We are joined by two experts in this episode to discuss election litigation past and present in collaboration with the Sections of Civil Rights and Social Justice and Litigation.
First Rob Weiner joins us for a review of the SCOTUS case. Weiner is currently the  Senior Counsel at Arnold & Porter, Senior Consultant at the Campaign Legal Center, former Associate Deputy Attorney General in the Obama Administration,  and Senior Counsel in the White House Counsel’s Office in the Clinton Administration.  Weiner also clerked for Justices Thurgood Marshall and Henry Friendly.
Michele Hangley, of Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller, who has represented certain Pennsylvania counties and the state of Pennsylvania in election litigation joins us to discuss current litigation in voter fraud. We discuss current and potential litigation as well as how voter fraud cases typically progress or get dismissed.
