Alright. Why don't you compliment your neighbor real quick? Tell your neighbor you look good. Tell your neighbor you sound good. You smell good. I like your hair. I like that necklace. Can I have it? Something. Alright. Now. What are we on? Week eight. Week eight. Romans 12. I'm gonna read Romans 12.2 to you. I'm gonna read it in just one translation for you, okay? Romans 12.2. And um I will have this verse for you in six different translations, but I'm only gonna read it for you in the New Living Translation. And we're gonna go back to Acts 26 after this, which is the verse we read the week before. The verse we read, I'm sorry, last week. Um so Romans 12.2 first. Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you'll learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Now we are focusing just since the year started on this thought of transformation. I've been uh led burdened with just the thought of just transformation itself, have not gotten necessarily to the part of the renewing your mind, changing the way you think part, and haven't even touched on the good and pleasing, uh good, acceptable, and perfect will of God part. We're gonna get there, but my heart has been to just persuade you, beseech you, just to show you uh the power of transformation itself, the need of transformation, the necessity of transformation, the the nuance of continuous transformation in our lives. Now, I want to take you to Acts 26, and um we read this last week. I'll read it again this week if you're in here last week. Uh go to go to our website, um, look us up on Spotify, Apple Music, I think YouTube, you can see it there, or last week's message. Uh we touched this verse and we're gonna touch it again. So Acts 26, verse 17, and this is when Jesus is speaking to Paul, but now Paul is telling this story to King Agrippa, the story of when Jesus spoke to him. So Acts 26, verse 17, we're gonna catch right in the middle of Paul's speech. He's already speaking to King Agrippa, telling King Agrippa what Jesus told him. And what Jesus told him in verse 17, Paul, I am sending you to the Gentiles to open their eyes. We talked about that last week, so they may turn from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, then they will receive forgiveness for their sins and be given a place among God's people who are set apart by faith in me. And so, King Agrippa, I obeyed that vision from heaven. Uh, I think we're on part eight. Is that where we're at? Yeah, we're gonna be on part eight. So let's keep rolling with this thing we're calling Still Transforming. Uh Father, we pray, Lord, for every seed that's gonna be sowed today, Father, from your word. And I pray, Lord, it falls into good ground, good soil. The soil of our heart shall receive the seed of your word, and we shall see the fruit of it in our life. I thank you, Lord, that we are having a heart that is open, an ear that is open, willing to hear what you have to say. I pray now, Father God, for every person present, Lord, nothing distracts us, nothing hinders us, nothing prevents us from Father, hearing your words, not mine. For Father, according to Matthew 10.20, I pray that even as I stand here, the Spirit of my Father will speak through me. According to John 3.30, I will decrease, you will increase, Lord. Use these lips of clay to speak your word without error and with accuracy, according to your desire. For Lord, according to Acts 2.42, I speak and say, Your word shall be received gladly. And according to Acts 19.20, your word will prevail. For your word is quick and powerful today. Your word, Father, shall not return void today, and I thank you, you'll watch over your word to perform it today. We give you thanks for all you have to say. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. I want to point out something to you that we read here in verse 18. And I highlighted it for you. Paul tells Jesus tells Paul, I am sending you to the Gentiles to open their eyes, and we talked about last week, so they may turn from darkness to light. And now the next part that kind of jumps out to us is this part of, and from the power of Satan to God. Those are some very eye-catching words, some very attention-getting words. Paul turned, I want them to turn, open their eyes so they may turn from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God. And before kind of digging into what is the power of Satan, I want you to remember again, through a vision, in a vision, this is Jesus speaking to Paul. And hear me. It's not Paul, it's not his words to King Agrippa. Those words, the power of Satan, the power of Satan. Those aren't Paul's words. Those were the words of Jesus spoken to Paul. And if it's the words of Jesus spoken to Paul, then I want to start off by letting you know that Jesus acknowledges the power that Satan has. And I know that's not a popular thought. And that's probably not a popular topic, and that's not something we really want to think much about. But I have to tell you today, Satan does have power. And um to kind of kick this off, um, what is the power of Satan? I did put this, I didn't put too much darkness last week on the board, but I want I just kind of want to really make sure you take this in for a moment. Spiritual authority and influence over those who are not aligned with God. It's his control, uh, his force, his dominion, his management of, like a manager over employees. The manager has control, power, right? You do this, you do this, you