On duty, but they love this guy. You know, his angry stuff. This is just who he is. He's really an angry man. He's really a uh he's really a guy that you just look at and say, man, it's gonna be it's gonna be a changed world when he gets some some real money.
SPEAKER_05Man, listen. No, it ain't gonna be no change world. Anything is going, I'm I'm not, you know, I'm up here different. You know, I'm I'm different in ways than the next man is everybody got a little bit of unique and differentness to him. Um, more so, some more so than others. I would say me probably more so than others, but I'm not trying to be up here and I'm not trying to perpetrate or act like an act. This really is me. What you see is what you get. For the people that know me, is like it don't only way this can change up if I start acting like something other than I am and my brother doing the same thing. It's not gonna never change up. You're gonna keep getting the real whether y'all grinding me up, whether y'all applauding me. You know, my opinion is my opinion. I'm firm with that wholeheartedly. I'm not a yes man. I'm not, oh, the crowd was saying yeah, let me say yeah too. No, get it out of here. If I feel like that, get it out of here. You know what I'm saying? It's Thursday. Hopefully, a lot of the crowd, a lot of our family, man, which is the audience is in attendance. Uh, listen to what we got to say, little topics we got to say today. Hopefully, no one went to jail, man. That's the whole major, you know, that's the crown of the topic. Please, man, do not go to jail, man. It's ready to get heat up out here, man. And you know what they say when the heat is out, the meat is out. You know, in there. Here we go, man. Help me boycott the not on duty, please, y'all. Please, man. Let me. I just want to see, just put uh a stop sign for the not on duty or a green light for the on duty. Whatever y'all come up with, I'm gonna if y'all say green light, I'm gonna chill, and just when it's not on duty, it's not on duty. If it's a stop sign, the mean cut it out, stop saying it. I'm standing on this nigga ass all day.
SPEAKER_04Not on duty, he ain't standing on the ones.
SPEAKER_05Oh my god, he was just waiting for that.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to King King underscore underscore 2215. I appreciate you, man. You know, for the donation. But you know, so I'm gonna tell you something, right? You know, talk to me, Tophy, because you tell people we got it, we got we got it, we got an email the other day, and it was like you know, a person said something, man, it was like real, real crazy. It was like it's hard to dream about success or think about success when I'm behind a prison wall. Yeah, it's hard to it's it's hard. It's like I'm I'm coming home soon, but it's hard for me to really see or think about success. You know what I mean? Bands though, I'm still in this current situation that I'm in. Why do you think it's so hard for people like to really dream about success or or or or feel like that's something that's that's obtainable? You know, being though you're in prison. Why do you feel like that?
SPEAKER_05First thing, first thing before, because you know, when these questions come up, I like to dig all the way into them. I don't like to answer the question. I don't like the answer. I don't like to answer the question on face value of the question. The question was, how why is it hard for the convict that's incarcerated to think about or dream about success? Now, my opinion on that is if you are one saying this, the one that mentioned this to you in the email or whatever, is that the one that's incarcerated?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I believe so. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Uh nine times out of ten, he got a hell of a sentence in front of me. Right? Then follow me, y'all. Follow me, family. In order for a person to sit in there and not dream about what he can do when he upon getting released, he could either got the clock. You know what I mean when I say the clock, that means life. That thing don't stop ticking. Or a substantial amount of time. Because now your mind is numb. Your mind is numb to anything that may transpire in the outside world in order to get success, they got to come from the outside world, yeah, right or wrong. I don't want any type of success in the penitentiary, you know. Um, but when you got dudes that got two years and three years, 18 months, 11 half to 23 to do, they don't stop thinking about success, toffee. And they mind, especially if they left and went to goddamn little two years upon them having achieved a little, they're in their break using that two years of how to get that little success that they had going for them and how to capitalize off of it to make it an even bigger success. So I say people that with that mindset got the clock, they got a lot of time, either they got life or they got some substantial amount of time to do. And I understand them. Your mind is numb, your mind ain't thinking about no success. Your mind is damn, I'm in this jump, man. I'm hanging around all these niggas, man. My kid, like you're going through year after year after year, watching your baby, you'll watch your babies get old and do pictures. You'll you could sit there, you know how they had the joints back in the day when you flick them real fast, it's like you can see a story. That's how you could do your pictures over the years of you seeing your baby girl get bigger. Say you go to jail when she's two. Now she's 16. You can flip them when you're watching her grow up. That's the only thing you get. That's the only thing you get. So your mind not even wrapping around us is something that you can do to be successful. You got a lot of time. You worried about staying alive, right? First and foremost, under the circumstances that you are, which is the penal system. That's first and foremost. You worried about how you're gonna eat tonight. Yeah, just because just because you went there with three meals and a hot cotton, all that don't mean that you're uh you're you're getting the best of treatment. No, dinner is at 4:30, five o'clock, and you on your own from then. You know what I'm saying? And your mind will blank that out, your mind subconsciously blacked that success food out your mind. If you sit in there with a lot of time, you won't think about nothing of making no money, bro. Now, the short time dudes, that's what they want all day long. When I went back for this 18 months violation, and you used to tell me about little businesses I could open up and start up, and you'll help me out, help me open a bit. That whole 18 months, I'm like, damn, fucking 20 clients in this joint, this joint, damn two months to went past me thinking about that. I got 13 months left. Now I'm even harder. Damn, all right. So I opened up a joint in Cleveland, and they paying more than they is in Pennsylvania. Success. I'm thinking of success because I'm close to the door. I'm thinking about what I'm gonna do once I'm released from my imprisonment to sustain some some cash in a legal way. So it's easy for me to think of that because I'm ready to come home. You understand what I'm saying? Now, if you ain't ready to come home, you got 34 years left and you four years in on it. You ain't thinking about nothing that can make you no goddamn cash unless you're in there, you know, getting you some soups and shit. You you gotta hustle to make you some extra soups and mackerels and all that. Other than that, man, you're not thinking about no success, man. You got a bunch of time, you ain't thinking about no success. So I say it comes with to answer your question, it to think about success comes with having short time. If you ain't got no short time, man, you ain't thinking about being broke, you ain't thinking about being up, you thinking about making it to the next day in this jump. Would you would you could you feel do you feel that?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I uh it makes sense to you. It makes sense because sometimes the the oppression, if it's it's too cloudy to see. You know what I'm saying? You can't really see nothing when we have a cloud of years sitting in front of you that make any sense. It's like it's it's your vision as far as being successful is so cloudy because you like got so much in front of you. I got so many years in front of me, and I could just see this place that I'm in. And I'm like, I ain't gonna be I'm gonna be here or or somewhere like this for the next 30, 20, 30 years. So it makes it hard to see it. But sometimes people like he he said he got some more time. I don't think I forget how much time it's saying left, but he got time left. But for him, it's like I'm about to get out. I don't got that much time left, but I got time left, but I still can't see myself coming home and being successful. I'm basically uh he said he's scared. I'm just scared. Like I'm scared to come out because I don't know if I'm gonna be able to be successful. And he wanted us to respond. So I'm responding to hopefully to see it and see this interview, or have somebody that's close to him see this interview and say, Look, my advice to him would be you know, don't give up, just stay focused because at the end of the day, you just never know. Once you get out and you put your grind to it, look at you. Came home, had your mishaps, but you got focus. And now look we got look at Wallow. Wallow came home, did we have to do this Saturday? We got a guest coming from New York who went to jail, did time, came home, successful. It's just a matter of applying yourself.
SPEAKER_05You you you applying yourself and believing applying yourself, you gotta believe first before you apply. But what comes before all that, bro? And if certain convicts don't get it, not to say you can't get success without this, what I'm ready to say, but you need it, man. Nico, well, it's the support, bro. It's the support. If I didn't have Utah Feek, man, I'd be out there. Man, listen, man. Man, listen, man. I'm the lad that I got you as a good brother, man. That plus they own me, man, because you changed your life and you see what it can do for you. So you want the same happiness. For your brothers, man, not just me, but plenty other brothers that we got. If I didn't have this type of bro, 45, I want some money, man. I want some money, man. Not to jack it off. I want some money to be comfortable with myself to take care of my son to take care of my old lady and them. I want some money. And if you don't have nobody around you that can put you in a place, well, not even put you in a place, put you in a mind frame. And then not only put you in a mind frame, but you see what they're doing. You see what they're doing, you see that they're getting money, and you see that they're doing it right. Like all that is a motivation point. All that is like, all right, cool. You ain't got none of that, bro. You did, man, coming out that joint 15, 20 years later, bro.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Not to say that there is not a few, one or two, that do is is the exception. They make it. Nah, man. The bulk of it, though, coming back to jail, bro. People need support, man. I'm not talking about support as far as you giving money over, fist over hand, no. Just certain men or certain women to be right there, to be patient, that can keep, you know, because you know, we we we get to strain off. We get to, you know, strain off the road, the course. You need motherfuckers to hit the lights. Yo, you're going over there to the third lane. We ain't supposed to be over there. I got to I gotta drive back over here to this lane. So, you know, it's just like that.
