Episode 100 of Cue the Real lands at a turning point I didn’t expect.
Something has been building quietly behind the scenes of this show, and in this episode, it finally becomes impossible to ignore. What I thought was “just how things are” starts to look a lot different when I tell the truth about where I actually am right now.
This isn’t a celebration episode in the way you’d expect. It’s something else.
I also talk about the kind of creators I’ve been studying lately—why some of the most impactful ones move the way they do, and what that’s been revealing about my own rhythm with this work.
Because there’s a difference between consistency and constant output. And I’m starting to understand what happens when you confuse the two.
I’ll share what I’m choosing instead—and what this means for what comes next for Cue the Real.
If you’ve been following this journey, you'll see where I'm coming from and why.

🪄 Keep manifesting intentionally and if this helped, pass it on.
Hey friends, this is Cue the Real’s 100th episode. I feel so grateful for what this show has become so far and where it’s going. We now have listeners in over 100 countries all over the world and I cannot wait to reach more and share my learning.
Now, speaking of shared learnings, all of this talk about energy work lately and helping people who are feeling burned out made me realize, that’s me. I’m burned out. I’m tired and I need to step back for a while and recover. I’m always thinking about what kind of creator I want to be. I don’t want to be someone who puts out content constantly. I want to be consistent. Yes, that’s sustainable. Constant is not.
When I think about the creators I admire most, they’re living life in between the work. I often go to music artists in my mind for this analogy for some reason. But, I think about some of the best, I’m talking Beyonce, Adele, Sade, Frank Ocean. These are artists who created incredible work and gave themselves time to do it. It made it mean more and gave it more depth because it came from their life experience.
So, I strive to be someone who puts out content as it comes to me. I will not force it just to keep going at a specific clip. I will always be the person who lives in the in between and bring back to you what I’ve learned. So, on that note, I’ll be back with what this season of life teaches me. If you’re missing the inspiration while I’m gone, go back and listen to past episodes, especially the gems in the beginning seasons. Feel free to text me in the meantime at the link in the show notes. One last thing that I want to touch on, and I have yet to talk about it in this show, is support.
I do this entire show start to finish on my own. Writing, recording, editing, SEO, I do it all. So, if you want to give back to what you’re learning here, there’s a support the show link in the show notes as well.
I look forward to the day I return with meaningful content to bring back to you all. And I’m grateful for all the days in between.
Until then. 💖
