Faith isn’t a checklist - it’s a lifestyle.

In this final episode, we talk about moving from knowing your faith to actually living it through small, daily choices. With reflections on James 1:22–25 and Matthew 7:24–27, this episode is all about building a strong foundation and living from relationship, not routine.

It’s not about perfection — it’s about consistency.

“Faith isn’t just something you believe… it’s something you live.”

SPEAKER_00

Hi and welcome back to the Muddy Cross uh podcast episode 10 of our little series that we've been doing Beyond the What into the Why. This is exciting, isn't it?

SPEAKER_03

It is very exciting. Bring it all together.

SPEAKER_00

So this one is uh living your faith daily. This is kind of as you said, bringing all these episodes together now, isn't it? So uh yeah, this is exciting.

SPEAKER_03

I know.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly because it's the last one of the series, not the last one in total.

SPEAKER_03

It is, and it's crazy to think we've done 10 weeks of of just yeah, just diving into all of this and and just living every moment going through to try and build a stronger relationship with him, and it's helped us as well as obviously hoping that it's helped you.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely, and I think you know, for me, you know, we've we've spoke about, for example, we spoke about Jesus and we've done a whole episode on him, and there's a real difference, isn't there, between knowing, like reading the stories of Jesus and thinking, oh yeah, that's interesting, and he walked the earth, but also there's a difference in knowing he lived and and he taught and implementing that in our lives. And this is where we've mentioned before about reading a novel and reading the Bible. The the novel tells the story, and it's a nice story, you retain that and it's great. Whereas the Bible has retellings as well of stories, if you like, but it's the learning within that that we can add and adapt into our lives.

SPEAKER_03

Well, we always say, don't we, if it's being told multiple times in multiple different ways, a message is so the same message is coming through, but differ through different examples and accounts, yeah. It's one he really wants us to learn and know. So we really have to pay attention to these multiple messages.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and and it's not something that we just have to learn, we actually have to live it, act it out in our lives, yeah, and try and figure out how to implement it without the weight of that.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, because obviously we're not saved by work, we're saved by grace. Absolutely. So it's really important that we don't take on that weight, but that we naturally want to help and do.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and when you say that, that we're we're not saved by works, you know, sometimes I think that can be confusing for people because it basically what you're saying is that it's not that we have to do good things and keep a little tally chart of oh, I've done 10 good things today, and that adds to my 50 for the week. I've got a quota. But because we have allowed God into our lives and we have learned, yeah, our lives have changed, so we naturally want to do good things. Yeah, not that we need to keep a core.

SPEAKER_03

No, no, it's definitely not about keeping a tick list, and it's definitely not about you know, like following rules and regulations. It literally is we are saved by grace, and that's so that none of us can boast. It it's all for him, you know. He came down in human form to take all the sin on him to do that as a sinless, the the only person to walk this world sinless, and so therefore, none of us can boast, but what we can do and what does happen, and that's all about that transformation in us, and we learnt about that um in episode seven, where it was we're a new creation in Christ, and once we take on that new identity, that new creation, and we strip away the old and we accept that he's forgiven us, so we therefore have to be forgive ourselves and have to forgive other people, then we know that we are uh saved by him, by his grace, and therefore it shifts in you, it makes a shift. It's the same as going back and saying that he gave us free will, and with that free will, we can choose to love him or not. Yeah, and it's exactly the same. Once you have chosen to love him, chosen to follow, chase, chosen to build a relationship, it's not that we have to do works because we're not saved by work. So there's no pressure there, there's no guilt, there's no burden, there's no weight. It's what happens in us is we become transformed, we become that new creation, and we naturally want to give back, we naturally want to help. Not because we're being told to, not because we have to, it's not part of a religion or anything like that. It's because you are changed, because you see the world differently, and because you're trying to understand and see it through him, and you're trying to walk through him, like we say and live in your faith daily. You then just naturally want to help on every step of the way. Every person you meet, where you can, you want to help in some way, even if that literally is just saying, Are you okay today? And hearing and letting someone offload. That is enough sometimes just to know that we've helped. Yeah, no, and so so it's about transformation in you and finding your new identity in him.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think that's important. You know, I've got a little a little bit of scripture from in James, book of James here that it kind of speaks into this. So it's in James 1, uh 22 through to 25, and it says, uh, but prove yourselves doers of the word and not merely hearers who dilute themselves.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in the mirror. For once he has looked at himself and gone away, he has immediately forgotten what kind of person he was. But one who looks intently at the perfect law, at the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer, but an effective doer, this man will be blessed in what he does.