SPEAKER_04Shout the shout out to uh Mr. G's WP for donation. Appreciate that. He said, uh black thanks for always showing love on IG is Turk.
SPEAKER_05Yo, Turk, man, what's up, man?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, shout out shout to you, Turk. Now, um, do you think like, you know, the programs and activities in prison that are designed to rehabilitate the individual and give them hope that they can come come home and be successful, those programs, do you think that they're adequate or they need to be changed, or what do you think?
SPEAKER_05What I think is it's a start. It's not enough. It's a start because it plant that what them programs is doing is planting seeds. All you gotta do is sometimes you just gotta plant the seed and just watch it grow. But sometimes you need a little bit more, you know, I mean, correlating, if that's the word I'm using, like you have to do forming and all that, you need a little bit more, you gotta you gotta hold the field up correctly. You know what I'm saying? You you all that you just plant it and walked away. No, you gotta water it. So, what I'm saying, like the the programs and the little step-down joints they got to offer you in jail, it can't end once you're released.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_05That's a start. Now, what's next? What's the next thing? What's the next thing? This thing is a like a layout. Like people that go to jail in due time, we are human beings, but we're we have a disease. A disease of getting it early and fast. And life don't work like that, man. And that comes from our you know, product of our environment. Us sitting back, not having nothing, man, seeing the dudes that do got it and what they doing to get it. And it ain't too many doctors and lawyers from where I'm from. You you seen a couple?
SPEAKER_04No, we didn't see that. You know what I mean? We never saw it.
SPEAKER_05Cops, police officers, and all I I haven't seen too many, you know. I see them when I go to the hospital, but I'm talking about from my environment. Nah, not too nah. So what we got to look at is the dope boys, the robbers, the knock them outs, and this become a way of life when it really ain't, man. It's a false bravado, man. It's a false bravado that I fell victim to numerous times as a kid and as a grown man. It can catch anybody. Kids ain't nobody exempt to that false bravado out there, man. Nobody. Yeah, I didn't seen millionaires that get millionaires millions from working legit and it might might take a little loss and backtrack and do something illegal to get back up. You see what I'm saying? Yeah, so that's a false bravado, though, man. Don't get me wrong. It can all it can sustain you for a minute, but it's definitely coming to an end.
SPEAKER_04What do you think is the um the main the main thing? If you had if you had to pick one thing outside of the curriculums they have in jail, um, outside of you know, whatever, whatever the average bomb may think is should be in place for individual, something that you say, all right, what's the most important thing for individual when they coming out of that that system that they should have when they when they touch down? Is it education? Is it you know a drive? Is it you know, whatever? It could be friends. It don't it don't matter what it what what what does it actually take for a person to have uh the best opportunity to get out here and hit the ground running?
SPEAKER_05There's only one word to come to mind, man. A lot of people might agree with me, a lot of people might not agree with me, but before all that that you said, if you don't have this that I'm gonna say, then you would never say none of that what you just said. That's patience, bro. That's what boy, boy. That that that's still a pill that I'm swallowing. I got it, it's right here, but I got it down here then. I mean it still hasn't digested yet. Because I ain't fully swallowed yet. So you know, so patience, man. Patience with the right mindset. Because if you got that in your head of trying to be legit, trying to own something, trying to work for you know, one of these typhoon companies that you can make be in a good position in that company, you're not gonna get that stepping straight out of jail. You can step out of jail Monday, you got it Tuesday.
SPEAKER_04Another thing I want to make and be clear. Uh, once again, I always gotta make this clear because we do get some negative comments. A lot of people saying that we glorify in prison. We're not glorifying prison in no way, shape, form, or fashion. We're not glorifying prison, so don't think that we are. These stories are real stories, real conversations that are designed to help people return to society. Now, you you just um you know you are you are embarking upon something that you haven't had freedom in over 20 years, right? Yes. And you're about to be a free man, inshallah.
SPEAKER_05Inshallah.
SPEAKER_04Um Thursday.
SPEAKER_05Thursday morning, Thursday at 12 o'clock. Okay, 12 o'clock in the morning, inshallah. Um because I ain't breaking no coin. I ain't I ain't breaking no law.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you might stay in the house.
SPEAKER_05No, I ain't gotta stay in the house. I ain't crazy. I just look crazy. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I ain't got to do no staying in the house. I ain't one of them that I go outside and get tempted. No, the hell I don't. I be cool. I whistling. I was walking to work this morning, it was a little chilly out there, I start jogging. Man, it's gonna get it soon. I'm gonna get it one way, I'm gonna get it soon. Yeah, I don't be tempted to do none of that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. But what I was gonna say was so you about to you about to be done. You know, you haven't been a free man how long? What 20 years?
SPEAKER_0520 years. I haven't been.
SPEAKER_04I mean, oh I mean, like you have been like, you know, off paper since you were like 13 years old.
SPEAKER_05I haven't been off paper since 1995.
SPEAKER_04Okay, 1995, you what we was uh you was 15. Yeah. Um I was 13. Oh, 95. I was 12? No, I was I was 13. So um, but yeah, so you have you have you haven't had the experience of being free. You have been having had this experience of being like totally on your own. Um what do you think or where do you see yourself like five years from now? What do you see, you know, now that you're about to be free, man? What do you where do you see yourself? Like if you can sit back and say, you know, this is where I see myself in the next five years, what do you see yourself doing? What is what is your motivation behind doing that? What is it that you that you that you think is gonna be, you know, your reality in five years?
SPEAKER_05Five years, man. I see, I'm not one of them dudes that can look into the future and and and place where I may be at. You know, I don't see how people can do it, but I don't knock it either. But I'm just not one of them dudes that be like, yeah, in five years I'm gonna be here. No, you got all types of pitfalls right along with triumphs. I don't know what five, I don't, I don't know.
SPEAKER_04But where would you wanna be? What is what is comfortable?
SPEAKER_05Well everybody I don't even want to be rich. I want to be comfortable. No, I ain't gonna say I don't want to, who don't wanna be rich, but I don't mind not being rich if I'm comfortable. I come from the floor. Ain't nothing under the floor but the gram. And I got to die to get under there. So I was just at the floor where underneath it is the ultimate. So I'm I'm I'm basically where the ultimate at. So I'm the type of dude, you know, I don't count my eggs before they hatch. Now, am I gonna put in the necessary work? Then the work that I'm gonna put in, that if it pan out the way it's supposed to pan out, where I would be, I would be comfortable, very comfortable, legitly uh financially comfortable, inshallah, the marriage uh workout that I'm gonna be a part of, uh that comfortable mentally, uh physically with my family and kids, my kids and my woman, you know, and other family members as far as siblings and stuff like that. Yeah, I want to be comfortable. I want to bring everybody together when it's time with little functions, little cookouts and stuff like that. Yeah, I don't need no jet yacht and all that. I wouldn't mind having it. Don't get me wrong. I ain't sitting here saying, but I got me a nice car, man, two, three cars. My lady got one, man. The kids cool, they dressed up, man. I got a nice decent house. I want to done a nice house now. I don't need no mansion, but I take a four-bedroom, three baths in the basement, yard, front yard, backyard, something respectable. I'm good, man. I'm 45 years old, man. I'm on my way to death, man. I'm closer to death than I am life. So, with that being said, man, I don't want to have to be in a position where though the car break down, they want 340 to fix it. I got to call you. Damn, Feek, you think I can hold like I got a little 40 hours? I can hold the trades next week. Yeah, I mean, I yeah, I mean 340, it's a lot of money. Yeah, I mean, it's some money, but it ain't a lot of money. Yeah, I mean, it's a lot to the person who ain't got it. But three, yeah, I mean, I want to be able to baby come tell me. Yeah, man, the fuse booing, what's the name? And they talking about this$1300. Pay for it out there in the camp. We ain't talking about nothing. All right, cool. I just like to be to have my nest aids in tech. You know what I mean? So, you know, right now I ain't got no nest aid. I'm just finna spinning it as it comes. Little$600 that joined, I got that Friday, Monday morning. Oh my uh, don't ask me how much I got left.