do this. I'll go a step further and it's there. It's his mastery. And bear with me, I don't I don't like this. Satan can be your master. It's an ugly thought, but I'll show you a little more here in a second. It's the power of Satan that Jesus is speaking of to Paul. Spiritual authority and influence over those who are not aligned with God. What does he do with this power? Well, humanity exists in, well, let me say, start by saying this. There are two opposing kingdoms. The kingdom of God, kingdom of heaven, kingdom of light, and then you have the kingdom of Satan, kingdom of hell, kingdom of darkness. And these two kingdoms are mutually exclusive. They will always be separate. They are like two positively charged ions that Joe killed in chemistry class back in the day, but that's fine. They hate each other. They will never see eye to eye. They are opposing kingdoms, separated kingdoms that will never merge. Pray for me this morning. This is not fun to talk about. But all of humanity dwells in one of the two kingdoms. And you may say, well, when I wasn't saved, I wasn't repping the kingdom of hell. Well, that's the blindness. That's that's Satan saying, like, no big deal. No. You're either under the kingdom of heaven, or you're under the kingdom of hell. You get why this is not this is not like fun, right? It's not like, you know, but but it's true, right? It's true. There's a heaven and a hell. Say amen to that. There's Satan, there's there's God, there, there's Jesus, there's there's there's demonic forces, it gets all real. And and here it's Jesus telling Paul there's a power that Satan has. And every person, every person, all of humanity is under the authority, under the dominion, under the rulership of the kingdom of heaven or the kingdom of hell. Yes, Satan can actually have authority over a person. He can have power over a person. He can have control over a person. This authority, this power, it's exercised through spiritual control, through influence. This is one reason why we see evil acts. This is one reason why we hear evil words. This is one reason why uh false doctrine is spoken. This is one reason why there is division amongst people, and hatred is celebrated, rebellion is exalted. This is one reason why we we see destructive behaviors that lead a person further from truth and further from God. This is a reason why uh we see deception and we see lies. This is a reason why uh we notice hearts that have been hardened towards God. You ever hear people say, how could they do such a thing? Because you're either under the kingdom of heaven or you're under the kingdom of hell. And here, I am one of those people that here, I'll be honest with you, I don't always like to blame the devil. Sometimes it's just manual being manual. And sometimes it's you being you. Sometimes it's my wife being my wife. You know what I mean? She told me recently, like, are you ever gonna make a joke about me? And I'm like, I don't know. It'll just come in the moment. That was not in my notes, you know what I mean? So lead them, Holy Spirit. Sometimes it's just me being me. But there's other times. Here, you don't even need to be saved to sometimes see that's the devil, man. That that's that's the devil. Just controlling, influencing. And and this power that he has, listen, he'll use it to work and dwell with it within the minds of people. He'll birth corrupt thoughts, he'll um plant harmful desires, he'll motivate, he'll he'll he'll uh influence, persuade, even hostility toward God's word. Think about hostility, hatred for God's word, hatred for the gospel, hatred for truth. When people are like, don't talk to me about that, that's the devil. I don't want to hear that that's the devil. Because you have a spirit that desires the word of God, but that spirit has been so silenced and so uh captive now that the enemy corrupts the mind and the heart, and when truth is spoken, somebody cringes. That's the devil. Hatred, hostility. I don't want to know about that. That's why, side note, if you have family or friends that you're trying to minister to and invite to church, and they just seem like they despise anytime you talk about God, you don't still need to pray for them. You need to rebuke and cancel that demonic force that is holding them captive. Hear me, hatred for God's word is a sign that somebody needs deliverance. Say amen to that. I mean, if they if they're hostile to it, they don't want to hear it. That that's people under the control, under the power, under the authority of Satan. And then what does he do with this hostility? He prevents them from accepting God's word, he prevents them from receiving what God has to say. He'll bring up little dumb distractions that will take their eyes and ears away from what's being spoken. Why? Because the enemy knows if they're if they're around truth enough in the name of Jesus, eventually that truth is gonna penetrate their heart because the truth will always set the captiv free. Amen. Give the Lord a hand clap. It's gonna set us free and be free indeed. So he'll distract, he'll pull away, he'll he'll he'll say, well, oh, I invited him to church and they they finally, they finally are gonna come to church. Wake up in the morning, man. The car broke down. I don't know what happened. I'm not saying the devil went and messed with their car, but do you see what I'm saying? Like, just little things. Small things. Because he has this dominion, he has this control, he has this