Welcome back to Ask Velvet. I am your host, Velvet. Today's episode is a special one for me. Because I'm realizing something. I am getting really close to a hundred episodes in season two. And that's something I didn't take lightly. I had to stop for a moment and really think about what that means. Because every single episode that I've recorded, every time I've sat down to talk, every time I've pressed record, somebody out there has pressed play. Not just once, not just by accident, but every time I drop a new episode, there are people who show up and listen. And I want to personally say thank you to every single one of my listeners. Because this year has not been an easy year for me. It's been a year with struggles. It's been a year where there were moments I wasn't sure how things were going to work out. But every time one of you presses play, every time you listen, it gives me the encouragement I need to keep going. You know, when people start podcasts, sometimes they think it's just about talking into a microphone. But what people don't see are the moments behind the scenes, the doubts, the challenges, the times when you wonder if anyone is really listening. And I'm going to be honest with you. This year has been a year of struggle for me. But the one thing that kept me going was knowing that there are people out there who press play every time I drop an episode. That means more than you probably realize. It tells me that what I'm saying matters to somebody. It tells me that the conversations we're having here are reaching someone. And I want to give a special thank you to the anonymous person who donated to my GoFundMe. That donation meant a lot to me. It reminded me that support is real and that when you keep showing up and keep trying, people will support what you're building. Now I'm getting close to a hundred episodes in season two. And because of that, I'm already thinking about season three and going even further. But I'm also trying to reach a goal right now. I'm working towards getting better equipment and building a better setup so that I can continue doing this and make the show even better. So here's what I'm asking. If 20 listeners today, just 20 people, would donate between three and five through my GoFundMe or press the support the show button, that alone would help me reach my goal. Just 20 people. And if you're someone who listens regularly, someone who taps in every time a new episode is dropped, that small support would mean more than you know. But no matter what, I want to end this episode by saying this from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for pressing play. Thank you for listening. Thank you for showing up for every episode. Because even in a year that hasn't been easy. Your support, your listening, and your encouragement have helped me keep going. And now here we are almost 100 episodes into season two. And because of you, I'm not stopping. So if you'd like to help support the show, remember if only 20 listeners donate between three and five dollars through my GoFundMe or hit the support the show button. That will help me reach my goal of getting better equipment and continuing to grow this podcast. Until the next episode. Keep listening, keep sharing, and thank you for pressing play.
