Sometimes life feels like a storm you can’t step around. I’m taking a pause to sit with what’s happening, to feel it fully, and to honor the weight that comes with change.
This is a moment to breathe, reflect, and trust that even through the heaviest storms, something beautiful waits on the other side. Thank you for holding space with me.

Hey friends,
Most people know the saying, when it rains, it pours. I’ve come to find that sometimes the universe asks us to climb one very tall mountain instead of taking on smaller mountains one at a time. That’s the experience I’m in right now, and I have been at other times in my life as well.
As those of you following along know, I recently lost a family member, and now this week I am facing another heartache: I need to put down one of my pets. She has stage 4 kidney failure, and given her condition, there’s nothing more we can do to ease her suffering. So, I’ll be spending her last day with her and taking a break from the show to process and grieve.
During times like these, I try to remember that after every storm, there is always something beautiful on the other side. I’m so grateful for your support and good energy. When I’m ready, I will return. Until then, thank you for holding space with me.