SPEAKER_03

Wow.

SPEAKER_00

Um, you know, and I like that one. Yeah, absolutely. And uh yeah, that speaks right into what we've we've just been talking about, and and that whole thing of of living faith daily. Yeah, um, you know, applying it to your life.

SPEAKER_03

And and there's been a few different examples. Like I remember um we've been through some hard times, haven't we? And um, our church family have really pulled together with us, and that's why we say church is not just the building, it is it is a family. Um, and there's been times where you know, like when we were doing our mission, well, we're still on missionary, but when we were uh went to Albania, we were doing some missionary projects, people were helping us financially, people were praying for us. There was lots of different ways everyone was contributing um to us, and with the financials, you know, like there was times I'd walk in and I'd get an envelope, and it would be like this is towards you know, you guys as a family, your missionary work, whatever you need right now, this is to help you. Um, and I always remember one I opened it and there was no who it was from inside, it was just literally a note with an amount in there saying, be blessed as you bless. And it struck a chord with me. And I came back and I put the note and I've still got it on a calendar, the calendar, the little hook above the calendar. Um, and I now, as I help other people, it's something that could either comes through verbally, it's something I write down on something, or it's something that's just etched in my heart, and I'll think of it, and I know that was God speaking through that person to give me that message because it's stuck with me, and it's something I now carry forward that I know that as I bless somebody, I'm gonna be blessed, yeah, and as I'm being blessed, somebody else is gonna get that blessing because they're blessing me, and that's the way it works. We are all interlinked through Him giving us all these blessings.

SPEAKER_00

It is, and there's something that that I learned as well, um, probably around that time um of the missionary trip, and that was that even though you find yourself in a difficult situation, that doesn't stop you being able to bless or help other people, not at all, and quite often, you know, you think back in life, you think uh you you let a tough situation consume you and it almost paralyzes you um from seeing any anything else in the world because your situation um denotes that it takes over everything, but actually that's not true in your difficult situation. Yes, you've got to walk through that and you've got to figure it out God's with you, but that doesn't stop you, and it shouldn't stop you from having your eyes open and your ears open to seeing who else needs help and who else you can bless. Um, and that was a real uh changer for me, and you know, that's something that you know, living your faith daily that's that's definitely one that has changed in me and made me daily think my situation might be tough, and I'll figure it out, but actually I can do that.

SPEAKER_03

But that all goes back to having your foundation in him, doesn't it? And I think for us, like with everything that we've been through, we know because of the real you know, and we're only a few years in, like there's people that's followed God their whole lives. I know you've got your foundation that you couldn't you fell back on, haven't you, from being um growing up in Christ, whereas obviously I didn't have that. Um, but the foundation is strong because we have built it on him, yeah, and because we're building a relationship with him, not through pressure, and there are our own pressures, like there's there's weeks or days where everything, I wish I'd read my Bible more, I'd wish I'd done this more. But that's our own self wanting that. He's not loving us any less or more because we're doing that, um, because of that grace that we're saved by. But it's just really important that you know it shows over time, doesn't it? If you've got your foundation in him, like everything that we're going through. There's people going, how are you still smiling? How are you still finding joy? How are you still trying to do what you're doing? And it's that's what people should see the the before and the after, so that you are, because you're a new creation, they're seeing that through the fruits of what you're doing. Um, and I've got some scripture on that I'm gonna bring in. And this one's Matthew 24 to 27, and it's the wise and the foolish builder. So it's therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like the wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, yet it did not fell, because it had its foundations on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.

SPEAKER_00

I I really love that. Which is really, really, really old, which is whenever I grew up in Christ, and he sings the song, Don't Build Your House in the Sun.

SPEAKER_03

Are you gonna sing it for us?

SPEAKER_00

No, if you're not. I was just thinking maybe I'll put the uh little tag in in the uh in the notes in the description, but uh I love that story because there's so much truth in it, and uh visually it it impacts me a lot as well and makes a lot of sense.

