Emotional Archive
Welcome to Emotional Archive ! I want this podcast to feel like a heart-to-heart with a friend. I’m Alice, and like you, I’m just trying to figure out life in my 20s without using filters, curated perfection or pretending everything’s fine. I just want real stories, honest conversations, and the little truths we’re all too scared to admit out loud.
I started this because I was tired of the fake connections and highlight reels on social media. I wanted a space where we talk about the real struggles: fear, growth, heartbreak, change and remind each other that it’s okay not to have it all together.
I want to remind people out there that their feelings deserve to be heard and understood, and that I want to make them feel comfortable in seeing the uncurated version of life.
So grab your coffee, get comfortable, and let’s navigate this messy, beautiful thing called life together. Because if you’ve ever felt alone in your struggles, I promise, you’re not.

A letter to my younger self
What would you say to the child you once were? In this deeply personal episode, Alice reflects on childhood dreams, self-criticism and what it means to show up for the younger versions of ourselves.
Through stories, memory and a little shadow work, she unpacks the healing power of reconnecting with our inner child, the one that still hopes, that still dreams and still needs love.
Whether you’ve felt disconnected from yourself or just need a reminder that growth isn’t linear, this is your moment to pause and listen.