influence, and believe me, he does not want to release it. People under Satan's rule, under the kingdom of hell, hear me, they're like prisoners that are in in jail, or people in jail, and there's a warden. And the warden has authority. So what do they do? They follow, in the case of Satan, they they're prisoners, they just follow the sinful instructions. They just follow the sinful desires, and they commit acts that align with Satan's will rather than God's will. In conclusion, just to kind of get trying to get past this here, in conclusion, put on the board, notice with everything I said, Satan's power is not a political or physical rule. It is spiritual domination that keeps people in a state of moral and spiritual captivity until they are freed by alignment with God. Held captive under the domination, under the control, the dominion, the rulership, the management. Satan is the master. Jesus spoke of it. And if you're having some trouble still believing it, well, let me show you some verses. Ephesians 2, C E V Bible. In the past, you were dead because you sinned and fought against God. You followed the ways of this world and obeyed the devil. He rules the world, and his spirit has power over everyone who doesn't obey God. 1 John 5.19, the Living Bible. We know that we are children of God. Say amen to that. And that all the rest of the world around us is under Satan's power and control. 2 Timothy 2.26, back to the C V. They have been, that they that have not received the Lord, they have been trapped by the devil, and he makes them obey him. I remember when I was youth pastoring one time, and I believed the boy was being sincere. He did something that was it was very bad. I can't tell you, but he said something that was very bad, very wrong. And I remember he was kind of new to church and kind of just got into our youth ministry. And I remember when he told me, I was like, Man, what were you thinking before it happened? He was he was saying, Man, I kept telling myself, I don't want to do this, I don't want to do this, I don't want to do this. And I read this verse, he makes them obey him. He just keeps pushing and pushing and pushing, force, control. Finally, for those of you that are still having trouble, John 8 44, New Life Version. The devil, this is Jesus speaking. The devil is your father. You are from him, you want to do the sinful things your father, the devil, wants you to do. So when Jesus speaks to Paul through a vision, when he speaks of the power of Satan, church, it's not a fairy tale, it's not a myth. He is addressing reality. This is the way it is. Satan has power. Therefore, again, hard to say, but the church has to come to a realization that if Jesus acknowledged it, well then Satan's power must be acknowledged by the church. It is real. It is real. Now, before we kind of dive too much into this and say, well, talk too much about the devil's power, I want to remind you. We do not fear the power of Satan. We are not scared of the power of Satan. Satan is very much just somebody who likes for us to be afraid of him, but never go a day in your life thinking, oh my god, the devil, oh my god, the devil, oh my god, where is he? Is he here? Oh my god, oh my god, oh no, oh no, no. We do not fear the power of Satan. Say amen to that. God don't fear it, we don't fear it either. We do not praise the power of Satan. We are not worshiping the power of Satan. All praise, worship, and honor and glory go to God and God alone. Hallelujah to him. We do not praise his power, we're not going around celebrating his power. We condemn it, we rebuke it, we cancel it, we cast it out in the name of Jesus. We do not, one more though, underestimate his power. Don't underestimate it. Yeah, Lord, okay. Some of you are here today and you've been underestimating his power. That's why you're having some issues with some things. You're underestimating. You know why? You think just a little crack in the door doesn't mean nothing. No, no, he'll take the crack in the door. He'll take the crack in the window. He'll take it. Yeah, he'll take it. He's sitting across the street from your house. And you think you're good, but you don't pray for your home. You don't pray for your children, you don't read the word. Leaving that window open a little too much. Leaving that door open a little too much. Do not underestimate his power. He is real. Your adversary, the devil, roams around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. And when you underestimate, you get caught off guard. You underestimate, you think, how did that happen? That's why the Bible says, be sober. Just one little glass of wine. Just one little roaming, looking. He knows the weaknesses. He knows the temptations! He's aware! He's real! Do not underestimate it. Because then you look back, and you know what happens? You actually feel foolish later on. I can't believe that why did I do that? Like, why how come I you underestimated? When I played basketball as a teenager. Yes, I played basketball. I'll just fool you, alright? I played basketball. And uh we had a friend named Anthony. Anthony was a solid uh, he was like five foot five, solid 275. But he was stocky, like solid, stocky. Never lifted a weight in his life. He came out of the womb just strong as an odd. He was just strong and stocky. We would play basketball, and I always had Anthony on my team because Anthony had this thing where he during we were just warming up playing around, he'd just be