SPEAKER_03

And I I think it is, isn't it? It's it's just knowing, um, you know, look we we've done Grace and the Grit and Faith in the Climb, it's the same. It's it's knowing now that we are with him and he's got us. So in the moments that we're not strong enough, yeah, he carries us. So it's like that footprints in the sand poem. He's carrying us, and we know that we know when he's carrying us, we can feel it, can't we? Um, and so there's times where you're like, no, no, no, we've got this with him, obviously, we've got this, we can do it. And then there's times we're going, I can't do this, I need you. And so it's it is that two-way relationship. You know, there's times of giving thanks, there's times of asking, there's it's that whole thing, but it's having that firm foundation and that way, because in life, even when you walk with God, it does not mean you're not going to get challenges or hard times. No, if anything, I think more of them have come. Yeah, but because you're with him, because you we and we describe it as being in that boat, and there's the calm and peace and joy, because you've got all of that, it's like this whole turmoil and and storms going on out there, and you're like, okay, bring it on. Yeah, you know, and my my faith is is not going to be wavered because of all what's going on.

SPEAKER_00

It's known that there's something that can't be taken away from you, that can't be sugar. And I actually I thought of the three little pigs story, you know, and you think those three little pigs building houses, straw sticks, and bricks, and um, you know, the first two obviously got blown away by the big bad wolf, and the and the last one, that little pig, he's fine.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, he's fine.

SPEAKER_00

No, it doesn't matter.

SPEAKER_03

Really, it's a biblical story.

SPEAKER_00

It could be. Uh it doesn't matter what's going on, i.e., the wolf is outside prowling, yeah, the storm is outside prowling, but he knows that he is safe, he knows that that situation is out there, and he's gonna have to deal with that situation, but equally he knows no matter what happens, his he has his in this case his faith in his house. He has that faith in the Lord, and that's like you're describing, you know, he walks with us in our troubles to help us get through them.

SPEAKER_03

Because the storms are gonna come away. We're gonna have storms.

SPEAKER_00

It's it's like having children, yeah. If in the regards of I don't know where he's going. If if if you have children, if you have children, and you go through life and you do everything for them and you shelter them the whole time. It's okay.

SPEAKER_03

Sorry, it's okay if you don't have children, if you want to borrow ours at any point, we can you can.

SPEAKER_00

But then we can have a break. But if you do everything for them and shelter them from everything, you're doing them an injustice.

SPEAKER_03

You are doing a complete injustice.

SPEAKER_00

So by saying, by people saying, Oh, well, where's God now in your life? Look at these terrible things that are happening to you, yes, there may be terrible things happening, there may be challenges, but he's walking with us, he's teaching us and guiding us to be more resilient. Yeah, yeah, and again, if you think of your children, if you don't let them fall down and if you don't let them get into a little obviously, you have a nine of them, make sure it's not going to get too much, but if you don't let them deal with situations themselves, how do they become more resilient? How do they become more streetwise? How do they learn to navigate the world? And and I think God is no different in that regard, He is with us. Uh, it's just like your kids, things aren't going to get too bad because I know mum and dad's over there, and if anything does get back bad, I can run over and they'll cuddle me and I'll be fine. God's exactly the same. Yeah, we can turn to God in any time, we can confide in God at any time. We know that he's there, and that's where that strength comes. Yeah, like you described in the wise builders there, that no matter what happens, no matter how hard the storm rages, we know that rock is not going to move, and we can go back to that rock anytime we wish.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and and it is, isn't it? Like he came here to teach us, he came here to guide us, and all that's all this is. It's well, we've said it before, isn't it? It's it's a handbook to help us to understand who he is so that we can let him in, yeah, and we can build that relationship with him, and then ultimately the whole point of it is to have that foundation in him. So it when things go wrong, because they will, when things go wrong, we know that we've got that trust, that connection, that relationship. Like we know Proverbs 3.5 is our go-to on everything, it just pops up in so many different ways, and every time it pops up, you go, there he is again. He's he's speaking to us.

SPEAKER_00

It's not just when things go wrong, you know. I I'm thinking to a time where I really needed help, and um, so for those of you that that maybe have watched the first episode or that know me, I ran an obstacle centre, and um, and it's a couple of years ago, and I was running, you'll recall this, um, a big race, a national race. It was a big, big deal, part of a series, and I had in my mind that I needed to build more obstacles and change the centre around and stuff like that. Um, but I didn't necessarily I didn't have the means to do that and to build other obstacles, and I was praying a lot, Lord, please just help me just to make this event well with whatever I have, with whatever it's gonna be, give me the strength to get through it. All you know, lots of different prayers around it. And that week leading up to it, it was very chaotic, but that week leading up to it, he answered my prayers in really odd ways. A friend turned up with a load of timber and a sledgehammer and said, Here you go, I think you could do this wood, and you definitely need a sledgehammer. And I well, yeah, I actually really do, and and that allowed me to build another obstacle. And then I remember uh a good friend Jamie uh I was building, I think it was the night before the the um the race, and he said, Uh, what are you up to? And I said, Oh, funny you called. Wouldn't you mind if I bought a chainsaw, tree surgeon? And he says, What are you doing? And I explained, and he said, Yeah, okay. And he turned up with a load of his guys that work for him, and they helped to build the last object.

