Showing up today means honoring my energy. I’m sharing a check-in and gratitude to the listeners who’ve been here through it all. Real, raw, and fully present.

🪄 Keep manifesting intentionally and if this helped, pass it on.

Hey friends, I wanted to check in and be real with you all for a minute. I’m still moving through the grief of losing a family member, and it’s been tough. In podcasting, there’s this pressure to keep putting out episodes, to stay perfectly consistent no matter what’s happening in your life. And yes, most of the time that’s possible with good planning, I’ve recorded episodes well before vacations, an hour before it was time to drop, ahead of a trip for a funeral, times I was so sleep deprived I barely remembered my own name, but I did it because the energy was there. I felt the calling and the words and ideas just poured out of me.

Right now, that energy isn’t in that place, it’s focused on healing instead. So, there are going to be times when I’m not going to force an episode just to fit a schedule or expectations. Showing up isn’t about perfection, it’s about alignment and I know that resting up and focusing on my emotions right now is the aligned thing for me to do and I know you all will understand that.

That said, I do have big plans coming next week for a topic I haven’t touched yet. I’ll be working on it over the weekend. But today this is where I’m at, being honest, showing up in the only way I can, and trusting that’s enough. And to those of you who’ve been with me, who listen, who feel what I feel: thank you. That connection and energy between us is everything. I’m sending everyone good vibes and I’ll see you all next week.