SPEAKER_04So you but basically what you're saying is like just comfortability, just to be comfortable.
SPEAKER_05That's it. Yeah, just to be cool. If something, if something was the because that's how I think a person should live his life. Anyway, me anyway. I want to live to where as though if uh if something comes up out of the blue, I want to be able to take care of it. Me. I don't want to have to lean on bro or lean on you or ask my, you know, I want to be able to take care of you.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_05I ain't talking about no$60,000,$70,000 pop up. No, you know, you have things that happen, you know. But man, what happened, man? Such and such. I had times when I had a car, flat tire, boom, 40 bucks. I ain't got it to go get the tire.
SPEAKER_04So how much you think is enough to give to a person like that's come home from jail, like as far as money. What do you think is enough to give them what you think is enough that enough enough to hit somebody hand to get them going? Like, all right, here you go. Bang.
SPEAKER_05For him? For just him?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Man, a straight startup kit, straight come home, man. Straight startup kit, and you got it like that to hit his little hand, and this is man, I gave him a little 30 ball. I'm talking about a respectable 30 ball.
SPEAKER_04For 30 grand? Yeah. How much how much money did you got since you since you came home?
SPEAKER_05Oh, I'd had uh one time or overall.
SPEAKER_04Like how much help you think you got since you've been home?
SPEAKER_05I probably didn't got uh I've got way over the 30 grand. Way over. We we probably into damn near the trees. But you be the 300. Easy. Or pushing it. You know, I'm talking about as far as the hell before I came home. When I came home, before I came, you want to you tally up, tally it up. You know what I'm saying? Extraordinary hell. But I mean she won't mind a dime or dub, you know what I mean? A little bit because now you can see, you know what I mean? Like a little 30 ball. A little 30 ball? All right, cool. Take a little six car me. There's four levels, and because you know you sound though everybody ain't the same, man. I wouldn't run through that. Like, because I know it's gonna be a hell of a hop and jump if I try to go back to that door that this same little 30 ball came out of. With me too. If I gave a nigga 30,000 and he was back six months, even a year later, yo, bro. Uh I'll be like this. You you can't be talking to me.
SPEAKER_04Well, that's what I'm saying. So you got some things, right? You know, that can that can be in play. You got some guys coming home, you know. What do you what are you gonna be offering to the guys coming home that you know? You're in position. What are you gonna be offering to them guys?
SPEAKER_05Oh, yeah, yeah. I'll offer them dude some things.
SPEAKER_0430s.
SPEAKER_05Well, if I if I probably don't have it for 30s, but they get a couple dollars. Like your brother. Your brother just asked me, said when I get out of here, man. You know, all I need you to do is put the damn payment on a what's name. You I said, all right, you don't want to say this. You crazy. All right, they want a damn payment of$6,500. All right, that's my man. I love him. I was planning on giving him a dime. That just cut me sh. Yeah, I'm cool with that.
SPEAKER_01Who no, but nobody not putting$6,000 down on a car.
SPEAKER_05Well, he might want a truck. I'll put$10,000 down on the car.
SPEAKER_04Listen, advice, advice to anybody to try and lease a vehicle.
SPEAKER_05Here you go.
SPEAKER_04Do not put money down on the car. Don't get, they always ask you gotta put$3,000 unless it's going to your first payment or something like that. But don't don't let them get you like that. But um, but yeah, so you go to somebody help him get a car, I'll help you get a wheel, huh? Think with some money uh towards your car. What else? What's what's all included in that care package? Car, what else? Clothes.
SPEAKER_05No, no, no. The money that I gave, I gave him 30 bucks, that's all it.
SPEAKER_04So he does whatever he wants to do with it.
SPEAKER_05It's his.
SPEAKER_04So he so when can he come back to you?
SPEAKER_05No, no, no, no. No, no. You can't come back to me with your hand out. Now, if you want to get into what I'm getting, I'm wanting how I made mine to get that to you, that's it. I got a family, I got kids. No, I got people that need that that I can give my money to. I'm not giving my money to a free man out here. No, I just gave you 30 bucks, huh? Some people might not say it's a lot, some people might say it's a lot. No, I give you 30 grand, man. If you ain't coming back to me in a week or two talking about what it is that you did to, you know, do you can break me while I could try to ensure me you're trying to work, yeah. I get with you, huh? You on the same stuff you was before you left. But since you my man, I hit you because you just coming home. You did a lot of time, I love you to death, but I'm not keep giving you. I'm I don't got nothing for you after that no more, bro. I don't got nothing, I don't got a dollar for you after that, bro. I don't. Unless something seriously happened to you with you and I got some other than that, no, you burn through the 30. Because if I gave you 30, that means a lot of people like you. Because I got to like you to give you 30. So I'm quite sure that wasn't the only money you got.
SPEAKER_04So he came home and get 30 from you. You know, I mean, maybe I might give him something, then you got somebody else might give him something.
SPEAKER_05And you back at me in a year later. No, that's not how it works. What you think? What you like pressing me, nigga? What you think you doing? I ain't got nothing for you, bro. That was a startup kit, bro. Ain't nobody coming home getting 50s and 60s and a bean, 100,000, huh? Who coming home getting that? Man, I'll take that little honey. If I got me a honey bun, I'm taking out 25 to spend. That 75 is going right back into your hands because I trust you and I know that you're gonna make it happen, bro. Let's be 25, I'm cool. I'm gonna give me a little will. Even if I lease. Give me a little will, my little apartment. I because I'm not trying to live above my beans. Just because I got a hundred grand don't mean I'm a millionaire. But you got a lot of people that take that hundred grand and think they got them 50 cents.
SPEAKER_04But then you might get a give your man that 30. Then he comes home. You know, he got a little, you know what I mean, wife or whatever. You want to hit her hand. That 30 is gonna turn into turn into three.
SPEAKER_05That's cool. But you you you you you gotta work, man. You gotta work.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you gotta work.
SPEAKER_05You gotta work, you gotta work. You a grown man, you hit her hand, you gotta work, you gotta go out there and make it back. You gotta work, bro. You gotta work. You you think you're gonna keep getting 30s from me? I work for you, huh? This is a distortion jump. No, no, no, no, no, no. The book stopped after the money has left my hand in one of your hands, and I get now. I can see if I give you a little 500. I'm trying to come up little dudes. I might keep hitting your hand. You came home and I gave you$30,000, bro.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01Come on, bro.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to M4 Mansa for the donation. He said, Hey, Black, congrats on staying the course and almost being free. But every time you tell a drama story from behind the wall, you always slapping dudes. Lol. Uh, why you love that open hand slap?
SPEAKER_05I got that from my man Twizzy Mac. Twizzy Mac say that's the worst type of that's worse than, like, cause look, just think about this, right? What's his name again?
SPEAKER_04Will Smith. Oh, I'm talking about uh I'm talking about Will Smith slapping uh the boy Chris Rock. M4 Manson.
SPEAKER_05Just think about this. Just think about this. You got you in jail, you see two dudes arguing. The first dude slaps the shit out of him. But the other dude, he recovers from the slap and crushes him. I'm talking about outright crushing. Boom, bam, boom. He catches him, bopping, bobbing, knocking him out and anything. Everybody's gonna sit back later on, like, damn, so and so and so-and-so. Boy, he whooped his head. Boy, he stopped that nigga, that nigga was sleeping anything. Boy, he slapped the shit out of you. We ain't gonna never forget that slap.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, but I'd rather I'd rather be on the end of the person that got slapped and then didn't handle my business like that. I'm cool. If you slap me and then I'm gonna get I'm gonna get at you, you know what I'm saying? I I I got more back opposed to what you did to me.
SPEAKER_05You still got fire, slap, slap. But I can tell you. If I don't know you and that happened to you in the yard, I'll be like, you good boy that whooped Don as he fucked Don up, but Don slapped that shit. You're gonna be known as the boy that got slapped.
SPEAKER_04All right, but you can't you can't always expect the slap to happen. You can be talking about it.
