want y'all to understand. Family law is private law. In America, it's a free country, it's really the land of the lawless. So you're being held to contracts. Because there's really no law unless you hurt somebody or damage property. The birth certificate is what subjects you to their jurisdiction. Alright? The IDs is what subjects you to the jurisdiction. The Social Security cards are what subjects you to the jurisdiction because you keep claiming it. We work for the businesses free enterprise in America. You can use EINs, you can operate with business to business all day long. Nothing's stopping you from doing that. Nothing's stopping you from having your children born with duelers and midwives. You don't have to have your children in a hospital. There is doolers and midwives out there. There is private communities out there that still help with this and making your baby private with baby land deeds. Most status select makes baby land deeds or patents and activity. Or y'all still keeping family diaries and family Bibles. These can all be used to help get a baby passport and identification instead of using the birth certificate, so you're still under a private jurisdiction. Alright, now we do do businesses on incorporated associations and private trusts before bringing in the LLCs. This is what the Amish also do because the Amish have businesses. The Amish travels without identification because they have treaties with the IRS, they have sit-downs with these government officials that are deemed to be in charge. And that's the whole point of having trust in the first place. They're not created to protect Wall Street for the executive corporate kickbacks. They were created to protect the family centuries and centuries ago. When a sovereign, a patriarch, or a provider went off to war and traveled across the world to trade, they needed an airtight vehicle to ensure that their land, their wealth, and their bloodlines were protected from outside corrupt raiders, kings, and bandits. Alright? Now today the raiders just wear suits, carry briefcases, and file lawsuits, okay? I actually know somebody's job it is to find reasons to sue people. That's what he does. That's why he's rich. That's his job. He finds reasons to sue people. So this is why I'm teaching the corporate family protection veal. You know, the corporate vehicle is what it's called. So learn how to protect that. You must learn the fundamental principles that the wealthiest lineages on earth have utilized for centuries, like the Rockefellers. Family is business, and business is family. And then own nothing, control everything. But family is business, and business is family. It costs to run your family. Money's coming in and out like a trap house. Money going in, money going out. Made a hundred thousand in my trap house. You feel me? The family is a business, and the business is a family. You cannot separate the two if you want your legacy to survive. If you treat your family like a casual public hat hobby, the public grid will dismantle it because that's what everybody's doing. They're letting the public dismantle it. You're getting taxed on your check and coming out into the public and getting taxed again. How is that building wealth? How are you getting taxed on the money you just got taxed on? And the money's going to the private family because, like I said, who runs the IRS private families? Who runs the United States Corporation, private families, who runs these different organizations? Private families. You think it's the public aid, you think it's the public office, you think it's the courthouse. These are private families running the show. The government operates off of unincorporated associations of special blind trusts and other trusts. The Constitution is an express trust. Let's look at it. It starts off with the articles. Well, not the Constitution, but the Articles of Confederation. Amendment means a change, so the Constitution is not even the true law. That's an amendment. It starts with amendment one. So it the law has been changed. And then we go to the codes and statutes, it has been changed again. So you have to run your family with the structure, discipline, and absolute protection of a private enterprise. Everyone listening to my voice right now should be using a family business trust for their family, no exceptions. Unincorporated association or 508 C1A, no exceptions. So you quit getting taxed again because one of the rules of being wealthy is taxation. Learning how to operate outside of taxation. When you understand this, that family is business and business is family. This is going to begin to change how your wealth is transferred in the public system. So when a patriarch or matriarch passes away, the assets hit probate court. The state takes a cut, creditors swoop in, and the offspring fight over what's left. In the private structure, the wealth gets passed onto a family charity or a private contract instead of the offspring directly. The offspring don't own the money to go blow it on depreciating liabilities. They inherit the right to manage or benefit from the trust as trustees or beneficiaries, keeping the pool of wealth intact for generations. It becomes completely non-confiscatable. What is the point? The trust