Tales From the Jails Podcast host was accused of being a snitch after a Reddit post described Braheem Jackson as an alleged snitch on a murder case. Braheem addressed the fake allegations that were posted on the website. Braheem brough fire and energy to this interview speaking the truth while understanding someone is trying to destroy his name.

Because they know about it now from what we're giving them. So the people that's up here gotta tell the story. The people, ain't nobody gonna believe it if you have individuals up here that how can you say it? Uh putting on a facade. Yeah. Putting on the facade up here faking, you know, everything that's done in the dark will always come out in the light. I like to believe that same. But, you know, whether you, any little sneaky thing you ever did in life, it might not have caught up to you yet, but it will catch up to you. And one thing that I can dedicate my life on, Braheen Anthony Jackson, is my dedication to when I was in the streets of being a very honorable and come, you know, a companion to my brothers. And not only to my brothers, because you know, when you're living in that street life, man, and you doing stuff, man, and you seeing stuff going on, and like say I got shot by some, you know, some some ops, whatever, and I'm in the street life. I got shot. I gotta be honorable to him too, because it's a code that I gotta protect. Street cool, y'all. Because I can't tell on him and say, yeah, if I'm living a street life. Okay, with that being said, you know, I uh uh I want to give back in my back in like about 15, 20 years ago, if I'd have heard this 20 years ago, I'd have acted in a different manner. So now I know today when I hear what I heard last night about some allegations. I was posted on the uh Philadelphia Reddick. I want you to put that up for everybody to see. For those who don't know, just joined the chat. Uh Philadelphia Reddick is a uh is a site that put out a lot of Philly business. You know what I'm saying? Whether it be true or false. I'm not I'm I'm not gonna sit here and say that they got things up there that's absolutely false. No, they got some things up there that's true, but whatever it is a person thinks they found out or think that they know about you, you will go up on this site. And today or yesterday, I popped up on this site. You know, now I'm gonna carry it in penitentiary terms, you know. When a person makes an allegation against you, you know, and accuse you of something, they have the right, you know, to prove that paperwork, right? And in this case, it's absolutely correct. Go ahead and skip over. You see some statements, statements about a case that happened in Philadelphia. You see a case where uh you have uh, is that it right there? Is that it? No, I don't think that's it. That's it, and you have a case with three codefenders, well, three defendants that committed a murder. They was charged for a murder in 1998, right? And out of the three co-defendants, one of the co-defendants' name is Braheem Bram Jackson, right? Braheen Bram Jackson. This code, this paperwork is absolutely correct. It is nothing false in this paperwork. Nothing. I'm not gonna sit up here and say, yo, this is fake. No, no, I know how to read paperwork. I'm a convict for real. And his other two codefendants is uh uh Dante, go back up. You can see, y'all can pull it up on the Philadelphia Reddic, too. No, go down, scroll down a little, uh scroll down a little more.