shooting around, playing around. And nobody ever wanted him on his team, just you know, five foot five, two seventy five. You get the picture. Anyways, and and and I was like, I'll take Anthony and then Anthony would get on the court, but they didn't know. Man, Anthony had feet like a ballerina dancer, man. At 275, 5'5, and boom, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, and boom, lay it in, like lay it in, like George Gervin style, lay it in. That's the only Spurs reference you ever hear from me. Like lay it in, George Gervin style, just lay it in. And I kid you not, the guys around him would be like and it never failed after every game. They'd always, especially the guys we didn't know, every game. I did not expect that from Anthony. And Anthony just walked off the court like all proud. Yeah, that's my boy, Anthony. That's my boy. They were they would always do that. They were always like, I didn't know you could do that. If we're not careful, sometimes you don't realize how powerful the enemy can be. I didn't think you could break the power of my enemy. I didn't think you could break me in the way. I didn't have to look in the mirror and I thought I was younger than you. I felt under me. Do not fear him. Do not praise him, but recognize and acknowledge you lying little rat. You ugly, filthy, no good, just ooh, crafty, manipulative little roach, you know what I mean? Like, you just you ever step on a roach and you think you got it, and you pick up your foot like it's sucker's still alive, you know what I mean? Like, just when I think, just when I think, devil, we got you this time, he just doesn't give up. Just you don't underestimate him. You hear me, you had victory over him today. Say amen to that. But you better get ready for the fight tomorrow. He's icing up, he is healing his wounds, licking his wounds, and he's saying, I'll see you tomorrow again. But in the name of Jesus, we defeat him today, and we defeat him tomorrow again in Jesus' name. Give the Lord a hand clap. Ultimately, though, Satan's power is utilized to destroy the lives of people saved or unsaved on earth. Saved or unsaved. I've been saved 45 years. He still wants to destroy your life. He'll still utilize his power to destroy your life. I know the Bible, I know the word inside. He'll still desire to destroy your life. John 10, 10, you know the verse. Read it with me today. The thief's purpose is to steal, kill, and destroy. It's real. He's an adversary. And let me remind you and to every person here today, please never forget that the power of Satan will never benefit your life. The power of Satan will never do any good for your life. The power of Satan has no beneficial motive for you. Even the people who worship him and exalt him, satanic cults and people under his, even if they think this devil is benefiting them, they will realize one day it was all a trick. There is no benefit to his power, to the people that are present here on this earth. His power will just simply steal, kill, and destroy. And when Satan's power is exercised over a person's life, hear me. It must be broken for that individual to experience the fullness of God's will for their life. That power has to be broken, it has to be cut off, it has to be destroyed over their life. And hear me, I smile now, because Jesus tells Paul, go, open their eyes so that they can turn from darkness to light, but also from the power of Satan to God. Jesus is telling Paul, go and hear me. I'll simplify it for you. Paul, go, because the power of Satan needs to be broken. Paul, go, because the power of Satan needs to be destroyed. Paul, go preach the gospel, preach the word. Tell them about Jesus Christ because that power of the enemy is gonna be destroyed, Paul. And church, there's good news. We've seen it in your life, we've seen it in the Bible, I've seen it in my life. I have witnessed the power of God destroyed in the name, the power of Satan destroyed in the name of Jesus. I've seen the power of Satan destroyed. I've seen addicts who don't go back. I see people who are set free and they don't go back. I see people who are saved and they don't go back. I see people who were once captive and bound, and when they're set free, they're set free indeed. They don't go back. Why? Because the power of God has the ability to destroy the power of Satan. So, church, when Jesus tells Paul, Paul, go, go, set the captives free, go, minister the gospel, go, let them hear the word. Paul, it's gonna be done, and the power of Satan is going to be destroyed. Hallelujah to the Lamb of God. It will be destroyed. And yes, for those that are having trouble, you are in a church who does believe that the power of Satan can be destroyed. I said, You are in a church that believes the power of Satan can be destroyed. It can be destroyed. And you need to say amen to that. Why? Because some of you have family that the power of Satan needs to be destroyed. You have friends that the power of Satan needs to be destroyed. We're in a city where the power of Satan needs to be destroyed. We're in a world where the power of Satan needs to be destroyed. And so I thank my God that it is possible in the name of Jesus. It can be done in the name of Jesus. That the power of Satan can be defeated. Tell your neighbor it can be done. Tell your neighbor it can be done. It can be done. It can be done. How? Well, put it on the board. Read carefully with me. For one power to be defeated, it must be confronted by