3. Vibrio Control Plan Effective June 1

As we enter the warmer months, including two 90°F+ days already this past week, this is a reminder that Vibrio season begins Monday, June 1.

Please remember to COOL OYSTERS AND HARD CLAMS TO 50°F OR BELOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO REDUCE POST-HARVEST GROWTH OF VIBRIO BACTERIA.