SPEAKER_05No, but that's the question he asked.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_05So you you trying to change it to fit the way you want it to fit where you can. No, I'm gonna answer the if a man slapped you. I don't care what you see. My man, this is what my man said, though. He said the only way to rectify that slap is after you get slapped, you got the slapping back immediately, then he commenced destroying you. Because boy, they slapped the shit out of each other, and then he whooped his ass. So now it's about fair now.
SPEAKER_01It's about even.
SPEAKER_05I was in the player, even the plan for him back on the five, boom, and now I thrust him. You gotta slap him right back, he gotta come right back.
SPEAKER_04You ever get slapped in the door?
SPEAKER_05No, no, no, no, no. I slapped about seven faces. Uh I'm about six to seven faces out of slapped out of a 21-year bid. Y'all always jump in the crowd. I jump in the crowd open hands. Niggas jumping in with fists, I'm jumping in like this. All handball ancient.
SPEAKER_01No, dude.
SPEAKER_05Get him over here. All types of stuff. I'm I'm I'm going in.
SPEAKER_01Oh slap. You ain't throwing no punches in the foot.
SPEAKER_05I'll eventually I start throwing pups about punches, but I'll start off with the open hands.
SPEAKER_04So what's more you don't think a uh a punch is more devastating than a slap?
SPEAKER_05No, it's more definitely more devastating than a slap. A slap is just a stun you and a wake you up, but it's more disrespectful. A slap is usually reserved reserved for a woman. You know what I'm saying? When you slap a man, you basically calling this man a woman. Do the slap thing. And he take that drum, damn, why you do that? Like all that, like, damn.
SPEAKER_01So somebody would say, Oh, damn, why you do that?
SPEAKER_05I seen a nigga get slapped. Big Twizzy slap the nigga, he was like, Well, why you do that? And I'm like, Well, damn, that shit just stung me as hell out.
SPEAKER_04The respect level is no, is this done? A man slap you, you say, Why you do that? That means that you're intimidated. That slap, because so so I'm assuming a slap is actually really, really intimidating.
SPEAKER_05What happened there?
SPEAKER_04The slap is uh very intimidating.
SPEAKER_05Yes, extremely intimidating, extremely intimidating, bro.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that's just you know, stay free, y'all. You don't want to get slapped. Now, is this what every time people, whenever it's like altercation, is this something that some people pride themselves on leading in with a slap?
SPEAKER_05Yes. Some people love my man Big Twizy loves slapping niggas first. That's all he does. Slap a nigga. Up, shout out to Twizy, up Tim, stand up.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to P-L-O 2600 for the donation. He said, Brah, you ain't saying nothing wrong. I love y'all podcast. I remember the first time I saw y'all. I'm sorry, I saw you check, I'm sorry, I saw you cheek a knife. The story is real. You know what that is?
SPEAKER_05Um P Low, I don't know.
SPEAKER_04P. Low 2600. He said he saw you cheek a knife.
SPEAKER_05Okay, he might have did. P. Low got to explain with his name. P. Low. I don't remember P. Low. I might, I might, he got to give up a better description, but I evidently he knows me because I was cheeking them jumps.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to Chevy Rod and High, 7719, who just became a member. Don't forget, y'all, after this live, we got the uh YSL. I'm sorry, Little Woody now on duty. His uh episode drops today, after this live show. So y'all gotta double bubble today. Yeah, man. So whenever somebody slaps somebody in prison, because a slap has a certain kind of like sound and echo.
SPEAKER_05Effect, yeah.
SPEAKER_04It it it it not only does it, not only is it intriguing to the eyes, it's intriguing to the ears.
SPEAKER_05Exactly.
SPEAKER_04You know what I mean? Yeah so those type of things happen, and then a grown man slapping another grown man, and that grown man that has been slapped says, Why you do that?
SPEAKER_05Exactly. What was that for?
SPEAKER_04It's not acceptable at all. So don't get slapped and say that.
SPEAKER_05So you say you ain't gonna take that like that?
SPEAKER_04Heck no, man.
SPEAKER_05So if you caught that opa that that that open that Palmerina.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you was down Palmer's. And what took me to Palmer's?
SPEAKER_05You said Palmer's nightclub.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Is you coming out with a drink?
SPEAKER_04I'm coming out with a body. I'm coming out with a body that night. You slap me like what? You got the uh the uh I'm talking to you and you got the audacity to say I'm gonna slap because I'm not gonna be arguing with nobody. So you slap me, you just you just you just trying to get yours off. Now I'm dude. You trying to you just wanted wanted to do that.
SPEAKER_05Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_04It's just it's just it's just so you can say yeah I slapped uh tall feet.
SPEAKER_05Well, that's what a lot of niggas do. They do it just to where they can get the recognition of it. Like, oh boy, I slap the cell.
SPEAKER_04It's gonna be a hefty cost for you, bro. It's gonna be a real it's gonna be a hefty, hefty cost, man. It's gonna be a hell of a tab for you, man. That you you you you can't even pay. Somebody wanna you wanna slap me? Nah, man. I ain't no violent dude, but you're not gonna just slap me and then think that you're gonna get away with it.
SPEAKER_05My man, Turkey Bear. If you caught that palm, you probably be shot. Turkey Bear said, I think feet might be shot.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I probably, yeah, I'm but hit whoever did it gonna be shocked too.
SPEAKER_05But would you be shocked to the point you'll back up and be like, yo, why you do that?
SPEAKER_01Nah, I don't think I'm gonna do it.
SPEAKER_05Wanna look at me like, ain't you crazy? Nah, anything before immediate, immediate get back, yeah.
SPEAKER_04It's no pausing in something like that.
SPEAKER_05Because if you go back like yo, you don't you don't want to do nothing.
SPEAKER_04Ain't no pausing. You can't pause now. It's just like all you gotta do is see blood. Cause it's like you're not gonna just ain't no whatever happens gonna happen right there on that spot right there. You can't just slap a grown man, like you know what I mean.
SPEAKER_05You uh oh, that's my man, that's papa dot, that's papa dot. Hey, Papa, I love you. That's my power ranger. Yeah, what's up with you? I didn't cheat plenty of knives, man. I done cheated your knife a time until you talk about the I'm like, well, give it to me. No, we be going to the road. That's my man, that's my power ranger. And then he a big homie. Everybody respect Papa on the yard. We get the they come tell us about an issue that's going on in the yard. Like, what don't Carolina niggas on the yard? What? Papa pull out a knife this big. I'ma get this down, give it to me. I'm gonna wrap this joint up.
SPEAKER_04Hold that knife hook. How long? It's this long, and you cheek that.
SPEAKER_05I all I did was lay it between my cheeks and tightened up, firmed up my walk, and we heavy up and hustled down to the record. Yes, yes, I did, and brought it right back up to the unit the same exact way. Yes, I did.
SPEAKER_04No way, yes, yeah. That's that's that's amazing. That's that's uh that's probably the Guinness Book of Records of cheeky.
SPEAKER_05I'm not a homosexual, and I don't have nothing towards men that is homosexual. That's what they like to do. But in jail, love Allah, Allah hates what Allah hates. Exactly. In jail, there is a whole nother playing arena. It's not nothing you think for the common folk that's out here that never been to jail, please stay out of jail. I I talk about it with embarrassment, not with pride. But this that is a whole nother world that you wouldn't even believe existed until you go there. Like, yes. Uh uh uh your cheeks, I like to say that's a briefcase, that's your holster. You know how you got a gun holster and it fit right in the snug. That's what your cheeks say. No, I'm doing a holster.
SPEAKER_01No, I don't do it. It's not, it's not, it's not, y'all.
SPEAKER_04Don't listen to him, please. Yo, shout out to uh Beto773 Corleone for the donation. He said, good brother, not soft brother. Yeah. Exactly. I mean, no King Green.
SPEAKER_05I like to let the dirty dude cheat the knife because you know when the knife comes out and it got fee, because you got a lot of dudes in jail that actually put their knife in feces and stuff like that, like stick the the part that they sticking you with, they'll put that in some feces, like in a uh empty uh container of milk that's filled with feces, and let their knife sit in it. Because now when you stab somebody with that knife that's corroded with feces, pee, cum, and whatever bodily discharge, that is the most triflingest, dirtiest knife to mankind. So now you're sticking him with a dookie knife. You're mad. This is going in your inside. This is touching you, not just stabbing you, but this is touching you now in a different type of way.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_05So yeah.
