Ryan is a serial entrepreneur who has started and exited 3 businesses and currently owns or operates 9 others. Ryan spent 12 years in Law Enforcement in multiple roles, including 10 years of SWAT and was the Team Leader, Detective Sergeant over the undercover vice unit, Police Training Supervisor, Detective, and an instructor of over 17 different Law Enforcement disciplines. Ryan is the graduate of the 132-hour Academy of Police Supervision and has received various other leadership trainings and certifications including from the FBI and international programs.