So some people ain't gonna believe it if you see it or not. But you know, I'm a man, so I'm gonna still talk about it. So you want to see the paperwork, right? So let me get to that. I'm telling you right now that that is not me. My case wasn't in Germantown, Tyoga. I know neither three of these people: Jackson, Franklin, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh Dotson, none of them. I don't know none of them people. This is a totally separate case. Now, again, I want to thank the audience for listening to everything we tell y'all to be true. Because whoever pulled this up, and I seen the name, but I ain't in the calling names, and you know, and put my face on it. You listen to my stories. I told you that I got locked up in 1998 for two homicides. I got two co-defendants, yes, and I will not put the men's name out there because they choose to keep their name to themselves. You know, that that was over with. We was blamed for something that we did not do, and we want to put that far behind us. Now, if you punch up my name and uh what's that called? Yeah, a lot of y'all got pacers or whatever, whatever the case may be. From 98, try 96, 96 to current, brahem Anthony Jackson, 7580. That's my uh age. That's my age, uh uh uh uh uh uh uh the year, birth date, the year I was born, all that, 7580. That's me. Um, you pull that up, you're gonna see it probably about uh in the state, in the state. This is state, commonwealth, worth whatever, whatever, or however you do it in the state, in the state of Pennsylvania. You pull that up, you're gonna see about 11, 12, 13 charges. I was, you know, always copping out, you know, you're gonna see it, you're gonna see it, boom. But my homicides, you will not see. Why? It's because I beat my homicides, Norse. Now, for people that don't know what norse is, is when you get your case thrown out, and with a homicide, if you get a homicide thrown out, nor they can pick the case up anytime that they uh get some evidence, newly evidenced on this case to help, you know, prosecute you. Because the reason why they throwing it out is because you sat in the county too long. They've been all I sat for three and a half years fighting two homicides. Three and a half years. And for the men that sat with me, they know this story to be true. Everybody knows I was in there, young and you know what I'm saying, nickname. They know my name. Oh, yeah, he had two homicides. I don't brag over that. I was charged over something I did not do. You see, they threw the case out and they threw it out nor means they can come back and arrest me today if they get evidence on my case. Now, okay, I found out about this last night. A couple of my men sent it to me that seen it or whatever, whatever, whatever. Go ahead to the front cover for it, please, for everybody to see. Because I want to see everybody to see where they could go, you know what I mean, see it at. Now, again, I say that is a picture of me, but that is not my case. So, like I said, for the person who listened to me, or everybody listened to me, and went back and you know, that's telling me that you're fact-checking. You punching up Braheem Jackson, two homicides, and I'm getting it. You're saying that, okay, this got to be him. And it makes sense. That's Braheem Jackson, Brahim Brahm Jackson. When you punch up Braheem Jackson, you're gonna have numerous Braheem Jacksons pull up. You gotta make sure that you get my birth date, which is 7580. You gotta get my you gotta get my real name, which is Brahim Anthony Jackson. I have no reason to hide from nobody. You know what I mean? And now, now when I say all that to say this. I called my lawyer this morning, lawyer that, you know, Dave Meeshak, that presided over the case for me. I said, damn, Dave, you know, some allegations came out. Me, I'm doing it for the social media world, and I'm doing it for me as my pride because I am a man at the end of the day. Shout out to Dan Akins, man. I had a uh great conversation with him because he was one of the men that came at me last night and talked to me about it. Not in a disrespectful manner, but he talked to me and he's a man. Shout out to you, damn Akins. And I didn't you said I ain't even got to come up here and address it. But I felt as though that I have to. I have to address that. Shout out to you too again. But uh hopefully you understand, but I'll holler at you later on. But um the lawyer, the lawyer informed me that the case is so old, and being as though that it was thrown out, it's not on documentation no more. So in the penitentiary, this is what we did, right? When you had somebody come through and they had allegations, or if you just didn't know about that person, that person got 30 days to get his paperwork. Me, I'm not asking for 30 days. And I and I and I love it, it's content. This is content. So it's interesting, and I know y'all want to know all the way about our lives. So I'm asking y'all for seven to ten days. I'm thinking it ain't gonna take over ten days either. I'm gonna get you because I I was looking at my cases, me and my lawyer was on the phone because these this case right here happened 1998, August 13th. I was arrested 1998, August 3rd for a gun and drug case, right? A gun and drug case. I'm trying to see if I made bail and got out before the 13th, because if I didn't make bail and was sitting in there on the 13th, that right there already already exonerates me, right? But no, I'm going, Dave is going to get the paperwork of me and my co-defenders in the case that we had and then how we had it thrown out in our pros at the sitting three and a half years in the county jail. I fought that case for three and a half years. I've never been upstate before. Never been upstate. Never been upstate before. And I've been breaking law all my life. And again, I don't say this to try to pump the kids up and be like, damn, black did this, and no, no, no. I'm a man and I'm coming to correct some things that's wrong. And again, I'm not mad at who put this out there because you did your homework, but you didn't do it fully. You got to get the age and the date and the birth and all that. That's how you nail a person to the cross. You nail a person, it's no way a person could come out of that. You know what I'm saying? And then it's not even no way, is this is actual facts. This is you. Okay, boom. So I'm asking for seven to the 10 days. I ain't even gonna have the lawyer call up here, you know, because I could have him call up here and come up here because he's a personal friend of mine, just in case I ever go back to jail or anything. Not that I'm saying I'm gonna do that, but he's a good friend of mine. So he's been beating cases for me for a long time, damn near 30 years plus. Um, he's gonna get it. He's gonna get it. He like he got to go through a whole bunch of stuff. You know, I just found out about this last night. So, you know, y'all could uh fact check me on that within the next seven to ten days. As you can see, these three co-defenders up on this, which is a Michu, a woman, another uh co-defendant Michu, Brahim Jackson. I don't even he wasn't even a co-defender, he started telling on Braheem Jackson, um uh uh uh uh uh Ford and Haskett and all that. You see this case right here. Now I'm gonna bring you the the crazy part about it is like I said, I was locked up in 98. I think Haskell on Ford was shot. Yeah. Well, all right, well, however it goes, y'all can read it. I got locked up 98 in the October, beginning in November for my two homicides. But again, if you go look me up, you're not gonna see it. You're not gonna see none of that. None of that's gonna pop up because my case was thrown out. The only ones that can venture vouch for me right now is the men that was locked up with me back in the county, all my old heads that know that I was over there for two homicides. This is not me. This is a person with the same name as me, Brahim Brahm Jackson. My name is Brahim Anthony Jackson, you know, and um like I said, I'm not even mad. I used to, I would have been mad back in the day and up here hollering and hooting, but a person's supposed to pull up who they, you know, listening to and taking facts from. So I don't I don't I don't fault for you for that, dude. I don't fault you, man. And if you you pulled up some stuff and you thought it was me and you rolled with it, man, and and then look, it looked good. If I can't show you nothing that I had another homicide, then evidently the people got to take that. Evidently the people have to take that. Just being, we just being smart right now. We ain't being, this ain't hard, this ain't rocket science, like we gotta put two and two together. This shit easy is one, two, three. Easy. So now the ominous is left on me. I'm gonna bring you within the next seven to ten days, I'm gonna bring you my case documents and put it up here. Brahim Jackson, I'm not gonna say my other two co-defenders' names, but at the time, but when I put the paperwork up there, they put their names gonna be up there on it. So, you know, we ain't gonna, I don't know, do you want to say anything about that? Because you know, before because we I want to get into the topic of the day what we really want to talk about, but you know, I want to address, you know, like I said, he he wasn't a hater. I'm not mad at the dude that put this out there. All you know is I told you I caught two homicides 1998, Braheem Jackson. You pulled me up, seen it, and you see a Brahim Jackson that told, no, I sat in jail for mines for three and a half years, bro. That Brahim Jackson ain't never been pulled up. If you pull Braheem Brahm Jackson up and put him in any of the circuits, he'll never come up because he never had a case in his life.

