Welcome to the True Self Mastery podcast. I am your hostess, Anne Bandywater, and this is your grounded and practical cosmic frequency transmission for Friday, May 15th, 2026. Greetings from the legendary Eslin Institute on the breathtaking coastline of Big Sur, California, where I'm wrapping up the final day of my Awakening Your Genius, a Gene Keys activation workshop in the historic Murphy Room and Murphy House. This room was the original gathering place where visionaries, mystics, healers, psychologists, spiritual teachers, artists, and thought leaders came together from all over the world in the early days of Eslin to explore human potential, consciousness, healing, creativity, and transformation. Every single person in my workshop is walking away with profound epiphanies about who they truly are and why they are truly here. Together we explored the subconscious shadow patterns that keep us stuck, the gifts that are inside us that help us grow and evolve, and the superpowers that emerge along the path of authentic embodiment and lived wisdom. This morning I began my day immersed in the super chilly cold river and then moved into the natural hot springs, overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean as the morning light poured across the water. It felt like the perfect embodiment of the frequencies we are entering right now. A new long-term nodal cycle, a new six-day solar cycle, and a massive collective transition between eras. And this one feels deeply important. We've officially completed the long background frequency of the north node in gate 37 and the south node in gate forty. The frequencies of community, friendship, partnership, agreements, reciprocity, family belonging, and sacred exchange. The 37 is the I Qing hexagram of the family. The 40 is the I Qing hexagram of deliverance. In human design, these gates form the channel of community, the energetic architecture of agreements, mutual support, healthy exchange, and emotional belonging. In the gene keys, gate 37 moves from weakness to equality to tenderness. And gate 40 moves from exhaustion to resolve to divine will. And I have certainly felt this cycle deeply, especially here at the completion of this workshop week. So many profound lessons about relationships, community, boundaries. Let me say that one again. Boundaries, reciprocity, stewardship, very crystal clear agreements, and those who do not uphold them, stewardship, integrity, truth, and the importance of keeping energy clean. One of the great teachings of the 37 and 40 is that healthy relationships require clear agreements. Healthy communities require reciprocity, and healthy partnerships require mutual care, honesty, responsibility, and respect. And when those things are not present, it is important to stand firmly in your own convictions, values, and truth. To have clear boundaries, to honor yourself enough not to abandon your integrity in order to maintain harmony. People ask me to repeat things a lot because they land. So I am going to repeat that one again. Honor yourself enough not to abandon your integrity in order to maintain harmony. Deep breath on that one. Sometimes true love requires honesty. Sometimes true leadership requires firmness. Sometimes true stewardship requires saying no. And so we close the collective chapter. Many people may find themselves reevaluating relationships, communities, business partnerships, family dynamics, and energetic agreements. What is reciprocal? What is aligned? What is sustainable? And what honors both myself and others? Woo wee! Did I get a big old eye of the needle cherry on top of the lesson Sunday when it comes to all of this? Right as this long cycle was wrapping up. And all of this is happening within a much larger evolutionary transition. According to human design, we are now at the end of a 400-year global cycle known as the cross of planning, an era built around institutions, systems, agreements, governments, education, religion, family structures, collective support systems, and the idea that human beings survive and thrive through organized communal structures. That era is now coming to an end. And on February 15th, 2027, humanity officially enters a new global cycle known as the cross of the sleeping phoenix. This new era is deeply individual. It's about sovereignty, authenticity, embodiment, spirit, creative power, emotional truth, personal responsibility, and awakened consciousness. The old era asked, how do we organize society collectively? The new era is asking you, who are you really? What is your unique essence? What is your true frequency? What are you here to embody and contribute? This does not mean that community disappears. It means that authentic community can only emerge when individuals stop abandoning themselves in order to belong. That's a sacred pause. Authentic community, authentic partnership, authentic family, authentic relationships can only emerge when you stop abandoning yourself in order to belong. And this is one of the reasons why these north and south nodal frequencies are so significant. The south node has entered gate 59. The north node has entered gate 55. The 59 and the i Ching hexagram is called is all about dispersion. And the 55 is the i Qing hexagram of abundance. In human design, these frequencies are deeply emotional, relational, creative, intimate, spiritual, and transformational. The 59 is about dissolving barriers, breaking through walls, creating intimacy, openness, sexuality, sensuality, fertility, connection, and union. The gene key of the 59 moves from dishonesty to intimacy to transparency. The 55 is one of the great emotional and spiritual frequencies in the system. It is the gate of spirit, emotional freedom, abundance consciousness, and faith. The gene key of the fifty-five moves from victimization to the gift of freedom, to the superpower of freedom. Together, these frequencies are asking humanity to move from separation into authentic emotional truth, from guardedness into intimacy, from emotional repression into emotional honesty, from scarcity into spiritual abundance, from