1) In what ways do we see Christ standing with and strengthening us in our lives? What are some personal ways you have seen this to be true?
2) How is Jesus our advocate? In what ways does He advocate for us before the Father? What about this do you find comforting?
3) Paul speaks of being “rescued” through all his trials. How does his understanding of being rescued look different from that of the world? How should this change the way we think about the trials we go though ourselves?
