He also explains many of the let's say tough to understand regulations and laws and it's seen by the law. Lt. Reilly gives us a clear picture of what you can expect when you're approached by an ECO and what they can and cannot do.
He also surprised us with some news on this year's implementation of the circle hook law for striped bass. It's a great interview that gives a lot of insight on what ECO's in our region do.