SPEAKER_03

And I remember we were all torches, holding torches, weren't we?

SPEAKER_00

I think he actually brought some of his his worklights as well. And there was lots of things that week that that people just turned up and provided, or people turned up and helped, and I hadn't asked them to. No, this is the point. I was praying to God, Lord, please just let me get through this. Please, whatever we have, let it work, let it be.

SPEAKER_03

We also got somebody offer you a lot of wood. Do you remember? Somebody did offer a lot of work again out of the blue. Out of the blue, and we were we were both like, really? And that was several, like we managed to get several obstacles finished and built, yeah, just based on that wood alive. Yeah, and it that's that's miracles, that's God's miracles. Absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely blessed that we because you know I hadn't envisaged that, but it was only because of those things coming in that we could do so much. Um, and yeah, we were absolutely blessed, and that's you know, that's living God daily in a different way. That's praying to God and saying, God, be with me at this time, let this be enough, let me get through this, and then God just turns around and says one thing we say now, isn't it?

SPEAKER_03

Because often people say, Oh, that's just coincidences. There's no such thing as coincidences, I'm telling you.

SPEAKER_00

No, there's no way in that way, though.

SPEAKER_03

There's no way because God, you when when you are like you, you're praying to God and nobody knows about it, what you're asking for, and then suddenly, and it and it is at the last minute, but suddenly all these things coming in, you're like, This is really yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

There's there's nowhere it was coincidence, and there's no such thing as coincidences anymore.

SPEAKER_03

We kind of get that, and and it also goes back to like we had one of our podcasts was based on you know, surrounding yourself with family, and church is your family, yeah, and it's really important. Like, you know, church isn't just about going on a Sunday and then walking away and not really doing anything through the week, it's having that family around you, and for us, this whole journey we've been on, like with your health and and obviously closing your business and just life at the moment, you know, it's it's just been a blessing beyond anything I think we've ever experienced to suddenly have you we're not alone. We have a family, like genuine people that love and care about us and want to see us succeed and see us be glorified through him. And I just think that's incredible, and those people are such a blessing, and obviously, in turn, we want to bless them as well, but that's where it goes back to living this daily is surrounding yourself with the right people, you being a blessing to them, and them being a blessing to you, and that's what community and that's ultimately what family, you know, we're all brothers and sisters in Christ, that's what it is about, and we've been blessed, like you saying, it's not just about when the storm comes, it's about also recognising the blessings that he's put in, being humble enough to accept it, which is the hard part, and it's been the hard part for us, the lesson for us, but it's just knowing those people are there, surrounding yourself with the right people, and just allowing those the trust, the openness, the honesty, the vulnerability to flow between everybody, so that you are unified in that message and unified together. I think that's important.

SPEAKER_00

It's been really moving to be honest, the support that we've had. Um, and you know, when somebody has offered to help us and has said, God just wants me to bless you, and and you know, it it's it's just it's it's amazing. You can just see God uh living in daily life through others, and it you know, when you see that and you you know and you feel it's real, it's undeniable that that his love for us is real, it's undeniable that um his goodness is real, and it's also then inspiring to want to do better and know more. Uh, and I think that's the importance of community as well, it's important of church again, as we said before, it's not the building, it's it's it's the family that you now adopt. Um, and you have this community of people that want the best for you and want to help them support. They want to lift you up, and then turn your part of that and you feedback into that and encourage you and build you up and and help.

SPEAKER_03

And if you see someone struggling, just go and help them, and that's what it's about.

SPEAKER_00

And it goes beyond obviously the community we're saying about the church that you belong to and help them support each other. Yes, that's massively important, but it should spill out into your wider community in any way. Every day, anywhere.