SPEAKER_04Like people in jail, stay free, y'all. We're not glorifying jail at all. But people in jail think of some of the most heinous things to do to the enemies in there. It's like you gotta do something, you gotta go beyond, you know what I'm saying, beyond the limits to harm an individual. To make a person feel like you, you know what I mean, like you actually like you won the war. You got people go too far. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Yeah, man. That's that's that's gonna That's gonna be devastating, man.
SPEAKER_05Extremely devastating.
SPEAKER_04Now, now, prison, right? Excuse me. Prison is a place where you see, you know, individuals who are, you know, just living their life, like like living their regular life in prison, like trying to go to school, go to work, get their time over, come home, I mean, I'm sorry, come back, their home will be they sell. They're living their life. Now, what's the do them dudes ever really get in anything? Is it just because that's their life, school work back to the block?
SPEAKER_05Um, no, not not really, unless a situation is like most times you see them getting to something with their selling, you know, because they out the way, they know the rules. So they ain't letting you they ain't gambling, they ain't playing card games, getting into arguments with because you know that that breed a lot of he ain't out there on the basketball court that breed fights too. He just to himself, he in his own lane. He got a class that he takes every day, he got his own routine he buys. He's doing him. So you'll see them like getting into alter cases with their cells because that's the one they really got contact with, yeah. Lock in with him. But other than that, man, them dudes like stayed out. I got a couple men that a couple of my homies, man, that really wasn't with the BS. Them niggas was trying to go home, man. And they stayed out the way. They wasn't even dealing with us like that, but they'll come down, see us, shake our hand, and keep it pushing around the track. And I'll be like, all right, cool. You know what I'm saying? So yeah, you can mind your business and stay out the way, but a time will come that something will come your way.
SPEAKER_04Wow. You just can't duck it. Yeah. But those people right there, the person who lives that life in jail, they can possibly live that same life on the street because they became accustomed to going to work, going to school, and come home and chill.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So they already, that's the that's the the ideal situation. That's the way jail is supposed to be. Yeah. But jail has what the the streets, I should say, inside jail, which would be like the people out there robbing, gambling.
SPEAKER_05They got the worst of the worst in there governing themselves. You might have out of out of out of like I say, out of 300 police that work this jail, man, about 25 of them is ones that's really doing their job and trying to book you. Like the ones that's really on you and shake down your cell and looking for the most looking. And they run around the block all day long. They smell doors to see if they smell tobacco or weed. They really ones doing their job. We might call them dickheads and suckers, but they the ones that's on point.
SPEAKER_04Those COs.
SPEAKER_05The ones that's sitting back, like man, and shut the office door, and they in there on the computer for eight hours and all that, and they governing the block. See, that's bad. Yeah, that's super bad.
SPEAKER_04He's giving it too much freedom. It's almost like it's almost like turning your back on your kids. Exactly. And let you just in the room all day with your door closed and letting them just run free reign.
SPEAKER_05Shout out to Mr. Sam, man. Y'all coming through with the donations today, man. Thank you, man. What the same man asked you?
SPEAKER_04So I'd rather be punched, locking a sock over a slap from a man. Give me the dignity of being punched. Stay free.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, you goddamn right. I told you.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, man. I'd rather just you, yeah, you can't.
SPEAKER_05Talk about you want that slap first.
SPEAKER_04No, I'm saying, I'm I was saying that if a person slapped me, they must have really wanted to, they just they trying to just prove a point. I don't know what point they're trying to prove, but it's a bad idea. I'm just saying if somebody was to do that, because I'm not gonna be arguing with no man. It's nothing that we can't resolve where we ain't gotta go to some vibe. Like, because I'm not gonna do nothing to disrespect another man. I'm gonna try my best not to. And if I do, I'm gonna have a problem with saying, yo, yo, my bad, I apologize.
SPEAKER_05Right.
SPEAKER_04So you wanna go ahead and slap me? It's like you was waiting for something to happen between me. I can't, ooh, okay. I feel like that's something that's how I feel like how you that's how you feel sometimes about me a little bit.
SPEAKER_05Like you can slap you. No, I don't never know what you mean. Like, respect you, you're my brother. Slap you but have a punch. I'll punch you in the face. We can do that. I don't mean I don't love you. I'm saying punch my face back. We get right in there. I respect you too much for that. I don't know.
SPEAKER_04No, but I'm saying no, no. The point I'm saying is sometimes we'd be in here, it'd be a little tension, and then it'd be like, You you you was waiting for something to happen so we could have a uh have an argument or all the case.
SPEAKER_05It might have been that.
SPEAKER_04I ain't saying I'd be a slap, but it might be like, yeah, like I was waiting for this, like it might have been that.
SPEAKER_05Sometimes that's what men go through. Yeah, that's men's things. My mom told me before, man. If you got two friends, man, peace be upon her soul when she passed. If you got two friends, right? Yeah, and these two friends grew up from the sandbox. Everybody like to say the sandbox, childhood friends, whatever you may want to call them. And they grew up, and these two friends never had a contradicted, never, not he didn't contradict him, he didn't like something that he said. They always been anything, no arguments, nothing. Somebody dick eating somebody. And people like to use the word, and that's dick eating at his finest. Somebody is doing that at an alarming rate. At an alarming rate. You mean to tell me in 40 years that I ain't say nothing that you didn't disagree with or make you mad, vice versa, that you ain't say something that we just went through life, just ha ha ha ha ha, yeah, bro. Yeah. Ain't nothing never come about. Somebody is doing some D eating right there. At an alarming rate.
SPEAKER_04Would y'all agree? It's always gonna be some type of it gotta be some type of discussion or disagreement, but it has to be respect there. So whereas though it doesn't go or escalate into something that's you know gonna hinder your relationship permanently. But shoot, man, we fought fight, man. It has been going on for years.
SPEAKER_05I mean, yeah, see, but we grown, man. We don't do that. Like, grown man, we're not fighting.
SPEAKER_04We we might we might argue.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, but yeah, or you oh yeah, that that ain't no might about it. That goes on uh every other day. But fight, I'm not fighting like come on, we grown, man. Ain't to the point what what can you do to me that cause me to want to punch you with you? Yeah, come on, man. Like that that that'd be total lack of respect, everything, man. I ain't never loved you.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it ain't that deep, especially you're my homie. But I'm just talking about that person in the street might be like, man, like they may just, they may not like you for whatever reason. And then something happens between you and them or somebody that's close to them, and they may be like, I was waiting for this. Because I'd heard people say that.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I've seen that too.
SPEAKER_04Yeah I was waiting for him to say something. Now I'm on his line. You you hear that so much. People didn't will do that. Then and it doesn't it doesn't make it right. It's just like it's just like so you had something in your heart this whole time.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, the whole time.
SPEAKER_04I might have been feeding you, taking care of you, and something happened, you like, man, I was waiting for, I was waiting for the incident to happen between me and you so that I can just show my true colors how I really feel. How do you feel about sometimes like because it could be a it could be a misunderstanding in prison and outside of prison, whereas though something happened, whereas though a person may slap a person, but then later on feel like that it was wrong, I shouldn't have did it. Because I the person, whatever happened wasn't even worth it. Is it any turning back? Or you gonna apologize? You might be high me a slap.
SPEAKER_05No, man, hell no. How you gonna apologize for slapping a man? And then the person that takes the apology is a cold-blooded coward.
SPEAKER_04No, it's cool, man. It's cool.
SPEAKER_05He's like, man, I'm my deserted that joint, man. It ain't about nothing, man.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you yeah, you out of pocket.
SPEAKER_05You cold-blooded coward, man. You cold, but this man slapped you here in your face a day later or 20 minutes later, like, yo, bro, I wasn't thinking right, man. You know I'm going through that with my girl and all that, man. I apologize.
SPEAKER_04I'm a slap. If I ain't slapping back, nah, nah, it ain't gonna get, I'm not trying to hit none of that. Nah. But this is what goes on. This is this is just the life behind a prison wall, and sometimes it happens on the streets. Now, we got we we get a lot of stuff, a lot of a lot of other questions, like it's a lot of a lot of the young boys, right? Who um facing you know a substantial amount of time, right? They out here breaking law, and they be not them is becoming becoming uh arrested. A lot of them gonna go upstate or go to these, you know, these big-time prisons where there was a lot of guys up there. What's the you say you said young, what's the what's the what's the uh give me a you'll say six out of ten, five out of ten. How many out of ten these young boys you think is going upstate, how many of them you think will stay firm up in up in the in the um upstate? We mean staying firm as far as staying firm like if they get slapped, they just they gonna fight back.
