SPEAKER_00:

Greetings, visionary souls. Welcome to the True Self-Mastery Podcast. I am your hostess, Anne Vandywater, and I am so grateful to be with you here today. We've entered the 11th moon of the year, and this is a luminous moment in time. It's a gateway into the season of depth, devotion, and divine transformation. November always invites us into the undercurrents, asking us to meet what lies beneath the surface and to honor the sacred power of letting go. Today is the full supermoon in Taurus, and this moon stands closer to Earth than at any other point in her cycle this year. It magnifies our emotions, our awareness, and our capacity to feel both the beauty and the truth of what is ready to evolve. The sun is in Scorpio right now, and it's illuminating our shadow and our longing for transformation. The moon in Taurus anchors us back into our bodies, into the ground, into the simplicity of being. Together they form an axis between security and surrender, showing us that real stability is never found in what we possess, but in how deeply we root into our values. This lunation in Taurus is guided by the frequency of embodiment, integrity, and devotion to what truly matters. It asks you, what do you hold on to in the name of safety that may actually be keeping you from peace? We are being called to release attachments that do not nourish our health, our relationships, or our creative vitality. The energy of the supermoon illuminates the difference between false security and authentic stability, between accumulation and alignment. In true self-mastery, we speak often about stewardship, the art of caring for what sustains life. This full moon expands that principle into every facet of our being. Stewardship is not just about tending to our homes, our land, or resources. It is also about tending to our values, our time, our energy, and our relationships. When we are guided by our North Star, our clearest sense of purpose and integrity, we become unshakable. That is the real Taurus wisdom, to know what is of worth and to live by it every day and every choice. Taurus energy is not merely about material comfort, but about radical clarity of values. When we live by our chosen values, we no longer need to grasp for external validation. Our worth becomes intrinsic, anchored, and alive. Under this full moon, we are asked to simplify, to distill our life into what is essential, nourishing, and true. In true self-mastery, we get clear about our five core values, and we practice living them, embodying them fully every day. Imagine the power of that. Five unwavering pillars that guide your every decision, every creation, every act of service. This is a time to refine our definition of wealth. Wealth is not what we own, it is what we honor. It is the peace that comes from integrity. It is the relationships that are built on mutual respect and shared vision. It is the health of the body, the harmony of the home, and the authenticity of our contribution to the whole. Together, they teach us that the truest form of power comes through surrender, through trusting the natural cycles of creation, decay, and rebirth. So take a moment today to come back to your senses, to come back to common sense. Turn off the lights and let the moonlight guide you. Feel the steadiness of your breath. Place your hand on your heart and whisper your five guiding principles, your five golden rules, your five sacred laws, your five guiding core values, the ones that reflect your essence. Every day I connect to my values by saying, I embody truth, mastery, focus, illumination, and courage. The first four, truth, mastery, focus, and illumination, are my four core gifts and the four core pillars of my incarnation cross and the essence of my life's work, how I grow and evolve, how I source my health and wellness, and my greater purpose in human design and the gene keys. So ask yourself, what are your five core values? Where in your life are you out of alignment with these values? What attachments are you ready to release so that your energy can return to wholeness? And how can you embody stewardship in the way that you relate to the earth, to others, and most importantly to yourself? You might write these reflections down or speak them out loud under the night sky in the presence of the full moon. Offer gratitude for the lessons of both Taurus and Scorpio. They are the keeper and the transformer, the builder and the alchemist. This supermoon is also a collective mirror. It reminds us that community health depends on shared values and mutual care. As leaders, visionaries, and creators, our task is to embody the kind of integrity that inspires trust, to be luminous examples of grounded leadership, steady, compassionate, and clear. Our culture often glorifies more, more achievement, more possessions, more control. But this lunation whispers the opposite truth: that the more we release, the lighter and freer we become. We do not need to grasp at what is fading. We only need to tend to what is alive. So as this brilliant supermoon in Taurus rises above us, may you remember the sacred art of living slowly and loving deeply. May you find peace in simplicity, wealth and wellness, and grace in groundedness. May you reclaim your power by choosing what truly matters, and may your values become your North Star, unwavering and bright. Under this moonlight, let every breath be a prayer of stewardship for your body, for your home, for your relationships, and for this beautiful earth we share. You are the keeper of your own garden. Tend it with love. Root deeply into what is true, and let everything else gently fall away. Thank you for being here. Thank you for walking this path of true self-mastery. And thank you for bringing your light and your values into the world.