another power. For one power to be defeated, it must be confronted by another power. And I tell you today, the kingdom of God is never afraid to confront the kingdom of Satan. The kingdom of light is never intimidated or scared to confront the kingdom of darkness. Jesus is never scared to confront Satan himself. He is never terrified. He's never intimidated. He will confront him at any moment. And church, when you have greater power, you are not intimidated by a lesser power. Any of you have a one-year-old? A one-year-old steps up to you. Are you really scared of that kid? I don't want my milk, mom. Are you like, oh my god, I'm so scared? If you are, we'll pray for you after church because we got some things to mix up here that need to change. No, I'm scared. Whenever Satan's kingdom wants to intimidate, wants to put fear, you remember you are called to be in the kingdom of heaven. And the kingdom of heaven is not afraid. Because I tell you today, and I say it with a smile, there are powers that the kingdom of heaven has, that the kingdom of hell cannot defeat. There are powers of the kingdom of God. That church, these powers are at our disposal. These are the powers that will hear me. Break the power of Satan so that people can turn to God. What are some of these powers? Look at a few people. Tell them what are they? What are they? Tell tell me what do you think are? Give some guesses to your neighbors. Give some guesses to your neighbors. Just whisper it. Don't ruin my sermon. Just whisper it. Tell them a few. What do you think? What do you think? This, that, I mean, what do you think? Some of y'all, some of y'all, some of y'all are creatures, and I already know you know already, but just go with me anyway. Don't ruin my sermon. What are the powers? Because remember, for one power to be defeated, it must be confronted by another power. Oh man, have you ever heard of the power of the gospel? Because Romans 1:16 says, I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes. And you know that when Paul was going now to those that were blind, he wasn't going with just any message. He wasn't just going with any theology. He wasn't just going with his own made-up words in his mind. He was going with the gospel of Jesus Christ, the message to the world that Jesus came and died and rose again so that you can be saved and you can be forgiven and you can go from hell to heaven, the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light. Church, there is power in this message. And when the gospel is preached and it is believed, guess what happens? Hearts begin to turn, minds begin to change, and all of a sudden the message of the gospel reaches the heart, and that person gives their life to Jesus Christ. And hear me, there is nothing Satan can do about it. There is nothing he could do to try to destroy it in that moment because the power of the gospel is truth. Say truth. Say truth. The gospel is truth, and truth will always defeat the lie. And every lie that Satan has put in the mind of the unbeliever, you can't be saved, you're just on your way to hell. You can't change, you'll always be the same. There's no hope for you. Give up. You will never, never get to experience the goodness of God. Suddenly, the gospel comes in, and you hear about a man named Jesus that was willing to die on a cross, that rose again, not for him, but for every person on this earth. That is the truth. Say truth. And the truth begins to push out the lie, destroy the lie, the truth begins to dominate, take control over the lie, and next thing you know, the power of that lie is destroyed, and that person receives the gospel message, and they are saved, and they are now on their way to heaven, and hell lost another one and can do nothing about it. The power of the gospel. Hear me before I go. That power is true. That gospel is truth, and that's the power right there. It's truth. It can't be defeated. The gospel of Jesus Christ, it is truth, and they shall know the and the truth shall set them free. The power of the gospel. There's this other thing, my man, called the power of the cross. The power of the cross. Satan doesn't have no power of the cross. But there's a power of the cross, and 1 Corinthians 1.18 speaks of it. For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God. It's the power of God. What seemed like weakness on a cross was strength displayed. What seemed like somebody being uh destroyed was actually a man laying down his life so that victory can come. Church, I tell you today that the cross is where Jesus Christ paid the price for all of humanity. Your sin nailed to the cross, your past life nailed to the cross. Everything that you're ashamed of and you hate that you did, nailed to the cross because Jesus took it to the cross and he said, It's gonna die. I forgive you. I can forgive you because I laid down my life as a sacrifice for you. Hear me. You should have been up there, you should have been crucified, you should have been nailed, but the cross and Jesus said, I will take it for you. That's the power of the cross. And hear me, Satan wants you to think you're just on your way to hell. Satan wants you to think you'll never, never be able to ever be forgiven of what you did. Well, Satan, I have to remind you that Jesus died on the cross, he paid the price for my sins, and now I am on my way to heaven because I serve a good God. And hear me, why did he do it? Why did he lay down his life? Because