SPEAKER_03

That's where the everyday comes in. Yeah, absolutely. It's in your everyday because every day you are meeting your brothers and sisters in Christ, and you may come across people that you think are you know arrogant or unkind or unsympathetic, different beliefs, different beliefs, different outlooks, what have you, but ultimately God made them. Yeah, and you have to, we've said it before, and I know we've said it before because I've I've looked at you and done this, but you have to see through the the what's in front of you and look behind and see the creation that was in them, yeah. And I think that's been huge for me, walking forward thinking I can't have contempt or hate or ill feeling or unforgiveness for this person because ultimately God created them. And if they're going through something that isn't right by him, that's for him to deal with. Yeah, that's not me to deal with or me to judge or me to criticize or bring my feelings into it. All I can do is use the really powerful tool that he's given us, which is prayer, yeah, and I can pray on it, yeah, but I can still love that person, even if it's loving from afar, that's healthy, that's boundaries, that's completely fine. Um, so you don't have to have people in your life that are causing you upset, but you can still love them, you can still pray for them. And I think, and we've said it before, he can change any heart, and I think that's really important to kind of bring that in. Yeah, um, and and just for us, like I know before we started, we wrote down, didn't we? Um what we've covered in the last 10 weeks. Because it's incredible when you think we've done 10 weeks of this, yeah. Um, just talking around basically relationship over performance is kind of the whole and and understanding the why of all of this because the what is so easy. Yeah, the what is really, really easy. It's the surface stuff, it's the why, it's the getting deeper, which is the real crux of it. And so writing this down and kind of going through and looking at all what um we've discussed in weeks one to nine so that we could put number 10 together, it was incredible because we were looking at it thinking, this is actually for us, isn't it? It's like all of these are almost lessons that we needed to walk through each. Week to help us to grow in him. So obviously we want to share that, and the whole point is to share that out with you guys. But it's it was it's just incredible how he works because he's helping us on this journey, and that's the raw honesty part about it all.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, to being honest and building on that, if we are being honest, there's a there's a number of times that we've I don't know how many episodes we've done now, but there's a number of times that we've we've recorded an episode and we've looked at each other and said we needed to hear that. We needed to hear that, and you know, there's there we learn. Yeah, we learn, and and through our learning, we hope that we can put a podcast together and that it will encourage and help somebody else. Um, you know, so we're not sitting here mightier than than nice.

SPEAKER_03

No, and I think it's I think not that I want to be in the grit, so to speak, but I think it's really incredible that we're still in this, you know, challenging mess, whatever you want to call it. We're in the boat with all the madness going on around us, and we're still open and wanting to share, yeah, because so many people get to the other side and then they share back of what, oh well, you can have this. Yeah, you can have this now if you just go through this, and you're like, no, we're in it, we're living it days, yeah. So and I think that's really important because it's it's raw and honest, you know. The only way we're getting through it is by building that relationship by him, is by praying with him and by surrounding ourselves with a really strong community.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I and I do think that God speaks to us through the podcast because he's telling us you I know you've shared this, but can you just can you listen to it again because you need to take it?

SPEAKER_03

And I do, I always watch them back and listen to them, and he goes, No, I don't want to hear myself. And I go, it's not about hearing myself. It's the accent, it's it's about taking that message and really understanding it ourselves.

SPEAKER_00

It is, and you know, I think you know, from this episode, if we look at if we look at practically some sort of practical ways to move forward from this, it is to look at your life daily. Yeah, what what does your daily life look at look like? You know, obviously getting them going to work, getting ready, getting the kids ready, whatever, whatever else it is, but it's trying to live your life daily with faith.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And and it's looking at your prayer time during the day, you know, when is a practical time? Do you need to get up a little bit earlier? I mean, for example, we'll always go to bed, we'll always pray. Yeah, uh, we'll always pray before we eat a meal. Yeah, um, there are there's those sorts of things are sort of non-negotiable.

SPEAKER_03

Well, it's almost ingrained, it's a bit like driving a car, it's ingraining you now, isn't it?

SPEAKER_00

It doesn't mean it's less purposeful, it's very intentful when we do it, but those are the things that we do now. Sometimes life can get chaotic, and and then trying to fit time to read the Bible and spend uh time in God's Word, that can be difficult, and that's where we self-judge each other and say, I haven't picked up the Bible in a couple of days, I really need to do it. You need to figure that out.

SPEAKER_03

But but again, it goes back to that grace. You know, he's gonna give you grace in those moments.

SPEAKER_00

But the point is is looking at your daily life and and where does your faith fit in that? You know, if you're somebody that drives a lot, you could pray all the way. You don't have to pray with your eyes closed, obviously. Don't get when you're driving, but you could pray on your journeys, you can listen to a podcast, you can listen to the Bible. Yeah, um the Bible app was really good.

