Welcome to the True Self-Mastery Podcast. I am your hostess, Anne Vandy Water, and this is your leadership recalibration transmission aligned with the prevailing current frequencies in our beautiful cosmos. Take one slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Arrive here. Today is Wednesday, April 1st, and we are in a full moon in Libra in Western astrology with the core themes of beauty, art, and right relationship. When we look at this through the Vedic astrology lens, this full moon is in Virgo with the core themes of refinement, devotion, and self-responsibility. When we look at the layer of human design, we are in a six-day arc. We're in the third day of a six-day arc of the conscious sun in gate 21 moving from the frequency of control into authority and the conscious earth in gate 48 moving from the frequency of inadequacy into wisdom and trusting your depth. And in the background, we are still in the frequency of the 3740 channel superpower, the channel of community, agreements, and reciprocity, which is all about creating relationships that are rooted in mutual support, clear agreements, and energetic sustainability. So what we have here is a very precise, very clarifying, and very refining moment. So let's begin with the Western astrology Libra full moon. Libra brings us into beauty, art, and right relationship. Beauty is not just something that looks beautiful. Beauty is what something feels like to live inside of. So I invite you to ask yourself: are you consciously creating your life? Or are you reacting or defaulting or drifting? Where are you being invited to take authorship again in your life? And then we come to right relationship. This full moon illuminates the truth within your relationships. Where's their reciprocity and where's their imbalance? Where are you honoring your values and where are you compromising them? And what conversations or decisions are you avoiding? And it is a pink moon. Apparently, when the moon rises tonight, there will be a pinkish glow to it. So pink is the color of the high heart center. So it's unconditional love. And lately, what I've been calling it is unconditioned love. Loving someone through their conditioning. So we all are conditioned, we all have been homogenized or conditioned, where we've taken on not true self energy. And so what I love about the teachings of Jesus Christ and Christ consciousness, that saying, forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do. That's really about that's their conditioning when they act in a disharmonious way, when they're embodying shadow frequencies. That is the self that took on ways of believing, thinking, feeling, speaking, acting, relating with people, places, and things for survival, or because they want to have a sense of being loved or belonging. And so oftentimes they take on patterns and programs that are not essentially them, or we do that, and so this pink glow to the moon is really about tapping into that Christ consciousness that's inside of all of us that has the capacity to clearly see. Oh, wait a second, this isn't the person's true essence, this is their conditioning. So it's then having what I call unconditioned love, and it's about compassion, being with the pain, noticing, oh gosh, I know what it feels like to hurt. So there's that flavor to the beauty and the art and the right relationship with this pink full moon. And of course, these are big things to ask of ourselves, and it's a choice that we have to make over and over and over. So now let's layer in this Vedic astrology Virgo full moon frequency. Virgo is the virgin, it's the mother, it's the divine feminine, and it's about refinement and devotion and self-responsibility and being self-led. This is where the cosmic becomes very practical. So, are you taking care of yourself at the level that your leadership requires? So, in true self-mastery, the metaphor that I use is the tree of true self-mastery. And when you're a leader, the branches of your tree keep expanding out, especially when you are leading, when you're being of service. And so the bigger those branches, the more you are expanding your service and your light in the world, the stronger the trunk of your tree has to be. And we call the trunk of the tree that represents taking care of ourselves, our holistic health, self-love, self-care, and having the self-worth to be able to sustain that level of expansion. And so, are you taking care of yourself at the level that your leadership requires? I've been thinking about this a lot because I feel a big expansion happening right now. A lot of things that I've been working on and focusing on for a long time are getting very crystallized and very clear. And so there's this oh, this momentum. And with that expansion of energy, it's requiring me to double down on taking care of myself. So reflect on that for yourself. What in your daily life is out of alignment? I just had a session today with a client, and my client was saying, I really need to get up first thing, work out first thing, exercise first thing, and then do my breath work, my mental emotional management, my meditation, my manifesto, my prayer, and my gratitude practice before any work, before leadership. And so we were recalibrating all of that today. So reflect on that for yourself. And what needs, when we're talking about baseline needs, do you need to clean up or simplify or refine? Because your body is your instrument and your energy is your currency and your daily practices are your foundation. And now let's bring in the human design layer more deeply. I'm going to talk about a bunch of numbers here, but after I talk about the numbers, really listen to the themes of what's going on in the cosmos. If you like to geek out on human design like I do, then you can reflect on these numbers more deeply. So right now we are in a six-day arc. We're on day three of a six-day arc of the conscious sun and gate 21 and the conscious earth and gate 48. So the conscious sun represents the primary frequency in the cosmos right now. It's about 70% of what we're feeling, we're all feeling collectively. It's the dominant theme right now. So the conscious earth is what grounds that frequency. It's how we stabilize and integrate it. So right now, the dominant frequency is gate 21. And we're also going to look at this through the lens of the gene keys, which by the way, I'm teaching the first gene keys workshop ever at the Eslin Institute in Big Sur, California, May 11th through the 15th. I would love for you to join me. So gate 21 or gene key 21 moves from the shadow of control, where you're trying to be the micromanager of the universe, to the gift of authority to the city, the superpower of valor. So this is asking where are you trying to control outcomes instead of trusting your inner authority and trusting the things that you are an authority of? Where are you gripping with your talons instead of leading? And what would it look like to lead from internal alignment rather than external force? This is true leadership calibration. And then the conscious earth is gate forty-eight. It's what grounds this. A full illumination of your relationships and your way of being combined with a call to refine your foundation, release being the micromanager of the universe, trust your depth and your own inner authority, and those things that you have true outer authority in, your unique gifts, and bring your life back into integrity with your true self. This is not just a moment of awareness, this is a moment of decision. I've been thinking so much about trust and faith. Talk about letting go of control. Having trust, having faith in yourself, in your life, in your leadership, in your legacy, in the great mystery. It requires day-by-day choice. We have to choose to trust. Trust isn't something that just happens. Faith isn't something that just happens. It's something that we have to choose, consciously decide every single day. I now choose and claim for myself that somehow, somehow, everything is unfolding in the divine right time and the divine right way. So now let's take a moment to recalibrate. Let's take a slow, deep, steady breath in through the nose, and exhale through your mouth with a sigh. Again, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth, releasing. And one more time, inhale and exhale, softening, settling, integrating. And from this place, ask yourself what is being illuminated for you right now? Where is there imbalance in your relationships? Where are you trying to control instead of trusting yourself? Or trusting the great mystery? Or the god of your understanding? Where are you not taking care of yourself at the level that your life and your life's responsibilities and your life vision requires? And what are you ready to refine, to clean up, and to bring back into alignment? And as always, in true self-mastery, on the new moon and the full moon, this is your moment to write your manifesto. Your manifesto includes your purpose, your values, your message, and your vision. Write it out and then read it out loud. Claim it. Because when you speak it, you activate it. That's what abracadabra means. I spoke it and so it is. You anchor it into your body, you anchor it into your life, you anchor it into your leadership. And this is how we begin to live it.