God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. It was love that took him to that cross. It was love that kept him on that cross. If you're ever wondering if you're valued, let me remind you of the cross. If you're ever wondering if you're loved, let me remind you of the cross. Is my life worth anything? Look at the cross. Do I have a destiny? Look at the cross. Can I really change? Look at the cross. Is there ever any hope for my life? Look at the cross. Is there ever anything I can do that is better than what I'm doing now? Look at the cross. Is there another way to live? Look at the cross. Can there really be transformation in my life? Look at the cross of Jesus Christ. Because he sacrificed it, nailed it to the cross. So when Satan tries to pull up your past, you remind him it was taken care of at the cross. Because of the love of Jesus Christ. And there's nothing he can do about it. That's why he hates the cross. There's this other thing though that kind of goes together. Infer to the power of the gospel, the power of the cross. The power of the blood of Jesus Christ. Oh man, thank you, my brother. I tell you today the power of the blood. 1 John 1:7, the blood of Jesus, his son, purifies us from all sin. Hebrews 9 14, the voice Bible. Then how much more powerful is the blood of the anointed one, Jesus, who through the eternal spirit offered himself as a spotless sacrifice to God, purifying your conscience from the dead things of the world to the service of the living God. Romans 12:11, New Life Version, they had power over him, Satan, and one, because of the blood of the Lamb, and by telling what he had done for him. Church, if you need forgiveness of your sins, you need the blood of Jesus Christ. If there's something you've done wrong and you and you want to repent, there's good news, you can turn because of the blood of Jesus Christ. You can repent today because the blood of Jesus is not afraid to confront sin. The sin, the sin that was in your life and sometimes comes into your life, it's a stain. The Bible calls it the stain of sin. And it's a stain that is so ugly. It's a stain that's so wretched. It's a stain that's so horrible. And I tell you today, it just doesn't look funny, it smells funny, it's not pleasing, it's horrible. When there's sins in your life that you know I am wrong, that I've done wrong. My God, I am sorry. I have to tell you today, your sorries, I hear them, but it's not sorry that will wash it away. It's only the blood of Jesus that can wash away your sin. It's only his blood. And I'm telling you, this blood is better than fabuloso. This blood is better than Mr. Clean. This blood is better than Lysol. This blood is better than any detergent you have. I like using spray and wash. It's better than spray and wash. It's better than anything you would ever try to use. Why? Because there's only one answer for sin, and it's the blood of Jesus Christ. And the beauty of it is this that once he washes it away, the Bible says it is gone. As far away as the east is from the west, the east and the west never meet, they never come in contact. That means God says, What sin? It was forgiven. What sin? I forgave it. Child, go free. Child, run and keep serving me. Child, I know you messed up. I hear your repentance. I can forgive you because of the blood of my son Jesus Christ. And when the enemy hear me, because Paul, go! Paul, preach to them. Tell them, tell them you want to believe. Trust me, Paul is telling them about the gospel. He's telling them about the cross. He's telling them about the blood. And when these people begin to hear, wait, I I that means this. Hear me. The things I'm ashamed to tell my father, my mother, the things I'm ashamed to tell my kids, the things I've done that I'm so embarrassed about, the things I've done that I never want anybody to know about. Those things, Jesus can forgive those things, Jesus can wipe those things away. The things that I hope never get out, the things I did in secret, the things I did when the lights were off, the things I did in my car, the things I did in the closet, the things I did, and I thought it was just me and I had sinned and I did wrong. The things that I did as I walked this world, as I went to junior high, high school, as I went to college, they owe me those things. He can forgive those things, child, he can forgive them because the blood of Jesus Christ wipes away all sin. Hallelujah to the Lamb of God. I don't know, Prudy, I'm feeling it right now. There is power, power, wonderworking power in the blood. Of the land, there is power, power, wonderworking power in the precious blood of the lamb. One more time, sing it with me. There is power, power, wonder working power in the blood of the lamb. I can't hear you. Power, power, wonder working power in the precious blood of the lamb. Thank you for the blood. Thank you for the blood. Thank you for the blood. Thank you for the blood. The blood. And by the way, there's still power in the blood today, amen. You committed a sin. Good news, the blood still works. You did something wrong, good news, the blood still works. Some of you are laughing at me and maybe kind of smiling at me because you think it's funny a little bit, but I tell you today, there's nothing funny about sin. It takes you to hell. And if there's an answer for it, I want the answer for it. And the answer is the blood of Jesus Christ. Give him a hand clap today. Hallelujah for the blood. Power in the blood. Power in the blood. I didn't even get to tell you the protection of the blood and how the blood seals you and it covers you. I just want you to remember this before you leave every day. Just plead the blood over it. I'm not, where I'm not, the blood is. Amen. Mom, you ain't there, the blood of Jesus is there. Grandpa, you're not there. The blood of Jesus is there. They gotta go. The power of the the last one, give me a moment with this one. Or just just let me, you're gonna hear it, and you're like, Maybe caught off guard for a second. Show the last one. Christ, the power of God. And I kind of just wanted to give you a simple thought here. Even though there's much depth to it, but I don't got time, so just hear me as we close. 