SPEAKER_03

Like I did, didn't I recently for Lent? I committed with um uh bless it, Emily and Pete in church, and we did reading the whole Bible in the it was it ended up the 46 days because you have the Sunday um out, but you it's that it's that time period, and it was quite intense, but actually it was really powerful, and I did it between physically reading and sometimes listening, so it was kind of between the two actions.

SPEAKER_00

And it's just you know having your ears open and your eyes open and and just observing the life around you to see where you can fit in and and help and step in into faith in terms of seeing that somebody needs help and saying, Oh, I can do it. And it could be something as simple as lifting you know bags to somebody's car. Uh, you know, who knows? I think the Holy Spirit will speak to move you, but I think that you know, from a practical point of view to kind of bring this episode almost to an end, um, we need to look at you know living living faith daily and how do we do that?

SPEAKER_03

And it it and it comes back to you, didn't doesn't it? It's not about perfection. No, you know, it's not perfect. It's never nobody's perfect but Jesus. It's not about perfection, it's not about performance, it's it's about consistency. Ultimately, it's about consistency, isn't it?

SPEAKER_00

And a wanting, and a wanting.

SPEAKER_03

This is a relationship, it's the heart space, isn't it?

SPEAKER_00

This is a relationship and you want to do that, and and it's just you know, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

So it's that it goes back to that living, living by relationship, not performance, yeah. Um, and just understanding who you are now in him, how you've been saved, and and what you want on this journey together with him. Yeah, because it's not about you on your own anymore. And I I massively find comfort in that. Like, and I know our boys have found massive comfort in that. You know, you know you're not on your own in this world, whereas previously it felt very alone from a spiritual internal perspective, it felt very alone, not obviously um those around you. Um, and so faith isn't just something you believe, um, it's something you live. One small choice, one small step. It's why they start why in the scripture it's lamp at your feet. It's not showing you the whole picture, it's one tiny step every day, it's one consistent thing every day. Like you said, we've got consistent prayers with food, we've got our consistent prayers with bedtime routines, you know. I like doing Bible study. There's those little consistent steps, talking to people you wouldn't normally have talked to, opening the door for people, saying hello to people, asking people if you're they're okay, but going that one step beyond. Are you really okay? You know, like just really letting people see that you hear them and you see them and you're there for them and you want to be there from them. Those tiny little steps are gonna change and mould and shape who you are, what you're listening to, what you're watching, who you're surrounding yourself with. You know, it's kind of all the the advice, isn't it? It's all those, you know, rich people's type of advice for that. But it's the same thing here. It's it's understanding that if you're surrounding yourself with the people that have the same intent and message and and unified um yeah, unified message as you and want the same thing. They want a world built on the foundation of love and compassion and forgiveness and honesty and all the values that that God has here, then your your life is gonna be so much more richer. So it really is making those small choices one step at a time. And from that, because I know you're gonna close me, so I'm gonna get in there before he does this, because I'm like, ah, obviously, we have now finished our 10-part series, but we've got a great one next week. I'm not gonna spoil it, but we've got a great one next week. Um, but we for those of you we said on week one that we are going to have a downloadable resource tool for you. So we've done our one to ten, and if you've watched all of these, we pray and we hope that it's given you a way, another tool in your toolbox to build a deeper relationship with God and to navigate a little bit of the Bible, especially if you're first in and you you kind of really try and understand it all. But what we've done is kind of to really as a thank you, as a gift, as a as a way back and a try to help you, yeah, as a deeper dive tool into um a personal um study guide time with God on on this, on these 10 topics and 10 titles, is we've put together a downloadable resource. Um, so it's self-led, it's for you to take away. We're gonna be launching it out in the next couple of days, so make sure you stay tuned. Obviously, we'll put a post out on it. Um, it will be a completely free download. Yeah, um, all our resources now in our download downloadable section are free for you to avail of, so go and jump into those. Um, but this one will be available in a couple of days, and it literally does do cover all of the 10 topics in so much more detail, and and there's reflection questions and there's prayer points for you, and it helps you on another 10-week journey. So it's going to take you into a deeper dive on another 10-week journey.

SPEAKER_00

And that'll be available on the website, which is themoneycross.com. Link will be obviously in the description. So go and check out the downloads are already there. As Judy's mentioned, we've made those free. Yeah. Um, and then just check back in a couple of days. It'll be it'll be the start of next week.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, I reckon, yeah. I reckon we start, it's almost ready to go. But we just wanted to get this one out and then we can tweak and make sure it's all finished. But we don't want to put it out before obviously this one's finished.