So for me, uh I look at the situation and as I look at it, I look at it, you know, like the person who put this out, uh, they didn't do their homework. So they gotta be careful because whoever put this up, you didn't do your homework and you putting stuff out claiming that somebody is a snitch or a rat or that somebody told, and you know, it's disrespectful because at the end of the day, this is a stand-up man. This is a stand-up man. I've known this man all my life since we was about since probably since 1988, since we were kids. And never, ever, ever has this man told we didn't do so much stuff and did so many different things in our lives that, nah, man, we ain't doing nothing like that. And also for me, if he would have told, we wouldn't, I wouldn't be sitting up here next to him on no podcast, you know, doing none of this stuff. I wouldn't be doing it. That's just how I roll. But for me, I look at it as, you know, it's just when you when you when you're doing certain things and you and you have some type of success, doesn't always mean money, doesn't always mean anything. But when you put yourself in a position to uh succeed, you know, people gonna come after you from different angles trying to tear you down. It's just how it is. And normally the sad thing about it is it comes from your own people. You know what I mean? A lot of times it comes from your own people. You look at uh people who've been successful in life, a lot of times they either killed by their homies or people with the same complexion as them. But we got to change that narrative. We got to get better and understand that, you know, you gotta be very careful and put stuff out. Now, if somebody actually really did something like that and it's you have all the evidence and facts in line, by all means, do your thing if that's what you want to do. But don't be coming up here, you know, or putting stuff out on social media about somebody saying somebody did something that you have no proof, no evidence really to say that it's done. You're just going off of a name. How many people got the same name in the United States? It's just this stuff happens, but you gotta be very, very careful with that.