SPEAKER_05A lot of these kids ain't never been punched in their face out here on the street as a young man, and I'm not trying to grind the young boys up, but it's the fact a lot of them don't know what a real street fight looks like. They came into the game once they got to the age of understanding and all that, they think is I ain't doing no rumbling. A lot of them ain't never been in the rumble, man. So now you did this cold shower, which is the jail, has come to you and you in there, the nigga just punch you boom! They don't even know how to take that. First thing is flight. Whoa! Red join was crazy. No, nobody wants to get punched, that hurt. Nobody wants no pain nowadays, man. They want anything easy, man. Anything easy. That's why nobody wants to fight. Nobody wanna get knocked out, nobody wanna get no fat eye, no busted lip. I don't mind it. Bring it my way. You gotta one thing about mom, too. She told me that you gotta bring ass to get ass. So just think you think you think you're gonna get my ass without bringing your ass? Yeah, think about that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. A lot of people, like you said, you know, they can't really fight. So there's out here, like you said, it's easy to aim a gun and squeeze the trigger.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, it's easy. It don't take no heart, no nothing to do that, bro. You you got people out here shooting kids by accident. It don't take nothing to do that, bro. What is it called? What they call it? Uh two pounds or five pounds of pressure to pull that trigger? You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, gun triggers are so easy. Oh, yeah. And then now not time out of ten with these guns they got now, you just squeeze the trigger one time and the whole clip empty.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, 25 of them.
SPEAKER_04You'd have hit the whole, you'd have hit the person, you know, 15 times. So you didn't, you, you'd have committed a murder. You're about to do about to do life in prison um for a 15-second situation. It's gonna end your life.
SPEAKER_05Definitely.
SPEAKER_04Once again, a lot then a lot of young boys, you know, or people out here breaking law, they get up there and get that time. What is some of the most emotional? You ever seen a man like real emotional about his time?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. See a couple dudes come back, man. And just be dead. They they be they be they they they they pull their self away from the crowd. Like they they they secluded now. They don't know how to even cope with it. They don't even know how to digest it. Imagine you 24, 25 years old going to federal court, coming back up with 600 months. You don't even know what that is, you just know it's a lot of time.
SPEAKER_04Like, you know my situation, what I've been going through over the last couple days, right? How do you know how you have we have conversations about certain things and talk about stuff, right? Another inmate, can you console somebody who's going through something like that and y'all in the same situation?
SPEAKER_05Yes. You only can code the only time you can console if you've been through it yourself. If you haven't been through it, you would never understand with that man. That's like somebody, you know, losing a family member in jail and you had and you coming to him like it's gonna be okay, man. You can't console him. All you can do is keep your keep your distance, and if he needs something, be there for him, but all that you trying to rap, like what the hell can you tell him to make it better? Yeah, you only gonna enrage him by saying the wrong goddamn thing. So, me, what I would do is if I haven't been through that, like motherfucker lose a son in jail. We in jail, his seven, eight-year-old boy got shot in the street. Yo, it's gonna be cool, man. Because you mean it's gonna be cool. My son just died. How the hell can you console with that, bro?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you can't say it's gonna be cool. You gotta say, yeah, say uh stay away from that.
SPEAKER_05Some some sometimes the best consoling is silence. You can still be there.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I would just answer their question. I would answer the question that they asked me. Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_05But that way, you trying to be all Joe just to be covered him.
SPEAKER_04Don't worry about it, man. It's gonna be all good. No might really try to hear that. You come to them. Mean Mean just became a uh Shout out to Mean 2115, man, for becoming a member. Thank you, man. Appreciate it.
SPEAKER_05Y'all got uh Little Woody right after this. Little Woody is coming up, right? A full episode for all the members. Little Woody is right up after we are done this live today. So again, y'all getting a double bubble today.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, y'all have you know a good day to you know.
SPEAKER_05Y'all having too much fun today. The right kind of fun though.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. You know, but then you know, um certain situations where, like you said, time, losing a loved one, losing the parent, you know, those things can be really difficult. You know, can be difficult on individual on individual going through it. And then they may need some type of support. Like you said, them guys they separate themselves from the pack.
SPEAKER_05Exactly.
SPEAKER_04So that makes the burden harder to try to deal with because you're dealing with stuff by yourself.
SPEAKER_05Exactly. But you still, you become numb to a lot of stuff.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_05You still you still could deal with it, but you just don't want to in jail. You don't want to be like a uh like like like like a like a pooty part, a party pooter, like you come up, you just got an attitude, you just you don't want to be all that. So you take like a lot of men like to keep themselves to themselves. That's why I say your celly could become your best friend because that'll be the one that you unload it all on. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04Wow. Yeah, y'all. So y'all gotta make sure that y'all um you know understand those out there listening, um, to stay out is to stay to stay free and focus and um and be mindful of your decision making. And make sure that you are also there for those who are in jail. For sure.
SPEAKER_05Because y'all got any loved ones in there, man? Family, friends, loved ones, whatever you may want to call them, man. Even just answering that phone. I ain't telling you to go out and break, spend money, that would be good. You know, you sent a couple dollars. I ain't saying that it ain't, but I'm not telling you to go out and you know, send your money or whatever, whatever. But uh something light is just answering the phone, man. Yo, what's up, bro? Man, it ain't nothing much, man. Dudes, man, dudes, man. You you you just don't understand, man. The the it's groundhog day in there. You know, you everybody seen that movie. I like to use that terminology, Groundhog Day. Everything was happening every day in a row, the same thing happening every day. That's what the jail is. The same thing, you got the same routine. Wake up, go to child, lunchtime, back camp, dinner time, back camp locked in. Like you lock in at 8 o'clock, bro. You locked in for the night. You ain't getting let out to 6 o'clock in the morning, 6 30. Grown men, we ain't talking about no kids, and that'll be crazy for kids, but we talking about grown men and women. You know, man.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Yeah. That's just that's just terrible, man. Yeah, I don't um wish jail on anyone. I not even my worst enemy, I do. I wish jail on I wish jail on anyone because for me, I not I mean I did a little bit of time, but not enough in major. But it just seemed like like jail is so oppressive. It's a place that you know you're gonna end up missing your family, man, and losing out on a lot. So that's the let's stay free. So everybody get to these calls, get to this phone line. Hopefully the phone number is still on.
SPEAKER_05Oh my god, why do you keep saying that? Why you just don't pay it?
SPEAKER_04Uh I mean, oh yeah, it's it's probably on. It's probably good. Phone number 215-316-4492. That's 215-316-4492. That's 215-316-4492. Call in, want to hear from y'all, want to talk to y'all. Whatever questions y'all have for us, any topics y'all have for us, reach out to us. Appreciate that. And don't forget to subscribe and become a member. Yeah, man. It's just, it's like, it's like a revolving door, and there's so many, so many moving parts. Tell us from the jails.
SPEAKER_11We're speaking with I'm from uh I'm from up north. I live down south. So I just know I'm rocking with y'all to alarm and rape. I know I I listened to a podcast with B Hop. Um, when you were talking about like box, the boxing leagues you was in. Do they still do the boxing leagues in the jails?
SPEAKER_05Is that still a thing, or is it certain draws or well in the federal system, there is absolutely no boxing leagues. I can't speak for the state because I've never been upstate before, but I'm under the opinion, and don't quote me on this, don't stamp my words, that they're not doing it no longer either. But I know for sure the feds don't have no boxing leagues.
SPEAKER_11That's all I was falling ass. Appreciate everything y'all doing. Like I said, I'm right with y'all that alarm and race.
SPEAKER_05All right, man, thank you, man. Enjoy your day, man. Appreciate that.
SPEAKER_04Tell us from the jails. Who are you speaking with today?
SPEAKER_11Hey, what's up, man?
SPEAKER_04Shout out to you guys.
SPEAKER_11My question for black. Hey, Black, I was watching an episode. You were talking about with Lil' Dirt's father and like how the Muslims move in jail. So I'm curious, how is it like the Nation of Islam brothers or the FOI brothers versus traditional Islam? Like how do they move? Is it things different? Do you see them in there?
