Bob Preston
The Retired Mindset is hosted by on-air podcast personality Bob Preston. Bob is a nationally known figure with over 20 years as an entrepreneur in growing companies. He was the founder and broker/owner of San Diego's leading property management company, North County Property Group, before successfully negotiating the sale of the business to PURE Property Management in 2022. He was also the host of the highly ranked podcast, Property Management Brainstorm, and although the podcast still exists, he is no longer actively posting there. He has since stepped away from the workforce to live a life of volunteer and charity experiences in retirement. He is also a self-proclaimed ski bum, a term he uses to poke fun at himself in a self-deprecating manner. But it's kind of true!
Bob is also a seasoned Silicon Valley tech executive, having served as Chief Marketing Officer at two publicly traded technology companies, which he helped take to Initial Public Offering (IPO).