But I say Brahim Jackson, I say I caught two homicides in '98. I'll tell you about that. I'll tell you about my federal case when I came home from my homicides that I went straight to the feds and did 21 years. I tell you about that. And then you go fact check me because you're listening to me. You want to just see if I'm up here camping or not, and then you come up with Ibrahim Jackson that was locked up in 1998. And matter of fact, excuse me, he wasn't locked up. He told a Brahim Jackson that had two homicides and told. I'm gonna say, damn, this board, this the board tells them jails. I'm gonna say that, but I'm gonna still gotta dig a little bit because I don't know. I don't all I got is abrahim Jackson. All I got is a Brahim Jackson. I ain't got no picture. I could see if he had an older picture of me up there, which he wouldn't because it ain't me. But back in the day of the case, I wish I could get in contact with the co-defenders because they said one of the, I did the homework on the co-defenders. They say one of the co-defenders got death penalty, and I think that's Mitchell.

Man, and and and and and shit, rightfully so. We in the penitentiary, y'all, and some work came out like that, we standing on a homie until he could prove otherwise. And that's just it. So if you go in there and something like this come up, you still got to show up. You don't duck out, you show up and talk. The man that sit down and can't produce, okay. It's a red flag. Penitentiary rules, not society rules, y'all.

So if you can prove that he did this, if you got some proof to show that he actually did it, I will give you everything in my bank, all my bank accounts. Because I know you can't prove it. Seven to ten days to show you my actual case of being locked up for two homicides and getting them thrown out. Seven to ten days. That's all I ask you. Just for my pride. I ain't got to do this. I could sit up here and not say nothing and just ignore it and just we'll have a show. Nah, I ain't doing that about my name. I love my name. And then I ain't even got nothing. I ain't even get it yet, y'all. I ain't got nothing. I asked this man for shit all the time. This crash is man, I ain't got nothing. I ain't gotta be sitting up here capping, y'all. I ain't got nothing. But you know, let's get to it.

But anybody who's spreading this around, because people spread it around like and do this stuff, this is you know, it's just it's just it's just not worth it. It's not I d I just saw the comments and stuff like that. But I started not to look at it, but I ain't gonna lie, had me a little a little heated because I I know who you are as a man. You know what I'm saying? When you know someone who somebody is as a man, you know who a person is like this person went to the prison with the jail and got indicted and didn't tell on me. You know, didn't tell on me the 21 years, and then tell on me, he could have told on me. You ain't tell. So for me as a stand-up individual all the way around, and it's my brother. So therefore, if somebody talking crazy saying something that's not true, of course I'm gonna feel some type of way about it. You know what I mean? But let's get to this stuff, man. You know the uh they they still continue to to uh sentence individuals in this Julio Fulio case, as we see. And this young girl's got a fit sentence, she got 15 years, right? She's a young girl, I believe she has a child as well, I believe, if I am mistaken. Y'all could probably uh correct us if we we're wrong about that. Um but she's young, 15 years, uh as a young girl, getting that amount of time. She told it's evident that she told us on camera, everything she told, you know. So we're not about having to call somebody snitching. They didn't snitch either. We're gonna do our homework as well. But you can go ahead and fact check that she actually uh gave a statement for 15 years. She got up out of there. And she was smiling, happy with the 15 years. Yeah, she was cool, she didn't get that life. That's what I was thinking. You know, you think probably she saw that she saw them get life, and she like, damn, I got it.

Not only did she see them get their life, she seen them duck death. They could have got death easy if it wasn't for the warden going in there and said, Man, let them boys work. They done died. It made sense to the judge. Like, damn, he right. Just think about it, like, we ain't gotta kill them, Yana. In other words, this is what he in there saying. He didn't say it in the meaning. I'm saying it in, I'm breaking it down for you, street terms. What he said. Yana, we ain't got to kill these dudes, man. We can work them like dogs. They not none, near one of these boys is 25 years old. They best years is left. She seen that. If she didn't see it, she heard about them deliberating if they live or die.

She is coolio with that 15. But I think she knew that. I mean her lawyers probably prepped her for that early younger. She told early on. She went, she would have she went to trial or went to court first, I believe. Right. Before them. Because she was separated from that case because she's automatically testifying against them during the trial. So she already knew she was, she was gonna get a lighter sentence than what they got. You know what I mean? So her getting that 15 years, she already knew she was getting, like I said, she already knew she was getting something like in regards to that. Oh yeah. She knew it. Now you're not gonna give you life. You told you telling somebody, you know, you're not giving you life for that. No.