SPEAKER_05Yes, you definitely see them in there, but it's two different sets from the Muslim that I am and the Muslim that they are. It's just different beliefs. That's all it is. Um, I'm not gonna get too into it because I don't want to make it a topic, everybody be calling up here. But both sets of Islam is totally different. It is not the same. But Dishnah Islam is definitely in jail.
SPEAKER_11Well, I know you said like our West is real gangland, so the Mexicans might be just. Rennos, whatever, like if something gotta happen, do they ride with the re like to me Muslims and all that?
SPEAKER_05Well, if something what you mean? If something happened with the Muslims?
SPEAKER_11No, no, like if something popped with the Mexicans or something like that.
SPEAKER_05If something pops with the Mexicans out of California, if you black, you on you on deck. It don't become a race thing. It's it's a it's not a religion thing, it's a race thing now. If something happened with the Mexicans out of California.
SPEAKER_11Is it is it static between the nation of Islam and the Sunni brothers?
SPEAKER_05Or you don't want the no no no it's no it's no no it's no static. It's no static at all. It's just two different sets of Islam. One believe one thing and another believe one one thing. That's it, that's all it is.
SPEAKER_11Okay, okay. Alright, man. I'm gonna keep watching. I support y'all, brothers.
SPEAKER_05Man, thank you, man. You be safe out there.
SPEAKER_11That's a call coming in.
SPEAKER_04Tell us in the jails.
SPEAKER_10Hey man, I'm calling in from uh West Philly.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to West Philly, what's up? That's where we from, man. Who we talking with?
SPEAKER_10You're talking with Cash.
SPEAKER_04Okay, Kev, what's up, man? What's your question for the day?
SPEAKER_10I got a question for black. So if a kid tell when he's 15, because his mom made him tell, is he still a rat?
SPEAKER_01How old how old is the kid again?
SPEAKER_05Well, he's older now, but he he I think it was on. You said if a kid told at 15, what was he upon at 15? Was he an innocent kid or was he out there with some friends and all that when somebody got shot and whatever, whatever, and then his mom made him told that he was a part of that juncture?
SPEAKER_10Long story short, uh his mom, he was a spoiled kid. And his mom, you know, gave him the latest card, S16, and he ended up, they ended up somebody tried to rob him, he ended up getting shot. His mom forced him to tell, like, no, you're telling. His mom like Jamaican or something like that. But he's a good kid, though. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_05Nah, he's not no goddamn rat. He's a law-abiding citizen. The people that help him out is his mom and the police. Now, if he's out there, he's slinging dope at 16, taking his mom cars, driving his homies around, robbing niggas and all that, and somebody shot his ass doing that, and then his mom got him to tell he's a hot ass, rat ass nigga. But other than that, he's pretty good. Huh?
SPEAKER_10So, okay, if he didn't tell then he was younger, you know when you're coming up, you don't do that. But what if he got older and then he run around in the streets? But he never told nothing else, though. Is he still is he a rat or no?
SPEAKER_05Nah, he's not. See, that's that's like that's like a board meeting, John man, because I don't want to say that's like a board meeting that I would have with a bunch of my convicts, and we'll sit back and talk about that. But at the time that he told at the 15, 16, he was a good little kid growing up, and his mom was showering him with gifts because she had to do it, and you know, and he got robbed and shot or whatever because they was trying to take his belongings, and his mom got him to tell he's not ratting, he's not rating, he's not in the streets. Now he grew up and and you know, he still got that people will belabel him as a wreck. Now he's in the streets now when he's older and all that, this and that. And he don't tell. I still don't call him a rat. At the time he wasn't this gangster that he was. Now he a gangster, he better not tell. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_10And he didn't do four years or something, and then he just got another three. He ain't never tell. So I'll be like, damn.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, exactly. I don't I don't, yeah, but I don't call him a rat for that. I don't call him a rat for that.
SPEAKER_10All right, man. That's all I want to thank, man. All right, man.
SPEAKER_05Thank you, man. Thank you for the support.
SPEAKER_04All right. Yeah. Next. Tell us from the jail. So we got.
SPEAKER_11So this is Reen from North Philly.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to Lynn, shout out to North Philly. What's up, bro? You said ring.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, Ream, Richard Allen.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to Ring, shout out to Richard Allen Projects. What's up, man?
SPEAKER_02So I got a question. So I did I got booked when I was four, got out when I was 20. I want to fuck Black Dick. You feel me? Because Black was a little, you feel what I mean?
SPEAKER_05Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What you say now?
SPEAKER_02No, I got I got booked. I was I was in a juvenile little job for probably like 10 years. I came out, I'm a little cat, and black, he looks a little good. That's what I'm trying to do, but I'm a real guy.
SPEAKER_04No, dude.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, this guy, man, is a homosexual, man.
SPEAKER_01Don't even comment on that. No, dude.
SPEAKER_05This guy, man. I love the love, man. I ain't tripping.
SPEAKER_01Nah, dude, I would that kind of love.
SPEAKER_05Hold up. I got that. I can't be mad at him for what he likes. But I'm not gonna be able to do that. Stop, stop, stop. And then you come in.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, go ahead.
SPEAKER_05You can't be mad at the next person for what they like. That's what they like. I chose like yeah, I like you. I like you like me. Come on. No, I'm not into that, my man. We had to hang up on you, man, because we want to get to the next caller, but I'm not a homosexual man. You know, I understand. Huh? Yeah, yeah, man. Yeah, man. I give you a shout out, man, to each his own man. Maybe you can find you another dark-skinned brother that's looking for you, man. But have nice death.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, not on duty, bro. Tell us from the gels. We're speaking with. Tell us from the Jews.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, skip him.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, man. What's going on in this world today, man?
SPEAKER_05People like what they like. What you mean what's going on? You be acting like you just was born in the world.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, we're not gonna do that, man. No, we're talking about he's gonna be a good one. That was wild. Okay. Alright, cool, cool. That's cool. I don't want to talk about it. Tell us from the Jeffs.
SPEAKER_11Hey, my bad. Salaam alaykum to Allah. Hey, this is Yurik from Mass. Uh from where? Second time calling in, actually. Uh I called in a few weeks ago. My bad. I had my baby with me, so I had a lot going on. But um, yeah, a couple I got a couple questions. Actually, I wanna um I wanna um chime in on what uh bro asked a couple minutes ago about uh dude being 15 and telling. I definitely agree with Black. If he wasn't into nothing, you know, even a little bit of weed, nothing like that, 15 years old. His mom may, you know, made him tell you, I definitely agree with that. But if you're 15, I was gangbanging at 15, that's a big difference. You get you get a shot out, yeah. That's that's out the window. And uh my but my question was to uh to a black because I know he did all that Fed time. Just curious because I'm Albanian and uh just wonder if you ran into any in um in the feds. Yes, I got a real good that I took care of. Yes, I got a real good of my family members up there.
SPEAKER_05Yes, I got a real good Albanian friend. Um I forgot his name, but I just met back up with him at Loreto when I went back and did my violation, and he was in there on the violation. He got caught up in the U.S.
SPEAKER_11from the Bronx from from New York? Yes. Yes, yeah, yeah. They're mainly in the Bronx, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05He got caught up with some stuff that he did something with his pop. He said something his pop went back and told his P.O. and they arrested him, they violated him, some crazy stuff. But uh yeah, I've met a crew for quite a few Armenians, yes.
SPEAKER_11Well, that's what's up, that's what's up. And uh just curious too, because from what I hear, man, I know, you know, they people telling all, you know, uh, you know, nationalities and gang, whatever you want to call it, it's geographically, but uh from what I hear too, and I remember um you know family members, cousins of mine just just having this pride to them, you know. Um my cousin just came home from the play from the Bronx, did uh using a few pens and then wrap up wrapped up from the dicks. I was on them down the whole time. And um, but yeah, he's saying for the most part, they don't tell, man, and they got uh they got uh they got the pride to them for nothing. They know for a lot. Most Albanians don't tell. And um, and yeah, it's uh it's a powerful thing. But um, and uh one question, one more question too that it kind of bothers me because uh um I speak to I talked to my close friend of mine, one of uh one of the bros. He he did his best time and uh we always bump, but it's like him, he's uh it's like him kind of messing with me too, because he knows I'm Muslim. And he uh and you know he tells me a lot about the I, you know, the Malawi rides and this and that. But uh and I understand, you know, I know, I already know how, you know, uh you know, in the mediums and all that, but I know but but I'm I'm um I'm sure in the pens you're not seeing no no no uh no uh rats at an ox, right?