is going to direct the terms of what this money is to be used for with directions. So for the skeptics who think this sounds too good to be true, let's look at the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case, Gregory versus Helvering. Gregory versus Helvering, H-E-L-V-E-R-I-N-G, Gregory versus Helvering, H E L V E R I N G. 293 US 465. This is the foundational cornerstone U.S. income tax law case, right? This landmark decision is the basis for two major legal doctrines. The business purpose doctrine and then the doctrine of substance over form. Substance over form. The substance creates the form, the private contracts create the form, the private contracts create the motions. Okay? The Supreme Court explicitly ruled that anyone has a legal right to this to decrease the amount of what otherwise would be their taxes, or altogether avoid them by means which the law permits. The highest court in the land clearly drew the line. Tax avoidance is completely legal. Tax evasion is a crime. Tax avoidance is legal, tax evasion is a crime. So when you utilize a private family business trust, you aren't evading anything. The substance of your form is a legitimate private contract with a clear business purpose to manage, sustain, and protect the family asset class. You are operating entirely within your private lawful rights. Now when you start understanding how money actually moves between two distinct worlds, the public system is entirely about debt, inflation, and liability. Federal Reserve notes are legally defined as greenbacks for the discharge of debt. You have to put in a debit to get greenbacks back out your ATM. It's a debit, it's a negative. Credit is the positive. You have a right to say debit or credit. Alright? When you debit your account, you get cash back, right? That's a promissory note, it's a debt, it's a negative. So operating in your personal name within the public arena is not a protected position. Creditors can come, lawsuits, tax liens can march right in and seize your assets because your personal name is tied directly to the public grid with the social security number. It's all in the public. It's the public side. When you put it with your social, your personal name, now you can be sued and sued for it, and now you're being taxed for it as well. You don't truly own it. The public sector is the part of the economy that the government controls. The private sector is the part of the economy that the government does not control. The public sector is the part of the economy that the government controls. Public housing, public defender, public assistance, it all comes from the government. You're giving up your rights. You call the police, you give up your rights to be private. Your accessing the public trust, the public sector, the social security number. This is a beneficiary position. The trustees are the government. The government has control over anybody with a social. You are a United States citizen, has control over debt. The private side is completely different. The private side is no debt. It's all credit and full faith. True wealth and always has been private. When you step into the private sector, you back your trust with tangible real assets. We're talking about non-confiscatable wealth. Gold, silver, rhodium, platinum, which is true money. Land, true money. Assets. Because your personal name doesn't own the wealth anymore, the family trust does. You are personally insulated from public liabilities. They can attempt to sue you all day long, but you own nothing. You're simply a humble servant, a trustee executing a private contract. The trustee owns nothing. They administrate, they're administrators, administrators. This the government is administrators, they own nothing. Own nothing, control everything. So once your private family business struck trust is structured correctly, it grows at an accelerated rate. It takes on a life of its own, I promise. It attracts high-level business offers, institutional loans, because it operates as a clean asset-backed entity. When you get life insurance, you put you make the beneficiary of the trust. Now the trust has a net worth. Whatever the life insurance policy is. You put land, whatever it is, your name, you got businesses, you got cash flowing in and out. Now you have a net worth. Your cash flow is your net worth now. So you so even if it's the same 50,000, you run it in and out your say you got 50,000, you run in and out your account 10 times, it looks like 500,000 ran through that. Now you got a net worth. If you just got 50,000, that's your net worth. Whatever your cash flow is, whatever your assets are. So when the trust deals with the public, it always operates via arm-link distance. You control the vehicle, but you don't own it. Hope that makes sense. Um things that we put into the trust um is private placement accounts, real estate held via land trust or holding companies. Our holding companies are part of the trust, private insurance policies are part of the trust, real estate, land, and then especially life insurance. You want to get life insurance as well. Um, whole-term life insurance, you can borrow against it and pay it back. But at the end of the day, I'm not gonna get deep on that. I did go over it in Las Vegas.
