Welcome to Emotional Archive ! I want this podcast to feel like a heart-to-heart with a friend. I’m Alice, and like you, I’m just trying to figure out life in my 20s without using filters, curated perfection or pretending everything’s fine. I just want real stories, honest conversations, and the little truths we’re all too scared to admit out loud.
I started this because I was tired of the fake connections and highlight reels on social media. I wanted a space where we talk about the real struggles: fear, growth, heartbreak, change and remind each other that it’s okay not to have it all together.
I want to remind people out there that their feelings deserve to be heard and understood, and that I want to make them feel comfortable in seeing the uncurated version of life.
