Take a moment to quiet yourselves in preparation for community prayer.
In the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
God, You know us beyond understanding. Open our hearts to Your love.
Invite the Holy Spirit to help you see the past week as God has seen it.
Be grateful for the gifts of the past week and thank God for them.
Notice God's presence. Where did you feel an increase of peace of the week?
Notice where you felt what seemed like a lack of God's presence. Where did you feel a decrease of peace this week? Why?
Look to the future. Ask God for the peace you need in the week ahead.
Let us pray: Good and gracious God, we ask that the peace You give be with us always. Amen. St. Joseph, pray for us.
