Pearson Lloyd is a London-based design studio, founded in 1997 by Luke Pearson and Tom Lloyd. Their approach is deliberately collaborative and constraint-aware. They embrace the restrictions imposed by materials, function, manufacturing, market and context, and use them as a source of creative possibility rather than as limitations. In this episode of our Personal Perspectives podcast series, we explore different perspectives on making. Listen in for their process–driven design philosophy, insightful angles on honesty, the creative process, and the love of making.
Thank you for listening! See you in Copenhagen for 3daysodesign 9 - 11 June 2027.