control into surrender. This is not superficial positivity, this is emotional alchemy. Over the next phase of life, many people will be initiated into deeper emotional maturity, deeper vulnerability, deeper authenticity, deeper intimacy, and deeper spiritual freedom. And what is especially meaningful for me personally is that in my own design, I carry the bridging traits of the 55 and the 59. I have often felt that part of my role is to serve as a bridge between worlds, a bridge between the old era and the new era, a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern life, a bridge between spirituality and grounded practical living, a bridge between collective structures and authentic individual embodiment. And as these frequencies become more amplified globally, I feel that role even more strongly. But this is not just about me. You also have your own unique role to play in this evolutionary transition. You have your own gifts, your own frequency, your own medicine, your own purpose, your own contribution, and your own path of awakening and embodiment. And now layered on top of all of this, we begin a brand new six-day solar cycle. The conscious sun has entered gate eight. The conscious earth has entered gate fourteen. The conscious sun represents the light codes, teachings, frequencies, and transmissions that are coming into humanity through the sun itself. We as human beings are literally receiving information, intelligence, consciousness, and evolutionary instruction through these solar frequencies. The conscious earth is how we ground, embody, stabilize, and physically live those teachings here on Earth. The earth frequency becomes the grounding force, the stabilizing architecture, the embodied expression of the solar transmission. The conscious sun and gate eight is the I Ching hexagram of holding together. In human design, gate eight is the gate of contribution. It asks, what unique gifts are you here to contribute to the collective? This is not about fitting in. This is not about sacrificing yourself so that you can belong. And with all due respect, just wear the latest fashion so that it looks like you fit in. This is about authentic creative expression, authentic style, authentic voice, authentic leadership through individuality and contribution. The gene key of gate eight moves from mediocrity to style to exquisiteness. This is a frequency asking us to stop diluting ourselves in order to belong, to stop performing, to stop flattening our uniqueness, to stop hiding our gifts. The highest expression of gate eight is exquisite authenticity. And then the conscious earth in gate fourteen is the e ching hexagram of great possession. In human design, gate fourteen is the gate of power skills and prosperity through alignment. This gate is deeply connected to resources, work, life force, prosperity, creativity, and the right use of energy. The gene key of gate 14 moves from compromise to competence to bounteousness. This is a powerful teaching because the earth frequency is asking, what are you building your life around? Where are you compromising your truth? Where are you giving your life force away? Where are your gifts meant to create prosperity, vitality, contribution, and aligned abundance? And when we combine the eight and the fourteen together, this is a profound transmission about authentic contribution grounded in aligned life force. The solar light codes are saying be yourself, express your gifts, contribute authentically, stop shrinking. And the earth frequency is saying ground your energy into what truly matters. Invest your life force wisely. Build your life around alignment instead of compromise. Now, today, Friday, May 15th, is line one of this cycle. Line one is always foundational. So when it comes to everything that I just shared with you, investigate, be introspective, connect to your root and ground it. So today is not necessarily about rushing outward into action, it's about establishing the energetic foundation of this new cycle. Ask yourself, what is my authentic contribution? What am I truly here to contribute and to embody? What are my gifts actually meant for? What am I no longer willing to compromise? Where am I leaking my life force energy? And what would it look like to fully align my energy, resources, work, relationships, creativity, and leadership with my true self? And then tomorrow, Saturday, May 16th, we move into line two, the natural expression, the gifted one, the effortless frequency. So tap into what are your own unique natural gifts? Sunday, May 17th, we move into line three. This is the day where you experiment, you adapt, and you learn through direct experience about all of these frequencies. Monday 18th, May 18th is a line four. How do you show up as your true self with your true gifts in your relationships, in your networks, in connection with that community influence? And then Tuesday, May 19th is a line five. How do you lead by example? How do you influence? How do you apply this practically and be the change that you want to be in the world as an authentic being, making your own unique contribution? And then Wednesday, May 20th is a line six. This is where you have the overview of the six-day arc, your vision, the wisdom, the higher perspective on who you are and why you're here and what you are here to express and share. So throughout this next six-day cycle, pay attention to how these themes evolve inside of you. Pay attention to where life is asking you to become more authentic, more aligned, more emotionally honest, more creatively expressed, more devoted to your true work and true contribution. And also pay attention to your body because these frequencies are not just mental concepts. They're living transmissions moving through your nervous system, your emotional body, your energetic field, your relationships, your creativity, your leadership, and life itself. You may feel emotional shifts, creative surges, relationship transformations, and new desires for authenticity and changes around work, purpose, prosperity, intimacy, and spiritual freedom.
