Welcome And Cosmic Timing

Welcome. I am Anne Vandywater, and this is the True Self-Mastery Podcast. This transmission is for entrusted leaders, stewards, and custodians of life. Those of you who are here to hold responsibility, to make aligned decisions, and to lead with integrity in ways that impact not only your own life, but the lives of many. Today is March 18th, 2026. We're in the energy of the new moon in Pisces today, and we're standing at the threshold of the spring equinox, which arrives on March 20th. This is the astrological new year. This is a reset point. And this is a moment of profound completion and equally profound initiation. And what makes this moment so powerful is that we are not just experiencing one frequency. We're experiencing a convergence. We have the Piscean New Moon today, we have the equinox in a couple of days, and we have the human design background frequency of the 3740 channel of community agreements and fair energetic exchange. And we're currently in the six-day frequency of gate 17 and gate 18, moving into gate 21 in human design. So that's a lot of numbers that might not make any sense. It might sound a little bit woo-woo, but it's actually very practical and grounded information for you to be aware of. This convergence of all of these frequencies is not random. It's a sequence, and this is an initiation. So let's begin with the new moon in Pisces. The new moon is happening today, March 18th, and Pisces represents the end of the zodiac cycle. It's dissolution, it is surrender, it is release, it is the last new moon of the zodiac year. Pisces is the ocean, it's the depth, it's spirituality, it's the place where your identity softens, where control dissolves, and when where we're all asked to let go of what we thought we needed to hold on to. And for leaders, for stewards, for those of you who carry responsibility, this can feel uncomfortable because your role requires structure and clarity and decision making. And yet, this new moon is asking something very different of you. It's asking you to release what is complete, not from force or logic, but from truth. Where are you still holding something out of obligation rather than alignment? And where are you maintaining an agreement that's no longer correct for you? And where are you gripping instead of trusting? This is the first layer. And now let's bring in the human design frequency that we're currently in. We're in gate 17 and gate 18. This is the frequency of opinions and correction. This is a deeply mental and perceptual field. So you may be noticing that you're seeing everything very clearly right now. You're seeing what works, you're seeing what does not work, you're seeing where things are out of alignment, and you're seeing where systems, structures, relationships, or your offerings need refinement. And this is not accidental, this is precision. Gate 17 forms your opinion, you get clear, and then gate 18 identifies what needs to be improved. So while the new moon in Pisces is dissolving and asking you to surrender and to tap into spiritual faith, gate 17 and 18 are simultaneously showing you exactly what is not correct. And this creates a very specific experience. On one hand, you're letting go, and on the other hand, you're seeing clearly, but it's not a contradiction. This is calibration. And as an entrusted leader, this is essential because your role is not to fix everything. Your role is to discern what is yours to refine and what is yours to release. Not everything you see that's out of alignment is yours to correct. Not every insight is yours to act on, and not every opinion is yours to express. This is where mastery comes in. This is where candor comes in. And this is where we bring in the background frequency of the 3740 channel. This is the channel of community, agreements, and energetic exchange. This is about reciprocity and support, and about the agreements that hold relationships together. So now we layer in the gene keys frequency that's alive within this same field. With gate 17, we are working with gene key 17. It's the shadow of opinion, the gift of far-sightedness, and the city, the superpower of omniscience. And with gate 18, gene key 18, we're working with the shadow frequency of judgment, the gift of integrity, and the city, the superpower of perfection. This is incredibly precise for this moment because at the shadow level, this frequency can feel like overthinking, critiquing, judging, and trying to fix everything and everyone. And this is where many leaders get caught. They move into mental control. They try to correct from pressure. They lead from distortion instead of alignment. But when this frequency lifts into the gift, everything changes. Opinion becomes far-sightedness. You begin to see patterns over time. You see what is coming. You see what is sustainable. You see what is aligned, not just for today, but for the future. And judgment becomes integrity. You're no longer criticizing, you're refining, you're holding a standard. You're honoring what is correct without needing to force it. And when these two gifts come together, this is extraordinary leadership. This is leadership that is visionary, precise, ethical, and aligned. And at the highest level, the city level, the superpower level, this becomes omniscience and perfection. Not perfection in the way the mind thinks of it, though, but a deep trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it's meant to. It's why I always say, may it all unfold in the divine right time and the divine right way. It's a recognition of the inherent intelligence in life. It's a release of the need to control. So again, we see the layering. Pisces is asking you to surrender. The gene keys are asking you to move from opinion and judgment into far-sightedness and integrity. Human design is showing you exactly what is ready to be refined. And the 3740 channel is asking you to evaluate your agreements and your exchanges. This is a masterclass in discernment right now. So let's move into what's coming. On March 20th, we enter the spring equinox. This is the moment where day and night are equal. And this is also the astrological new year. This is the moment where we move from Pisces into Aries, from dissolution into action, from surrender into initiation, from completion into creation. And simultaneously in human design, we're moving from gate 17 and 18 into gate 21. Gate 21 is the gate of control, resource management, and leadership. This is not small energy. This is about money, resources, authority, responsibility, and stewardship. So now look at the sequence you are in. You dissolve, you see clearly, you refine, you release, and then you step into leadership, but not reactive leadership, not controlling from fear, not grasping for certainty, but grounded, precise, aligned leadership. Leadership that is based on what is actually correct. This is the difference between forcing control and embodying stewardship. And for you as someone who is here to lead, to guide, to hold responsibility, this distinction matters because the next phase is asking you, what are you responsible for? And what are you no longer responsible for? Where do you take leadership? And where do you release control? Where do you claim authority? And where do you allow others to stand in theirs? This is the work. This is the frequency. And this is incredibly practical and down to earth. This is not abstract. This shows up in your business, your finances, your boundaries, your relationships, your time, your energy, your decisions. This is where true self-mastery lives. Not in theory, but in how you choose and how you lead and how you align your inner truth with your outer reality. So as we move through today, through this new moon in Pisces, and as we approach the spring equinox, I invite you into three simple powerful reflections. Number one, what is complete? What is ready to be released? Not because you're forcing it, but because it's already done. Number two, what is not correct? What are you seeing clearly that is asking for refinement or adjustment? And number three, what are you ready to take leadership over? What are you ready to steward with clarity, integrity, and responsibility? These three questions will carry you through this threshold.