1 Corinthians 1, 23 to 24. So when we preach that Christ was crucified, the Jews are offended. And the Gentiles say it's all nonsense. But to those called by God to salvation, both Jews and Gentiles, Christ is the power of God and wisdom of God. Say amen to that. Hear me. The powers of the kingdom, the gospel, the blood, the cross, and there's more, but just for the sake of time. The powers of the kingdom are not in objects. They are in a person. They are in an individual. I'll say the reason the gospel has power is because of Jesus Christ. The reason the cross has power is because of Jesus Christ. The reason why the blood has power is because of Jesus Christ. The powers of the kingdom reside in the person of Jesus Christ. So when people would hear Christ crucified, and they may be offended or think it's nonsense according to Paul and Corinthians, Jews, and Gentiles. It sounds weird, it sounds strange, it sounds funny, but to those who are called by God's salvation, those who have received salvation. Oh man. Who's this Jesus? What has he done? He did it for me? Yeah. I want him. I want him. I have to have him. And the reason I say like that, because hear me. Put on the board. You may not fully understand, but you can still receive Jesus. And it sounds nonsense to sometimes the people, I don't really get it. Like the cross, the blood, I don't really know how it works. Good news. You don't need to know how it works. You just got to believe in Jesus Christ. The blood, I don't really understand how how that, how exactly that, how is all that hear me. You don't need to understand right now. In the name of Jesus, one day you'll get it. Say one day. One day you'll get it. But good news. Christ is the power of God. Hear me. Receive Christ and get all the power you need. Receive Christ, the power is yours. I don't, it's like maybe not the best example, but here. It's like giving somebody a gun. I don't I don't really know how this works. Oh, there's power in that thing. And you may not know how it works, but the first step is what? You gotta get it. And I tell you today, to every person here, maybe you're a little funny and your theological understanding and your doctrinal interpretation doesn't really click right now. You don't really get it. The blood, the cross, the message. I don't really the gospel, the blood, the cross. Good news. Receive Jesus Christ and receive the power of all of it. Isn't that so wonderful to know how our Creator doesn't want to complicate it for us? We don't need some type of entrance, entrance exam to get into the kingdom of God. You just need to come to Jesus Christ. I need you to come into my life. I don't I don't get into some of this stuff. I don't know yet. I love the fact that the Bible is. And when you receive him, honey, you have power. I don't really know how it works. You have power. Look at your neighbor and tell him, you have power. My love. I'm sorry for the joke earlier. But better than my love, you have the power of God. Through Jesus Christ. Christ. Christ is the power of God. So those to those of you today that are like, some of this is a little new. Who's that crazy Mexicans that can't really say anything? I get it. Hear me. Many of us here today didn't get it at first. But we just received Christ. And when I received him, I can't explain it. Something happened. That's the power of God. Because I didn't really know. I didn't really know about how the gospel and the blood and the cross, how they all come together. I don't really know. But all I know is like I gave my life to Jesus. And the power of Satan was broken over my life. The power of Satan is broken. I don't know. But hear me, my God. How? I don't know. All I know is I have to admit, I was under the power of Satan. But I received Jesus Christ, and I am not the same anymore. Church, isn't he a good God? Thank you, Lord. Thank you, God. Can we take 10 seconds? 10 seconds to just give God thanks today. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Father. Thank you. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, God. Thank you. That's why the fool. That's why the fool who said there was no God can come to Jesus and say, Jesus, I'm sorry. Forgive me. And the power of statesing can be broken. That's why the atheist who doesn't even believe in God can come to God and say, I don't really get it. My beliefs don't align, but all I know is I need Jesus. And in that moment, the power of states and can be broken. Church, when you don't get it, just remember in the end and give God thanks. You may not get it, but you have Jesus Christ. You have the power of God inside of you. Give the Lord one last hand clap today. So, uh Kevin, are you playing piano today, Kevin? Can you come help me out? Give Kevin a hand clap. When Kevin plays, even the angels are impressed. They're like, wow, that guy. These powers demonstrate the supremacy of God's kingdom. I hope if you take anything with you today, you just take it simply this. The kingdom of hell really is no match for the kingdom of heaven. It's no match. Power of the gospel, the cross, the blood, Christ. Nothing the devil can do about it. The Bible even said that Jesus would crush the head of the enemy. Can't do nothing about it. And I tell you today in closing, let's bring it full circle. And I'm just a question, and then I'll invite you to worship with me. What kingdom, hear me. What kingdom are you in? What kingdom has authority over you? What kingdom is using its power to influence you? What kingdom? Go ahead and tell your neighbor which kingdom. You know the right answer. Which kingdom? Just tell your neighbor. Which kingdom? Which kingdom? Tell them the kingdom. Tell him the kingdom. Tell him the kingdom. I don't know about you, man, but I know what kingdom I'm under. I know you looked a little funny and got in here, but I'm under the kingdom of heaven, man. If you're under the kingdom of heaven, say amen to that. Now I got you. Why? Put it on the board. The kingdom you claim should be the kingdom you desire to represent. That's the kingdom I desire to represent. And hear me. If it is the kingdom of God, transformation is required. That's why my heart's just pulling for this. I just feel, as I went through this whole message, I'll be honest with you. I wrote the whole message and I got to the closing and I said, God, I have no idea how we're tying this together. I was just burdened with it. I had to preach two messages. I preached at a at a man's conference yesterday, so I had two messages I was preparing for and everything. And I just I was just burdening, like, God, how do I how do I clear this? How do we wrap this up? And it was just simple. You know, Tonto Manual took a while to get it. Manual. If you're under my kingdom, represent it. But if you want to represent it, there has to be transformation. Like when they bring that young man or young woman into the army. Military man, I'll get back to you this week, my brother. Military man, you know. They brought you in. We're gonna change some things, man. We're gonna fix some things here. Where are my military men at? They can say amen to that. Brought you in, you know. You're gonna represent this country, fight for this country, do things. We're gonna have to fix some things here. And hear me. You're saved, you're part of the kingdom of God. Say amen to that. But if you want to represent him well, there's time for transformation in your life. Change some things, God. Fix some things, Lord. Because the powers you're giving me, my God, no match for the kingdom of hell. I want to represent you well, Lord. With these powers, I want integrity. I want honor. I want to obey you. Do your will. Represent you well, God. Because these powers, they're not there, but these powers are powerful. But I want to represent you, God. So ready? Lift up your hand. So, God, transform me. Change me. Convict me. Open my eyes to what I need to see. Because, Lord, I am in your kingdom. I am, as we used to say in Sunday school, I am a soldier of the Lord in the kingdom of God. But Lord, I know that this soldier, this soldier needs some help. This soldier needs to change some things. This soldier needs some things in his life that you know what? I'm ready for it to be different. Yeah, my man. We're ready for it to be different. Oh, he's not holding you down, he's not holding you bound. I bind and rebuke condemnation. I bind and rebuke now that thought that says, I never will, I'm never good enough, I cannot. Today, Father, I say, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us today, my God. I pray he has heard your word and the power of Christ in him today, Father, is stirring, stirring change, stirring transformation in all of our hearts. So, Lord, ready? Help us represent you well, God. Help us represent your kingdom. Oh yeah, I'm gonna lift up my hands with you. I want help me represent your kingdom well. Why? Hear me, why? Because Lord, there's people who need you. There's people who need to know about you, there's people who need to see a light, and that light is in me, and his name is Jesus Christ. There's people who need you, my God. There's people, hear me, there's people under the power of Satan right now. There's people in darkness right now, God. But Lord, if I can be the light, if I can represent you well, if I can stand firm in the kingdom of God with my feet planted on the rock, that is Jesus. My God, use me. Here are my hands, here are my feet, my God, there is power inside of me, my God, but Lord, that power is to help destroy the power of the enemy. So today, Father, I pray that I represent you well, not so that I can be blessed, no, it's so that those around me can be blessed, those around me can be touched, those around me can see and know that there is a God they can pray to, surrender to, hoping that there is a God, that they can also receive salvation and turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. And Lord, as we represent you and you're transforming us, I thank you. We are going from glory to glory. We will see amazing things, and Lord, we will give you all the praise and all the worship. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Give the Lord a hand clap.