SPEAKER_05Um yes, unfortunately you are.
SPEAKER_11Even in the pens?
SPEAKER_05Yes.
SPEAKER_11No shit.
SPEAKER_05Yes, especially nowadays within the last 10 years that went past, yes. You and then it'd be like they're something my bad cut you are.
SPEAKER_11Go ahead.
SPEAKER_05No, go ahead. What are you saying?
SPEAKER_11No, because uh it it's you know a lot, but it's something, you know, that would be you know, God forbid I have even you know how to go. Cause I've done Dan Yeah, you know, I've done some time myself, but it was all county bits from like 17 to 20 for some guns, drugs, stuff like that. And a couple more times afterwards. But that's something I I would have a hard time with myself, man, with the whole, you know, because I'm Muslim, you know, uh, you know, all through and out. And um, yeah, I don't know where that would be uh that would be difficult. That would be a difficult situation with the pros to you know, break prior with and stuff like that. But you know, I understand as well. And um, but yeah, man, overall I don't want to hold y'all up because um I enjoy your night, man. So rocking with y'all appreciate you. Appreciate you a lot, y'all keep y'all continuing, keep blowing up.
SPEAKER_04Jackal Carney. Yeah, yeah, man. That joint just uh threw my whole night off. I don't know about y'all. That joy just threw by night. Tell us from the jails who we speaking with.
SPEAKER_11It's King um underscore 20215.
SPEAKER_04Yo, what's up, bro? What's going on?
SPEAKER_11What's up, man? How you doing?
SPEAKER_04I'm good. Where you calling from, man?
SPEAKER_11I'm trying, really.
SPEAKER_04Okay, bro.
SPEAKER_11I appreciate you, man. I had a question. Um, I'm not marginal, but I you know, I respect the religion, and I somewhat know about um if you're really into music, like if you think you're doing music, it's against the religion. If it's the thing number one, if you're doing like a podcast and since you brothers are doing a positive thing, and if it is negative, I mean against religion, how do you deal with uh that since you, you know, both are religious and Muslim um and Muslim? How how do you feel about that? You're doing something positive.
SPEAKER_04I just say this, man. A podcast is totally different from from music. It's totally different. They're two separate things. Um, because music, as you know, comes with instruments and things of that nature, uh, different sounds and so forth and so on. But music, but I mean, with podcasts, is you just speaking about uh just you know different topics. Now, certain topics that we can speak about can be uh deemed to be impermissible in what we believe. So we try to basically stay away from you know certain things, you know, like you know, just to just so we don't fall into error. Like, you know, even just honestly answering answering like questions that they that just go, you know, just that can be real controversial in regards to religion. We just try to stay away from it. But we are Muslim and do we do try to you know fare our Lord as much as possible, you know. So that's really where we are with it.
SPEAKER_11Let's cool, yeah, because I was just um I just I didn't know if it was the same as I know with some I heard you know a couple rappers on Philippe, you know, like Air Az said it before that it's against his, I don't know if the word is being or up to the right.
SPEAKER_04He probably said that it was against his his religion or against what he believes. Um, you know, and that's up to him to deal with or or change that about himself. Um so yeah, that's where we got with it. But yeah, man, it you just certain things, man, um we try to just avoid certain kind certain things, certain, you know, because we don't want to say the wrong thing um up here because we just try to be very, very careful. But just you know, to everybody out there who's trying to look at life the right way, um, I just I support y'all and everything y'all trying to do. We don't like clearly with the guy that's called up here and did on the phone on the phone, we are totally against that. But um, but you know, other than that, man, you know, we're gonna try to, you know, just you know, push everybody the best.
SPEAKER_11Oh yeah, and and and and tell everybody to like your um live so you can get on the top of the algorithm too. That that counts when it comes to YouTube also.
SPEAKER_04Okay, yeah, man. You heard y'all heard. Make sure y'all like the live, man. Make sure I like the live, man, and show support, man. Make sure y'all like the live, man.
SPEAKER_11That helps you like the suggestions, that helps with the suggestions. Even if a person not um subscribed to your channel, that helps with the suggestions of YouTube and everything up there, so that gets your numbers even more.
SPEAKER_04All right, I appreciate that. Can everybody work, man? Thank you. Can everybody that's inside this chat right now or listening to or watching right now, can everybody hit the like button, please? Please hit that like button. And if you're not a subscriber, hit the subscribe button. I'll say that, man. We got anything else? Anybody else call any other calls online?
SPEAKER_11Someone says, Tell us from the jail, so we speak with Wade from Jersey.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to you, Wade. What's up? Shout out to Jersey. What's up, man?
SPEAKER_11Yo, man, I'm rocking with y'all at an alarming rate, but um I appreciate that. The people that be saying, Yeah, keep doing your thing, fellas. But uh, the people that be saying y'all glorify prison, is that like a real thing? Real people really be like that.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, man. Yeah, they said they say that all day. People give, yeah, y'all glorify prison too much. Y'all need to talk. I'm like, damn, you possibly can't be listening to the whole episode. You probably heard a good 20 seconds and thought that.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, like the story black be telling, bro. That shit excuse my lames, but the maintenance calls, all the vivid pitches you give, man. Y'all just keep don't don't let that bring y'all down or anything, man. Keep pushing this at an alarming rate, fellas. I appreciate y'all.
SPEAKER_04Oh, thank you, man. Shout out to you, and shout out to Jersey, man. Appreciate your support.
SPEAKER_11Yes, sir. I enjoy your day.
SPEAKER_04You too as well. Yeah. It's getting to the point now where it's though, like, you know, at this point, man, you gotta expect everything down, man.
SPEAKER_01The way, the way things is going down. Like, I would be surprised, man. People like, what they what they call it? He uh um it's a troll, right?
SPEAKER_04It's trolling right there. Tell us from the gels.
SPEAKER_11Hey, hey, hey, hey, this Kevin. I'm just calling back. My last question for Black that I'm gonna leave y'all alone, man, is he was out west with the Mexican. He said they get busy. But why he thinks is out there, they get busy. But on the East Coast, like I it's sad to say, but on this side, people look at Mexicans as kind of like a little bit.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, they yeah, because they are. They outnumbered over here. Just like when I got off the plane over there in California, I knew I was out of bounds. I was all the way out of bounds over there. They got it, California.
SPEAKER_11So, what you're saying is just numbered, but if they had numbers, they get just as big.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah, exactly. Then we're talking about see, you got two different types of Mexicans. You got gang members and you got regular country people. Like they they regular old formers and stuff like that and got locked up because they immigration, they don't know nothing about no er and fighting and all that. They countrymen. Paisa mean countrymen. Now the Salinas and the the goddamn uh uh uh MS-13 and all that, they gang bangers, and then most of all of them is out California.
SPEAKER_11Okay, yeah, because I I'll be on the internet, man. They like, oh yeah, they Mexicans are serious. And I'm like, niggas on this side, like not to sound like that, but they be playing with Mexicans, robbing them, taking their shit.
SPEAKER_05But not out of California, though, not them gang bangers.
SPEAKER_11Okay, okay. All right, man.
SPEAKER_05Thank you for the call in, man. Be safe. Enjoy your night. Well, we got another call from you know.
SPEAKER_04Tell some jails.
SPEAKER_05Make sure I like it live.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, we got a few more minutes, man, before we get up out of here, man. But one, thank y'all, man, for tuning in, man. And don't forget to hit that like button, like my guy said, man. If you're not a uh a member, become a member if you're able to. Uh if you can't become a member, please uh subscribe to our channel, man. We appreciate all the support, man. And that number is 215-316-4492. Tell us from the jails who we speaking with.
SPEAKER_03Uh, yeah, that's Money Man out of DC, Northeast.
SPEAKER_04Shout out to you, Moneyman, DC Northeast. What's up, man? What's going on?
SPEAKER_03No, I did 20 years in that federal uh penal system. And um, you know, I was hearing black saying that a lot of the DC car, like them punks and not up there, but all of us don't like a man's butt.
SPEAKER_05And you're absolutely right. I got so many men out of DC, so you mustn't watch all the episodes. You probably caught that one and thought that's what uh was submitted in stone, which is absolutely not. A lot of my men outside of Philadelphia are from the District of Columbia. Okay? So we ain't got no discrepancy. You definitely absolutely right. And the DC niggas, they set the tone for the Philly niggas, and not for the Philly niggas, but for the men in there how to carry.
